I've purchased two brand new vehicles here, one in 2013 and one the other day. The great customer service experience here remains at the same high level of caring, trust, and knowledge about the entire car buying process. The wait for some new Ford vehicles does require patience due to ongoing supply chain issues, but if you can place an order, it will be worth the wait to order from Morrie's. I couldn't be happier with my experience here and everyone I've dealt with. In particular, Daniel is the nicest and most caring sales consultant. He was as excited as I was for my new vehicle and was very helpful getting everything set up. Manager Scott, Sales Manager Gary, Finance Manager Brian, and everyone else there that I have run across are so friendly and helpful. They offer fair trade-in purchases as well. I'm a very happy customer! Thanks Morrie's!

I was in the market for a truck and found an exceptionally clean F-150 on a recent trade in at this dealership. I contacted Tom in the sales department and made a visit. I found Tom to be very helpful and patient as I was test driving and making my decision.
I feel that I was initially provided too low of an offer for my trade in, so I came back with a number I felt comfortable with. I was not able to have them meet this number, but we did settle on a compromise. I appreciated their willingness to negotiate with me on the value of my trade in.
Overall I really like working with Morrie's dealerships as you are not brought back into a finance office which I feel comes with considerable pressure. Everything is handled on the dealership floor and makes for a much better feeling.

I had ordered a set of seat covers for my MachE back in July directly from Ford Accessory's website. After months of waiting, I finally reached out to their team online, via phone, and chat. Their representatives were completely unhelpful. So I decided to call Morrie's Minnetonka Ford to see if someone could help me get a hold of them since I was having them shipped there. I talked to Miles. He checked into it and it sounds like Ford couldn't figure out the problem. Miles took it upon himself to spend a great deal of time getting the factory to get the covers sent out after a number of calls, emails, etc. If it wasn't for his diligence, I'd probably still be waiting today.
I received great service and recommend their parts department if you have needs for your Ford.

EDIT2: Changed review to 4 stars, Mike called from the dealership to explain to me that what was done to the vehicle was more 'evac and fill' and less 'diagnostic,' and that it was probably a micro leak rather than 'degraded refrigerant.' Apparently an op-code was mis-entered making my bill 100$ over what it was supposed to be. All of this was cleared up on the phone.
EDIT: Owner has commented that they can't find me in their records. I just picked up my 2017 Ford Transit 250 today.
Can't recommend service department. The short of it is that I believe they were dishonest with me, did not respect my wishes with the vehicle, and forced make many trips and pay 5x the typical cost. Ultimately the completely failed to fix or diagnose the problem and had no accountability for their failure.
I called to set up an appointment for a coolant injection and inspection. When I got there, they refused to just inject coolant and would only do it as part of a $400 diagnostic procedure ("oh, sorry you were told that, we just contract with some call service, not our problem"). After forcing me to pay for this upgraded service, and drive hours back and forth twice (because the van needed to be run, and they refused to just run the van in the lot for me), they couldn't even find the leak, they just said, "your coolant was empty, must have just 'degraded' in the line, we have no idea" (I researched this and it's a LIE, coolant NEVER degrades or just completely disappears without a leak). They did not give me a refund, despite being unsuccessful with finding the leak, and being unsuccessful with coming up with any explanation for my coolant supposedly disappeared without a leak. All the while, their psychotically repeated excuse to me was "sorry, this is what we have to do for warranties, if you don't like the way we do things you should've brought it somewhere else" even though my vehicle is NOT UNDER WARRANTY.
In the end, I spent an extra 2 hours driving back and forth in my desire for a superior and more reliable quality of service, but I was left with a work that was ultimately 5x more expensive, 4x more time consuming, and less effective than it would've been had I just gone to the mechanic around the corner.

I worked with Martin on my sales transaction and it was seamless. He also worked through all of the technology and options before I headed off the lot which was extremely helpful.

When it comes to friendly, courteous just plain good people when your looking for a vehicle Morrie's Minnetonka Ford should be your First stop. UPDATE: someone reached out to me and helped me make all my issues right (besides the ticket issue with the title). They provided a loaner and did most of the maintenance for free. Can’t give it a five star just because the issues on my car should have been noticed during their inspection prior to sale and I simply don’t believe that the title issue is out of their hands.
Buying a car here was great, but unfortunately every interaction since then has been a disaster. I can never get a hold of anyone, so I’m still missing my second set of keys for the car I bought over 2 months ago. They dropped the ball on the title transfer which has resulted in numerous long calls with the DMV and the police department as the new owner got the car towed and the title isn’t changed over. My brand new (to me) car also had an issue and when I called I got a very rude and dismissive response. Oh and I already have to get an oil change so I guess they don’t change the oil on the vehicles they’re selling? I have service here tomorrow so if they fix my problems I’ll update my review, but something tells me tomorrow is going to be a long day. I’m sad and mad and disappointed.

One of the biggest ford dealership in Minneapolis. I got a MachE recently (worked with Roberto Lopez - aka Rob).
The dealership honored the price at the time I ordered, and not increased the price when my car was arrived(although ford increased the price in between). I heard horror stories from other dealers that was not the case, or it was not easy.
Rob was very easy to work with and he has good insights on the vehicle models. He helped me save few hundred dollars (to buy accessories using ford reward points instead of money). I appreciate him for being upfront and clear. Definitely recommend this dealership and Rob to for your next purchase.

With many options available. One of easiest transitions I've ever had. Even though I was there for 6 hours (mostly looking at cars). Recently traded my 2019 Ecsape in for a 2021 Explorer and was very happy with the process for the most part. We did not have to wait long for the sales guy or take the vehicle out for a test drive. The finance options they came back with were rather high I thought so I called my and got more options from my personal bank. My bank was able to do better than the dealership.. Then magically the dealership was able to offer me a better interest rate. Funny how that works.. I was very surprised we ended up being at the dealership for 4 hours and I thought that was long but I understand these things take time. Overall our experience was pretty good just a few things I wasn't a fan of but that's buying a new car for ya!

There were some issues. I ordered a truck which took longer than originally expected. Not the dealers fault. However by the time it was delivered the Msrp had changed significantly they tried to get me to pay $2000 more then the price I had originally signed for. Eventually the gm Scott got involved and stood by the original offer, which had kept on a written and signed copy.
My original sales person apparently did not work there any more. Communication was difficult I guess because no one told me. Until I tried to follow up several times with different people. Email phone calls etc...
In the end I worked with Edwin. Who did answer and respond promptly before during and after picking up the truck!
If it wasn't for the middle man who told me "they" (the dealer) wasn't responsible for changes in price after a deal was made, and the 2 hours it took to get around him it would have been 5 stars.

I also give Morrie’s 5 stars overall. Not the first vehicle I’ve purchased from them. Aggressive and fair pricing, friendly staff, and a clean facility. The truck came in and was thoroughly prepped and ready to go. 5 stars!
My sales manager was the only weak spot. He didn’t know how to add some features to my order (but he did get it right in the end so I have to give him credit) and wasn’t as responsive to status inquiries as my sales rep.

Editing review - They were able to secure a loaner car for us and do the work to fix the issues. We worked directly with Ron who was very attentive. It turns out the person I communicated with was part of a call service. Best advice, if you are calling for service that is more urgent, be sure to ask if they actually work in the department as those folks are a little more in touch with what needs to happen. Call centers are wonderful for scheduling and routine questions, but in this case missed the mark on customer service and being able to prioritize. Over all better experience the 3rd time around.
We took our explorer into today for a recall fix. After picking it up we noticed a very concerning loud screeching sound anytime our foot touched the petal, this sound could be heard from blocks away. I called back to see if we could bring it back to address whatever caused this from the fix they did today, they basically told me they could get me in next week and if I wanted a loner car they could see about May. I felt like I did a pretty good job in describing the situation, however it became increasingly clear on the phone call that the staff was less concerned about what they had done to our car and more focused on getting me off the phone. Listen, I understand people have bad days, we are all going through the thick of it, but this is our main car for our family and the fact that we trusted it with Morries only to get back a car in worse condition and no motivation to fix it was a bit surprising. I also tried asking about the time frame it would take to inspect and fix it since it has all of our car seats, but there is no option for a loner car, again, the customer service rep really had no answers or desire to help in this case. At the end of the day, I have concerns about the safety of the vehicle, if you are parent, you know how anxiety inducing it is to be stuck in a car that can't function. The whole interaction was odd and I certainly felt the void of effort to try and make the situation right.

I'll start by saying my initial experience was a 5 star experience. We were in the market and called the dealership to confirm a vehicle we were interested in was available. Drake the sales rep confirmed it was available and I let him know we'd be there in 30 minutes to check it out. Drake had the vehicle running and ready for a test drive. We were very impressed with vehicle and how well it was detailed. Drake was very knowledgeable and was able to provide information about the vehicle and able to answer our questions. Financing was also a smooth and quick process and Nate was great to deal with. The issue is if you leave the dealership with your purchase and have any issues that require you to get a hold of them. We ended up having 3 items we had to follow up on. We were told that we'd be receiving tabs for the plates as tabs for the plates on the vehicle were expired. We did receive our tabs in a timely manner but the issue is the vehicle only had 1 license plate on it.
We also purchased the paint, interior and rust protection along with the clear shield protection . The last item was that we were supposed to be getting a 2nd key fob. We bought the vehicle on 12/30/21 and I first tried contacting the dealership about a week later to get the missing plate issue resolved and to ask about when we would be contacted to schedule the protection application and to ask when we'd get the 2nd key. Every time I called and explained what I was trying to resolve I would get transferred to a number that ended up going to a voice mail Over the next 5 days I left 5 messages with 3 or 4 different people and never received a single call back. On 1/11/22 I ended up emailing Scott Landreth as I saw he responded to many of the reviews in which people experienced problem. He was prompt at returning my email and looped in the used car sales manager Caleb. From that point forward it seemed to be cleared up. Caleb apologized and looked in to the matter. Turns out my paperwork for the protection package was handed off to someone for processing but they weren't in the office due to illness or time off and apparently they had no one covering. He got that scheduled right away for the the Friday of that week and also got the extra key issue resolved. When we dropped the vehicle off on 1/13/22 so it could have the protection applied we also signed additional paperwork for the missing license plate. We were told that the plate should be in the mail that Friday 1/14/22. I did reach out on 1/24/22 and 1/25/22 to follow up on the missing plate and I was informed it was in the mail and it shipped via UPS. It is now 1/30/22 and we have not received the missing license plate. No one has contacted us to see if we received our missing license plate and our temporary tag expired on 1/20/22. As I expect we will never see this missing plate we went to the DMV on 1/28/22 and just purchased State Park specialty plates so we could have valid license plates.
I do want to say that everyone we worked with was very nice and I understand people can only do so much. It sounds like they may have staffing issues like many businesses are experiencing these days but the way they manage customers contacting them can be vastly improved. They have no clear system to manage customer calls or issues. This puts the burden on customer to work the issue through to resolution. No voicemail messages were updating indicating if the person was in the office or out due to illness/time off. Since I was transferred to them my understanding is that they are working and would be returning my calls. That never happened. Simply put a lot could be gained by this dealership by a call management and messaging system. It also wouldn't hurt to follow up with customers after they've experienced issues to ensure that the matter was resolved.

I knew, but appreciated that he didn’t want me to be surprised by the charges. Super professional, friendly and polite. New service area very nice. Good experience all around. I prefer to spend as little time as possible with the sales pitch so I shopped online. I tried to use the “express” option and filled out all the paperwork in hopes of a home delivery and signing but it did not work out that way. I still had to go into the dealer to sign papers and pick up vehicle. The only negative was they were understaffed and I sat for a solid hour waiting to get into finance - the whole reason I wanted the express and home delivery option. All in all a good experience and I would recommend and buy here again. They will get the “express” service worked out for the next customer - I hope.

I don't think I've ever left a google review, but to be honest this experience with the entire staff has been five stars easily. My van had a weird noise, I took it in and my service manager (Chris) was both helpful and a pleasure to work with. He put me in direct contact with their master mechanic (Scott) who talked through the issue with me and was able to diagnose it on the spot and get it repaired through my extended warranty.
This is quite honestly the opposite of every OEM experience I've ever had. Usually you have to fight and overly explain the issue to get the vehicle covered with even a normal warranty and usually without any contact with a mechanic or technician. Not at Morries Minnetonka Ford! They even took care of it in record time, even with supply chain issues. They had it done the day I thought they were going to start working on it, just 4 days after dropping it off. My friend is having similar work done to his van elsewhere and they've had his van for 3+ weeks.

Omavi Slaughter was an amazing salesman. He asked me what I was looking for and what I could pay monthly and from there he found me my new car. He took care of the car by cleaning it up and filling it with gas and letting me test drive it. Morrie’s Minnetonka Ford promised me to get an oil change, tire rotation and multi-system check done in about an hour. They did it, spot on. The internet was working well, and their waiting area was clean and convenient. The car was washed clean and ready. The only hiccup is that they never seem to know I bought the oil program when I bought the car, which covers the oil change part for three years, and I have to remind to look to correct the charge when I check out each time. Even so, the service is great.

Morries unfortunately continues the Race towards the bottom for dealer services... Went in for a recall notice/service. As an additional request; since the car was in and the radio wasn’t working I wanted them to check on it. I had them attempt multiple fixes in the past 5 years and had them charge me for each attempt. (They just pull a fuse and the radio works for a few weeks until it locks up again) like every prior attempt to get a diagnosis and fix they “unfortunately” couldn’t find records on a previous attempted fixes on my car for this issue so they wanted to charge me yet another one time diagnosis fee.
The showroom, maintenance office, and waiting area was immaculate though. So I guess I know those fees are paying for their day to day creature comforts.

The reason that this did not get more stars is because repeated calls to ask Morrie’s about aftermarket parts (A Blindspot detection system which our C-Max does not have) did not get returned in a timely fashion. Although this is clearly a first world problem, it was an inconvenience.

Vehicle was definitely NOT as photographed/described in the online photos. We were told the vehicle wasn't inspected yet so we had to wait, then when we stated we could leave and come back it was "oh, I guess they did inspect and clean it already." Which was not the case because the car was very dirty, had receipts, fries, and car parts inside the car! Beautiful cars on the lot, but pushy staff never gets you anywhere!

Kyle was great but it took so long to wrap it all up. We decided on our vehicle within the first 30 minutes and were there almost 4 hours. The financial part of the deal has GOT to be sped up. Each time Mo would go back to get what we requested it took another 20 minutes. We should have been in and out in 2 hours with our credit and payment capabilities.

I purchased a new F150 from Morrie's in Minnetonka last week and I can't say enough about the dealership. Honest pricing right up front, none of the whole, "let me go ask my manager..." garbage. They have more inventory than any other dealership in the area, and trust me I searched around. The most options I could find at any one dealership for roughly the vehicle I was looking for was a few places that had 2-3 options; Morrie's had 8 in stock. I drove one, looked at the options on the rest, and the salesman talked me into buying the cheaper one because it fit my needs better! No commission sales makes all the difference - no pressure for things you don't need.
The financing crew was prompt, efficient, and also didn't try to pressure me into garbage I didn't need. They showed me my options and actually took no for an answer without any further discussion. The manager also came over and discussed financing options and went through it line by line with us to give us the best choice for our situation. They also gave me more than I was expecting for my trade in.

I don't have the best credit due to a repossession after losing my job a few years ago, but Morrie's did everything they could to get me financing for a car - at a lower APR than I was expecting! They also did everything they could to get me the most for my junker trade-in and down payment. John and the rest of the team are excellent, friendly, professional, and personable.
They also went above and beyond service wise. I went in to submit the title for my trade-in (John came out to greet me at open when I stopped by early to beat the Labor Day rush),, and I expressed some worry regarding transmission issues I'd heard my model of car having. Without skipping a beat, he lead me back to a desk on the floor and the gentleman who helped us (I apologize for not remembering his name) pulled up my car's manufacturing date and gave it to me with a smile. We talked for a while, and I left the dealership with much less anxiety than I had arrived with. Manufacturing date and plant in hand, I've been able to make sure that my car specifically isn't likely at all to have transmission trouble. And even if it does end up having trouble down the line, their CPO cars have great warranties.
Honestly the best car shopping experience I've had at a dealership. I wasn't made to feel like I was a burden, or that they were trying so hard on a hopeless case. Dare I say, my favorite customer service from a dealership.

I want to take a moment to appreciate both the deal I got and the service I received. BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE, YOU SHOULD PROBABLY STOP AT MORRIES FORD of MINNETONKA FIRST!
As many know, buying a car can turn into a stressful, annoying, super “salesy” experience. I was shopping for something fairly specific- trolling the internet for months, and looking to do a trade on my current vehicle which had a lot of aftermarket upgrades. The previous weekend before my purchase I visited a big name dealership. The vehicle I was interested in purchasing (a 40k purchase btw) had been shown to me with a promise to be reconditioned. Side mirror was broken, under carriage was ripped up, and it needed some mechanical work. After going back and forth with the sales associate for a week, they explained to me in short that if the cost to recondition the vehicle was around 200 dollars- they would- but if it was closer to 800- they wouldn’t. On top of this, the salesman (who had to consult his manager 50 times and never introduced himself to me) kept trying to get me to commit to a payment I wasn’t comfortable with before letting me know if or if not the vehicle would be reconditioned. When I addressed my concerns, the salesman became argumentative, explaining the dealerships needs and not addressing my concerns. He even raised his voice and people were staring at us!
On the other hand, I found the deal I wanted online through MORRIES MINNETONKA FORD. First off, the vehicle purchasing price was probably one of the most competitively priced vehicles- almost 3k below KBB pricing. I was met by sales associate, Casey. He was genuine, a great listener, and just honestly didn’t feel like a salesman- the way sales people should be. Throughout the process Casey consulted his manager, Ryan, as Ryan was going to be involved in with my trade. Ryan made himself known and became involved- he wasn’t the guy behind the scenes. He drove my vehicle with me! We discussed the work put into it. He actually asked me to value the vehicle and the components added as he came up with a fair trade value for my vehicle. All in all, the two stayed with us 45 min past close. They could’ve chose to try and close me that night, however they thought it would be best to come back the following day to consult with finance.
The guy from finance was incredible! He had agreed to get me a monthly rate- when he couldn’t get it- THESE GUYS DISCOUNTED THE COST OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY TO GET ME THE PAYMENT I HAD WANTED!!!
It goes on- the car was detailed immaculately, the paperwork guy was quick and hysterically funny, Casey was great with my girlfriend, etc.
THIS IS THE WAY CAR BUYING SHOULD BE.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but the service department seems to be backed up every time we bring our vehicles there. We make appointments for a basic oil change and tire rotations, and have never got out of there in less than an hour. We were told the fastest way to get quick service was to come right away at 7:00am for a walk in, so I did just that and was turned down due to how busy their service tech were already at 7:00am! At that time they told me it's better to make an appointment. Overbooked, over-promising and under-staffed. Will be looking for another service shop once our buy-happy oil changes are up.

Overall the entire process at Morries was easy and fast. Our sales rep was helpful and friendly, and made our first car buying experience a good one.
The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because of the sales manager. We felt very pressured into filling out the credit app before we had really decided to purchase from them, and my wife’s credit score took a big dip because of it. Ultimately it didn’t make much difference since we ended up purchasing, but the customer service from the sales manager wasn’t the best.

I started my venture in the beginning of October. She showed me ever car I wanted and test drove almost ever car they had and she was happy to come with. Everything went mostly well in our experience purchasing a used vehicle here.
We worked with John P who was very friendly and upfront. He had the vehicle ready for us during our test drive and allowed us to take it on our own which I very much appreciate. One of the worst parts of buying a car is the awkward ride with the salesperson.
Morrie's was easy to work with, the only thing I didn't care for was the insist on running a credit check to accept a personal check which I have never experienced despite having bought 3 cars that way prior to this at other dealerships which while it's their prerogative it *feels* like they just want to hit some metric for credit applications or try to talk you into financing. I don't like things hitting my credit report for no reason and this was almost enough for us to walk. They also run OFAC searches on EVERYONE which is ridiculous and not necessary by law which makes me wonder why they do it. Maybe it's only on people smart/lucky enough to not want to be slaves to banks and take out loans but I digress.
So we have the car home and all seems well. In the end I'm not completely sure I would rush back to buy another car there. They happened to have the right used car and the transaction went smoothly enough. The end.

Overall, I would say I am happy with the outcome of my experience. There were a couple of perceived “car salesman” moments such as the upsell of products and “urgency” to choose quickly which I guess is to be expected. However, MORRIES Ford came through for me in many ways such as, giving me a more than fair trade in for a 2012 Focus with transmission issues Ford wasn’t willing to make good on and providing a full sized spare tire that wasn’t in the car when I got it home but was advertised as having(they tried to give me small tire but when I pushed the issue they provided it) to name a couple.
This was the first car I bought by myself so I strongly recommend doing your research and advocating for yourself but that’s probably good advice no matter what you’re buying or what company you’re buying it from.
I would go back to them. Not a fan of Ford products but they do have a good selection of quality used vehicles of other makes and my sales consultant, Josh Ginsberg, was very pleasant to work with.

Staff are very friendly, but the service department is always a zoo! Never plan to just be here an hour, even for a simple oil change. Plan to bring a lunch and be here all day. I am going to reconsider where I buy my next car because of the service experience.

Shopping for our new car was a great experience at Morrie's. We arrived not knowing exactly what we wanted, but had a couple models in mind. Salesman Bob S took the time to let us take a couple test drives, and shared his knowledge and experience with us.
When we decided on which car we were ready to purchase, Bob and Staff searched available cars, and promptly came us with one for us that was everything we wanted. That car was brought in from another dealer, and delivered promptly.
Upon pick-up, Bob took time to give us a walk-through the rest of the features, options, etc that we had not spent much time on during our initial visit. We left feeling very comfortable with our new knowledge.
It was a pleasant transaction, even the less-than-exciting financing and paperwork with James H.

I have purchased a decent amount of cars in my time and Morrie's has been the worst experience by far. I wasn't going to put a review online but after another round of issues it's about time. I looked at buying a car during the winter which was a mistake in my mind at this point. I reached out after finding a used explorer sport that interested me after doing research. I asked if there was anything that stuck out because I didn't want to drive to that side of town unless I was going to buy. They sent me a video with a walk around which was helpful. What they didn't mention was a big scratch on the middle of the back Ford symbol. I didn't notice it during the cold walk around but in my eyes it should have been pointed out. Why would you want an upset customer noticing that after the fact? When I was talking about this model vs my current Durango vs other year explorers on the lot I asked if there was any differences that stick out? I was told the grill changes a little bit but not much of a difference. I should not have listened to the sales guy because I missed some key features that I'm really frustrated with now. Either he didn't care, didn't know or mislead me to get the sale. I have had keyless features since 2011 and now I have a key again. It didn't have remote start which I noticed once I got home. They did install a remote start because of the situation but why put a customer in this position? How did I miss this when I was buying? The car was started when I went for a test drive and when I went to leave. I didn't even know they had keys for these types on a sport package or it would have stuck out. I had previously test driven 2 other sports and both had remote start and keyless features. When I called Morrie's to ask if I'm missing something service was even surprised it wasn't keyless/ remote start. Next thing I noticed when I got home was that the inside console piece that I tried to put in place was broken. On top of that I noticed it was missing a back head rest. During the process I was told how they go over the cars to make sure they're in great working condition and nothing is wrong prior to selling. How is that possible if it's missing valve stem caps, a head rest and has a broken part? Last thing to throw out they gave me the lowest trade in offer out of any dealership I spoke to. At the time I figured I’m getting a good deal on the SUV at hand I can live with it. Now I find out it’s missing key features which is why it was priced lower. A couple days ago I went to use my sunroof for the first time and the back sunroof portion didn't open. I called service about the situation and I was told I would get a call back. Guess what no call back so I had to follow up. The customer service person basically said sorry someone probably missed your message. How is that an acceptable answer? I received a call back quickly today after following up. I brought up why I was calling and was told I need to come in which I get. The soonest they have open is over a month out. I have not had to wait that long with any other dealer group I have worked with over the years. Make sure you double check everything yourself instead of listening to sales. I would have never bought my car if I would have done a better job of double checking things myself. I considered Morrie's because of positive things I've heard but there has been nothing positive on my end at this point.
Edit- I'm now viewing Morrie's as a dealership group that values you as a customer. They got me in quicker after realizing all the issues I had. I told them what it would take to make me happy and they delivered. There seems to be some disconnect between service and the service call center which I hope they get fixed. I will consider Morrie's in the future for my next buy because they deserve a chance in my mind. With that being said I will make sure and have more time to double check everything myself vs listening to sales.

When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted with a friendly welcome. I felt right at home and they listened to my concerns as to what was going on with my vehicle and said that they would have the mechanic look at the vehicle and let me know what they find. Eric,the service writer at the computer asked me questions as to what the symptoms were and then proceeded to let me know that my oil change was due and that my 15,000 mile inspection was also due and asked me if I would like to take care of that while it was there. I agreed to this and within 20 minutes I was on a test drive with a mechanic "CHRIS" and he confirmed the noise and issue that I was having and explained to me that what I thought it was was actually more in detail than what I had thought. I was informed that they would have to order the part and have it there the following day and offered me a loaner.
Upon arrival the following day I was again greeted with a friendly and professional manner and was told that my vehicle was ready and I went on another test drive with "CHRIS" and the problem was fixed. I have never been so happy with a dealership in my life and they have earned my respect and loyalty forever.....
Prior to leaving the dealership I was approached by the Service Manager and the Assistant Service Manager and was asked how everything went and did I have any questions or further concerns that they might be able to help me with and all I could say was AWESOME JOB!!!!!!!
I recommend that everyone go there for service, parts and to get your next vehicle!!!!

I recently purchased my first SUV from Morrie's Minnetonka Ford a few weeks ago. It was a bit of a challenge for me because of how far I lived from the dealership. However, Amanda (the sales person who helped me) made things very easy and fast when it came to contact and communication. She was willing to work with me until we were able to find an affordable solution that worked for me and the dealership. Jim, the finance person, also made the financing step fast, easy, and understandable. Both Amanda and Jim were able to provide fast, easy, reliable, friendly, and welcoming customer service to my spouse and me. Their customer service made my purchase a very happy one. I will definitely keep this auto dealership in mind the next time I purchase a car.
The downfall was that the airbags were not working properly when I first took my SUV for a test drive. The SRS light was on when I took it for a test drive. Thankfully, upon notifying the sales person, Morrie's Minnetonka Ford was able to get it in and fixed before I made the final purchase. Other than that, there was nothing else that was a con.

I went to this Ford location looking for a 19 Explorer since they were running a promo. There were 3 I was interested in checking out. Once I arrived, I was introduced to the salesman, Justin, I had talked to the previous day. He took my cousin and I out to test drive all 3 vehicles. We ended up back at the location with the last one I was most interested in. Shane talked to us then, and took my current vehicle for a drive for the trade in value. He put all the info in KBB and gave me a number that I was satisfied with. We had quite a few questions during the entire process that were answered right away.
Justin went over in fine detail the dash programs and options and helped with the Fordpass app, explaining how to use it. (Fancier than I'm used to) He also went over the vehicle and answered every question. I decided I was going to go with it and added some floor mats that they worked with me on a deal. Gary came over and we went over the final amount, all questions answered. Mo was up next with all the paperwork, again, all options gone over, not pushy, and questions answered. They pulled the Explorer inside, cleaned it up, and got it ready for us to take off. As we were getting in to drive away, my cousin noticed a small door ding (none of us had seen it before). Justin got Gary involved immediately. We had been there for 4 hours already and had a 5-6 hour drive home! Gary said since we didn't want to stay longer, to get it fixed where I live and send him the bill. I was very grateful for that.
This was the longest process I've ever had buying a vehicle, but there were 3 possibilities involved. I highly recommend this location for buying your next vehicle. Their entire team was phenomenal. We never spent any time alone. Justin was with us the whole time, not disregarding us for another sale. He also gave me a hand written thank you note just before we left. Everyone was attentive and made us feel like they cared more than just making a buck. They didn't push anything extra on us that I wasn't interested in. Fantastic location. Look em up!
