I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport on April 25, 2022. My salesperson Johnathon was very helpful, polite, respectful, and patient. Purchasing this was a bit nostalgic since my first vehicle at 15 years old was my uncles’ 1997 Grand Jeep Cherokee that he called "Big Chief". My grandpa bought it for him and since my grandpa has passed it feels like I have "Big Chief" again, thanks to Johnathon! However, I've ran into some issues with Big Chief. The day I purchased the vehicle, I was taking my daughter to soccer practice and I had my three year old son, while I was driving the car it refused to accelerate, stopped in the middle of the road, so I placed the car in park, turn it off, turn it back on and Thank GOD it started back up and began to accelerate which allowed us to safely move out of traffic I caused. Johnathon told me upon purchase that if anything happened to the vehicle especially within the first 30 days to contact SilverRock. Therefore, I did just that. I went through the facilities that were in network (brakes were fixed, thanks SilverRock!) only to be referred to a Jeep dealership due to ECM concerns. A nearby Jeep dealership ran a diagnostic and refuted any issues with ECM and reported the following repairs: spark plugs, PVC valve and a fuel service, in addition to recalls. As of today, SilverRock has denied the claim for repairs. I've spoken to Chris at DriveTime and I'm awaiting a call from the GM in hopes of my situation to be resolved. I'm a single mother with two children and rely on my transportation. I'm in constant fear that when I'm driving with my children in the car this incident is going to happen again. I don't want to put us or other motorist at risk due to the faulty mechanics that were present since 4/25/2022. I thought I was doing exactly what I was told to do but I've been met with disappointment thus far. I really hope I can get some help. Please and thank you.

Never purchase a car from DriveTime. These people are so friendly when you purchase a car then become nasty in attitudes after something go wrong. They didn’t setup my billing account correctly and now they are trying to lie about their wrongdoings. I will be advising all my friends and family members NOT to purchase a car from this dealership. I can’t put this place out of business but I will inform people how we were treated very unprofessional and rude!!

this was the first car i have ever bought on my own and Aaron made the experience great. My credit is not great but we made it work and with a good interest rate! The interest rate reflects things other than the ethics of the dealership so if you're on here complaining about 20% interest look inward lol. Aaron stayed late and let me test drive the car even though it was literally snowing and freezing out. The car is in great condition and the warranty covers everything. The sale was very easy all around. If you are someone who is looking for a car and have been denied elsewhere, check drivetime out. They have nice cars in all budgets.

Rarely have I walked into a car dealership where the staff was not only honest and upfront about everything regarding their process and vehicles, but also actually listened to what I was looking for in a car. Ronnie immediately showed me the best car for my needs based on my criteria and desired price range, and got me into a far better car for the money than I found at half a dozen other dealerships. Kenny and Brent helped me stitch up all the details I needed to get off the lot that day, and were very forthcoming with any information I requested. And unlike a lot of places, they were realistic about the quality of their products, and even offered me a comprehensive vehicle history report without my having to ask. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to get into a car on short notice and start back to work after being a stay-at-home parent for nearly three years. I was in a horrible situation, and had to get into a vehicle on a minimal up-front budget, and they even worked with me on the first billing date, to give me as much time as possible to start having paychecks come in on a new job. It was a great feeling to have the staff of a car financing and sales business actually do everything they could to make getting into the car I wanted as simple as possible, and doing whatever they could to ensure that I would be able to successfully integrate the payments into my new pay schedule at work. If you're thinking about buying a car from this place, just know that while some of their prices may be a little higher than some of their competitors, the experience and the exceptional quality of maintenance and stock selection on their vehicles is some of the best I've ever seen, and I've owned several cars outright in the past. It's been 17 years since I bought a car and felt really comfortable with the purchase from a long-term standpoint, where I really thought I would keep the car for as long as it would keep driving, but I got that feeling again behind the wheel. Getting into a car with less than 10,000 miles a year, under 70,000 miles total, and getting to enjoy a long-term service plan that even covers the motor for the majority of the lease - not bumper to bumper, but as close as you can get otherwise - was something I hadn't experienced in a very long time, and it was gratifying to have staff who sincerely seemed to care about what I needed. Don't go looking to haggle, as they aren't allowed to be flexible on the price points, but if you're willing to pay what's being asked, their selection appears to be worth every single penny, and the staff can get you approved, lined up with a car, and on to filling out paperwork faster than some dealerships will even start talking to you about cars. Time well spent, money well spent, and willing to work with every person I saw walk through the door. 5 stars, and definitely well deserved, all around.
