Although we did not end up buying a camper (were upside down on our current camper and decided it wasn't in our best interest currently) the service we had was fantastic. I don't remember her name but our sales person spent a very long (and trying with our two kids 2 and under) time with us looking at so many bunk house lay outs. We went back and forth between some and she kept track on her paper which ones we liked over others and why so that we could keep it all straight which was super helpful. I would 100% go back here if we were in the market for a camper.

Great customer service and fair prices. I was impressed with everyone's service from the salesman, finance, and parts. They were all very nice. I also forgot to mention the gentleman who did the walkthrough. He took his time and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the camper. Highly recommend this company for first time buyers. Also, Billy did a great job at not being pushy. He listened to my wants and needs. Showed me a trailer that was pretty close, but not quite right. Then showed me the perfect one after I gave him feedback. Then he showed me a third one just to make sure the second one was the one I wanted. In the parts department, I had no idea what I wanted or needed. I wish I got her name, but the lady that helped me took me around the store and explained things I may want, need, or eventually get. Never once felt pressured to buy unnecessary items.

Fantastic experience here. My salesman, finance manager, and the service people rock. I got a great deal on my camper and good finance terms. Not only that, they put a hitch, wiring, and brake controller on my vehicle free of charge, then topped that with feeding me lunch while I waited. These folks were so friendly and accommodating I can't recommend them enough.

The best buying experience of my life! From start to finish the folks at Berryland Campers are 100% amazing. I’m not kidding when I say I looked all over the country to find the 2021 Cherokee Wolfpup 16TS. This place is big and will absolutely have a model you are looking for. After finding the travel trailer on their website (which is updated and actually shows what they have in stock, unlike MANY OTHERS) I gave them a call and was connected immediately with my sales rep Billy Carr. He was well informed and extremely knowledgeable about everything that goes onto the R.V process. He was able to work with me a fist time R.V. buyer from Dallas, TX. Fortunately Billy was able to show us the R.V. over FaceTime. He respond to me over text message and answered all of my questions almost immediately. The experience at Berryland was well worth the 7 hour drive from Dallas. When we arrived to pick up the R.V. everyone was very friendly and welcoming to us. As a first time buyer I was intimidated by the process but everyone there was extremely helpful. The pricing was very competitive and the lowest I have found. The financing department was extremely accommodating and easy. The walkthrough was informative and thorough for a newbie. They also put an anti sway hitch on my suv and were able to show me how to use it. Before we left they gave us a selection of local dressings and a gift card to use at there parts department. After the R.V. was attached and ready we drove over to a small area they allowed us to stay the night. This was perfect since we were 7 hours from home. It also gave us a chance to test all the R.V. functions before we left.Billy again gave us a vist before he left for the day to ensure we had everything we needed to have success with our new home. He even showed us how to back the trailer into the spot (extremely helpful for a newbie).Honestly I would have driven 12 hours to get the service and kindness I got at this place 10/10 would recommend. Great experience at Berryland campers. We expected this process to be tedious and expected to have to deal with pushy sales people- but we were pleasantly surprised! The people are honest and everyone just wants you to be happy with your exciting camper purchase. Billy worked with us over the phone long before we made the drive to Louisiana to finish the deal. Handicap-friendly business! I purchased propane from Berryland last week. The employee ran my payment and receipt for me, because I couldn't get my wheelchair down in the gravel. Nice and professional. Today, the truck wash place broke one of my running lights. I was trying to reach the state park before the severe storms hit, but I couldn't leave the light exposed like that. I stopped at Berryland and explained my situation to Billy, the shop foreman. He ran over to parts for me, saving me from blowing out my back by getting the wheelchair down (spinal cord injury,) and installed the new light cover straight away. I was able to get situated in my spot safely before the storms hit. I am impressed and grateful with the Berryland employees. You wouldn't believe how many businesses treat the disabled like an annoyance or burden. A small kindness goes a long way for us. Thank you, Billy!

We have nothing but praise for their RV repair service at Berryland in Hammond, LA. We were camping in Bay St Louis, MS on a Saturday night when our RV wouldn't connect to shore power. Luckily, our generator did work, so we were able to use that. First thing Monday morning, we called around and all of the RV repair companies were saying they were backlogged 1-3 weeks, didn't offer any advice, or to try to squeeze us in, or nothing. Jessica at Berryland listened to the problem and immediately thought it might be the transfer switch. She told us to arrive about 12:15pm and they would check it out. We arrived about 10:30am and they took us back immediately. The technician confirmed it was the transfer switch and said it would take about 1.5 hours to go pick one up and then time to install it. They came and found us in the RV parts store to show us the burnt switch. They offered to let us take the RV to get lunch, but we decided to hang around. They kept us updated on status several times. Around noon, we were eating some chips in their lunchroom and a couple of their employees offered to let us make sandwiches with their own food. What good old Southern hospitality! That is also a reflection of a strong company with good employee morale. I can't think of anywhere else where people are so kind, generous, and sharing. We have nothing but good things to say about this company and its employees. We were on the road again by 1pm.

We visited several RV dealerships in the area, and none of them compared to Berryland. Our salesman Trey was fantastic. We found a camper that we loved and had him give us the tour of it and he explained everything in detail thoroughly. He taught us a plethora of knowledge about campers because he has actually owned several himself, so it was nice to talk to someone who has a lot of first hand experience with them. From the moment we sat down with him and discussed how much it was going to cost for everything, he told us to take our time and we could think about it and come back. No high pressure sales tactic from him at all! We purchased our camper that very day and from the moment after he has still been a blessing to us! From making sure everything was ready to go for us, to calling and texting us to make sure we made it home safely with the camper. But what makes him even more outstanding is the fact that I accidentally locked myself out of the camper (I'm a rookie), and he actually drove to ME and opened the door without hesitation. I am amazed at the excellent customer service Berryland has provided us, and even more amazed at how Trey has went above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. Thank you Berryland!

We highly recommend Berryland Campers. This company is by far THE BEST place to purchase your next home away from home! The facility itself is clean and well maintenanced. From the Managers to their secretaries, everyone is so very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable on their products. Their sales process is super organized and professional. Mr. Tony, in the Motorhome section, went above and beyond to meet all of our needs and accommodations. You can really tell that the The staff at Berryland truly cares for their customers and will do whatever it takes to make them happy. This is where we bought our Newmar Class A. Regrettably, after sale service has not been the best. It takes weeks to get an appointment, weeks to get a part more weeks to get an appointment to have the part put in. We did not receive physical manuals for anything on our Coach. After 1.5 years, we still cannot use the microwave or the TVs, because... no manuals. The levelers have never worked. They failed to include a tool required to change a tire,, ruining a trip,, since we got to sit in an RV park, waiting for Newmar to send the tool to us. Newmar customer service is very good. Berryland did not connect the 12v recharger before delivery, which ended up destroying the battery on our tow vehicle. They were great at improv when a trucker ripped our driver side mirror off, putting in a usable mirror so we could get home. But it's been three weeks. I have called several times and my calls have not been returned. A coach is not a cheap purchase. Aftermarket service needs to be better. And no, I shouldn't have to find the manuals on line and print them out at my own expense.

Traveled from out of state because they had a rare used class b van I had been looking for. I made arrangements to visit and they were terrific. I am so happy with purchase. Key points of experience: Van was very reasonably priced. No hard sell. They really are a family values based business and treat you with respect. No hard sell on insurance or extras. I needed to drive back home the next day and they did not have time to make some minor repairs to this used van. They promised if I had a Chevy dealer make the repair they would pay me back if I sent them invoice. And they did, sent the check to me within a week! This was such a pleasant purchase. I highly recommend making the trip to Berryland. Either location's staff are very responsive to your requests, and have an extensive knowledge of what they're selling. They have a laid back approach to their sales department. They are not pushy and will not pressure you to make a purchase on the spot; like Camper world. You can tell them what you're looking for, and what you're towing w/ and they will unlock a bunch of campers and say take a look, when you're ready to ask questions I'll be right here. As a matter of fact you'll have to schedule an appointment to make the purchase, because they do an through inspection of the camper, and do a detailed walkthrough before you hook up. My salesman was Jude, highly recommended. Their parts and service department are also friendly, knowledgeable and stand behind their work.

We walked in and explained that there would be no chance of a purchase and that we were only looking and getting a feel of what is out there. Went to their annual RV show today and enjoyed it. Wide selection of all types of units available.Good class C line up with used units also available. Only down side was exterior of the class C's were stained and dirty for the show. Management get out there and walk your inventory. Give them a try!

I just want to thank Berryland Campers for their kindness and willingness to help us today .We were traveling back home to NC and needed to transfer our golf cart from our trailer to the back of our truck .We had a blown tire yesterday on the trailer and didn’t feel it was safe to travel that far today with the golf cart on the trailer . We had stopped numerous places and no one could / would help. We stopped in the service office and immediately a nice lady was on it.Within a couple minutes , two men were there with ramps to help. Ha, reading some of the bad comments about the salesman posted here are funny. People most have forgotten that they are dealing with a “SALESMAN”. My experience overall has been great, we have been to just about every camper dealer across the southern half of Louisiana, some we barely walked in the front door and knew that we were not buying from them and left. But Berryland has seen us several times over the last year, and as we narrowed down what was a must have in a camper and so on in a camper. On May 25th we decided it was time to go spend some money. We arrived at Berryland and immediately went into search mode looking for our first camper. After a short time, Luke saw us and jumped off his cart and came to greet us. We explained what we wanted and we I was willing to spend. Luke sorted through his mind and started to list each camper that he had that would fit my list and then we jumped on the cart and went look at each one. 1. People that cry and say the salesman are pushy. I say they are wrong. Luke knew my top dollar amount but instead led me to a camper that was several thousand dollars less than my limit because the layout was better suited for what we wanted. (A “salesman” would have pushed me to spend every penny of my budget) Also every other place swore up and down that I HAD to buy sway control, weight distribution hitch and all that junk. Luke mentioned those add one one time and when I stated that my truck can pull a 9000lb camper all day long without that junk (I was smart and bought a truck rated to haul) Luke never mentioned those add ones again. 2. The service guys were great also, once we arrived to pick up our new toy, they went through ever little thing with us and did not leave (even though it was past their knock off time) until my wife and I were happy with everything. That was only a few months ago and with three successful trips under those tires, my wife is looking to go trade this one in for another. She wants the two bathroom camper now. So I guess we will be going back to Berryland Campers soon.

Ruth was our service advisor for the body shop. She was great, she gave my 3 year old some colors and a book, plus some toys to keep her occupied while we discussed what needed to be completed. After the fact, when I did a walk around, I noticed the technicians re-installled a tv in the front room that I had removed and intended to reinstall when I got new hardware. Everyone from management down we’re professional and very courteous. I would definitely recommend Berryland for service.

What an awesome experience! We just took delivery of our 1st RV and I've got to say after visiting several dealerships and attending numerous shows over the years the staff at Berryland are head and shoulders over the rest. We shopped last weekend with Troy Waldmann stopping in periodically to check on us, bring us water or answer questions. When we found the one we ended up buying he answered everything we could think of and showed us all the features. He left us to ourselves to talk it over and let us use the comfort of the RV with the A.C. going to talk and think about it. No pressure. I like that! Today was closing or delivery and it was smooth. 10 minutes with Chantell, done. Awesome!! Then off to meet Scott and walk thru of the unit. Scott was amazing and so informative. I had no questions when he was through. Let me say the unit was pristine!! It's a 2010 but it looked great and we felt like rock stars. We didn't buy the biggest, most expensive rig but we got treated like we did. Very cool. Well done Berryland. You have customers for life!!!!

Stopped in on my way from Georgia headed to Colorado to look at a couple of fifth wheels that I had seen online. Only took about an hour and they made a great deal on a new fifth wheel and gave me a fair trade. It took a few of days to get a generator in for the new rv. I must say they treated me like family and did everything possible to help get me back on the road to Colorado for vacation. My hats off to all the staff at Berryland Campers.

Services after sales does not exist. During the prepurchase walkthrough, we notice that one of the cover for dining set cushion was ripped and request a replacement. Service told me they will order and mail the part to us. It has been over 3 month and I still do not have the part. I contacted their service department several times requesting status of this order and it seem like they could not find it in their system. Service told me they will call me back after some research but yet no return calls. Service manager just transfer me around to other service members. I RECOMMEND everyone buying an RV here to do walkthrough carefully and only sign the dotted line after they replace everything right then and there, otherwise just walk. OR JUST DO NOT BUY FROM HERE TO SHOW THAT SERVICE MATTERS! UPDATE: Social Media Department was able to contact me and resolve my issue by ordering the replacement dining set cover. Therefore I thank them by adding 2 stars for so so service from this company.

Make sure you do a in depth PDI before leaving the lot. PDI said the tires had just been checked at 65 psi when they really only had 35 psi. Didn't catch it till I was 200 miles down the road. Water system not working due to a crimped line should have been caught IF an inspection had really been done. I feel we got a good deal price wise but service afterwards was less than stellar.
