I have been a customer for about 4 to 5 years with two vehicles even though it was rocky with my 1st car when it got totaled they still managed to keep me in the loop at all times and try everything in their power to help me. With my 2nd car, it was stressful since I didn't have a lot of down payment but I needed a car to move my daughter around and they made it happen. Overall their service dept to their claim dept has been so helpful even when I lose my cool they keep it professional at all times its the finance dept doesn't remember her name but has been rude but maybe a bad day for her. I'm a very happy customer the best dealership I ever dealt with is thank you for everything you guys do keep up the great work and I mean Free oil changes can't beat that. To start off I purchased mid or end of February. When I got to the dealership what I was told by phone was completely changed when I got there. I was also told I needed 2 “super references” and that those references were required to have an Id on file. Never heard of this and I worked in the car business for over 10 years. I came here after being lied to by TD MOTORS. (Review avail as well) even thru all the problems I faced I still purchased. And I do like my vehicle. Opted to do the “cpi” or their insurance on the vehicle and set up my account on auto pay before I left the dealership. I originally came on Friday didn’t purchase till Saturday. Well my first issue was they would run my payment but the insurance payment. Then I would get emails that I needed to stay on top of my payments. When I would call I was told oh it declined. My bank let’s me know of any declined payments so I know this was not true. For a few months they did this. Now I’m in a situation where I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. I called before my payment was due and was told a manager was not available but to text in my documents. That was Saturday and a manager would call back Monday. Today is Thursday and I have called every other day and was told either someone will call back or their internet was done and still a callback. But almost daily received an email or text that I have not been in contact, or I have 3 days, or call if I need an arrangement or something along the lines of me not doing my part. Today I was told why do I need a manager there are no notes on my account. MIND BLOWN!! This is unprofessional. I am doing my best and my part but it’s sad that no one has noted my account and now saying it’s me not contacting them and threatening actions when I’ve asked for help. Can’t say this is a bad place all together but very unprofessional at this point.

I am pretty sure this BRIA PYLES is full of it. We purchased a chevy half ton. They needed $4000 down, only had $500. CAMOKC let us drive off the lot with just the $500 DOWN, As soon as I got my taxes 2 weeks later. I went in and finished the down payment. We had our title with in the first week of having the truck. Other than a few minor hick ups regarding my insurance. This place has been great. BTW BRIA, IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL A CAR WITH OUT THE TITLE.. SO NICE TRY
