I recently purchased a 2015 Cadillac ATS from brick city motors my sales rep name was Sergio he was awesome at satisfying what I wanted and very helpful with anything I need with my car after the purchase also I would love to thank Mr. H the financing manager for all his help and getting me approved for the loan. Furthermore I would like to recommend brick city motors for your purchase of a used car because anything that happens with your car after the purchase they will gladly take care of you thank you guys for all that you’ve done to help me with the car that I love. I also would like to add that all the sales people there are willing to help you even if they didn’t get the sale and to remember that you are buying a used car and it will need service they also offer extended warranty for two years and within your first 30 days they will fix any issues with the car. Its about communication and building relationships.

In 2016, we bought a Honda Pilot here. When we needed new tires we went there as well. Unfortunately, the car was totaled in an accident. Now, December 2022, we came back and found another Pilot! Gary is very professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable. We came back to Brick City Motors because of this. The staff is great and there because they love what they do. Their prices and cars are legit. (Not like some places that scam people) There was NO other place I would buy a car. I will be returning next year for a second car once I get my license.

I almost forgot. Brick City Motors ROCKS!!! I met Raul who sold me a 2007 Yukon that runs practically brand new. Made a few extremely minor fixes (because it’s mine and I can) and now it runs brand new. Thanks Raul and thanks to all that worked there to make sure I had what I needed for the price I was willing to spend. The mechanics are top shelf too. Wanted to add the puddles and stains underneath the truck belonged to the previous car. Not my truck.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE! I came to brick city motors just inquire at that moment, in regards to a car I was interested on. I was able to speak directly with the manager, Hiram Ortiz. He was very approachable, knowledgeable and very honest. Which is hard to find all in one when purchasing a vehicle. He was able to walk me through the steps although I was NOT ready that day. A few days later I returned due to the vehicle availability. At which point I met my sales Rep, Sergio Fuentes. Man! This guy goes above a beyond to make sure you get what you want. I think his motto may be “as long as you’re happy “, by the way he made sure everything was ready to go. I personally want to thank everyone at Brick City motors including Mr Ortiz, Mr Fuentes, And the great Finance manager named Ally. Thank you for the great customer service while also making this experience very nice, Super easy And fast. As a team, they all took the time to properly explain their perspective portion of the process with patience and honesty. NOT like other dealers where they just tell you what you want to hear. while not allowing you to ask valid questions. Everything that was said was also documented. Unlike other places where they make everything sound like a dream with verbal agreements and no results. Highly recommend them.5 stars all around .

They let you take a spin on the highway as well as local roads, so you really get a feel of the car before you buy. Compare that with Planet Honda which only lets you go 1 mile up rt22 and back, then around a block.

Gary at Brick city motors was the best car salesman I ever had to deal with; and believe me I’ve dealt with quite a few. Me and my brother spent two days going to various dealerships, in Newark and Little Ferry NJ, we felt most of the dealers were not being straight up, the payment amounts would change from where we started right before signing on the dotted line. So we kept looking and we stopped in Brickcity motors and was met by Gary now our Favorite salesman, because he was honest, and straightforward, the numbers didn’t change or move around like a moving target I told him what I’m comfortable with and where I roughly wanna be at in the end . And he made it happen with the SUV I wanted, it was a used car but it was like new inside and out even the engine looked new, after I brought it I took it to the DMV for inspection and it went right through with flying colors I got a two year inspection sticker in like five minutes so I totally recommend them at Brickcity motors, when I’m ready for a second vehicle I’m going back to them, everyone there was pleasant to work with, but when you go there ask for Gary first. I just want to say that I went to Brick City Motors with a car that I wanted in mind. When I got there I was helped by one of the greatest people I’ve met. I do not say salesman but I say people because he was a generally great person. We sat for hours talking while the paperwork was processed. Although very minor issues arose with the vehicle, Luis made it his business to fix it for me and kept me posted all the way through the minor repairs. My wife and I had a very positive experience purchasing our first car at Brick City Motors. The process was very straightforward and the sales representative Gary was very helpful in walking us through the process. A few days after purchasing our car, I noticed that the transmission would overheat (via an automated message in the dashboard) and sometimes stall when I attempted to accelerate. I reached out to Gary and I brought the car in to see their in-house mechanic. They replaced a part on the transmission and the car has been running great ever since. I'd also like to add that Gary is extremely helpful with putting our new license plates on the car and even made me test drive the car after the repairs were done to ensure everything was A-okay. I had an okay experience at Brick City Motors, staff is laidback and friendly. I bought a car, cash, so it was a pretty easy transaction. But there were several somewhat negative things I was going to share but I will share only one. #1 -They didn’t fix an issue that was caused on their behalf. While the mechanic fixed one issue on the car door, he caused another. I know things happen, so I was patience enough to wait until they could find time to fix it. My salesperson Winnert, went from okay to “take to my local mechanic.” A month went by, since he wasn’t going to help, I went to the manager who actually was working with me once I explained the issue. The salesperson swayed him out of helping me. He then told me it was a “cosmetic” issue and could no longer help. A car door being able to lock and unlock is cosmetic? Really? You can tell these are cool guys but were led by money. Money clouded their moral judgement to do what was "right". That is one thing that I didn’t like about my experience at Brick City Motors.

As soon as we walked in the lot, we were met by salesman Gary who was AMAZING from the beginning to the end of sale. Also, I would like to point out there were NO HASSLES....he didn’t push OR rush us just to make a sale. He made my son and myself feel very comfortable everyday we came in to conduct business. Gary is one of those guys who loves what he does and doesn’t mind sharing his experiences. Never bought a car here, but the previous owner of my vehicle did purchase it here. This review is in regards to the ease of removal of the dealership sticker on the trunk of the car. Most dealer stickers are difficult to remove and leave annoying adhesive residue behind. That is not the case with Brick City motors. Sticker peeled right off in one piece; adhesive side is metallic so I guess that prevented any sticky residue or paint damage. Thank you brick city for using easy to remove stickers!

I Love Hummers. Recently traveled to Brick City Motors from Scranton, PA. The Hummer Gary had advertised was way better than he said over the phone. They went through this thing with a fine tooth comb. It needed nothing and for a 2006 Hummer H3, that's unusual. When Gary tells you a car is Perfect,it's better than Perfect. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole trip worthwhile. I wouldn't hesitate to tell everyone I know, if Gary has the car you want, buy it from him.
