We worked with Lisa and it was a great experience! She listened to what I wanted and didn’t show me anything not in that description or out of my budget. She didn’t rush me and answered all of my questions. Eric also walked us through all of our options and didn’t push us to get more than we needed. Overall we received excellent customer service and I car I love! This was the second time we have bought from Muscatell and from start to finish enjoyed working with them.

She brought out several cars for us to test drive (4 or more?), both new and used. She made the process smooth and painless and we are happy with our new car! When looking for a family vehicle, originally, Muscatell didn't have what we were looking for. But last minute I checked and they had just gotten one on the lot. Went in and spoke with Brian Bates who proceeded to track down, go get and bring to the Moorhead location just so we could test drive it. We made the decision to buy but had to wait for inspection and detail. Brian kept us updated and the shop too great care in making sure any and all repairs were done before we got it. He kept us updated and aware and was fully transparent through the entire process. Thanks to them all, there is a newer, reliable vehicle in my garage that accommodates the family (2 and 4 legged). We will go nowhere else for a vehicle ever again while living in Fargo-Moorhead. You all are amazing!

Stephen in the recon department, who by the way is very good at making sure your car is exceptionally clean before you get it back. I was looking for an Impreza and stopped by. A used one had just been traded in and I was interested in buying it from them. Gary Chesley made a phone call to see what work might be needing done on it before selling it to someone. He was a straight shooter with me when he got off the phone and said that it might need a lot of work and he just wouldn't feel right selling it to me. The guy didn't try to sell me a lemon but he kept his integrity. A week later a car came in that was the perfect fit for me. The price was fair, the trade-in for my truck was fair, and they've got a customer for life.

So far so good! Very happy with Muscatel today and I want to reward what I view as positive behavior. I called to ask about a repair quote...and they DID IT! They gave me a quote! I go to Muscatel often for my Subaru which is still under warranty but I was calling about another vehicle, feeling frustrated after 2 other shops refused to give me a quote unless I brought it in and they diagnosed it first. As vehicle owners we should not support shops which try to hide behind a lack of transparency to impose higher prices on you. It's NOT OK! So thanks Muscatel for not being jerks!
