I definitely got a better deal than I expected! I had been working with a different dealership and then reached out to Luther Nissan to see if they could do anything better. I spoke with Dennis over the phone first and within minutes he was able to work out a better deal for me. I went into the dealership and had a great experience. Dennis had everything ready for me when I got there, so I didn’t have to spend any extra time waiting. The sales managers were also extremely nice. Dennis was fun to work with. I felt like I was working with an old friend due to the fact he is easy to talk to and a very nice guy! I would 100% recommend working with Dennis!

Truly outstanding experience overall. I worked with Nic Johnson to reserve a car with an uncertain ETA with a fully refundable deposit. He stayed in touch and reached out to me as they were unloading it from the truck. Once I was there, there was no pressure to buy, and I’m confident I could have gotten my deposit back if I decided not to.
The car market is crazy right now, but they were upfront, honest, and fair through the entire process. No monkey games, hidden markups, pushing the upsell, accessories, or warranties. They offered them as usual, but zero pushback when I declined. I would definitely buy from them again.

It made getting a new vehicle less stressful especially when it comes with leases. I also appreciated the constant follow up and making sure everything was going well after the purchase. My sales rep, Igor, was extremely helpful when I bought my car, he really paid attention to my wants and needs and didn't just try to manipulate the situation to simply benefit himself/the company. I think that goes to show how genuine and honest he is. It's obvious that he truly cares about his customer and has a big heart. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate that!! Jamie in financing was excellent too. I do have to deduct 1 star, however, because there was a previous sales rep that assisted me when I first leased the car 3 years ago. I'm not going to mention any names, they know who they are. They l were very helpful in the beginning but when I came back at the end of my lease they dropped the ball on several occasions by never returning my calls, thus why I ended up working with Igor. It felt like I was being "ghosted" bc I was essentially ignored in my time of need. This was extremely frustrating and I hope if they ever get a chance to read this that this serves as a lesson to be more respectful and attentive to their loyal customers or else they might end up losing their business in the end. I hope Igor gets all the credit he deserves here, he really stepped up to the plate when I needed someone. Thank you Igor, you are truly wonderful at your job! 👏

Most recently, Mackenzie was super helpful getting a couple repairs done for me quickly and made sure I got the best price for this service and the next one by scheduling another service for the next available date. There was this odd step where her manager made us sign a form before we could see warranty detail$ which we found pretty odd and off-putting. It put us in a defensive frame of mind before moving on to signing the paperwork with Brian.

My Rogue needed a 70,000 routine service. The minute I arrived, the process began.
All components to the service were explained and listed before the tech came to get the car. I asked for a small favor which was gladly added. The wait in a snacks/drinks filled room was very reasonable. The tech reviewed what was done, had a few recommendations for the next service and that was it. No surprises or 'upsell.'

I went to Luther Nissan Kia because I had just purchased a used vehicle and it had some recalls that needed to be sorted out. I made an appointment and specifically asked if a diagnostic test would be run on the vehicle during these recall checks, I was told there would be as I wanted to know if I needed to have anything else taken care of. Upon arriving at my appointment I was told there would be no diagnostic check and that if I wanted it I would be charged $175. I declined and had the recalls completed. One of the recalls was for the sliding doors and since getting my van back there is part of the panel covering the sliders that appears to have been overtightened and now is pulling away from the rest of the panel and I can only imagine will pull apart eventually. The recalls were completed for free but now I need to deal with something that wasn't a problem before bringing my vehicle to this dealership.

Had a minor issue of a rubber band that was still attached, assuming from assembly in the factory, to the left of the brake pedal near the footrest on my recent purchase of a 2023 Kia Telluride that needed to be removed. 2 days after the purchase I brought it in, and they took care of it immediately.

Purchased a 2022 Kia Telluride. Ordered in January, the vehicle arrive almost as ordered in August. Drove the vehicle for 2 days and had issues with the transmission. The team at Luther Kia got me into a rental when I brought it in and then worked with me find a solution with the Kia Telluride (ended up swapping out for another similar Telluride, planning on ordering again and exchanging). We are late bloomers (in our 40's), and bought our first newish vehicle 2 days ago here. 2019 Nissan Rogue. Every part of the process was easy and clear. Interactions with the employees were fun and pleasant. We love our Rogue already! Andy also convinced me to apply for financing through them, even though we were pre-approved at our credit union; Luther's financing cut our interest rate by quite a bit. It was overall a great experience!

Wow! I don't know what I was so nervous about. There has never been a easier time to buy a car, and that's all thanks to Luther Inver Grove. From start to finish it was a great experience. There was absolutely no pressure while we were browsing cars, yet the second we were ready for they had someone there for us. That person was Dennis V. Denny, as we now call him, was one of the most patient humans I've ever met. He graciously answered every single one of our questions, and I didn't feel a single bit of pressure from him the whole time. He was able to draw us up two great deals, so we ended up getting two cars in just over 3 hours start to keys in hand driving off. Shout out to Business manager Jamie for being a Rockstar as well. She was able to help take the price down a step further, and was so nice and helpful throughout. This place rocked, I would highly recommend coming to Luther for your next car, or two.

As a previous car salesman in Colorado myself I have extremely high standards on how I should be treated by a dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Aliesha and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish with an amazing bubbly personality. I had fast wonderful service at the desk by a quick witted, happy and kind employee. I was given a loaner car and on my way. With in a couple of hours my car was done. I was alerted by an email and told I could pick up my car, but there was no hurry I just needed to get it before close at 6:00. I got my car (freshly washed) with fast delivery by an employee. Very solid customer experience and best I have had over the years. Although the full team my that wife and I interacted with were all welcoming, working with Daniel was the highlight. My first visit to the dealership was to clear up some things I'd seen online and get a chance to ask some questions/test out space for car seats. Daniel took the time to educate me deeply and was surprisingly attentive and dedicated to finding options that lined up with my specific needs. This is in contrast to my past auto purchasing experiences which have been more of a "Well we can't do that for you, but let's explore this other option instead" and feeling pushed towards a purchase that was underwhelming. I'd say the keynote of the entire experience was, following Daniel taking a large amount of time to detail out great options for us, he recommended researching further and taking some time let things process. This made it very easy for my wife and I to get our finances in order and return a few days later to work with Daniel again and purchase our new Nissan Rogue, which we are very happy with. Fully intend to return for future auto needs.

I recently bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue at the IGH Luther Kia dealership. I worked with the salesman Daniel Allen, and he was awesome. He was very patient with me, being a new buyer at a dealership, not knowing a whole lot about cars or the process of buying one. It took me three days to get through or talk to a person to make an appointment for maintenance. I left voicemails and even spoke with someone through the chat who promised to have someone call me. I finally went through the receptionist to make an appointment. The person I spoke with in the service department didn’t know which maintenance my car was in need of at that point. He set me up for something I didn’t need. When I got there they determined what I did need and completed the service quickly, and they were very polite and friendly. However, they did not turn off the “maintenance required” message on my dashboard so that is still lighting up.

I ordered a Kia Telluride with Scott Holerud, and the whole experience was great. He was prompt in letting me know when the vehicle would arrive, and when it finally arrived. He walked me through the whole process and helped me understand the vehicle features, and had the plates and paperwork ready to go. I asked Nissan to call me to advise how many prepaid oil changes I had left. I thought I had 2. No one called back so I called again was advised to check next day. I called again and was told Greg would call me. This was on Thursday the day before my appointment. No call back. When got to appointment technician advised me I had 2 left. If I hadn’t had any left I would have cancelled my appointment and would have been mad I drove to inver grove heights from Prescott wi. If you tell customer you will call them then should do it.

The oil change was quick and easy. I drove in, handed them my keys, and went to have a free snack and tea in the lounge. I used the free WiFi to browse the web and stopped by the parts desk to get an accessory price quote. The service team even washed the car and topped up the fluids. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the parts department even went over my options for aftermarket accessories and installation. Jovonie was more than helpful and professional in helping me obtain a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder at a trim level no dealership within 200 miles had at the time. Not only did he help with patiently providing information over the course of two visits, his co-worker Daniel called when there was a last min cancelation on the vehicle I eventually purchased. Its was their teamwork that I must give 100% credit too.
If it wasn't for the both of them and their excellent customer service I would've been to late to get to the dealership.
Surprisingly the price for the vehicle was thousands of dollars less than any other pathfinder on any car buying site, it also came with a ton of features those comparable vehicle's did not have. In my case because of months of research I knew there was no need to even try to negotiate or play hard ball on the price. The price was so affordable that I had mentally prepared myself to get blitzed in the finance office with up charges to mark up the deal. That wasn't the case at all, the finance agent showed me a few options that he made clear were optional and went over everything else. He patiently answered all my questions and I was quickly processed and on my way home in my new vehicle.
I have never had a better experience with a purchase on any level before. I will shop with them again in the future. What an excellent team over there at Luther Nissan Kia Inver Grove Heights! Thank you!!!

The group in the service area are always positive and work to understand your issue asking questions so the mechanics know where to focus their expertise. If you're ever on the hunt, make sure you hit up Rich Adamson / Andy Heille / Jason Krogerson / Ryan Anderson, who I shall henceforth collectively refer to as The Cube of Victory™. They talked me through options, gave me the straight dish, and steered well clear of BS. They also tolerated my shameful overuse of various "Soul-searching" puns. Over that period of time I have purchased or been directly involved in the purchase of 8 vehicles. The most recent was a 2022 Telluride that I picked up a couple of days ago. We were first tried to buy a Murrano at Eden Parie Nissan and were treated horribly. Eden Parie Nissan used all the old tatics from bulling us and keeping the keys to our car so when we said they were way to low on the trade in value we couldn't leave. After finally retriving our keys and alot of intimidation we left thinking we would never buy another Nissan. Several weeks later we decided to try again at Luther Nissan. With vehicles and trucks especially hard to get they were able to get me exactly what I wanted with no compromises. The team at Luther were nice and friendly folks, overall easy to work with. Deducted 2 stars from 5 are due to: 1) Disorganization: They aren't well organized and it shows - not sure of what is or isn't on the lot, etc. 2) Age old dealer shenanigans like "Sign this scrap of paper saying you agree to buy the car if the numbers work out." And having to talk to the manager and finance director. Nah, buddy, let's actually get the out the door price+TTL before we get into BS like that. I'm not a fan of tactics like that as they're high pressure lies meant to push people into a decision. We had already decided that we wanted this specific car so we ignored it but honestly we would have walked over it. 3) Hidden costs, they install a device that pulses the top bar brake light on all cars for an additional $299 that's not listed on the sticker. Again wasn't that big of a deal for us because we wanted this specific car, but Luther dealers need to drop these tactics and be honest, up front, and clear. Don't tell me the sticker price is the out-the-door price when there is this Pulse thing plus TTL still undisclosed.
My advice, if you do shop at Luther come in and make it clear you're going to walk easily and go elsewhere if they pull any of these shenanigans. Sometimes you just have to be firm and keep your keys so you can walk.

He let me know all the paperwork I would need and had me send it prior to arrival so when I got there all I needed to do was pick out a car. I've had some rather awkward experiences with Kia Dealerships. At Barnett Kia and Jeff Belzer Kia, I would arrive for appointments only to awkwardly stand around for about 15 minutes before a service technician acknowledged me, which prompted me to give Luther Kia a try. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and able to get my car serviced, which was nice. The waiting room was also more pleasant than other experiences, and I appreciated the free drinks, snacks, and wifi.
As a bonus, I appreciated all the reminders. I got confirmation texts reminding me of my appointment so I was never blindsided by remembering I had an appointment last minute. The service was also quick for an oil change, which I appreciated.

Not a service issue, but a concern: as I was driving out near the entrance/exit, there is no mirror or stop sign for the crossway between the exit and service exit. I almost had an accident when we both approached the corner because the corner is blind to oncoming traffic. I recommend putting a mirror or stop sign to prevent similar issues.

I bought my 2014 Nissan Rogue back in January 2021 with it being just shy of 50K mileage. I began noticing shaking in the steering wheel and seat while braking in late April early May. I brought my car to Luther Nissan Kia for an oil change and to inspect the brakes as I was suspecting they were causing the issue. Mike Wagner was the tech that was communicating with me and explained that all 4 of my routers were warped. I explained that I had just bought it 6 months ago and that I had only put on approximately 4K miles since purchase so I was very surprised that this was already an issue since it had undergone inspection before buying. He explained that the routers had to have been warped during inspection and encouraged me to call Luther Brookdale Toyota where I had initially purchased the vehicle. I called and explained the situation and they apologized and said they would take care of me. Luther Brookdale Toyota paid for my router maintenance and instead of a $700+ bill I only paid $70 for oil and tire rotation. Very happy and thankful.

I only waited 40 minutes for the work to be done. The service person that helped me was very nice and polite. The only negative was when they ran my car through the car wash my back license plate was ripped off. This was fixed immediately!

In short, I'm difficult to deal with at the best of times. This was not the best of times as I had just totaled a car that I recently paid off, and loved. So I was bitter to be shopping for a car.
My experience at Luther was wonderful. From the salesman, to the financing department, to the tech, and service members. I like to research what I'm buying well in advance. I knew what I was looking at, and what it was worth... also I like to argue pricing, and I, for once, found that I didn't really have much of an argument for a price reduction. The vehicle I ended up purchasing was a good buy.
But the most important thing they got right was support. I bought a CPO vehicle, and 2 days later the battery died. Not their fault, or anyone's, these things happen. Without question, Luther replaced it. I don't like banks, lawyers, politicians, or salesmen *present company excluded*, but Luther made me feel no pressure, and that all they wanted to do was get me into the car that I wanted, and make sure it was right.
I would recommend them to my friends, and family, so I would recommend them to a stranger as well.

Due to Covid-19, it’s posted that sales are by appointment, so I called the phone number. The salesman, Joe, started helping me. I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle, but drove off the lot in a 2017 vehicle in beautiful condition for a very fair price. The staff was professional and friendly, and Joe in particular was very kind and patient while working with me to find something that suited my needs. Car shopping can be daunting, and especially as a young woman it can be uncomfortable or disheartening, but the staff Luther Nissan treated me respectfully. I would recommend them to anyone based off my experience yesterday.

Their parking area is over filled, with twice as many cars as should be there. Maybe I came at a bad time of the year (or month?) but customers were double parking every which way, delivery trucks blocking the entry... It was a struggle to get in and out of there. Perhaps they should have employee parking off-site, move inventory to some remote location.... or both?

Every service experience I have had at Luther Nissan Inver Grove Heights has been excellent. No matter who my service advisor is I get the same professional treatment and experience. This last appointment was with Adam and he was very informative and polite. He helped me save money where I could and was forthright through the entire process. The prices are very fair and the workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend this dealership for mechanical services.

I was taken care of right on time, covered my concerns, reminded me of a recall that needed to be taken care of, took care of the items I came in for quickly. My only complaint in general is that it seems that appointments are a longer time out than used to be normal. That seems to be the norm everywhere now though.

I don't normally write reviews (good or bad) but I felt compelled to in this case. After seeing the car I purchased we decided to go into Luther Nissan Kia to test drive the car. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Joe while looking at the car parked outside. Joe was extremely friendly, helpful, and a genuine person. Before we took the car out for a test drive, we noticed a dent in the vehicle Joe told us that as it was a brand new arrival it was not fixed yet and assured me that it would be taken care of. We took the car out for a test drive, loved it. Came back and immediatly said we wanted to buy it. The finance department was great. Fellow veteran Jay handled our financing and did a great job. Was extremely friendly and as he is a fellow veteran we were able to talk about our deployments a bit. They worked diligently to get us out the door, and while waiting on financing I was able to chit chat with a few employees there, very friendly people. Upon approval the car was detailed very nicely. We thanked the team and enjoyed the ride home. I would recommend this dealership and I want to give a thanks again to Jay and Joe for the great experience we had last night 5/2/13 on the purchase of our vehicle.

Mike was fantastic and kept me updated on my vehicle. He got everything quickly approved for warranty repair. Only issue was covers not put back on when I picked up my car and minor damage from when one cover was removed.

Buying a car is a stressful experience, particularly for us as it was an unexpected need. Rafael was helpful initially over the phone to set up an appointment, and had a car ready for us to test drive when we got there. He explained everything very clearly, and made us aware of all kinds of options without putting any pressure on us. In the finance phase, Dale explained everything in detail and was very genial and accommodating. We got everything done in a couple of hours, and feel comfortable that we have a vehicle we like that will be dependable for a long time to come.

I had contacted the dealership thru the website and within an hour I had a sales representative call me and start the pre approval stages of getting the car I was looking at. Within 2 hours I arrived at the dealership and Jeff Kessler had the car I wanted parked by the front door ready for a test drive and had already approved financing for me. After the test drive they detailed the car for me,, and all I had to do was sign.
The entire process from first contact to me leaving with the car of my choice only took 4 1/2 hrs and im super happy with my purchase.

I especially appreciated my Automative sales person Dennis, who listen carefully for what my priorities were and connected me with a great car. Dennis was able to answer all of my many questions and explain all of the features of the car in a way that was clear and easy to understand. This was not the case at other dealerships. I purchased my very first car here. I went to 2 different dealers but they were very shady with information on the cars they were selling. Luther Nissan had the best service and warranty. I was helped by Marcus and he was very friendly and did not pressure me to buy or skim over the details. He also answered all my questions and followed up with me after a week. I've had the car since August and it runs fantastic - even when I went in to get it serviced the staff were friendly and took the time to go over the inspection sheet with me. It's a far drive - around 40 minutes, but definitely worth it for the service and staff!
