Where do I begin ? For months now I have been on the hunt for a new car and typically when you enter dealerships from previous experience they hound you and they have the mindset to get you a car and depart ways . Here my experience was the complete opposite . A couple of months back I met Don who was in the process of helping my fiancé purchase a new car for herself . There was no pressure , no hounding , no annoyance or negativity. He showed amazing patience , great guidance and truly cared more for helping her find the right car for her . Many people think that it may have been just a cover-up to secure this sale but I can attest to it , it was not . Thursday evening after months of looking and searching I went back to Don himself . My initial action was just to go in and run numbers and see what my next steps were and even test drive a car or two . Within 10 minutes time of me explaining to him what I truly need he found me an amazing car . Fully loaded with a great color . I myself work in sales and with no hesitation would hire him to be apart of my team , great mindset , positive energy and a real people person . Shopping here for any vehicle is not an option it’s a COMPLETE MUST . Ask for Don and I promise you that you will never make a better decision. Brian was such a great salesman. Patiently answered all my questions through the process of purchasing my first Kia. He even helped me put in the extra mats and plates I ordered. He made sure I knew how to access all the features especially the ones I never had before because my car was 17 years old. He made sure I knew he was available to answer any questions post buying as well. I have already recommended him to my niece and cousin who are in the market for new vehicles. First off with Autoworld KIA, there was no pressure nor rush towards a deal. I am very pleased that I was able to find the color car I was looking for. My used Honda purchase at a (fair price)and trade-in, negotiated well. It was amazingly handled by Khalid. The manager was pretty straightforward, which I like, no nonsense, No hidden fees!! The staff's were very friendly. Thank you Ray, for taking the time explaining every detail. I know this has nothing to do with being a car salesman but. Just leased a new 2023 Kia Forte at Auto world Kia - The place was very welcoming and the people were very friendly! Kevin took good care of me and he was fantastic! He took me for a test drive, answered all my questions , very attentive, polite and was not at all pushy! I went in and drive out with a brand new car within hours - very easy, no hassle and everything was done for me! Very different from past experiences I’ve had at other dealers! The staff were very polite and helpful. The information was clearly stated and they kept their promise. They also offered a free ride home and pickup after the repairs were done.They honored the extended warranty on the passenger airbag and added the undercoating service at the same time. They cleaned the interior and exterior of the car. l have to say..., l am kinda impressed. Service centers fir car dealerships usually leave me with a bad taste in my mouth but, not this one. I visited most of Nassau County dealerships and can't get a proper deal for my Mercedes-Benz. I stopped by Autoworld Kia and i got the best deal out of all. The name of the gentleman that helped me was Roberto Cornejo. The team was super helpful completely honest. I traded my car to a highlander and they gave me a great deal for BOTH my previous car and the new car. Usually, all dealers get you with at least one the car (new or the one your trading it), but with Autoworld Kia i left fully satisfied and thanked all the team for their honesty and assist. I don't normally post these, but sometimes a positive word goes a long way. Brought my aunts 2018 Kia Forte in for an oil change and service. Matthew R. in service was very helpful. The wait wasn't long but he still checked on me multiple times and offered me coffee and such. When the work was done he walked me to my car personally and even cleaned a smudge off the mirror! I have never had a more pleasant experience at a car dealership. Excellent dealership, excellent service team. Will be back soon

Wow wow wow! This is my second time at this dealership and each time was so easy and painless! Alfredo was so sweet and transparent the whole time. We were there for a couple of hours, and he kept checking on us and asked if we needed anything. He also explained every process and “fine line” details instead of shocking you at the end (like other places I have been to) If you are looking to do anything at this dealership, please ask for him.

Already worried about having out-of-state plates and registration, I walked into the dealership unsure of whether or not I would have any difficulties returning my lease. I was helped by Myron who was diligent and able to buy back my lease and made the process seamless! He was kind, efficient and got me in and out of there with the car off my hands within 30 min! He even arranged for me to get a ride back home by another employee. WOW. Went in for oil service and check engine light. Mike helped me out with my check engine light, it was a bad sensor and he had the techs fix it on the spot. I was in and out and everything went smooth. I typically sit all day for an oil change but mike was efficient and the service was fast. Where do I begin? With the pleasant greeting at 9 am, when I was an exhausted cranky barely human? Matt(Ryan) and Noelle(Scottie) were there at the desk calm and attentive both with smiles. I was there for an oil change ,inspection and tire rotation . I sorta smiled back(tired) and asked how long it would be… to my surprise, they said within an hour or so. I figured for sure it would be longer as I was not first in. I said I was going to the diner next door. While at the diner, the power went out briefly and the diner computer system was screwed up. I thought for sure the car next door would take longer because they also had a temporary power loss. Imagine my surprise when just about an hour later, my car was ready… and washed as well! Three people need to be mentioned for their great customer service … Matt Ryan. Noelle Scottie.. and Jeff Glazer … the three faces representing the Kia customer service center. All Pleasant, all cheerful (even in the face of a middle aged grouch) and of course to the mechanics who did the work and inspection! I am someone who would normally go to a car repair place for these basic services… but I think I have been won over to bringing my car to the dealership from now on! I say give these folk raises!!!! Both my parents and my sister bought their last vehicles from Autoworld Kia. It is a great dealership where they are up front, and believe it or not, honest. They provide carfax reports to you upon request, use actual Kelley Blue Book numbers for your trade-ins so you get maximum value for your trade-in and are more interested in getting repeat clientele rather than getting the maximum commission on every deal to the detriment of their customers. Paola Nolasco was my salesperson for my latest transaction. I gave her a very tall order to get me to purchase a new vehicle, which required her to keep my payment the same with no money down and get a vehicle that was fully loaded and an improvement over the vehicle I already owned. She was able to meet every pre-requisite!!! While I have never had a negative experience with any of the salespeople I have dealt with at the dealership, Paola was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend requesting her as your salesperson specifically. In fact, I will be needing another vehicle in 4 months and I will be asking for Paola to assist me once again. We found a car that we liked and Paola worked with us to get it to a price we could afford! No surprise fees, everything was spelled out for us upfront and negotiable. They also let us take the car to our personal mechanic before purchase (and I highly recommend this!) to make sure the car was in good shape, which it was! We thought we were going to buy a Hyundai Ioniq 5, but we decided to stop at the Kia dealer to check out the EV6. We had the very good fortune to meet Terence Lunnon a few minutes after walking in. The Kia EV6 turns out to be a better car than the Hyundai Ioniq 5 in several ways. We knew it had a little more EV range coming in, but we were amazed how much better the control layout and interior is on the Kia. Also, it has a better turning radius from a slightly shorter wheelbase. Anyway, we didn't make it very easy for Terence. Every family member had their own opinions, and we complicated things with multiple trade evaluations. However, Terence was very enthusiastic and friendly, and he worked to make things as easy for us as possible. An excellent purchasing experience. Thank you.

Yesterday I went into Auto World Kia in East Meadow inquiring on a lease of a vehicle. The dealership was quite busy and short staff. I approached the reception area and was offered help immediately considering the sales person was helping 2 other people. He was able to answer my many questions about the vehicle and various options they offered. We were also able to test drive the car with no problems. Upon our return from the test drive all the various financials of the car were discussed from the many models, lease and financing options. The sales person was very thorough when discussing the car with us. Overall, we had a great experience.

Great, fair and honest dealership. I have been to a few Kia dealerships on the island and Queens and this dealership is far and above the others. They are honest and do not bait and switch you on price or car. Gregory helped me with my Sorento purchase. Greg knew exactly what I wanted and gave me a straight up deal with no bull, Hector his manager confirmed the deal and Ruben, the General Sales Manager wrote me up the papers and was honest.
