Paul, Aosh and Zaad are the greatest! Don't listen to the naysayers! I had a low score where other car dealers said they couldn't help me unless I put down an exorbitant amount of money. Not here at CAR2SELL. I told Paul what my score was. He told me not to worry because he could help. He was true to his word. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Aosh and Zaad. I was very skeptical about this dealership. I called them about different cars, they were available but when I came they told me car is sold. However, this gentleman names Sam quickly jumped into the deal and was very kind and honest about everything. When I first pulled up to the lot I was a little nervous.. but this place blew me out of the water! I had already done research and was interested in a specific car and was notified that Car2sell had the exact model in stock. Sent them an email through the website and was able to set up an appointment the next evening. The car needed a few touch ups, nothing crazy and they had no problems accepting our requests before we were ready to sign. Paul was super helpful and informative right from the beginning. We also spent time with Ben and Nash as well, everyone was easy to talk to and understood our purchasing needs. Towards the end felt like I was hanging out with my friends and happened to go home with a much nicer ride! Also was told the plates and registration would take up to a month and they were in less than a week later! I even forgot my sunglasses and Paul searched for 2 days and found them for me! Moral of the story here is really to give this place a shot, because honestly I’m so glad I did!! The car rides amazing and I know if I had any issues I could call them in a heartbeat.

Nash the finance manager was also great, he got me a better rate than my own bank was giving me. They were extremely busy the day I purchased my car and now I clearly see why. The staff works as a team and they all treat their customers with respect. Also, Ben the general manager and the staff treated their customers with pizza and sandwiches which I thought was awesome. Ray the salesman was great! Quickly responded to all calls and emails. Now for the dealer itself....$1995 dealership fee? It seems to me the dealer posts car prices way under book value to lure people in...then once you are finalizing the deal they spring the $1995 dealership fee. So that $3000 dollar price break only turns out to be a $1000 or so. You go in there figuring the advertised price of the car, tax, title , & reg...but actually end up spending $1995 more. They are not bad cars. I just wished they added said fees into the price in stead of making me think I'm falling with a budget when I am not.

Car2Sell has blessed our growing family with the SUV of our dreams. Called them on a Thursday after seeing an SUV which brand new is at least $70,000 dollars. After talking to Bianca on the phone she let me know it would be ready to test drive that day. We scheduled a Saturday appointment and left with our truck that same day. We paid $13,995 for a 2013 with realatively low miles for type of SUV which are known to exceed 250,000 miles plus. Our salesman Chris is down to earth and straight forward. The general manager Ben helped us out as we were able to use our own current finance company bypassing all the credit BS procedure. There was a small crack in the plastic back seat and replaced the piece before we drove off. One last thing! They paid me my asking price for our trade in! They will continue to get my business for our future purchases. Even offered us Lunch!!!! Kudos Car2Sell!!!

Great cars, late models, low mileage. Problem is they tack on a $1800 - $2000 Dealer Prep fee to every vehicle for nothing. It's not tax and it's not registration/title. Just a "fee" to cover their overhead and expenses. I'm disappointed.

Edit: Albeit an unfortunate experience with the particular vehicle and a lengthy process to unwind, I do want to be fair and state I did receive a refund for the vehicle. While I do think there could have been some improvements in their handling of the matter, they did rectify it short of a year (without a car to drive). So long a you purchase a car w a valid title, you’ll have a lovely experience as I did initially with both Jay and Nash. I chalk it up to bad luck; and again do not think a year should have lapsed to make it right. I also want to state I do not believe Car2sell would have sold the vehicle had they been aware of the title issue; nor do I think they acted with poor intentions. I would do due diligence and research the vehicle you intend to title prior to conducting a transaction. Original post: Do not purchase from this place. I purposely waited a few days before writing a review to see how long issues arised. I want to also say Ray was a wonderful salesman, so he’s not what this is about. As far as I know a $2000 car, which they absurdly tried getting around $2400 which is easily twice what the car is worth, shouldn’t have too many issues. The list of things my car is doing is as follows: both front ball joints need to be replaced, the Check engine light just came on last night, the transmission drops into drive very aggressively, amongst various other small things. Having been a reputable car salesman it’s almost embarrassing that I bought a car that in 4 days already has all of these issues. It’s absolutely absurd.
