I wish every experience someone could have buying a car for the first time was as seamless as Alex and his staff made it. Everything was easy and well explained. First purchase of a vehicle, and I came in and left on the same day with the car in hand. Had an issue with a Tire Pressure Sensor, and when I reached out, I was asked to drop by and he’ll have it taken cared of. It was fixed and was on my way within 30 minutes. I’d recommend this place for anyone buying a Used Vehicle, especially for the first time.

Finally we found our car at Auto Empire. If you've been shopping around and feel like you can't find an honest person we'll look no further you found him. From Alex himself down to the staff everyone Profesional attentive help with ever detail. Again the attention to detail he never forget to call make sure you have your car exactly how you want it. I just purchased a vehicle from Auto Empire and I couldn't be more satisfied. This is my 5th time purchasing a vehicle, however this is the 1st time I experienced such a pleasant process at a car dealer. just as my eyes were beginning to go square from all the time spent scrolling through used cars, a delightful VolvoC30 hatchback jumped out at me. I did not have much faith I would be able to see the desirable daily driver that day- or better yet- drive it home! But Alex was completely responsive from the first query I made and within minutes, I was in a cab headed to his dealership (which is perfectly situated near L&B Spumoni Gardens). So as I committed to the purchase and the car was getting inspected and registered and the office tended to all the boring administrative stuff, I stuffed my face across the street and returned completely full and thrilled how perfectly the day worked out! Alex and crew made the process SO quick and painless and I thank them for their responsiveness and honesty. I hope to have this car for a while as it is mechanically in tip top shape but would certainly recommend them to others.

Other than the fact they sold me a good car (2008 Kia Amanti) Dealing with Auto Empire was a smooth experience. Alex communicated and was around whenever I needed. When you think of a car dealership, in general, you will find a consensus that a vast majority of consumers find that auto dealership's are not known for their honesty. This of course is a generalization as with anything, there are sound and not so savory businesses in all industries. Auto Empire located at 2739 86th Street in Brooklyn, NY is a family owned business and the team there is by far, some of the most gracious, professional, welcoming, warm, honest, patient and sincere in the industry. From Tyler (Eddie's son. Eddie is one of the owner's), Eddie, George, Rochelle (Alex’s daughter. Alex is one of the owners), Levan and a few other names that I cannot remember, every encounter represented a service excellence standard that makes you feel like a valued and respected customer. In the spirit of full transparency, I am a consumer that asks very specific and clarifying questions so that I am fully aware of the expectations in any transaction. I am also picky and like things to be to standard and in order. Eddie and George worked with me 100% to address and meet, to the best of their ability all of my questions and concerns in a more than fair and professional manner. Above the purchase, that level of service means more to me than the product itself. When there was a potential challenge registering the vehicle at DMV, Eddie was readily available to help me through the process even before the Auto Empire officially opened for business. I bought a 2002 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4WD from Edward, and I can't be happier. I have always wanted a Toyota and this was perfect. My dad and I trailered it back to western PA. I have since changed all the fluids, installed a 3 inch lift and got 32 inch tires, and a decent alignment with all the stock suspension components. It runs, drives, and looks amazing. I would recommend Auto Empire to anyone if they are willing to drive that far for a vehicle.

Got a car from here in December. I called beforehand and spoke to Eddie who was very professional and polite. I came right down to the shop to check out the car I was interested in and he let me take it to my mechanic to get it checked out. The prices are non-negotiable but they are very fair for what you get so this is understandable. The car was in great condition for what it was so I ended up getting it. Eddie and his employees worked with me and helped me get an insurance plan, and all the paperwork needed so I can leave with my newly purchased car. Everything was done on the spot and took less than an hour. I had a pleasure dealing with the people who work here, they seemed very honest to me and I would definitely recommend it to people looking for a used vehicle.

They had exactly the vehicle I wanted (a super low mileage 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis) and they handled everything that needed to be handled and walked me through the process patiently and quickly. It might not be the cheapest place to buy a set of wheels but Eddie and his crew will see to it that you are getting your money's worth in a solid, dependable used car and won't try to sell you anything you don't want. Great place, honest service, friendly and helpful assistants, an all around positive experience - definitely recommended. Eric never missed a call or text and had the car inspected, insured via a statefarm agent right there in the office, registered and plated so I drove off the lot the same day. Any question was answered with a researched and verifiable response. The best touch was after I had calculated a wrong amount for the extended warranty and cut the check, Eric saw the mistake in the final calculations and returned the overpayment - now that's honest! I had an excellent experience buying a car from Alex at Auto Empire. On my first call, I asked what the total price would be (car price plus tax, title, registration) and that's the price I ultimately paid (which was an excellent deal). Other dealers looked like they had good deals until they added thousands of dollars of "paperwork" fees, at Auto Empire the additional fee was just $75 -- all other fees are mandated by the state. I was also able to pay in cash to avoid debit card transaction or financing fees. I really appreciated the pricing transparency from Auto Empire. As for the car itself, I had done my research and knew the model I wanted to purchase, one with an excellent reliability rating. It was an older car in excellent shape, with a clean CarFax report (provided by Auto Empire). The inspection and test drive confirmed that the car was in great shape. Alex and his staff worked me through the transaction process smoothly and patiently helped to correct errors that my car insurance company made. I've had the car over to my mechanic who made a few repairs common for a vehicle of this age, who also confirmed that the reported condition of the car from Auto Empire was accurate. I hope that it will be a long time before I need to purchase another car, but when I do, I'll check to see what Auto Empire has available.

Great customer service Alex and Eddy are friendly and will make sure you understand the process and will break down everything that you will be paying for. Unfortunately my rear windows does not work and I have to replace the part that makes the windows go up and down. Update: I received an message from Alex the same day I posted my review and he told to bring in the car to fix my windows with no problem. They fixed my windows and offered to fix another issue with my car. I will rerecommend doing business with them. 100% great customer service.

My experience here was a breeze. This car dealership is well run, extremely efficient and organized. Eddie and Alex are straight-shooters and you can trust what they tell you. They don't throw random charges at you or hidden costs other then the basic DMV/registration costs and taxes. They made themselves readily available throughout, answering my texts regularly when I requested info or had questions. Basically, they want you to be happy. Concerns? Say them. Questions? Ask them. I have been through the long drawn out process of purchasing a car. This process was cut down significantly , The issues I previously had with other dealerships, such as all the dealership fee’s that’s usually added on to our vehicle purchases was non existent . I test drive the vehicle love what I felt and saw , worked out a trade in arrangement and the following day I was able to pick up my vehicle . As apart of my usual routine I took the care to its maker (Acura) for a diagnosis , minor things like brakes was needed . When I contacted the dealer they scheduled me in to fix those repairs immediately .

Alex was fast to text back to me EVERY TIME. When I asked to have an independent pre-purchase inspection, they said no problem and drove the car to the place I had found. A small issue was found which Alex got fixed. Eddie and Tiffany were good also, fast, efficient, helpful and no- nonsense. We had almost bought a car at two other places, but both places gave us such a hassle about agreeing to a pre-purchase inspection that we decided not to move forward. It’s very seldom buying a car is like buying groceries! I bought a used car after test driving a few cars I was interested in. I got a fair trade in for my 10 year old suv towards a small vehicle that is easier to park in the overpopulated Brooklyn. It also gets much better mileage which is essential in today’s economy. Had a great experience with Alex at Auto Empire. He was very reasonable when it came to negotiating the price. A couple weeks after I bought the car, I found out it needed brakes and they replaced the brakes free of charge. There were a few little cosmetic details and parts that were needed and Alex followed through for 6 weeks after purchase until the parts were available and the car was finally in tip top shape. They made sure that anything they promised to repair before the sale was repaired. Bottom line is Auto Empire are fair and legit and stand by their cars 100%. I waited well over a month to leave this review and already driven the car almost one thousand miles. I didn't have the budget to buy new so for the second time in my life I had to look for a used car which is never an easy task. The first time a bought a used car it was from a Subaru dealership in New Jersey and ended up costing a lot and giving me so much trouble that this time around I was very skeptical and cautious in my search. Before discovering Empire Auto sales I visited many used dealerships in the tri-state area and I can confidently say that Alex and his team make Empire Auto sales a special place in the sense that they carry out business with integrity. They have many cars that are reasonably priced and run well. The particular car that I purchased from them is a Toyota Echo from 2002. The car has now been running for well over a month and it has given me no major problem whatsoever in the 1000 miles I drove. Let's not forget that we are dealing with used cars so they cannot be expected to be flawless. I had to change the rear shock which was old ans leaky but probably would have been fine for another year or so. I don't expect a dealership to know about a problems like these since they are minor and tucked away, that is why my 5 starts review. Everything major about the car is running perfectly and for the asking price it is worth every single dime I spent. I am very satisfied with the car and with the costumer service that Alex and his team provided. Alex was straightforward and very clear about every step of the process. No hidden fees anywhere, clear about costs and timing and honest from beginning to end. I can't speak highly enough of this business and will recommend it to anyone I hear is looking for a used car.

Alex and the whole auto empire employee are great people; from the owners down to the mechanic. I bought a ML350 Mercedes Benz from his lot yesterday, the paper work was fast and stressless, and also I got a 1 month warranty from him incase anything happens to the engine or transmission. I drove the car 31 mins away from the lot to my resident, the drive was sound and smooth, no problems at all, and I believe I won’t have a problem with it for the rest of the time I will be using the vehicle. Great guys and patronize them also, but please make sure you ask questions about any car you want to buy, they will tell you everything that is wrong with the car (if there is anything) and if something needs to be fixed, they will fix it and tell you to come back to pick up the car. Now where do I begin. I had such an amazing experience at the hand of Eddie, the lady in the other office and Jose and the remainder of the staff. I took my time to read the reviews of the used dealerships surrounding the Brooklyn area because I was dire need of buying a car as soon as possible and I did not have time to run around from dealership to dealership and the reviews on Google spoke highly of Auto empire used car dealership. Please be aware that they are not fake comments because I had the same exact experience. First off in the pandemic that we are in everyone in that office is following the CDC protocol of using the mask and having hand sanitizers available that was a relief for me. Secondly I called ahead of time to say that I was coming to take a look at the card that I was interested in and as promised the young lady who answered the phone had the car parked out front for me so i did not have to wait again. Luckily as soon as I came in Eddie was available to help me. Test drove the car there was a young man I don’t remember his name that’s my fault because I did ask him for his name but he was super helpful there was a little noise of the car was making and he was honest and when I went in and spoke to Eddie we were able to talk about it and they took a look at the car and they fixed it, that was even before the sale occurred. Now we took a few hours to go over different options like literally Eddie did not try to force any options down my throat he really understood what my need was being that I am a mother of two and I did not want to be stuck with a loan or I did not want to jump the gun and pay for the car fully cash just because I didn’t want to dip into my savings Eddie was super patient to help me make that decision not to hurt myself in the future. Even with my car insurance and the issues that I have he was even able to help me pick the right insurance and I don’t even think that’s part of his job but he still went above and beyond just because he cared whether he did or not but he showed genuine interest in my purchase so that I do not come out at the end of this transaction upset. sorry guys I’m really trying to summarize but it was so many different good things that occurred that wowed me. We were there for a few hours even though my friend and I talked them to death they bought us lunch at the pizzeria next-door again amazing! After I fully payed for the car I was able to drive out with my new car fully equipped fully inspected with my plates on like where else can you get a service like this? Again don’t you guys know that car dealerships make false promises that they will tell you that you can come back if you hear any little noise and that’s not true when you called them back they don’t follow through. Well not at auto empire I had a little noise again it’s expected it’s a used car from 2010 and I called Eddie with no expectations and he told me come right back and everything was taken care of by Jose this time again super nice super understanding you cant get the service anywhere else!!!!!

I purchased a 2010 Chevy Colorado from them in late July 2018. The reason I purchased from a dealer 3,000 miles away from me was because the truck with the options I was looking for (4x4, Ext Cab, V8 engine) was extremely rare (only a few available in the US), and their price was the best. I had a local NY mechanic look at the truck and he gave it a thumbs up, so I went ahead with the purchase even though I didn't personally check out the truck and had to rely on the word of the local mechanic, along with Eddie and Alex. I also needed to ship it across country, and they helped arrange the transport for me and worked with me every step of the way until it arrived at my home. Bottom line, I love the truck, the price was very reasonable, and Eddie and Alex are two of the best people I've ever come across in the auto business. I test drove and made a deposit on Wednesday, they inspected on Thursday, and I drove away in the car on Friday. Alex was a straight shooter with no red tape or fine lines. These guys are fantastic! Shopping for a car can be really tricky. Especially a used one. My girlfriend and I had been to a few places before auto empire and had bad experiences. Hidden fees, cars from the website not actually at the dealer, etc. Alex and Eddy at Auto Empire are the opposite of this. The car buying experience at Auto Empire couldn't have been more pleasant. All of the cars from there website we were interested in were there and available for us to drive. And they were all in great condition, even better than they looked on the website! Eddie showed us the cars but left us alone for the most part to test drive with another employee whose name I can't remember but he was SO nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've waited a full month to write this review because I wanted to make sure the car held up, as the whole experience seemed almost too good to be true. They sold us a car at under KBB value that was in basically mint condition. No hidden fees, just tax and DMV fees which is standard. They took care of all of the DMV registration work for us while I waited there. We've been happy with the car so far. I just can't say enough good things about this place. If they have a car on the site that looks good to you, DEFINITELY go there and check it out because it's probably as good or better than you think and these guys are really nice and so easy to deal with. You won't regret it!

Bought a 1999 Dodge Ram that was listed on eBay. I took the Amtrak from Cleveland to NYC to pick up my truck and drive it home. At the end of August I found this gem of a dealership while searching on Craigslist for an SUV. I found a 2003 Lincoln Navigator with only 76K miles on it. Leaving from school it took me over an hour to get there but trust it was more than worth it. This dealership is hands down the best one I have been to in NYC. There is not one person working here who is not polite and professional. When I arrived I was able to look at the vehicles on the lot without being harassed or feeling like I was being forced to by something from them. When i has asked them if I could see inside the vehicle and start it up they opened the vehicle for me and let me spend as much time as I wanted with the vehicle to look over it and check it out. When I came back the following day to actually start the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, Eddie(not sure if it’s spelled this way) was more than honest and polite about the whole process. Each piece of paperwork was thoroughly explained to me. I was helped throuout the whole process. Overall my experience with this dealership was top notch. If you are looking for a vehicle you really should take the time out to explore this dealership. It really is worth your time. Like I stated before, this is the first dealership I’ve been to where it was nothing but transparency. I brought a 2005 sequoia from this dealer and overall, it’s pretty sound. I had the car inspected by Toyota who states the car has these issues. Again, the car is good but it would have been nice to know these repairs were needed prior to purchase.
