I entered Queens auto mall, not knowing if I was actually going to find something I would be interested in. Low in behold I met Lilly the sale agent who walked me around showing me vehicles, vehicles that was way over the price point I was looking for. Her professionalism was right on time. I ended up buying a beautiful white Range Rover sport , no I can deny. Thank you Lilly for al your help in finding the best vehicle in the show room that fitted me.

People ! The least talked about hidden gem in the New York City area! Queens Auto Auction house gets anybody approved regardless of background! I just got my BMW after all other dealerships turned me down! The salesman, Shondell, worked tirelessly with his colleagues to get me the most up to date, clean and luxurious car! I recommend checking these guys out before going anywhere else!

I came in to buy my first vehicle. I like the car selections they have. I was introduce to Jessica who was such a nice person. She help me a lot especially going through the price and car details. Then I was talking to manager name Cassandra who helped me go through the price and we both were able to come to a price that we both were happy. The whole sales team made it seems so easy With the loan. I went in at 12pm and I was able to drive off the car at 3 pm. Such an a amazing team. They cleaned the car really well and the car was little low on coolant so I talked to Amit, he went to the back and grabbed a band new coolant bottle and filled it up for me and give me the rest of the bottle. When you go in there, make a appointment and make sure Jessica, Cassandra and Amit there. They will help out a lot.

I usually don’t bother to write reviews or leave ratings but I felt compelled to in this situation. The employee who helped me today his name was Jean-Pierre, this guy is the definition of an absolute best employee/salesman. I’ve dealt with plenty in my life and I’ve never come across anyone who was as helpful, thoughtful, incredibly kind, patient and just made the whole car buying process a real great one. He was never pushy, answered all our questions with great detail, and always engaged in conversation with not just me but my wife and 4 kids to make sure everyone always felt comfortable. The guy took notes and was constantly jotting stuff down just in case we would have questions pertaining a specific matter!! If anyone living in or near New York needs a car or wants to experience what excellent costumer service feels like, please ask for JeanPierre when you get there. I promise it will completely change your car buying experience!!!

I give this a three star only, because my salesman was exceptional when I bought the vehicle, but this is where the story of issues begin. I sat with the finance lady and went over numbers, i had to pay for taxes and title outside of my down payment and was told that was it. Almost a month in and I haven't receive my registration as it was mailed to them and the claim is that I own them 700 dollars! This was a SCAM, after I was told that I would have to pay 0, they now have the audacity to say I owe them money. I was there a few days after i purchased my vehicle to pick up an item i left in my trade in and never approached about this. Please make sure you read everything before you sign. They will try to get you. Also make sure if you buy from this dealership that you get gas and a vehicle cleaning as well, as they gave me the car as is (dirty and no gas). Still waiting on a phone call back from management.

Being in customer service i know how reviews are obtained, I also know that the negative ones, specially when they all say pretty much the same thing, are true. The car that I want has a good advertised price, almost to good to be yrue, I always said to myself. And I'm right, it's a pure. Overall the experience was okay. I did research on the place before I went to purchase from them so I was prepared for the run around. However, it wasn't too bad. This place is an auction house so I wasn't expecting the same treatment that I would receive at a regular dealership. I did a lot of research on the cars that I was interested in (including pulling the car fax reports) and I also brought my mechanic with me. We weren't allowed to take the car off the lot, but he was allowed to examine the car to best of his ability there. After I purchased the car, the battery died the next day. I guess its from sitting so long and not being started regularly. I called Queens Auto Mall and they sent a tow truck to pick up the car the same day and fixed the problem free of charge. The car was ready the next day. I am satisfied with my purchase. I would go back here again if they had another car that I wanted at a reasonable price. But nothing beats going to a regular dealership and being able to test drive the car.
