I came here because my brother had got 2 cars from this place and I was still skeptical cause my brother is very is easy to satisfy. But my experience with Joanka auto sales was great. No hassle or anything. He let me bring my mechanic and test drive the vehicle with no problems. Some places don't like to let you bring your mechanic, that's how I knew he was being honest. He worked with me on the payment of my car and I was able to leave the lot asap with my car. I have me a good running car with a good battery, transmission, motor and starter which is what really matters. My kids love the car. Also the staff is very welcoming, helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this place for purchasing a car. By the way that Carlos is very workable. He's very pleasant and helpful.

2014 Chevy Cruze. I don't have the words to say it but Carlos is definitely the best in this field, He can do what any other dealer is unable to do. This is definitely the place to get a used car. Carlos was upfront with what problems one of the cars had. I ended up taking a truck out for a test drive. He didn't ask me for my license nor did he ride along. Who does that? Someone that's trusting that's who. More car dealers should be upfront with customers instead of trying to screw them over. He brought the price down & we had a deal. Highly recommended.
