I purchased a wrangler from Park Chrysler Jeep in March. I'm from out of state (10 hours away) so it was difficult for me to drop in to see the vehicle and test drive it. David Allan was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process and went out of his way to send me interior/exterior photos and videos, as well as put it on a lift to get all my questions answered about the off-roading history and undercarriage condition. Per my request he test drove it and tested the differential lockers, 4WD, and sway bar disconnect. He also went through the hassle of finding and contacting the previous owner to get and share with me a detailed list of modifications/customizations that were done on the vehicle. This list has been extremely valuable to me over the last couple months as I learn about my jeep and add my own mods. If it wasn't for David and all his hard work, I doubt I would have come all that way to test drive and ultimately purchase my jeep. I was never pressured, and felt like I was in good hands through the entire process. I really appreciate the customer care (that has continued even after the purchase) and all the nice extras he did. He even sent me home with a hat and some cookies for the road. Thank you for a nice experience with an out of state purchase.

My husband and I have been in contact with Troy for about 2 YEARS NOW wanting to upgrade our Jeep Renegade Trailhawk and the day finally came that we could get an unbelievable deal made by the Gods on the last day of the month of August. We are so blown away with the continuous effort and communication Troy has had with us trying to find our dream car for our growing family. Especially with baby #2 coming in just 4 weeks, this helped us relieve some stress for sure. The Gladiator is just perfect for what we wanted, a wrangler but with the pickup truck feature to it; best of both worlds! Why would you go anywhere else? They actually have more then 1 or 2 Jeep wranglers in stock. Stopped on a Friday to test drive a Wrangler. Matt was great. We test drove 3 different Wranglers and a Gladiator. Wanted to test different engines and set ups. Matt was very knowledgeable and patient with me and my questions. Never pressured to buy that evening. They had a 2021 Ecodiesel at the rail yard waiting to be picked up the following week. Wanted to take a look at that. Matt contacted me the next Tuesday it arrived got it inspected and ready that Wednesday morning. I came and looked test drove it that afternoon was driving off the lot by 430 with my new Wrangler. Seriously the best experience ever buying a vehicle. Simple fast and easy financing too. Will recommend this dealer to anyone.

Amazing service! I have been there a couple of times and the people that work there are very professional and nice. I had a experience with Luke Perkins and he never made me feel pressured to buy a car that day and explained everything one step at a time and was very patient. If you have to get a JEEP-you have to see Randy T! I had features and a budget that I was working with, Randy helped me get those and some! We worked together on two separate days and both days he had an unlimited amount of patience. He actively listened to what I wanted and found me the options and was able to talk through any concerns I had. There was no pressure, no talking over me and no hard selling. UPDATE to prior review: At this time, the team has reached out to me to improve upon a poor experience. Specifically, working with Nick has been wonderful. Easily, the most helpful and kind of the crew of people I have worked with. He is working diligently to make the situation right and fix the issue with my service, my vehicle and my experience. My review will continue to be adjusted as the experience continues. Currently, the 3 star rating is due to overall lack of compassion and friendliness from the entirety of the team. As mentioned previously, when initially making my appointment, the person I spoke with was rude, blunt and dismissive. When I walked into the service area nobody greeted me or took a minute to help me know where to go. Then, when I called with an issue after my car recall had been fixed, I continued to receive lack of compassion. Really hoping the rest of my experience can go well and the review can be improved upon.

I just purchased My 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Troy. I had one of the best experiences when it comes to purchasing a car. I’m a little late on this since I’ve had my Jeep Rubicon for just over a year. I can honestly say the entire experience at Park Chrysler Jeep was and has been a wonderful one. Everyone there is so professional and considerate each time I contact them. I live very close to another Jeep dealership but ended up driving 20 mins to deal directly with Park Chrysler since the dealership near me has not been a good experience from past purchases. I was advised to go to Park Jeep, by Dustin, when I was looking for a newer Wrangler JL in April. I went, but really just to look around. I found one that caught my eye, not because it was orange, but the retractable roof! I bought it and the sales team was Great, Mr Rubey in finance, did phenomenal at getting me a great rate. But as I drove it more and more there was just something that didn't feel right. I mentioned to the gentleman that referred me there that it didn't drive the same as my last JL, was it because it was a Rubicon. Best service I've ever had. I had a problem with my Cherokee radio connection that Jeep corporate diagnosed. Park Jeep was the only dealer to take my word that Jeep knew what the problem was without having to run their own costly diagnosis. They listened to my problem, presented a solution, and even was able to accommodate my schedule on short notice. I don't live near here but they will be my first call when I need a new car. Kolleen and staff rock. Recently bought a Certified Used Jeep Compass for my daughter. Very low miles and excellent condition at a fair price. Kolleen stayed after closing to walk my daughter through all of the car’s functionality. But what impressed me most was how they treated me and my daughter after the purchase was done. I noticed swirls and scratches that I hadn’t seen prior to purchase, so they asked me to bring it back in to make it right, which included a 2 step detail process that made the car look brand new. See pic - it’s immaculate. I truly felt like they wanted to make me feel valued - they’re honest and good people. My first experience with this dealer and highly recommend.

Totaled my beloved Jeep Liberty on a Friday morning, test drove a new Compass Saturday afternoon, bought it Monday night after work. The staff was very helpful with helping me choose a vehicle that fit my needs -- they talked me out of the Trailhawk version, even though it was $4K more, because it didn't fit what I needed -- and working on financing option that fit my budget. They were very accommodating in letting me take a second, more extended test drive on Monday so I could be sure of my decision. They made a rushed car buying experience as painless as possible; even going as far as letting me leave the rental car with them when I drove the new car home. They stayed after closing time to finish out the deal instead of shooing me out at 8pm. Special thanks to Marc Hoffman (who I talked with on Saturday), Troy Chaika (who closed out the sale on Monday), and to the finance guy (sorry, I didn't get your business card!) who worked the budget. Edited to add: This dealership is one of the few who has a good selection in stock. Looked at Toyota and it's at least 6 weeks to get a new car. All the supposed inventory they had on their web site was sold - either not even built yet or waiting on a ship to come into harbor.

I was so excited to actually purchase my Jeep after researching for over a year. I was even more thrilled to actually, pull the trigger and buy my grand Cherokee. I worked for a company where I made FCA parts and I know the care FCA puts in there vehicles, so to me a Jeep was the way to go. The buying experience was fine and great, the multiple phone calls to ask me how I liked my jeep where a bit much and to be frank annoying, I am busy I don’t have time to tell a sales person they did a great job 2 or 3 times. When I bought my jeep there was a light on I was assured that this was a simple fix, and just a quick computer update and it would be just fine. I understand this sometimes these cars sit for a while, I was understanding brought the car back. I need everyone to keep in mind this is a brand new car. Took it in turns out it wasn’t just a simple fix it needed to have a new part put in. So, for a brand new car that is a week in my possession it has been to the mechanic twice. I was like I just had bad luck I know this is my car, I love it. Then today, I get a call that the license plates that were given to me at dealership are not my plates, no they gave me someone else’s plates. I understand some of the fault is mine I should of check the registration before I left, but again I didn’t think this could happen. I am writing this review not as a disgruntled customer, but more of an invitation for this dealership to do better. Instead of you sales team calling me multiple times looking for the Pat on the back, maybe have your sales team start the cars on the lot to make sure they are ready to be sold, and maybe do a double check like handing the registration to the customer and asking if everything looks right. I am sure this is just a fluke but when you make a purchase of 50,000 dollars I guess I had set my standards to high. For my salesman I gave him 10 on his survey, well I knuckled under I was scared he would call me more if I didn’t give him 10s on his dealership survey.

I usually go for oil change. Usual turnaround time time is 1 to 3 hours. Staff in service department are friendly. They do not try to sell oil change package which is both good and bad. They recommend for replacement of parts when required. Service is moved into a separate building from sales building and there is construction at site.

One thing I loved about it when signing the papers was that there was no pressure to try and sign extra detail packages. I declined and we moved on. I am going to only give 4 stars. I need to qualify this. Our sales rep Ali and the sales manager Pete were both fantastic. They answered all our questions. Went over the vehicle's operations. They were professional and courteous. I really cannot think of a critical item to say about them. The dealership itself was modern, clean, and we were greeted at the door. Very well done. Now - why only 4 stars. The finance manager was terrible in my opinion. We were buying the car outright, no trade in, no financing. She was high pressure trying to up sale add on packages. She even tried to talk us into financing part of the price I can assume so she could up sale add on packages. Then after we leave I learned she passed on our information to an insurance company who are not bugging me for a quote. I am happy with my insurance I have and I am a Gold rewards member with them so the rate is great. If I wanted to receive other quotes I'd ask for them and I am not happy about her passing my info along to other companies at all. That all said - with a different finance person experience I'd give Park a 5-star

I bought a certified new/Used 2019 jeep grand Cherokee and I love it!! However, I don’t think we would ever go back to purchase another vehicle from them. To start, the financial team ran our credit 8 times!!!! She ran it for more then the vehicle cost because she wanted to pre approve us for the highest additional package (which we did not want or ask her to do). She didn’t talk to us about this before she ran our credit, she just did it then told us what our monthly payment was. Because we were confused as to why the payment was higher then what we calculated, we asked, then she told us she ran it for the highest added package. We had to tell her 5 time (yes 5) we didn’t want any additional package, her personality turned cold quickly. We weren’t willing to take any additional package from her after her first little stunt. She was not happy with us when we didn’t want to take any additional packages from her, she wasn’t very friendly after that. We were also agitated with her for running our credit so many times and hounding us to get an additional package. Needless to say we were ready to leave ASAP. When we got our title in the mail, it wasn’t correct, we had to go back and sign a new copy, when we asked for a copy of the new one we signed, the guy was clearly annoyed that we wanted a copy of the correct paperwork. Our salesmen was great he pulled up multiple vehicles for us but, I had specific things I wanted in the car but he got me the one I wanted! when we got in the SUV it stunk terribly of cigarette smoke. I told them I was not going to but this SUV smelling like that and asked what they could do. He had the detail team place an ionizer in the SUV overnight and it helped tremendously! thought I can still get a smell of smoke now and then they got the smell out pretty well. Overall I can’t say we would ever go back. We had a much better overall experience at Walser with our last vehicle. If you do go to get a vehicle here I strongly recommend you get financing before you go.

I was expecting to have some hidden costs or getting a bad deal on my trade-in. No hidden fees and I was offered a $1K more on my trade-in then the Toyota dealership where I originally bought the vehicle. Called about a used Mazda, spoke with salesman Steve Carpenter (recommend working with steve!) I got my own financing as I was from out of state. The car was already at a great price, I asked if there would be a little room to negotiate and threw a slightly smaller price his way. He came back with a bottom dollar offer that was slightly lower so we took it! No BS, not pushy, and communication was on point. I told them in advance I would be declining any extended warranties,etc.. and when I got there they offered it once, I declined and that was that. Not pushy, not trying to push me anymore into any other services, which is exactly how I like it. I made it clear how i wanted the transaction to go and it went that way. The vehicle was as described. 100 percent recommend these guys. Super nice, quick and efficient. Steve has definitely earned the name "The Jeep Man"; he seems to know everything about the Jeep brand and answered all of our questions thoroughly and clearly. He is honest and is not pushy; you leave there feeling he is one of your personal friends. We went to Park Jeep with the intention of purchasing a Compass. However, there were safety functions that we wanted on our vehicle, and the Compass did not have those. Steve was able to steer us to a vehicle that had all of the safety features that we wanted. After our purchase was finished, Steve went out with us to demonstrate the features of our new Jeep. He went through the UConnect and other electronic functionality with us in a way that I could easily understand. Then, he went out in the rain to put on our temporary tag. When he came to the driver's side of the car to say goodbye, he noticed a 1/2-inch smudge of dirt on the visor and immediately went back inside to get a cloth to clean it. We took up three or four hours of his time, and he never got impatient or tried rush us or brush us off. Steve Carpenter is very professional, courteous and personable, and I would not hesitate to send anyone to him to purchase a vehicle. We requested him for this purchase, and will certainly seek him out when we're ready for our next Jeep. He is nothing short of amazing. Thank you, Steve!

We purchased our daughter’s Jeep Compass Latitude in June of 2017. The purchase process was seamless with exceptional service from our salesperson, Craig. For at least the first year, he followed-up numerous times to see how everything was going, including phone calls and mail. I feel very confident with their sales experience and am sure you would be treated fairly and with respect. The service department is another story. I have used Park Chrysler Jeep on all the vehicles maintenance. The normal scheduled items as well as on a warranty issue and repair. Though, like many service departments of dealerships, they are very busy and sometimes difficult to schedule appointments. However, repairs and maintenance has been done correctly, but I have always left feeling less than satisfied with the experience. Today, I decided to use their “Quick Lane” option for just an oil change. Quick probably shouldn’t be part of the service name. I arrived at the dealership at 9:50am and pulled up to the Maintenance door but there was one Jeep vehicle ahead of me. I sat a full 10 minutes before the door opened and let the vehicle ahead of me in. The door closed and I sat another 10 minutes or so before opening again. (I had called earlier in the morning and was told how to use the Quick service option and was told there was a wait of an hour of so for an oil change but was told to just pull over to the the left as you enter where the service rep would take care of the visit.). I pulled in to left, which is difficult as the space is very tight, and a rep quickly stopped me and asked what I was there for. I responded with, “I’d like and oil change”, and was met with an abrupt and not friendly response of “it’s going to be about a 2+ hour wait because there are 2 ahead of you”. With that greeting (no, good morning, or thanks for coming in, or positive response of how busy they were) I felt I was intruding in his day and he didn’t need to see another car at that moment. I said “no thank you” and had to figure out how to back out of the service bay (mind you it’s a very busy space). I pity the next driver behind me who wanted an oil change. Not welcoming in the least. A solution to this situation would be to separate the regular maintenance appointments with the Quick Service drop ins. Major repairs and problems take a lot longer to write-up, review and process and that is expected. But, a simple oil change, should not have to take an investment of an entire morning and having to be treated, not as a customer, but an inconvenience. Because of my schedule and time constraints, I went directly to our local Valvoline Instant Oil Change and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I have always felt I was getting better service and maintenance knowledge at the dealership so this ran contrary to what I’d normally do but in this case, an oil change is an oil change. There are other Jeep dealerships in the area, maybe another 15 or 20 minutes farther, but I’m willing to try them with hopes of better treatment and service.

I showed up early for an appointment. Hugo was the only Associate available and he helped me find the car that I wanted. After the paper work, and other formalities I drove home with my “new” used car. The process didn’t take very long. There was coffee and other drinks available while I was waiting for the car to be cleaned and detailed. I’m not sure but the tabs on the car was close to expiring but Hugo and the team took care of that for me and I just had to pick up the new tabs when they arrived at the dealership. I have a lot of years to purchase more vehicles and the little details might be the reason I don’t come back.

Hi, overall a good experience. However at last minute the salesman told me after I already bought the jeep there was no extra set of keys available. Most dealers would tell you that up front. I felt cheated. Probably the owner of the dealership would not like that. The salesman was nice and followed his process. The used car guy personable and did his best for the trade. The finance person was meticulous. Suggest you add a selection to disclose that only one set of keys is available so no surprises at the end. Sold "as is" does not make sense when MOST cars have 2 sets of keys. So, I said paid over $30k for a vehicle and feel cheated. That's it. Take care. Hope you never get cheated. Or maybe if you did you would not follow that practice.

Adam at Park Chrysler Jeep is a go to service lead. Ran into some major problems with Jeep when a broke bolt off on a self repair. He was honest and straight forward informing me of needs for repair and what outcomes could occur. Their excellent technicians were able to remove the bolt without further damage to my engine block and get me back on the road promptly. They also went above and beyond when they caught that last service elsewhere filled the coolant with wrong product and did a full flush of cooling system correcting the problem. I’ll head back there for all future needs on my Rubicon.

Sales experience was good but buyers beware, if you do not purchase the warranty and you find an issue with the car after you have already purchased the vehicle, in their words "it's a used vehicle, there is nothing we can do since you did not purchase the warranty." I noticed the car would shake only while coasting between 20-30 MPH and brought it to their attention after 2 days and that was their response. Like I said, just be aware if you do not purchase the warranty. I understand I had every chance to purchase the warranty but thought I point it out this dealership does not offer any X amount of days with any sort of peace of mind if you do not purchase the warranty.

He was friendly, patient and VERY KNOWLEDGABLE about the Jeep brand. Dane spent more than an hour running back and forth to get keys so my daughter could test drive or look at all the available makes and models. We shared with him that he was our FIRST stop on our car tour but that didn't dampen his enthusiasm or level of service. We went inside and he gave us some paper work to use in our decision process and he set up an appt for Monday to go over any other questions. We spent the rest of the day searching the south metro for both a car and a dealer/dealership that didn't make us feel like we needed a shower after our visit. We decide to go and have Dane do some more running for us and he returned our text immediately and welcomed us back. Thanks to Dane or salesman and Jay our finance partner we drove the car off the lot that day. I would recommend both the Jeep brand (my second Jeep purchase) and Park Jeep to anyone looking for a better car buying experience and superior service after the sale. 10 Years ago my wife and I were car shopping and stopped at Park Chrysler Jeep. We learned very quickly that this is a place where the customer is not only truly valued but treated with great respect. There was no “hard sell” or any of the pricing games that we experienced at other dealers and ended up buying a vehicle. For the next 5 years we continued to go back for all of our service needs because of their professionalism and dedication to excellent customer service. Even if you just pull in for an oil change you feel like you are important to them. This great customer service exists no matter who you are talking to or dealing with. When it was time to replace our car the first place we contacted was Park Chrysler Jeep. Same story – no “hard sell” – no “games” – just a genuine interest in listening to our needs and sincerely trying to meet them. They gave us a fair trade-in value and several price options on replacement cars. When the one we wanted didn’t have the towing package we were looking for they installed it the next day and delivered it to our driveway. Even though by now we lived 25 miles away we continued to travel there for all our service simply because why would we go anywhere else. It’s now been 5 more years and on Saturday I stopped in and even though the building has changed the people and their integrity has not. Within a couple hours I left in my 3rd car from Park Chrysler Jeep and thanks to Kevin and Daniel feel like a valued customer who they sincerely care about. We talked and the first car I test drove was exactly what I was looking for. I believe they would rather sell me nothing then sell me the wrong one just to make a sale. I went to Park Chrysler Jeep to look at a 2016 Toyota Prius they had on their lot. I asked to take a test drive and before asking any questions about what type of vehicle I was looking for, the salesperson who greeted me immediately started asking about my trade and figuring out how to make a deal - I knew I was at an old-school dealership. Going into the dealership, I was a bit concerned because the adherence to COVID precautions was lax at best. Each sales person did have a plexiglass divider at their desk, but social distancing wasn't enforced and neither was mask-wearing. I saw many sales people remove their masks during my time inside, which made me uneasy. After the formalities of insurance and license duplication, I was expecting to be able to take the car out by myself. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I was told, "Due to COVID we are not letting people take vehicles out on their own." Not understanding the logic to that argument (two people from different households inside an enclosed vehicle is less safe than one person in a vehicle), I pressed them on the policy and it turns out they had someone drive off with a vehicle during a test drive recently so they're monitoring people more closely, but used COVID as their reasoning. Not feeling especially comfortable, I asked the salesperson to sit in the back seat. I didn't feel like I was able to get a true sense of the vehicle on the 5-minute test loop we took, but I was still interested in the car. That night I went home to do some further research and found that their website was advertising the vehicle incorrectly. Listed as the Prius Touring model, the vehicle on their lot was actually a Prius Four, as it didn't have the factory fog lamps, 17" wheels, rear bumper detail, or touring suspension. I told the salesperson that it was falsely advertised and priced higher than it should be. Once I came back to have my vehicle appraised, I reiterated the fact that the trim level was misrepresented and expected that the price would be adjusted to reflect the vehicle on their lot. During the presentation of their offer, however, there was no adjustment to price. Their appraisal of my car was just about the KBB trade value, which was good, but I'd received appraisals for at least $1,000 more at other local dealerships. Overall, the experience at Park Chrysler Jeep was that of a pretty traditional old-school dealership. Rather pushy salespeople, low COVID mitigation adherence, and ride-alongs during the test drive. I ended up purchasing at a different dealership where the experience was much lower-pressure and where they advertised at fair market prices (which I was still able to negotiate).

So I had an incredible experience. I went to buy a winter car and had all kinds of anxiety about this process, when I tell you that Stacy @ Park Chrysler Jeep of Burnsville was one of the best sales persons that I've encountered is an understatement. I called about this vehicle and shortly thereafter I received a call back and I went out there and my service was incredible. When I brought my Wrangler Rubicon in, the service staff described the damage as “something that we only see if the car was driven into a brick wall at 50 MPH”. Initially, the total cost was estimated to be around $3,300 on the “safe side”; however, Adam (a service employee) reassured me that he would do everything he could to save me a buck. Adam kept me updated throughout the process via phone calls/voicemail. Finally, Adam let me know my Jeep was ready and when it was all said and done the team shaved $1,200 off of the initial estimated cost. When I first started looking for a new vehicle, I stopped by Park Chrysler Jeep since it was nearby my house. I was greeted in the lot and the salesperson (Brad) walked with us around the lot to get a feel for the inventory and what was available in my price range that fit my needs. I wasn't ready to buy and Brad didn't pressure me at all after the test drive. The Sales Manager, Chris, made a point to stop over and thank us for stopping in, even though we didn't proceed with a purchase at that time. Fast forward over a month or so and I'm still looking for just the right Jeep. After having my time wasted by a number of other dealerships who had incomplete or just downright inaccurate information on their listings and weren't willing to deal with me fairly, I ended up back at Park Chrysler Jeep and working with Kolleen. I called ahead as I was leaving another dealer and Kolleen answered right away and said she'd have the Jeep I was inquiring about ready and waiting when I got there. She kept her word and I hopped right in for a test drive as soon as I arrived. I liked the Jeep and we got down to business. They evaluated my trade-in (a decade old Chevy with high miles) pretty quickly and gave me a very fair trade allowance (4x higher than what the last dealer offered!) and then worked with me on sales price as well. During the process, one of the owners, Johnathan, stopped over to shake my hand and offer to help out in any way he could also. It was a stark difference between Park Chrysler and the other "mega dealerships" that I had been working with prior. I'm glad the other dealers drove me away and back over to Park Chrysler where I got just what I wanted in a Jeep with no hassle. I have had the privilege of purchasing three vehicles from Park Chrysler Jeep and have been satisfied each time. The last two vehicles were purchased from one of their veteran salespeople, Craig Schroeder. The first vehicle I purchased from him was a 2014 Jeep Cherokee in April 2014; the second was a used Chrysler 200c which I bought for my wife in August 2016. Looked on your internet site and compared prices with other dealers. We live between Rochester and the Twin Cities. The prices here were comparable and better than most. We were greeted promptly by our salesman Craig Schroeder and from then it was a very easy process. We also feel we got a fair deal on our trade in. I traded in a 2006 Grand Cherokee and came home with a beautiful 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited that had a good price and was in almost mint condition. Craig gave us the CarFax history on our Jeep and it was interesting to have the info of where it came from and that it had been maintained and serviced well with no issues except some back shocks that Park Chrysler Jeep replaced. Only have had the vehicle for a day so can't report any issues but if it's as dependable as my 2006 Jeep I'll be really happy.

The salesman, Gregory McAllister, "Mac" was great. The car that I went to see was already sold, but Mac checked his list and found another Honda CR-V, I took it for a test drive and I loved it. Finding the right car was quick and easy. The only problem was that setting up the financing dragged on for what seemed like two hours. I guess there's no one to blame for that, but it was irritating to wait so long. Over all buying a used car at Park Chrysler Jeep was a good experience and I do recommend this dealership.

How do I get someone from Park Jeep to call me back on the car we bought from them on 5/12/18? I called and left a voice message 2 days ago for Andrew who sold us the car, never got a call back from him. Then I called and left a voice message with Nick, the service manager. It's been over a day, haven't heard from him either. Although, I did get a thank you for your business email from them just several days before, but they wouldn't call me back. The reason for my call was to let them know that my temporary 21 day plate/paper is about to expired on 6/1/18, tomorrow! Need to get an extension or would like to have the permanent plate install if it's in. If the 2 people I left voice messages are on vacation or no longer with the company, can someone please check their voice mail and call me back ASAP? Update 6/6. Well, this worked! Got a couple managers calling me back along with emails the same day I posted. My son took the car in and had the plate put on without delay. That's why I gave them another star! Thank you Cliff

I've been here to lease a Jeep Grand Cherokee, we felt well respected and accommodated... not your standard car salesman. I've also had an AEV 3.5" lift put on my Wrangler, as well as all the add-ons to the suspension and 35" tires. The service was quick and honest... they called throughout the process asking me what they saw under the vehicle as well as updates on the progress. It's quite pricey to have the labor done for something like that, but that's expected unless you do it yourself. I've had all my fluids changed and old parts replaced in very short periods of time as well. In nearly every maintenance case, they will personally drive you to and from work if necessary. Nothing negative to say.

My fiancé and I are expecting in March so we needed to get more family friendly vehicles. I was in the market for a Durango and him a Grand Cherokee; so we started our search at Park Jeep. I was looking for a used vehicle, my fiancé new, so we really got to see both sides of the sales department and the experience. Mac is awesome on the used side. Very personable, not too pushy, or phony friendly. He doesn't make you follow the little BS protocols the "by the book" guys would. I see why people like him! Unfortunately they didn't have anything that fit my wants, so we headed to the new side to see the Jeeps. Our salesman was an older gentleman, and I don't even see him on the website listed under staff, and he was as stale as it gets. We test drove a few, and then they went back in to talk over paperwork, and the man's conversations just kept getting weirder and weirder. He started every sentence using our names, pulled out a page long paper containing his anecdotes on why a customer should lease, pretty much just doing anything to stall us...Understandable sales tactic, but it gets old after you sit for almost 2 hours waiting for the trade value to come back....which was the other issue. WE SAT FOR THAT LONG WAITING TO GET A TRADE IN VALUE. It started to get ridiculous so my fiancé just said to call him when they had the numbers. He drove a Raptor which is an awesome, and spendy pick up, the sales manager came out as we were leaving and said it was really difficult to get a good estimate on their resale and he came back with a price way below market. The next day, we drove to Larry Reid's in Bloomington and cut a deal within 30 minutes. Crazy enough, my fiancé bought the sales manager's vehicle, as it was the only one with the specs and features he wanted. The man came in on a weekend at 9 A.M. to have it detailed and sold, some dealerships are just motivated to sell. Other's will BS around and waste time, we won't be using Park Jeep for this reason!

After finding Auto Trader ad I thought I would try Park Chrysler Jeep out. I walked in, and was welcomed warmly. I was not hassled by any sales rep, or pressured into buying. I informed Steve of what I wanted to pay per month, instead of trying to get me into a more expensive vehicle; he LISTENED to my needs and brought me to a cheaper car. I was approved in about two hours for a total of four hours of working with PCJ. Car was Very Clean; I thought it was brand new, for how well they cleaned it. I will do business with PCJ again. It was 14 degrees above zero but their complementary car wash was closed for cold weather. They say if below 20 degrees, it's closed. Other dealers cars wash are open at that temperature.

Out of all the dealers I visited, trying to buy a car, these guys were undoubtedly the best, Jantzen Procai was the Sales person I dealt with and he was a pleasure to work with. No pressure tactics, no beating around the bush, honest and transparent from the word go. I am a man who has done my research and know my stuff at the back of my hand. They didnt try to hide anything and gave me all the numbers upfront that I asked for (Money Factor, Residual Value and so on). They did quote an incentive on the car that they later rescinded saying that wasn't applicable for leases. Maybe it was my mistake that I didnt check, but I didnt dig deep(their email quote did imply that they knew I was leasing because I was told that I do qualify for a leasing bonus and was included in the final price). No complaints though. This dealership made me feel important. They showed that they valued my business. Even people who werent working with me directly were patient enough to talk to me about my needs and experiences. Jantzen's manager(s) were so nice and helpful too. Without going into the details, they went an extra mile to keep my happy by paying off my current lease (4 months remaining) and let me keep my current car to avoid the early termination fees that my current leasing company would charge me. Thats what people do when they value customers and are serious about customer service. I would go back there in a blink of an eye for my wife's car that we'll need to buy in a month and if she decides on one of the Chrysler products. Cheers to an honest, professional and pro-customer dealership which is becoming a rarity these days! [PS. Oh I am not a dealership employee or a friend of anyone of them. I am an honest customer and this is my real experience]

They looked at my car and then gave me a price. It still was out of my range but after talking with David he went to his manager Jamie and they agreed to the price. I had bought an 2012 Mazda at another dealership. Wasn't happy with the car at all! I went to them first to see if they could get into another car with an automatic tranny as the girlfriend had no skills for driving a manual, and not wanting to learn how. The guys at Park Jeep got me into a spanking new 2016 Chrysler 200, simply put, exactly what I wanted! Actually MORE than what I thought I could afford, and with not so good credit!
