I had an awesome buying experience. I walked in without an appointment and was seen right away. The entire staff was kind, courteous and knowledgeable.
I've bought cars trucks at other dealerships in the past, and Action Nissan is, hands down, the best dealership I've ever set foot in. I've had the buying process take almost an entire day at other places, but I was driving out in my brand new 2022 Titan in under 2 1/2 hours. I was given top dollar for my trade in, and the price I was given for my new truck was better than other Nissan dealerships that I looked at in the middle Tennessee area.
I can not recommend Action Nissan highly enough. I will definitely be back when it's time to purchase another vehicle for my wife.
I had an amazing experience with this dealership and their team. I drove over 350 miles to look at a truck but learned the truck had a part break after another customer test drove it. The dealership was honest about the truck and let me know up front. Not only were they honest, they even showed me other trucks in my budget and stayed over an hour past closing to make sure I got a deal. They are amazing, friendly, honest and worked hard to get me a great deal for my trade as well as get me into a new truck. I can honestly say this dealership earned its 5 stars for their great service and integrity.

Dersim, George, and the sales manager (Josh) were incredibly communicative and diligent in helping make that happen. Absolutely blown away with the genuine and kind professionalism shown at this location. (The service department is also awesome 👊)
We drove from KY to Tennessee to purchase a new Pathfinder. Our salesman, Jody, greeted us and gave us water while he got the key to the vehicle I was considering. He was never pushy, but quite funny. When we were negotiating our deal, we were given a very generous offer on our trade in and a super low interest rate. This made our decision very easy. When we met with our finance officer, Krishan, he explained GAP, extended warranty packages, etc. but was never overbearing about purchasing. I love my new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. It's exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend driving the extra mile to have a purchasing experience that is not stressful. Thank you Action Nissan!!!
We just purchased a new car at Action Nissan. We live in Illinois and completed the paperwork electronically. The process was smooth with no surprises. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Krishan, Susan and Nicholas were very professional and respectful. This was the easiest process of buying a new car that we have experienced. After a not so nice interaction at another dealership up in the area where we live, we called Action Nissan at 5:00PM and discussed numbers posted on their web page. They confirmed the numbers were accurate. We made an appointment and went out their at 7:15 PM that night, Discussed the vehicle in question, they evaluated our trade, gave us another 1000 dollars more than the other dealer offered and almost two thousand dollars off MSRP plus the loyalty rebate Nissan was offering. They were Fair, Fast, Extremely Courteous. I felt like the salesman (Anthony) listened to us, presented what we were willing to do the the manager and we closed the deal. They stayed an hour and a few minutes past their closing time to make it happen. The finance manger was good to work with as well. He was not pushy, gave us options to select or decline, it was our choice. He stated that he nor the dealership wanted anyone to purchase something they were not comfortable with or not going to use, How can you beat that? This is actually the second time my family has dealt with Action Nissan, both times they beat out the other dealers that in our opinion were not being upfront with their numbers by juggling them on the new purchase as well as the trade-in .
Until something goes wrong and they change their business model, We will only do business for new vehicles at Action Nissan.

Had very good experience with action Nissan dealership. Starting with Sales, I searched inventory in online and book an appointment. When I reach the dealership, Daniel and his team had my vehicle ready for test drive. Sales manger had worked hard to get best finance option . Finally Delivery specialist long Yang explained all the features using their tablet and inside the car. I would like to appreciate this team and dealership
I can say that I have been treated great at this dealer. Since the time I called until I left with my new vehicle. All the staff is friendly and courteous. One of the things that I appreciated the most is the efficiency in helping me with what exactly I needed. I needed a smaller car with lower monthly payments and I was trading my previous vehicle. They never pushed me to something else I didn't want and/or asked. They understood my needs and that is exactly what they helped me with. Michael, my salesman, was very helpful throughout the time I spent at the dealer. I like that Michael, answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he would come back to me with the right information after consulting with his manager. Michael helped me get all my stuff out of the old car and place them in the new one. He definitively made sure I had a great customer service experience. I went there one day in the afternoon and things were taking longer than expected. Thus, they considered that it was getting late and they offered to have everything ready by the next day in the afternoon and this is how it was done. The next day everything was ready for me. I would only say that the only thing that kind of bothered me is that after I took the car, I noticed that the air pressure light was flashing. I tried to fix the issue by filling the tires with air. The light went off and went back on after a couple of days. This means that I had to come back because something may be going on with the sensor or air leaking. Something that leads to going to the dealer, change my daily schedule and taking more time of my day, but these things happens even with the newest cars. This is why is always best to have a good dealer at your service. However, Michael always kept excellent communication and I skipped calling customer service by just texting him directly. I appreciate all his assistance. I went to the dealer and right away Michael took care of it. 30 min wait and they made sure that during my wait time I was comfortable. I highly recommend this Nissan location. Exceptional service. They make sure customers are happy and satisfied. Over and above.
I would like to give kudos to Michael. I did not really want to purchase a new car; however, I was impressed with Michael’s honesty and sincerity in matching what I wanted. In the end, I am a happy customer. If you are looking to purchase a car, ask for Michael. He is amazing!

Went in for an oil change and really enjoyed the comfortable lounge with coffee and wifi. Also really appreciate that the service tech did not employ pressure tactics to get me to perform the recommended maintenance right then. The car wash was also a bonus. I will definitely be doing my regular maintenance here.

Thought Hugo was most helpful. Had two Rogues in on Tuesday and the servicing on each was great. Give Hugo a raise. I don't think he made much of a commission with my two cars.
Disappointed that Jody did not get back to me. He wants to make me a Stupidly big offer on one or both of our Rogues. I followed up with him, but he has not responded back to me. He may well generate a sale for Action Nissan.....big disappointment so far.

My service rep was incredible! Very nice & welcoming, listened to my concerns, took time to explain any findings. I came in for a Pre-Purchase Inspection & he was great about explaining the whole process & what the mechanics found, and recommended realistic maintenence moving forward. I never felt like he (or anyone else there) was annoyed with me for the PPI or my observations about the car, that they were trying to "trick" me into spending more money, and everyone I spoke to was friendly & welcoming.
The way I was treated at Action Nissan was a 180 from what I was used to with my previous dealership's service area. (I often got the feeling that clients were a burden, not a lot of people on staff were kind, and they seemed more focused on the money and less on the actual issue or the people)

Brought my car in because I received in the mail that it was time for a tire rotation. I was first told I needed to pay but I quickly told them I just bought the car and that it should be free. They took care it and washed my car for me! I was pleased with the service and it did not take a long time.
Only 3 stars because in all honesty even though George, the financial manager and Nick, the sales manager were finally able to clear this whole fiasco of buying a vehicle up, the experience was the absolute worst that I have ever had. Our sales guy Michael was great, but Dalton wanted to talk in circles like we were stupid. So my recommendation is to see Michael and talk to George about finance and Nick if there are any issues that may arise
Got my 1993 Hard body truck serviced Oct.26, 2022 and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Connor was my service advisor and he couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. He kept me updated and gave me a number to text him which came in handy. You know how it is, the one thing you forgot to mention, and it saved me a trip to his work station. I had the transmission fluid, coolant, and transaxel fluid drained & replaced. Besides getting the power steering reservoir topped off, and the tires aired, the difference was phenomenal! They even found me next generation OEM clips to hold my outside vent cover on. Finding parts for a 29yr. old truck can be expensive, but getting a 40.00 discount was most appreciated. The dealership is extremely clean, and the men's room was like one in a 5 star establishment. The customer lounge was quiet, the place to watch TV was nice, but the greatest thing was their complimentary coffee machine! After a tall dark roasted cup with almond creamer, I enjoyed 3 double expressos! Everyone was pleasant and professional which only added to a positive experience. It just doesn't get any better in my opinion. Thank you Action Nissan.

Everyone who works at Action Nissan are nice and very helpful. However the issue I am having with my car hasn't been fix. I don't believe mechanics didn't try to fix it. I just keeping manufacture error there is problem with my front and backup cameras.
10 out of 10 recommend Ary Rasheed, he is a wonderful salesman and was able to get my payments exactly where I needed them! He was never pushy and was very attentive to my budget and what I wanted! From the time I arrived for my appointment at 7am, I was greeted by a service representative. He advise he would get the service agent assigned to me. (I love the personalization) I was assigned to Gino, who confirmed the reason for my visit and to see if anything additional was needed. I waited at the dealership for the services to be completed. I was impressed with the text message updates, and if I had any questions I could reach Gino by text anytime during the duration of my visit. Additional recommendations were sent to me via text along with pictures/videos. More so the price of any additional recommendations was also included. I left and called a few other people who have Altima's truly impressed with the Action Nissan service experience. Great way to utilize technology and still not lack in personalized customer service.

We worked with Triana Lopez and Krishan Sengupta this past Sat Oct 29. Purchased a truck for my husband and can I say WE WILL DEFINITELY recommend using this dealership! Triana was an AMAZING saleslady! So kind, friendly and down to earth. She had everything happen in a timely manner, we were in and out of there within 2hrs. Krishan was on the finance side and made things happen! The truck is an older model with higher milaege and we still got a warranty on it as well as GAP insurance. I was blown away considering we bought another vehicle through ROCKIE WILLIAMS in Mt. Juliet, they did a very good job of covering up 3 coolant leaks that we had to get fixed ($3000)!!

Action Nissan in Nashville provided great service with our recent purchase. Dexter Welch went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied. George in finance was extremely busy, being only one working that day. During our time with George at 7:00pm (he had been working all day). He was extremely helpful and funny. He made the worst part of buying a car a pleasure!

I've been a customer of Action Nissan for almost a year since I moved down to Nashville. The service has been great each time. This most recent experience is no exception. Took my car in on Saturday and worked with Russell. I was hoping it was a dirty sensor when I had my front camera malfunction. Turns out I needed a new camera (and I had this car since November of 2020). Quality service, awesome pros at their craft. Only downside was this morning when I opted for the pickup from my place and they had a little trouble finding it. But they found my place/car and I knew my vehicle was in very good hands. Returned without a hitch. Thank you Russell for your service and reliability. Thank you Marcus for the pickup/return. And thank you to the Action Nissan staff! I'm glad to have found a reliable auto dealership/repair shop in Nashville that I've been able to work with in the short time my wife and I have lived here. I have always had great experiences with your Service Advisors. They are always professional, knowledgeable and customer service focused. My experience with Connor Hatfield was nothing short of awesome. He arranged for transportation back to my home and back to the dealership when my vehicle was ready. He provided me with detailed explanation of what was needed and completed on my vehicle. When I had more questions, he went and spoke with the Service Tech and provided me the information. This is the second car I've purchased from Nissan Action. The customer service is amazing and they really the care of you and treat you like family. I was "just looking" and Raphael Abner got me in a car that I fell in love with and I ended up taking it home the same day! The manager Richard was an amazing help as well as Jorge in finance! I was in need of a car immediately and Action Nissan, spoke with Susan (manager). I gave her specific details on what we wanted and that I did not want to be at the location all day and night. Susan advised that she would have someone waiting and that we would not be there all night. Susan sent a text message and confirmed my appointment, made herself available.
When I arrived, she was waiting and had Josh (salesperson) ready to help. Josh was amazing, all of the staff was awesome. We were in and driving off with a new car within 4 hours and that included a personal overview of how the car mechanics works.

I was having trouble getting my hood latch to work. I have had this vehicle for 5 yrs, check the oil every month and never before had trouble, but all of a sudden I was. Chico in the garage there had me fixed up in a jiffy. They showed me a small adjustment that needed to be made and I was good to go. Quick and painless.
Josh Baker is one of a kind! Honest (Yes! Believe it or not), he listens, and h her knows his vehicles. I cannot recommend him enough. My wife and I both bought cars from him in the same trip, and we are sending our friends and family to him!

I recently bought a car from here... the car is good but... it only came with 3 floor mats and when i called/contacted my seller nothing has been done and i also have a stain in the back seat thats not coming out.. after i was told the car was detailed... i may have not seen the stain after the detail because if the stain is wet it dont look like its not there but when it dry it show.

I went to Action Nissan for my regular oil change service and tire rotation. I also asked my service advisor to perform tire balancing. He took well care of everything. Also, after inspecting my car they have found some other problems and reported to me. I let them know that I will do them later. The service advisor was really helpful and he helped me throughout. His name is Jadrien Hinson. I would love to work with him whenever I will return back to the service center for my next service.

I had to give lower ratings to Action Nissan this time because even though they replaced the alternator of my car, but they have done something because of which I am getting a weird vibration when I am driving at 70-80mph which was not there before. I returned back to the shop and the advisor, Connor Hatfield just did not want to take any responsibility of that. He said that they are not going to do anything as I have after market tires and wheels. However, previously the other advisors and the crews of Action Nissan did rotate, balance and align my car with the same tires and wheels. After this problem, I went to Discount Tire from where I purchased the wheels and tires one year ago. They rotated and balanced the wheels and tires, because of which the vibration is reduced but it is still there. Please do not work with Connor Hatfield and his crew members. Jonathan Draughon and Hugo Cruz are my previous advisors and they did listen to me and work accordingly. If I had problems after coming out of the store, I returned back, talked to them, and they and their crews took care of the problem immediately without giving me any pain. In fact it was easier to talk to them and solve the problems. I have never worked with Connor before, and I think, I will not work with him afterwards. This guy also took more money from me (I noticed it later). This guy sent me the total cost of alternator replacement would be $875 for my murano, however, on the bill it shows that the total cost is $1150.68! This did not happen before with Jonathan and Hugo! He also did not update my Nissan One to One Rewards program after the service, which Jonathan and Hugo did earlier so that I can get the discount later. I had to change several things of my car last year, and Jonathan or Hugo did all of those stuffs on the same day even if I had to stay at the store for 5-6 hours. I had to go 3 times to the store this time to complete the task with staying over there for 4-5 hours for two days thinking that my task would be done by today. Lastly, this guy kept my car to the store overnight and sent me back home via lyft, picked me up again in the next morning via lyft (after I personally asked him about the status of the car), and then I got a alternator replaced but new problem included car. I dont know now, how could I solve this car vibration and get my car how it was before! Long story short, please do not work with Connor Hatfield and his crew members.

I would definitely recommend the service of Action Nissan to all the Nissan users. I loved the behavior of my service advisor Hugo Cruz. He was very much helpful and friendly. He helped me with the problems with my car and I got suggestions from him about the problems. In the future, I will obviously see him if I need any help.

Nelly Karapetyan took really good care of me while I was there. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer any questions I had. I drove two hours to get there, and she worked with me over the phone to make sure I had all the knowledge I needed to know my journey would be worth it before I ever left. The rest of the staff was just as helpful and kept the atmosphere light with jokes and fun. I feel that I drove away with a good deal on my car and I was well well taken care of. Nelly even made sure to retrieve my sunglasses from my trade-in for me and have them put in the mail with my paperwork. I left feeling like I had made some new friends, not just bought a car.
I thought the sales staff was responsive to my approach when considering whether to keep my 2016 Rogue or sell it. They also were very comfortable discussing loan price, which helped me make the decision. Sales staff was patient with me learning the ins and outs of my new car's features, and they also went above and beyond in helping me get my stuff moved over AND setting up my car cameras (which is a 15-30min task by myself).

Car buying can sometimes get to be a frustrating experience, Action Nissan was not that for me. I did not feel hurried or pressured, all my questions were answered, and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I had an unusual request to see how my golf clubs would fit in the vehicle, they did not hesitate to let me put my clubs in the back, and they gave me plenty of time to look the vehicle over to be sure I was comfortable with it. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a car, it was almost too easy. I did not at all feel like I had been treated unfairly, and drove away happy and excited with my new vehicle.

I had great service on my 2018 Nissan Rouge, I came in, no appointment. Spoke with Russell about a trans fluid change and brakes. They had me completed in 2 hours. My last time in Chicago I’ll, I had to wait 7 hours. These guy’s are great.
I was told when I made the appointment for the oil change that it would take 30 minutes, but when I got there Jonathan said it was going to be more like an hour and a half with those that were in front of me and since I didn’t want to wait he scheduled me a Lyft ride

Brought my car in b/c it was running rough and stalled at lights. There was little to no communication with me on the status of my repair and after I called several times throughout the next day asking for an update, I finally was told it was ready for pickup at 5pm. The cost to fix the problem was around $800. Picked up the car and the next day, less than 24 hours after picking up the car, it stalled again at a light near my house. The car was towed to Action and it is currently sitting there since Friday (this is Monday) and I have had no update from anyone on what is going on with the vehicle. I keep trying to call the service department and no one ever answers. I didn't get a text message either to try to communicate with the service tech. This has been an awful, expensive and annoying experience and I still don't have my car back.
I made an appintment for general service and a few extra things and my car was taken right in even though there was a line of cars. The service tech. was very friendly and professional. I had expected to be there for a number of hours and had taken a book since I was going to wait on my car. I was very surprised when the service was complete in 1 1/2 hours. I was surprised to find out that the oil change would cost $30 more than expected when I booked online due to shop supplies? Wouldn't honor the price I was expecting online.
I also opted for an inspection and I don't think it was thorough enough or the options weren't explained well enough. It's a high mileage vehicle so it's important to me to get right. I feel like the past couple times I've been in I just get quoted hundreds of dollars of repairs with not much consideration holistically of my vehicle.

Really appreciated the service at Action Nissan! I worked with Dersim and Jim who were both amazing in getting me set up in my new Nissan kicks at a good price. Not pushy at all, but really helpful with all the questions I had and what I was looking for.
Had a bit of a mix up with which car I was getting (there were multiple of the same car on the lot) but when I voiced my concern, Jim was incredibly helpful and accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. This was my first car purchase so that really meant a lot to me!

After continued bad experiences at another local Nissan dealer, I decided to give Action a try. I'm so glad I made the change! I was just getting an oil change and my Service Advisor, Hugo, was excellent to work with. I had an appointment and prioritized my service since I was waiting. This doesn't happen at other dealers. I have a warranty issue that my previous dealer refuses to fix. I'm confident Action Nissan will take care of this as well.

Russell took excellent care of me. He got my car all updated as far as the maintenance needed. And took care of my main issue which was a leak of my transmission fluid because I had ran over something on the interstate. And it punctured my transmission fluid oil pan.

My daughter and I were at Action Nissan recently to pick up the Nissan Sentra that she had picked out. The car was not on the lot at the time it was still in the factory, but I put a deposit down and the salesman called the day it was delivered. When we arrived at the dealership I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get us processed and leaving in our new car. I was expecting to be at the dealership for hours and we were gone with a new car in less than an hour, that was awesome!
We went in looking for a 2021 Rouge. Action Nissan unlike other dealers honored the VPP and had no limited supply fee like other dealers. Josh Baker was our salesman and was very knowledgeable about the car and I can’t say enough about George Vasquez in finance. Super friendly and helped us save some money too. You don’t find that just anywhere. They both gave us excellent service and I would recommend them to anyone and will. Thanks again to these 2 gentlemen.
We took my wife's Altima in for regular maintenance and were told we had several other services needed but we decided to wait. We received an email from Action Nissan offering us 15% off the repairs if we scheduled within a month. We decided to do it. We dropped the car off and later received an invoice with a price that was higher than the email had suggested. Apparently the email offered the 15% discount on services that it should not have applied to. Bobby took care of us though. He called his manager and authorized the price we were quoted in the email, even though it was wrong. We dropped it off before work, picked it up after, and everything is running great!

My experience with Action Nissan was great from start to finish! I was very up front that I wanted a Nissan Sentra in orange and was interested in nothing else. Every other dealership tried to push me into something else and tried to convince me that I'd never find the car I wanted or that I'd have to go way outside of my budget to find one. Action Nissan was the only dealership who didn't try to sell me anything else and promised to let me know when an orange Sentra was coming in (which they did, thanks NeNe!). They also accepted the VPP discount which other dealerships either wouldn't take or lied to me about how it worked. Once the car arrived we had a wonderful experience with Triana in sales who took care of us from start to finish (and beyond), had more fun in finance than we probably should have with Krishan, and Long in delivery made sure I understood the ins and outs of the vehicle (and also gave me some detailing tips I was desperate for). I drove over an hour to go to Action Nissan to get the my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. They were one of the few dealerships in middle Tennessee that actually had any and at a fair price. I had a great experience overall starting from online sales with Nene Roddy helping locate the car I wanted. Jody was also great help with the walkthrough of my Nissan Pathfinder and final sale of it. In finance Jorge helped me get the extra coverage I would need to make sure my car keeps running smoothly. To finish it up I had Long give me a detailed breakdown of all the cool features the Pathfinder had.
Ray Vaughn in the service department was very professional even though I can in with a urgent situation & I did not have a reservation. He worked me in & got me in & out within 30 minutes. I had a wonderful experience with the team at Action Nissan. It started with me just looking at pictures of the new 2021 Rogue Platinum online. Mary helped get me scheduled to come in. I was greeted by the store manager who was friendly and very accommodating. He set me up with Mr. Winer, who processed my paperwork. He was friendly and very helpful. They got everything rolling for me. I was approved for my car! They sent me to speak with Mr. Vasquez, the finance man. He was super friendly and helped me close everything up. The staff is very friendly (If you go in Nashville, Hugo is your guy), but I just cannot get over the over pricing. Nissan was going to charge me $150 for my gas cap to be replaced. I go to my local AutoZone and bought a gas cap for no more than $20. That was my last time going there. I will have to look for another service shop moving forward. I cannot get over the insane pricing scale.

Everyone there was determined to help me out Last Tuesday. My car transmission went out and was looking to trade in but ended up downtown. Unfortunately my credit isn’t great so my percentage was very high for finance and things didn’t work out. Brought my car to Action and they sprang into Action! Dexter took the time to get all my details and listen to what I was looking for while the big guys worked with the bank for me. Got approved at a lower rate, came in looking at a car that I wasn’t too thrilled about but I could somewhat afford - and they showed me a few better options. Prompt service for my recall repair. The recall repair included a complimentary oil change and inspection. As a result of the inspection they identified I need new brake pads on the rear, and instead of just telling me about it they included a video comparison of my brake pads and rotors to to ones that were not worn. Pricing on the repair seemed fair for a dealership repair.
Ary was such a great help with helping me find a car that was right for me plus I loved. He’s a younger guy so we were able to have good conversations to make time go by. He had amazing customer service , I will definitely be back.

I brought my car in because it was making a funny noise. Turns it it had a few loose bolts on a heat shield that needed to be fixed.
However, before I was contacted about the real issue with my car, I first got an email with a list of additional services the mechanic suggested I get done. To someone who didn't know much about cars/mechanics, it would be very easy to end up paying $900+ more for additional services NOT needed.
I suggest contacting customers about the issue they brought it in for before sending this email or including the diagnostic results for the issue they brought it in for in the email preferably at the top. The way it was all handled seemed like the company was trying to swindle customers out of more money.
In the end, the issue was fixed. I just want to caution other customers to be aware of the diagnostic email you will get and ask a second opinion before approving the additional services.

Not have a demo on the car after purchase but I toke it for a Test drive so I figured out all the info system and safety myself.

Accommodated repairing the vehicle and taking a look at it last minute while the Nissan of cool springs was ignoring me hoping that I would just go away. I believe between leaving a bad review for them, taking back my Good review from when they sold me the car, calling Connor Lewis twice and threatening a lawsuit, and actually receiving help from action Nissan and leaving them a good review that I got someone's attention because I finally received a callback after a full day and almost a second full day apologizing and offering to follow through on their promise to service the car. I don't know if I'll ever purchase another vehicle from a Nissan dealership again after this experience but if I do I'll go to action first and give them the benefit of the doubt since the service was so good.
I have a 2015 Altima & the transmission went out on it at only 133,000 miles. A car should last a lot longer than that before you start having transmission problems!!! I looked it up online & saw that there was a class action lawsuit on the transmissions in 2013-2016 Altimas up to 84,000 miles. It should be 150,000 miles because anything lower is ridiculous!!! I didnt have any issues with Action Nissan other than having to pay $4,500 for a transmission on a car with 133,000 miles. They completed the work in a timely manner & kept me in the loop the whole time. The car is running great now

Awesome experience at Action Nissan! I came in to look at a used truck. The truck wasn't here yet. I still wanted it. My salesman, Matson, drove all the way to Atlanta to pick it up and bring it to the dealership. I did the deal before he even got it back to dealership. The truck was way nicer than any of us expected it to be. I think I got a great deal on the purchase. All of the staff was very friendly.

I've had to take my Rogue in for a problem, and Russell in the Service department was awesome. He was super friendly, and worked to get my car fixed up and returned as soon as possible. Had a small hiccup getting the part in the original timeline, (due to chip shortage) but he kept me up to date on the status at every chance he had, or there was new info. Overall very happy with my experience, and my interactions with Russell.
Text message notified me that service was available earlier than scheduled so I was able to get in early. Intake service person recognized the issue immediately so I knew what was needed immediately. Waiting area was fine, although wait was longer than expected. Needed service was warrantied so no charge to me, and my vehicle was returned to me with a complimentary wash, which was a nice feeling.
My car is my independence and my second set of legs because I am a single woman who uses a walker to get around..

I recently had some repair work done on my Infiniti G35x and I notice a vast improvement. The work was done well and in the same day. The service technician Bobby C. was very knowledgeable and communicative with what needed to be done and what it would cost. I would highly recommend his services.

Which I loved but thought, there's no way I'm leaving with this car...
They made everything super easy for me! From reviewing my trade in, giving me a more than fair amount for it, making sure I was 100% certain on monthly payments before signing any thing at all, explaining all the features, helping with paperwork.... they were awesome.
My sales man was an honest helpful guy and the manager was even more down to earth.

I was in for an oil change. I had an appointment, but I still didn't expect to be in and out as quickly as I was.
Had mechanical issues with my car and went to the service line at Action Nissan. The service was speedy yet thorough. They figured out what was wrong with my car very quickly and had me up and running within 24 hours. The main person I worked with was Ashley and she was so helpful with all my issues.
Experience was great dealing with the service dept. Made appointment online. Vehicle was ready when they told me it would. My car ran like when I purchased it after being serviced. Only one issue or minor concern was when reviewing the paperwork given to me there were 2 sheets. One containing what the service dept repaired then the other indicated a 27 point inspection done and a complimentary car detail(outside only paper states). My vehicle did not get the car wash. It was just as I brought it in. Which was no problem because I was not expecting it but it lead me to question if the 27 point inspection was done. That's more of my minor concern. Other than that we thank everyone in the service dept who got our vehicle back to how what made us purchase here from. Action Nissan.
I traded in my 2019 Nissan Armada for a 2022 one. It was a seamless transaction. The sales people did a great job and the young man that helped explain all of the bells and whistles on my car, did a great job as well.
I have been trying to get a appointment for my car to get serviced, and finally after hung up on and wrong numbers and the run around finally got to speak to a gentleman forgot his name but he got my part ordered and appointment set up with Ashley and she was great. She done everything she said and beyond plus called and informed me what was going on and accommodated me to the best she could with this pandemic and making sure my health was important and getting the services I needed done along with delivering my car to me. She is great and I will keep my business with Nissan for as long as she is apart of it.

The Sales Managers kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring that I understood what they needed from me via email, due to me traveling for work. Came in for an oil change and brake inspection. Brakes is good for another year. I received recommendations for a battery replacement and brake fluid flush. All mention services was performed along with a free car wash. Russell Sanford was my sales advisor very friendly and courtesy.
Excellent service from the manager Anthony. He was professional and provided excellent details as far as completion timeframe. My car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Everything was looking great.
I just thought an hour and a half with an appointment, even after the suggested air filters were replaced, was a long time for an oil change. It’s not the first time it’s taken so long, but I trust the staff as I bought the car there and will continue to return but would be much happier if oil changes didn’t take an hour plus.
Russell was very communicative about what needed to be done to fix my Nissan and even gave me his cell number to stay in touch easier! He had the part expedited so that it would be done as quickly as possible. Very smooth and positive experience.

It was a good experience. The service lane manager Ashley Myers, was very good at her job and most helpful. I had a left rear tire that had been looking a little under inflated and she had one of her service associates add air to put it back to proper recommended lbs of inflation after my initial repair was completed. My repair was done in slightly less time than the hour and a half she initially quoted to me. I managed to take a walk around the neighborhood and get some air and sunshine after being cooped up at home so much the last few months. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.
Make sure and go see Jonathan for all your service needs. I've taken my nismo here every time for service and he is absolutely the best. I'm extremely particular about my car and he never lets me down.

I accompanied my boyfriend while he searched for and bought his new car here and I was very impressed with the facility, choices, and employees. Several people helped us and everyone was very kind and welcoming, but Des really made our experience great. She knew what she was doing and has fantastic customer-relationship skills, plus she's hilarious and pays attention to the details. This is our new spot for car-buying, others should take notes.
The service department is top notch. I bought my Nissan from another dealership and with it free oil changes. I couldn't get service (or even a call back) with the other dealership and decided I'd rather pay and go to Action. I won't go anywhere else for my service needs.
Sarah was very helpful especially with a toddler. Was hoping to get more paperwork done prehand due to they have a 24 delivery service and we’d have my son with me. Over all took about three hours and my son was starting to get irritable. They gave him a ballon to keep him occupied. Enjoy have Derek in the finance department as well. This time at Action Nissan vs when I went back in 2015 to purchase a vehicle was honestly night and day. I was prepared to be there this go around about 6+ hours like I was the first go around.
Taiwan called me on Sunday after doing a general search online seeing if anything struck my interest, plugging some numbers, and pricing my options.However I was mulling over if I really wanted a new car you know going back and forth. I originally told him I wasnt going to get a car, then a few minutes later changed my mind doing a pros and con.
Taiwan set me up with Evan for the day after (Monday). I arrived Monday morning, met Evan, with the car I wanted in hand ( Nissan Kicks), everything in a folder like Title etc, and the price range I was looking to pay per month.
As Evan was bringing the car up the manager came out and spoke with me I told him the same price range, and within like 30 minutes I was out test driving the Nissan Kicks. When we go back it was smooth sailing with very little wait time in between.
Evan was professional, not pushy, didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need or want. I was in and out of Action Nissan within 3 hours maybe a few minutes over. Thats including going through all the signing, the vehicle getting ready for me, and I was on the road.
IDK who took over at Action Nissan but they seem to be doing an excellent job. The speed of service really respects the car buyers time. I will recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking for a new vehicle. This is my second vehicle with them and I think this will be my go to place for a new vehicle in the future

I came in on a snowy day and left very happy due to Denis! He showed me so much patience and kindness during my whole experience and made sure all of my needs were met. I moved from KY to TN so this was my first visit to this Nissan dealership. With my old dealership I had Nissan rewards and rarely paid for an oil change/tire rotation the many years I’ve been going there so the cost was more than expected. I also was hoping to get the dealership changed on the Nissan One to One Rewards program and my rep Macon tried to do that but stated she would give me a call once she figured it out. I didn’t get that call. My name was spelled wrong on my invoice and I’m hoping that was corrected. The service was within an hour and 15 min prbly so not bad. So far I have not had any issues since then with my car. Macon did give me a small % off my total but I really enjoyed the Nissan rewards I had with my previous dealership.
I was initially approved through a private lender when I went to the dealership. The lender I used changed my rate at the last minute. The salesman Peyton and his boss Derek never told me anything was wrong they went to another lender, I was approved within minutes and in about 2 hours after signing paperwork. I left the dealership in my new Truck. Highly recommend the team at Action Nissan.

This is my second car purchase at Action Nissan and I don’t regret it! Everyone is super friendly and helpful! ESPECIALLY George! George was amazing, he knew exactly what I wanted/needed and did not waste time. I told him what I wanted and that’s exactly what I got and more. George needs a raise or a promotion! He seriously cares about his clients. You can tell it’s genuine. This is the second time George has helped me with financing and purchasing my car! I will recommend all of my co workers at BoA to him, my friends, family, and more! Honestly, if it wasn’t for George, I wouldn’t have purchased any of my cars. I get my Nissan serviced here and I have always had great service. Angie and Ashley were great yesterday. Positive attitude and answered every question. Last but not least, the shuttle van driver, Mr. Calvin. Always great conversation with him on my rides. I hope these employees are being compensated for their great work because they are definitely giving 100% to the customers.
Overall I had a great experience with my oil change. In December 2020 my car was repaired in the body shop. At the time of the oil change I asked about a missing wheel cover (not hub cap) and was told it would cost $70 to repair. After speaking the manager he was quick to address the situation and replace the wheel cover.
Normally I do not like to admit when I am wrong but today I have to say to my wife that I was wrong. I had read lots of negative reviews about the service other customers received at Action Nissan and I was determined my wife was not going to buy a car from this place. She was referred to the dealership by a fellow co worker who had previously worked with Heather Fowler. She made an appointment with Ms Fowler and we went in the next day to meet with her. We set our appointment for 1030am and we were there a few minutes early. Heather met us by the door and immediately welcomed us to the dealership. She took no time getting the process started. We sat down and I swear. I have never met someone so nice and polite. I honestly felt like I was talking to my own daughter. She made me feel at such ease. She had such a calming approach to her. I would have probably bought 4 cars from her that day if she had asked. Long story short..... Heather was great. She was patient with my wife as she asked a million questions. Heather made the entire process great. I have told everyone I work with and my entire family to go see Heather. She will not disappoint. Heather even contacted us the next day to see how everything was going and to see if we had anymore questions. A couple days later we received a hand written thank you note in the mail with a Starbucks gift card in it. I am totally impressed with the way we were handled by Heather and I eat my words about this dealership. Thank you Heather for a job well done. You are one of a kind.

On 4/29/20 I just purchased my third new vehicle from Action Nissan. Heather Fowler was my sales person and Kris did the papers. Each time I purchase a new vehicle from Action I am amazed. Heather was absolutely the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She was open, honest, and wanted me to be happy. Her response time to my questions and offers could not have been faster. Kris was also great in getting me and out in record time. It is people like Heather and Kris that bring me back to Action and bypass the other dealers.
My back trunk area rug got caught in my lift gate 😩but Action Nissan certainly got it taken care of right away . I was on a road trip from out of town and Nashville was my first stop so it made sense to go there , glad I did they also took care of recalls that was on my vehicle . I had been thinking about buying a new Nissan Pathfinder with 4 wheel drive and contacted Action Nissan in Nashville. Immediately I was forwarded to Ms. Jennifer McMillan who advised me to come in and she would help find the vehicle that would be a good fit for me. Jennifer took me out and showed me a few vehicles and explained what safety and convenience features each one had. When I made the decision to purchase she stayed with me and walked me through the whole process explaining the purchase and finance options I had to choose from. When I was happy with my finance and purchase decisions and waiting for the paperwork to complete she took me through the facility maintenance area and explained service arrangements. She also made sure I was comfortable during the process offering me coffee and something to eat. She made me feel like I was her most important customer through the whole day. After the paperwork was completed she helped me gather my things and get everything relocated to my new vehicle which was prepped and fueled up. She also sat with me in my new Pathfinder and went back over the many safety and convenience features making sure I would drive off with a good level of confidence in driving my new car. Not only did she make sure the day went well for me she has also followed up on my purchase throughout the week to make sure I was enjoying my new car. I will certainly call for her next time I buy a new vehicle.

Best experience ever buying a new vehicle. I have bought a few and even an RV and it was never easier any place than Action Nissan. That is why they have easy buttons all around the place and I hit those buttons a few times. "That was easy" !! No painful negotiating they brought the A game after I told them what I wanted, what I expected for trade in and what I wanted to spend. I purchased my new Maxima Platinum from Action last year and thought it best to maintain service records at the dealership in the event of warranty issues. There is another dealership much closer to home and I work within a mile of the Nissan headquarters and dealership in Cool Springs. I seriously though about moving my service following the failure by Service Department to return multiple voice mail messages. It was then that I met Ashley Myers. She is the reason that I continue to have my service completed at this dealership. Amazing service! She goes above and beyond to develop a relationship and truly care about her customers. In addition, she realizes how valuable my time is and works to get me in and out quickly when I need to wait. Kudos to Ashley!

First, when I came in and asked for the vehicle they showed on their website, they had it! Not like the other two Nashville Nissan dealers who didn't, just using their ad to bring you to their dealership and sell you something else. The gave me a good deal on my trade-in. The salesperson's jokes grew on me as we went along. The dealership is comfortable and everyone was friendly. They took care of details and explained all the features of my car.
I only gave them a four because it took 4 hours to complete the deal even though I already knew which car I wanted so we didn't need to spend any time on the lot.
I've never had an oil change done so quickly! I was in and out within a half hour. Angela who processed the order was friendly and helpful. Also, Ashley is amazing and never forgets a customer! She is dedicated to resolving issues and is ON IT. Highly recommend both of those ladies when you go visit!

Had a great experience with my first visit to Action Nissan on Thomson lane. We are thinking about Upgrading our cars, so we stopped by to get a quote for a trade in value on our car. The salesman, Karzan was very helpful and attentive. He makes the situation a lot easier and he was not pushy at all. He was knowledgeable about the cars and when he didn’t know something he got the right people that did to help. He let me test drive several cars and has checked up on me couple times just to keep me updated on the deals and promotions that Nissan is having.

I scheduled the 5,000 mile service for my 2020 Kicks online. When I arrived, Hugo greeted us as we drove in. He was very professional and nice. I arrived at about 11:50 and was out around 1:10. I was very surprised that the actual cost for the service was less than what I expected. Very good experience.

Action Nissan is one of the best places to go if you are looking for a car. Justin took very good care of me and made my first experience from a dealership simple and hassle free. With my credit score I was afraid that it would hold me back from the getting the vehicle I wanted but Justin went above and beyond to make sure that my monthly payments were affordable as well as giving me great advice about refinancing through a bank etc.. If I were to ever need another vehicle, I would go see Justin at Action Nissan. Justin had great customer service, he was respectful and profressional.
I have always been very hesitant about taking my car into the dealership for repairs due to past unsatisfactory experiences. My recent service through Action Nissan was great. Ashley my service representative was quick and easy to schedule with! My husband was looking for a good, used truck. After visiting Action Nissan and talking with salesperson Heather and GSM Jason Polk, we realized that we could get a new truck for basically $20 more a month plus one more year in payments. This made better sense for us! When our credit union gave us a quote that we felt was too high, Jason worked to find us a better rate that we were happy with. We felt no pressure in the sale. Would recommend to anyone car shopping!

I had my 2011 Maxima taken to Action Nissan in March 2018 after hitting a deep pothole. It blew out my right front tire and damaged the wheel as well. Ashley Myers, who works there made everything easy for me for she was very kind, helpful and accommodating. She also had a rental car come for me soon after my arrival. And she stayed on top of things for me the whole way through. I really appreciated her kindness and putting me at ease each time I come to Action Nissan. When I pulled in the parking lot Mr. William Darnell & Jody was on time ,greeted me & showed me where I could park & they were extremely professional!! Action Nissan has given a new name in car dealership. Especially the sales team. One sales team member and my personal experience came from an exclusive sales member . Katherine Sauceda. She was an exceptional sales representative. She was extremely professional. She answered all my questions and put a new name in no pressure sales. Austin Wells is the one to see if you decide to come here! Honestly if you don't your really missing out. We didnt plan to buy a car we just wanted to look because I was in a wreck. I did need a new car but it wasn't like it was needed right then. We didnt even have this place on our list of places to go. I am so glad we stopped when we went by. This place is by far amazing. I had the best experience i have ever had with a dealership here. Due to my credit score my down payment was kinda high. Austin and the managers there worked their magic. I was able to get a smaller down payment and a smaller monthly payment! My car is amazing. It's like its brand new. I did buy used but they looked this car over and fixed what needed to be fixed. They put new tires on because it needed it. They filled the tank but it was low. Before we drove off they had it detailed and washed. Austin hooked my bluetooth up and showed me what all the buttons are for! We will be coming here from now on even tho it's a little ways away from us. I dont care. The experience and the people are what make this place.

I had been looking for several months for an updated vehicle when circumstances the last week in March force me too. I had been looking on line at several Chevrolet and ford dealership when my daughter suggested Action Nissan. I did find one of the vehicle I had been wanting Chevrolet Traverse LT (2017) ($20,495) with 30,116 seats 7 persons with comfortable leg room. Had my son look at it and talked with sales agent, Evan Murphy. Mr. Murphy help me by phone & internet to get my application submitted that night for approval. Next day I was meeting him to pick up vehicle and finalize sign paperwork. Thank you Evan & financial staff for being so helpful.

Some real stand up guys here. I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. This was an out of state purchase, so I expected a couple of games along the way. No, Matt followed through on everything he said he would. He kept me in the loop every step of the process, even on his day off. He advised me that my target price was outside his authority and referred my request to Fred. Fred called and told me that he wanted my business and his actions confirmed it. I can't say enough good things about these two gentleman. The car was delivered as promised and exceeded my expectations.

They did not have the car that I wanted on the lot, but they transferred what I wanted from another lot at no extra charge. Because we traded in a vehicle, they allowed me to drive the Versa that I test drove until they were able to get my car.

I had my car repaid here a few months back and the service was great. This past weekend, I emailed them asking about potentially trading in my car. I immediate received and email back from the internet sales manager, Mike. He was able to get me a quote for my trade-in and pre-approval before I left home. By the time I'd gotten to the dealership, they had the new car ready and worked out an offer that cut my interest rate in half. Great service. Highly recommended!
The Bad:
I bought out my lease from A.N. earlier this year. For one reason or another they didn't send the title to my bank, or my paperwork to the DMV. This caused my bank to raise my interest rate to an exorbitant amount. I called and spoke to a woman in finance to ask what the situation was, and she pretty much blew me off. I was promised a call back on two separate occasions. Those calls never came, and my bank never heard from A.N. Finally, I drove down to the dealership and asked to speak to a supervisor.
The Good:
Since my visit, things have been much better. A quality assurance person reached out to me and told me the person who had mishandled my paperwork was no longer with them (I can only imagine she was terminated, but I don't know) and apologized sincerely about the whole ordeal. Since then, they have been working diligently to fix this situation. It would have been better if it never got this far, but eventually A.N. picked up the ball and have been doing right by me since. Three stars.
I have purchased 2 or 3 cars at Action Nissan with manager Jorge Vasquez. The service from him and the dealer staff has always been great! Very attentive, professional and Jorge always explains everything so that I can understand and follow. I am a very happy customer! I always recommend him to my friends and family to go see him!
I called about the warranty on my pathfinder and spoke to Diane Judkins. She was so sweet and very helpful. I was worried at first and she definitely helped calm me down and answered all my questions. So nice to talk to a real person that actually listens and takes care of your issues.
I went in to look at a particular car I had seen on the Internet. I was surprised by how low the price was so I asked for a picture of the car on the lot, because it was only a stock photo. The salesman sent me a photo of the car. I went in two hours later, and after a couple hours of driving the vehicle and finishing all the paperwork I was done. Action Nissan was professional, enjoyable, and easy to work with. They do push the extended warranty a bit more than I cared for, but if you like the peace of mind, it's worth the discussion over the price. Overall, I appreciated how easy the process was and how forth right the figures were.

I absolutely loved the customer service and that’s not the only good thing I was firm with what I wanted and Tim the good guy and Jorge Vasquez in financial made it happen. It was not easy due to my husband having daca and him not being considered a “citizen” but they really do make things happen when they say they will! They do not tug you around and try to make you out to be a fool at all! They value your time and make sure you are top priority. Also I believe her name is Sara in customer service worked one on one with me over the phone so that when I came in I test drived the car I wanted and signed the papers and I was out. It was definitely not the usually 4 hour process of back and fourth. Like I said you tell them what you want and they WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN !!! a huge thanks from the merino family we will forever be loyal customers and hopefully bring some y’all’s way as well !!

I needed a car so bad I had to uber to the dealership. But after talking to Heather and running my credit, and my credit was in the 600's which isn't great, she helped me find a 2017 Sentra that was super awesome! I paid $1000 down and drove away happy! Ask for Heather. She is the best and cares about helping you find the right car at the right price with payments you can live with.

The sales section of Nissan is absolutely incredible, especially Emily. Even after I bought my car, she still takes care of me. I had a lot of issues with service, but once she got involved, everything got taken care of. The service manager and all their employees really helped me figure out the problem with my headlights which was on going for a year. I will definitely be continuing using them, since I already use them for quick oil changes :)
Today I purchased a Nissan Frontier and have to say that I had a wonderful experience. The sales person that helped me was NELLY KARAPETYAN and I have to say that she is absolutely wonderful. I emailed about a car and Nelly got back with me asap. I let her know that it would be a week before I could make it in and see the cars. She kept in touch and was keeping an eye on the cars I was interested in seeing. When I finally made it in, Nelly had them all lined up for me to see. The whole experience was different than any car buying I've ever had and it was because of that young ladies personality. My first oil change, it was done in a timely matter.
Was promised car detail at time of oil changes. Which after going through some channels was done, I appreciate that! However the person detailing does not do a very good job! I had to go back over all of the inside of my car. Windows were smeared and dash was not wiped. Hopefully in the future the person will pay a bit more attention to the work they perform!
All in all it was a good experience!
They charged me less for an lol change than pep boys and also washed my entire car and inspected it. The were also very friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to take your car

Have no trust in the managers at Action Nissan. A small detail of a horrible experience follows: We were told by the finance manager in his office that the finance term was for 84 months, The longest term shown us earlier on the sales floor was 75 months. The documentation we received indicated an 8.74% interest rate. This was only discovered in the finance office. The deal seemed different than that presented to us on the sales floor. We felt pressured to sign the forms as presented. After closely reviewing the closing documents at home, we realized that we made a big mistake. After two attempts, we returned the truck to Action and was informed by the sales manager that we would have to pay, in cash, $700.00 to return the truck. He refused to accept our.check! We had to pay two ATM fees to get the required money. The next day we returned to speak with the general manager regarding the way this situation was handled. We were informed that our check should have been accepted, and that the amount requested wasn't right. The amount should have been $499.00. We have been customers of Action Nissan since 2003. The service department has always been a good experience, especially since Bill returned. Our experience dealing with Derek and Heather, in sales, was wonderful. It seems as though Action Nissan has lowered its standards. We were deceived on several levels. Keep this in mind if you are considering purchasing at Action Nissan.
I went in for a scheduled oil change I usually get my appointments in the morning but this one was at 11:30, so I thought it was going to take longer, but to my surprise it was quicker. I was very happy and the service rep was extremely nice and helpful.
For this to be my first ever new car buying experience. Having a fabulous salesman Tim Campbell made it oh so much better. I drove home in a brand new car and absolutely love it. Action Nissan is the place to go.

He was awesome. Didn't waste my time. We took a quick test drive and worked on numbers after that. No pressure. Wonderful experience at their service center! I took my car to have the airbag replaced as part of a recall and even though I wasn't technically a "paying" customer I received excellent customer service and very fast turnaround time. I came to Action Nissan today and did business with them for the SECOND time. I promise you there will be SEVERAL more encounters. Tim Campbell and Jason Polk have made me a customer for life. I came in to get my vehicle serviced with no intention of inquiring on buying a vehicle. I honestly didn’t think I would be able to get the vehicle I wanted and these guys MADE IT HAPPEN. The customer service could not have been better. I was blown away by the effort they put into making sure I left in a vehicle I was happy with for a price and payment I was comfortable with. I had Jennifer and Tim help me and they were awesome! Jennifer was extremely nice to me and my grandad and she helped us find the perfect car! She unfortunately got pulled for a meeting so Tim helped us do all of the paper work, but I definitely would recommend both of them when looking for a car!
As soon as I drove my old car on the lot, I was immediately greeted with kindness. Never in my life have I been greeted so warmly. The huge surprise was EVERYONE was kind and friendly. Calvin and Amanda are awesome!!! Even people who weren't directly involved in my purchase were telling me how much I would enjoy my new car. I was given tips by various salespersons on how to get the most out of my car. I would have bought a lemon from them. Seriously, my customer service experience was AMAZING. ASHLEY is the sweetest!! She made me feel so at ease when having some technical problems with my car. I was able to leave my car and she sent me updates while it was there so the whole time I knew what was going on. She conducts herself in an incredibly professional manner and does everything in her power to solve whatever problem you may have.

I just wanted to say that there was not really too much support from service. I couldn't get a hold of anyone for an entire day.
However, I would like to say that Christina the girl in service is awesome. When she is at work, she really makes the place better. Her communication was superb and she really is a great employee, I hope this message finds her.
I met with Jennifer McMillan who went way beyond what other dealerships offer. She offered to take all the cars I am interested in from other dealers and show which cars offer what. I am most concerned about safety features. She listened to me and found what would suit my needs best. Will definitely do business with her again in the future.

I went to the Nissan dealership in Nashville about my issue and they told me that there was nothing wrong at all when I knew there was because the issue continued to happen. When I went to action Nissan in Murphreesboro I was beyond ecstatic when they were able to confirm my suspicions. I felt that they actually inspected my car to the fullest extent and addressed my concerns.
I had such a great experience on my last visit. Rozh was so informative and efficient throughout the entire process. I went to so many locations. I got an amazing deal! Great experience and friendly staff. James Frierson was one of the best sales representatives that I've ever met at a dealership. He was friendly, knowledgable, and understanding of our situation and need. My family got into the vehicle we wanted because of his persistence and consistency. Definitely recommending all my friends and family to him. I'll be back in a couple of months for another vehicle and I'll go straight there. In addition, the Finance Manager, Michele, worked an amazing deal out with the bank and even dropped our interest rate a HUGE amount. Lovely group of people. Brought in my neighbor's car for a transmission diagnostic, got the appointment the same day, within 2 hours. Service adviser, Ashley Myers, was extremely helpful, and I was done within an hour and a half. She gave me an estimate of what needed to be done, and with the 26 point checkup, also recommended a new serpentine drive belt.
I never thought I would ever own a brand new car. Me and my husband had been looking at several car places for a new car and was unable to buy anything. We have had some hard times and credit is not the best. We were referred by a friend to go see Heather Fowler at Action Nissan. It was the best experience we have ever had and we left with a brand new car. I have never been treated so nice by a salesperson. Heather is very patient and wants to help everyone. Go see Heather if you want to be treated with respect and be taken care of. Afterwards she evened called us to check in and sent us a thank you card in the mail. That blew me away. Best car salesperson ever!!

What a turnaround!! Had a bad experience about 2 month ago a d decided to give them a second chance. Sire glad I did!! Went car shopping for my daughter and our sales associate izac did a amazing job! Since the moment he created us till the moment we left we felt very comfortable with our disition. We know that this is how they make there money, but in that moment he made us feel that it wasnt about him but about us and our needs. I will send my friends and family to see Izac :)
This was the 6th dealership I went to. Car shopping is exhausting and I was all alone and was sick of dealers trying to rip me off. But coming here everyone was so kind/welcoming and we negotiated a fair/good price for my new car! I recommend coming here because they’re very helpful especially if you’ve never bought a car before. :)

I purchased a car last night from Action Nissan after I got off work. An entire team of people stayed very late into the night to complete my deal. They are professional, polite, and courteous. Best of all, they had the best prices that I could find on the Internet. Thanks to all of you who gave up your entire evening to close my deal and detail my new car to take home. The only bad part was the length of time that it took, and this was probably mostly caused by me because I was torn between 2 different models. I would like to rank them at a 4-1/2 but it is not available. Thanks to all of you who had to stay so late last night!
The service department was exceptional!!! They were closing yet waited for me to get there for a tire issue. They gave me a new tire at no cost to me which really helped me alot and everyone was kind, courteous and very attentive. I would recommend the service department to everyone.
