From Sales persons Robert Chavez and the finance person were very helpful and patient with me. Good service. The service department very helpful. Professionalism is top. They have helped me so much with my purchase and some troubleshooting I needed done. Awesome job.
Friendly Chevrolet is AMAZING! Lili, our sales lady, was the best! She went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered. She kept the line of communication open, sent pictures, videos, and really put our mind at ease especially since there was quite a distance between us (1,250 miles). Greg, in finance, made it super easy for us to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle and to get the funds wired to secure the sale in a timely fashion. This was extremely helpful to us since we were unable to actually make it into the dealership until the day of delivery. Devin, in the sales department, welcomed us in before store hours, allowed us to sign the paperwork, handed us the keys, and had us out the door and on back on the road in a record setting 10 minutes. This was incredible for us since we had a 19 hour drive back home (not including time zone changes and necessary stops along the way). The team at Friendly Chevrolet is like having your best friend there with you car shopping giving you honest, helpful advice from start to finish. We cannot be more happy and pleased with their customer service and outstanding price!!!
The only place I bring my car to be worked on! Tyler the service writer is the best! He is very efficient, honest and knowledgeable. Waiting room and bathrooms are clean too!

We worked with Dion at Friendly Chevrolet. We have been purchasing vehicles for over 30 years and this was by far the best/easiest vehicle purchase we have completed. We handled everything via email (including a quote for my trade in). Dion presented his best price up front (beating the competition by a lot) and he had the vehicle and paper work ready when we arrived. We spent a total of 1.25 hours at the dealership including time for us to test drive the new vehicle, Friendly to test drive our trade in, sign papers and receive a tutorial on the features of the new vehicle. It was my first time at this dealership, and I had to get my car's tire rotated and oil changed. The team there were super friendly, Greg worked on my car and made things easy. Other members I didn't not get their name were also kind, and showed me the way around the place. I took the shuttle, and also had a good experience. The young man was really easy going and friendly and didn't make things awkward at all.
Friendly staff & no haggling needed. This was our 3rd purchase from Friendly since 2011 & we have continued to go back because the sales staff & service dept is exceptional! I never feel like I’m being duped or asked to get services my car doesn’t need. We were given a fair trade in value & when in the market for a used vehicle we fell that we received a good deal! We found a Chevy spark online and called to see if it was still available. We talked to Dallas and he said it was. We drove down right away to look at it. When we pulled into the lot it was sitting by the door ready for us to test drive. Upon walking in we were greeted by multiple staff who were very friendly and directed us to where we could get drinks while they called Dallas. When we met Dallas he was such a breath of fresh air. He got to know us and our daughter and talked with us about what we wanted. We took the car for a test drive and when we came back he answered all our questions and got the ball rolling quickly. We traded in our other vehicle in and they were very fair on trade in value as well. We cannot say enough good things about Friendy Chevrolet and Dallas. We will definitely be back in the future and tell others to do the same.
Our experience trading and buying a car with Friendly Chev was a pleasant one. It was pressure free and the prices were fair. We worked with Davey, and he made the whole process painless and fun. Davey is the bee’s knees!
I had an absolutely amazing experience. I worked with Charlie and he made the experience very fun and explained things very well. This was my first “big girl” purchase and I couldn’t be happier. I went to multiple places before and all the cars were very over priced and looked horrible on the inside/outside. At other places they didn’t take my seriously either unless I went with my dad which bugged me because I was purchasing the car. At friendly I felt like I was taken seriously. Also all the cars here were clean and looked well taken care of. The staff all seemed very nice as well. I will definitely be coming back whenever the time comes.

Dion worked with us for months. This Traverse came from Michigan so we had to wait for it to be loaded on the train. I was adamant that I wanted another 8 seat vehicle. He found it and put our name on it. Appreciate him immensely. Such a nice man and look forward to future business with him.
We bought our vehicle here but as we were unsure of which of two vehicles to purchase, upon arrival my husband test drove both vehicles but one of the vehicles was less expensive than the other ( sales rep went on appearance) as to trying to sale the less expensive vehicle which we ended not liking , sales rep kept suggesting we purchase the less expensive one because it was going to be a more “affordable “ payment.Than after we made way to going with our choice as the financial sales rep came and showed the APR rates we asked we get paperwork and I would take to my own bank he was unhappy and gave attitude to my husband as to trying to get him to apply with them and not our bank as we insist we go to our bank more attitude he gave and before anything was approved he had my husband signed papers as if we were set to drive off with the new vehicle. Maybe if we hadn’t experience what we had we would have given a higher rate but we had quite of an experience as to not evening purchasing the vehicle.
Looking for a truck on-line came across one at Friendly Chev. Dalles saw that I was looking and contacted us to come in and take a look at it. He was the greatest sales person-no pressure, took the time to get to know us and what we are looking for. Come up with a couple of other options that may interest us. Overall was a fantastic experience and really made a new friend with the experience -- Thank you!

Tough situation with my previous Silverado losing the transmission. I felt I got a very fair trade-in from Friendy and very much liked Tony B. our salesperson and the new car Lead that worked with us on the deal. We were on the fence regarding fixing the older Silverado or buying new and due to the efforts of Friendly both from a sales perspective and also the active involvement of Mark in Service we came away very pleased and will be working with this dealership again in the future.
We have had several purchases with Tony Brama, most recently a Ford Explorer. He is knowledgeable and made sure that even the minor details were addressed before we took delivery. Very happy with Friendly Chev and Tony
I would like to thank Chad, Tony, and Zac for all there help yesterday with our purchase, we had a bad experience with a different sales guy a month ago, but these 3 made up for it. They spent a lot of time with us, and went the extra mile for us yesterday. We are very happy!
The recall repair took a lot longer than expected and I was told. I asked them to check the vehicle for a bad wheel bearing because I know the noise. They said they did a full inspection and found nothing wrong with the wheel bearing. I picked it up and drove to a local shop that does my work and they found and replaced the right rear wheel bearing and the noise is gone. $380 dollars later! If they did the inspection why wouldn't they replace the missing lugnut that they noted for Safety? Very disappointed!

When paying my bill after service is completed my coupon that I receive in the mail and presented when checking in is not deducted from the total. The last two times I have had service I have had to remind service person to deduct my 10%. I should not have to do this. I don't consider this good customer service.
Tony and Chris did a great job, I came in with a very short time before my lease end and they found the new car I wanted and took care of everything. The transition was easy and I love my new Trax!

My experience with Friendly Chevrolet on rhe purchase of my 2022 Colorado with EJ as my salesman was a great experience, was knowable on the truck, I have known EJ for 10 years, he is my man when it comes to anything on a purchase of a vehicle. Friendly Chevrolet is the best dealership for new car sales, parts and service. They are my go to for my 2016 Impala LTZ and now my 2022 Colorado ZR2.

Ivan checked in with me throughout my search with vehicles that might interest me and went over and above to get me pictures of vehicles that had just arrived. Highly recommend these guys. My Husband and I just bought our 2017 Chevy Traverse from Ronnie at Friendly Chevrolet. Ronnie was great from the time we walked in to today (a week after we have had our vehicle). Ronnie was patient with us, hard working, and helped us run whatever numbers we needed. He did not push us into the sale like most places would. Ronnie worked hard to please our needs and to help us come to a final decision on our purchase. There was no pressure, which was so nice for a change! Highly recommend buying your vehicle here! AND make sure you ask for Ronnie. If we need to buy a vehicle in the future we will return and ask for Ronnie! Also, Greg who helped us with financing was awesome too! Morgan was great! He is the reason I keep coming back! I bought my equinox a year ago and still hadn't gotten a chip. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and asked about the chip. He checked into it. Dan told me it would be about 2.5 hours for an oil change , tire rotation, and the chip installation. I told Dan I would schedule the chip at another time because I didn't have time to wait that long. Morgan surprised me at the payment station and said that they did both in an hour. He saved me time, patience, and gas/mileage to make it back to the dealership for another appt for the chip. 100% satisfied and great customer service!! I now have heated seats!
Now I know that someone's going to look at this review photo and say to themselves, "Isn't this a Chevrolet dealership and that's a Ram truck?" Well what if I told you that I drove over 4 hours to buy this truck, would that make you feel differently? I can tell you this much, no matter what brand of vehicle you are into, if you find one on their lot, they will take very good care of you! Matthew Klisch took care of the deal and answered every question and addressed every concern that I had along the way. Even being as far away as I was, I had the confidence that it was everything that they advertised and more. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them, and I'd definitely recommend you give them a chance as well.

Lost an engine in a 2013 Cruz just after Christmas, my service writer Tyler Schuster worked with me on my options. The new built engines had a 6 month to 1 year wait and a rebuilt GM 4 to 6 months. Tyler took the time to search for an engine and found us one within 12 hours. once the engine was delivered the service techs had it in and running by the afternoon, and my Daughter back on the road to Iowa for school. I have been using this service center for 7 years now and because of folks like Tyler who are strait up with you and empathize with your situation, along with a great pool of GM certified Techs. I will continue to take my maintenance business to Friendly Chevy.

I was at Friendly for an oil change and tire rotation. Those services and work was just fine. The work was completed timely and my car returned to me freshly washed. Russ kept me informed and answered my questions.
My issue was with SERVICE; serving me as a customer. As my work was being done, I remembered I had seen a check engine light on in my Malibu. I asked Russ if it could be checked via a code reader and he said I'd need to speak to one of the Service Managers. I approached the nearest manager, noting there were 4, all sitting at their desks chatting, UNMASKED. I asked the closest to me about getting the code read and was told it could be done next Tuesday (a WEEK) later by appointment.
So, four guys sitting at their desks, with no vehicles needing check-ins had 10 minutes to grab a code reader and take care of me.
My recommendation is if you want to retain long-time customers utilizing your dealership for services, you coach your people in the art of Customer Service.
Friendly service and my extended warranty, which I bought at Friendly when I purchased the car, did indeed cover the costs - which I am grateful for.

Exceptional service, without an appointment! I had an appointment at Rosedale Chevy, they were unable to fix the front license plate holder. They referred me to Friendly Chev. (Body Shop). I attempted to call, but as I was 9 to 10 miles away, I drove over. I was met promptly at Service and directed to Body Shop area. I explained my situation to the gentleman and his response was " no worries, I'll have you out of here in 10 mins". Wow, what service! You do not see that in this day and age anymore. Thank you Friendly Chevy!
My oil change and maintainance service was done well as far as I can tell. I wish there was a way to schedule appointments to avoid waiting an hour and a half.

Our family is growing so we were in the market for a larger vehicle, I contacted Friendly Chev based on some online work and Davey was the sales associate who took my call. He was very knowledgeable, well informed, listened carefully to our requirements and had a potential vehicle at the ready. He even went above and beyond to bring it out to our place so we could look at it! We were not expecting to buy, we were really only evaluating our options but from the first contact we could tell it would eventually be Davey who we would (and would WANT to) work with. So far so good I have only been buying from you since 1980. I have delt with Dion Kennedy all these years. If it weren't for him I would have looked for dealer with lower prices and more selection. How ever Dion knows what I like and need. I have trusted him to making the right choice and he has for me since I got out of the USMC he has never lead me astray.
I was not very happy with the oil change service I received, they did not top off all the fluids and that is part of a standard oil change service. Next time I will go to Rosedale Chevrolet.

I especially thank Russ the team leader - I had accidentally left my spare key in the shop and he remembered to whom it belonged and called me immediatly. Dalles is great! I bought a 2022 Trailblazer from him in July 2021 after my guy had awesome service with him. Unfortunately my Trailblazer was totalled in December. I called Dalles right away for a new vehicle. We pass over 20 dealerships on our way to Friendly Chevrolet. Looked around the dealership on July 4 and sent a message through the website with which vehicles I was interested in. I was surprised when I received an email right away on July 5 (I figured the dealership would be closed) from Dion Kennedy. Quickly called him back to see if I could look at the vehicles I emailed about. Promptly went to the dealership and he had the car ready for me to test drive. Ended up buying a vehicle that day from Dion who was super friendly and amazingly helpful. We ended up buying two vehicles that day from him. It was a long process but Dion and the rest of the staff at Friendly Chevrolet were great. I probably drank 90% of the free little bottles of water they had in the cooler. Great experience all around.
I brought my 2014 Equinox in on a Monday morning because it was acting funny. Within a few hours, the service dept realized my engine was bad. They coordinated with Dion Kennedy to let him know what was happening without me having to make that call myself and fumble with the terms and information. Dion had a list of options for me within a few hours. Dion worked with my budget, needs, and my preferences and had found the right vehicle for me that evening. The Finance person was easy to understand and put together the perfect warranty package for me and I got a great rate. Dion made sure my New to Me 2018 Equinox was double checked and spotless when I picked it up a few days later. It truly was the easiest vehicle purchase I have had. JB is a fantastic person to work with. We liked him so much, from a previous purchase, that we called him to help us with the purchase of a new truck. We felt that he didn't pressure us or try and rush us out the door, he is trustworthy, he listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. The best part tho, he saved us $1000 by asking us if we were Costco members, we had no idea that the deal through Costco was going on and who doesn't like saving money. Everyone I met was professional and courteous. My salesperson Dion was very good and informative of the process. He even stayed late when my car was delivered to make sure everything was handled.
We worked with EJ to test drive a used Ford Mustang GT. He had everything ready for us when we arrived and the car had been detailed, ready to sell. We were not prepared to purchase on the spot, but ended up doing so with the help from the sales and finance groups to have everything they needed for us to drive it home that day. It took a while for all of the paperwork, but it was probably typical. The only disappointment was that there was very little gas in the car, so the test drive was fairly short. It was enough to make a decision. After what we paid for it, we had hoped there would be an offer to fill it up with gas, but not the case. We filled it up ourselves a block from the dealership.
I am a loyal Friendly Chevrolet customer because I appreciate the high level of quality and service I consistently receive. Needing to replace the tailgate on my 2019 Silverado High Country (with custom paint), I did not hesitate to call. I talked with Savanna Bergum, who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She quickly worked up some pricing, explained how "things would go down," and she instilled confidence in my decision to use Friendly. When I stopped by later that day for a visual inspection, Savanna noticed a small chrome trip piece on my driver door that had a tiny dent in it... but it had been bugging me for over a year. She said she would follow up with a call to replace that item, and she did.
When I dropped my truck off, Savanna met me and discussed how long it would take, and helped arrange a shuttle ride home & back later. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and helpful and made me feel like a "valued customer." BTW, the service drop-off area was spotless!
If I still owned my business, I would seriously try to hire Savannah away from Friendly Chev. Customer service skills and delivering them like she does cannot be taught... they are part of who that person is.

Now that my lease is coming to an end, we walked through all of the possible options moving forward. I just had a baby and was supposed to get a Tahoe from another dealer but they sold it out from under us and said friendly chevy had one try them so we did and we could not have been happier! I went in for some general service on my 2019 Trax. Mark also squeezed me in for a quick estimate to check some damage on the rear bumper. The service was quick, efficient, and everyone was so friendly! I was checked on several times, and they even started a bit earlier since I arrived earlier. I have not had customer service like this at any other car mechanic or dealership. Highly recommend!

I stopped in for routine maintenance on my leased equinox, ended up leaving in a brand new Traverse! The salesman EJ suggested for me to take a look after overhearing of a new addition to the family, suggesting I may need more space and wow was he right! The finance department was swift and precise, I even got to enjoy some fancy coffee while waiting! I always have a pleasant time when I go there.
I brought my 2019 Trax in for an Oil change and rotate tires plus Check my brakes. I was happy to hear that my brakes were sill in great shape and my oil and filter needed to be changed. I was very pleased to find out my bill was way less than I thought it was.

I had a recent Truck Purchase from another dealership that was horrific to say the least. I was happy to bring my new Truck into Friendly where the staff is welcoming, nice, and where I have rapport with Nick Burton. Like I have stated before Nick is the reason I keep coming back to friendly for my vehicle maintenance. He is honest, friendly, and really cares about the customer.
I was very impressed with how easy going and friendly everyone was at this dealership. My process buying my new Jeep was very easy and stress free. Nobody was pushy or aggressive into making me buy any vehicle, which was a nice change. The vehicle was a GREAT deal compared to everywhere else I have looked. Service member Ronnie Clark help us out with getting everything together. I would definitely recommend going to him if you were interested in finding a new/used vehicle. He was very friendly and made our overall experience there very relaxed.
I recently decided to shop for a new car and saw a really nice Chevy Equinox online. I submitted a request for information and a very pleasant lady responded to it right away from the website named Lili. I decided to stop in and she was an absolute delight to work from when I walked in the door; from the test drive, to helping to get my kiddos situated in the test drive and all. She was so very pleasant, at that point I knew this would be the place for me to buy my car. Her greeting, smile, knowledge, customer service was excellent. Not sure what to say. I was able to make an appointment online for the next day for an oil change. I was called right away & asked if I could change the length of my appointment. I told them I hadn't been there before, yet was never told where exactly to go once I got there. I waited in line at the service entrance for over 15 minutes to have them tell me I was in the wrong place. The person in the right place told me he would take care of my car. He knew my name, but never called when my car was ready because apparently my VIN # was still in their system under the previous owner of the vehicle, yet I had my # and email under my appointment and I have had this car for about 4 years. He did give me 10% off for the confusion, but I think I will go back to Roseville next time. It is much further, the wait to get in is a lot longer, but I did get better service I believe. Sorry.

Amazing service! I had just left work at 5pm and walked out to the parking lot to start my car, and it was dead. A friend came to jump my battery, and we drove to an AutoZone in Maple Grove, MN and bought a new battery. Typically a battery would be easy to swap out, but not with my car (2017 Chevrolet Equinox). I made multiple phone calls with no luck, and if I couldn't get my battery replaced that night, my car would not start the next day and I would miss work. My last call was to Friendly Chevrolet in Fridley, MN. Now it's about 6:30pm, and they close their service doors at 7:00pm (25 minute drive for me to get there), but they promised that they would wait for me, and get my battery swapped out with the new one. True to their word, they were waiting for me and serviced my vehicle with a smile. I could have been stranded at home that next morning, but thanks to the service team, I was able to resume my evening and go to work in the morning. I will forever service my car at this location. He was able to narrow down a few vehicles that were in my budget range without being pushy. Lol! You know how “sales” people are. I wouldn’t consider him “pushy” at all. I was told over the phone (and noted on my appointment notes) that a known manufacturer issue would be free of charge to fix. Which makes sense, and all it essentially is a software update for the radio. However, after bringing my car into garage was I told that this was not a free fix, and that it would cost me $110. They also said they would not honor the free fix that I was already promised. So 2 big problems here; something that should be free (software update for a known manufacturer issue) is not, and I was not honored the price that I was promised. In retail, if a product has the wrong price tag on it, they honor the listed price and then fix the price tag - this should be no different.
They did a fantastic job repairing my car after an accident. Great team there.

It was great we just when in their to see my husband fall in love with a 2019 Chevrolet red it was first love jimmy rowe he was very nice answered all of questions helped with everything they did all of the paperwork all my husband had to do it to sign and we were out he also toke the time to make sure we knew everything about a new vehicle he was there when we need him also I had my 3 kids 8-6-3 they have a play area for them and all of soda you can think of popcorn hotdog my kids say they had the best day so if my kids enjoy believe me you would too yes if you need a new vehicle you want help and fast service that’s your place they toke care of us like we were family I would go back anytime I need to get a new vehicle or work done on my new vehicle very nice people everyone was very sweet to my kids and if they sweet to my kids it a place I would go back thank you friendly Chevrolet for everything keep up the good work
Just the all around experience was great. one thing that really stuck out to me was when i came to pick my truck up. it was parked where i was not able to full open my door to where i could get in because I am a bigger guy. I walked back in and asked the young lady who i was returning my loaner vehicle to and asked if she could have someone assist. She was more than happy to come out and move my truck out just a little bit so i could get in my truck and leave. SUCH a GREAT crew!!!!

I called for the appointment and was transferred to ? and listened to music for about 5 minutes so I hung up. I then went to the on line appointments and after my second request I got a response from someone, my guess a computer, and after some redundant questions I got an appointment request. I had to wait for a response from "the team" which came about 20-30 minutes later. All of this could have been taken care of with a simple phone call.
The oil change and rotation seemed fine but the bill didn't have the coupon credit (code 202)which did get corrected.
The other question I have is about My Chevrolet Rewards, I thought when I bought the Traverse I was supposed to get 20,000 points, it never happened.
Just purchased a new used 2011 Chevy 1500 LT z71 from Scott through online inquiry this past weekend. They are friendly as their name. The experience was great. Scott was great! He was very knowledgeable; and had no problem answering every questions I had. Everyone I spoke to was very "friendly". I liked the experience a lot. I have purchased from many different dealerships through the years; and would have to say this was the best experience I've had. I would definitely send more buyers this way.

I’ve bought a few cars here in the past. Everything went fine no problems. Today I went in to check out one of the new models the sales guy was nice enough. Anyways I get to talking to a sales manager and he pushed this “best price up front” likes it’s somehow special and unique. Almost all franchise dealers in the metro push the same “best price” model so I’m not sure why they think that’s really a selling point? The truth is best price guarantees their margin that they want so it’s not really to benefit the buyer like they claim. I’ve had minor work done in the body shop and they were fair. Overall it’s a average dealer experience not too terrible but certainly nothing special.

Ronnie was great! Called about a particular Truck that had unfortunately sold the night before, he recommended another truck that I read and liked the information on but had no pictures online yet to base an opinion on He went out and found it in the lot, took pictures and sent them to me. Loved the color and he said he'd hold it for me to come look at it. After we looked it over and drove it around for a bit we decided to buy it. As we were talking, a few other salesmen asked him for keys and he politely replied to them with "sorry, its sold to this gentlemen" He was very welcoming and not pushy. Had a bad experience with a different (more cocky) salesmen last year and was happy I was recommended to Ronnie from Pat in the parts department (I do business with parts as I own a repair facility). Bought the vehicle that night, it was detailed the next day and delivered to my shop.
We went to friendly Chevrolet to purchase a new vehicle. The dealer we worked with was Chance. He was absolutely incredible and fun to work with. I am also impressed impressed by his service to our country before he was employed by Friendly. He made the process so easy and took time to make sure we were happy and got EXACTLY what we wanted. I’m editing this review because of how Friendly Chevrolet came back and earned my business. Since I live in West Fargo, ND and they are in Fridley, MN there was some miscommunication previously.
Friendly Chevrolet rectified this and when I totaled out my truck 1 week ago. I went to there dealership and within 15 min I found the vehicle that fits everyone of my needs, thank you Dalles. On the finance side Brent went above and beyond my expectations especially on the interest rate.

It was a great experience working with Iraj Ezati from Sales. He and the other staff treated me pretty well. When purchasing my truck, they were patient with me since I didn't have all of my updated paperwork.The only down fall at that time is the price of my truck. It's expensive for a used truck, but it was the only availabile one in the 100 mile radius of my home.

Firstly, I will like to appreciate Lindsay for all her tremendous effort in helping me out. Friendly Chevrolet is an excellent way to skip pro and con about car because the only thing you will get is pro. It took me three days to close my deal on a Trailblazer 2021 which was wonderful with the help of Lindsay and the finance guys. Lindsay did a great job with explanation of the vehicle compatibility, service and remembered that the staff got your back, no matter the case.

I had a great experience with Ronnie and all of the additional people I interacted with at Friendly Chevrolet. Ronnie was knowledgeable and answered all of the questions that I had. I was also kept well informed of the car buying process every step of the way. They put the all weather rubber mats in my car, detailed the car, and had the gas tank full upon leaving the dealership. It was also past the dealer's closing time at this point, but Ronnie sat with me in the car and still went through all of the controls and features on my new Chevy Malibu. The manager and finance rep I dealt with were also both very pleasant and helpful. The manager gave me a fair deal on the trade-in vehicle that I had. I was very irritated that they did not wash my vehicle. It was filthy (not their fault). Other people in the waiting room were asked if they wanted their vehicles washed. I was not asked so I assumed they would wash it, as they normally do. I did not know that my vehicle was not washed until after I completed paperwork and paid my bill. At that point I had already been there for 1.75 hours (not their fault) and didn't want to go ask about it and wait again.
I was already irritated with the dealership as I have been bombarded with communications since I paid off my vehicle loan at the beginning of the month.
Additionally, I contacted Zac Boyd in Finance regarding a rebate for my gap insurance since the vehicle was paid off 2 years early. He asked me to email him the letter I received from GM Financial - which was a copy of a letter that was sent to Friendly Chevrolet. I did immediately. I called him 2 days later as he did not acknowledge receipt or respond. He did answer my question once I called him again but I feel he should have contacted me.
This dealership is 35 miles from my home. My Equinox is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from them. I may need to look elsewhere in the future.
I worked with several dealerships initially and ended up working with Dustin Ruff at Friendly Chev and had a very good experience. Dustin was/is a good guy and assisted me in locating the right truck and provided very fair pricing.
It was a low pressure sale and every person in every department was very "to the point" and did not waste my time with items/options I was not interested in when I stated "no thanks," I much prefer to work with this no-nonsense approach. Overall, it was a very smooth transaction.
If all the vehicle transactions I've made over the years went like this one, I probably would not dread the "car buying process" like I do today.

Wow, what an experience. From the moment I called to talk to the Sales Manager Rob to walking through the front door of Friendly Chevrolet in Fridley and meeting Jimmy Rowe, I was well taken care of. Jimmy walked me through all of the different features in the particular vehicle I was interested in, let me test drive several different ones, and made me feel confident in my vehicle purchase. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in and financing was super easy. In less than three hours, I was driving away in my brand new vehicle. They have a client for life. Dustin Ruff did a great job helping my find the vehicle I wanted. I bought a certified used Equinox. I had problems with the transmission a few months later and luckily that was all covered under the warranty. I was impressed that one of the staff took the time to walk me through the warranty to help me understand it thoroughly. They even lent me a vehicle to use while mine was getting fixed. My only suggestion is to have more than just pickups as an option for loaner cars.
I bought a 2017 Toyota Camry XLE from this dealership this month. I am really satisfied with the way they treated me and in fact the car I bought was excellent. The people there are very friendly and very helpful. The whole process was so smooth and I didn't have any issue while going through the purchase. I have always received great service and assistance at Friendly Chevrolet with the maintenance of my 2008 Chevrolet Equinox. When I was in an accident recently I decided to check out the used vehicles at Friendly Chevrolet. I found the vehicle I wanted, a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica, and Chris Cummings assisted me with my test drive and the buying process. I received warm, friendly assistance by Chris and all of the sales people at Friendly Chevrolet. A couple of days later I had an engine light come on my dashboard. I immediately contacted Chris Cummings and he assisted me in lining up an appointment for my vehicle to be seen in the service department on the same day. The service department did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it for me even though the vehicle is not a Chevy. Overall I would like to thank Chris Cummings for his phenomenal assistance in both the purchase and repair of my Pacific and the staff in the service department who took very good care of me. I would definitely buy any future vehicles from Friendly Chevrolet!! Thank you Chris and thank you Friendly Chevrolet.
I bought a 2002 Avalanche from Friendly back in 2004 from Kevin Melgard, and brought it to Friendly for all its' service, up until I sold it a couple years ago. But before I sold it, I moved away, and, at the time, it was not practical to drive all the way to Fridley. Having tried other Chevy Dealers, I found out the hard way, that I don't get the service and truthfulness from them, like I always had from Friendly Chev. One Dealer essentially told me my 2002 Avalanche needed over $4,000.00 plus dollars worth of work, when I know it didn't, so even though I live over an hour away, I have decided to return to Friendly for all my service needs for my 2011 Avalanche and my 2006 Corvette. Earlier in May of this year, I brought my 2011 Avalanche in for 200,000 mile service and to have all the fluids changed. Later that morning, I received word that my Avalanche needs another $1,100.00 worth of work. In all honesty, I got angry after listening to the voicemail, because I take VERY good care of my vehicles, and I started to wonder if I had made a mistake, and will I EVER find an honest Chevrolet Dealer. Then, moments later, I received a video of the Tech's inspection of my truck. That video changed everything. The video showed the three (3) items he had found that will need attention soon, and he went on to say that overall, the truck is in great shape. The video added a level of credibility that removed all doubt in my mind whether or not I brought my Avalanche to the right place. That's a GREAT tool, to build customer confidence with your Service Department. Tyler is a GREAT Service Advisor. I told him my story, just as I have in this blog, and he went the extra mile to cement my relationship with Friendly Chevrolet. We agreed that I am a lifelong customer, now! Honesty and integrity go a long way with me, and having been a Maintenance Mechanic for over 34 years, (I just don't like working on vehicles) I know when I'm being snowed. No snow at Friendly Chevrolet! Thanks you all for a GREAT Dealership! I'll be back!

My husband and I recently purchased a Chevy Cruz at Friendly Chevrolet. We looked online at cars and found just what we wanted at Friendly Chevrolet so we made an appointment for a test drive for the next day. Then we decided we couldn't wait and headed in that night to take a look. Chris Taylor was able to help us right away. From our first step in the front doors we were greeted and taken care of by a group of cheerful people who seemed to genuinely like working with each other and the public.
Chris Taylor was wonderful. He was more than knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and the services that came with purchasing a vehicle from Friendly Chevrolet. He even synced my husband's phone with the car for hands free calling and signed us up for the Sirius XM radio free trial. A few days after purchasing the car a small piece of trim came off (thank you super freezing cold MN winter!) my husband brought it in and they replaced the whole piece easily and quickly. We definitely will come back to Chris and Friendly Chevrolet for future vehicle purchases!

Bought my first car here! Overall great experience. Jake Roe was my salesman and he hooked me up with the car in which I had been looking for months but could not find the right one. He made the whole process simple and easy to understand for a first time car buyer. They then sent me to Mark to gauge the value of my trade in and he gave me a great deal; more than I would have ever expected! Finally Jeremy was able to walk me through the process of getting my first car loan and all the options and additional coverage and was a nice, stress free experience! I believe greeting a customer either they buy or not is very importance. It shows the professionalism in any company. Treat all customers as if they are a potential customer. You guys were awesome. From the first moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by more than one sales person. Thanks to Mike J and staff, the purchasing of the vehicle took a few weeks but I was never rushed and by the time the last documents were signed. It was a smooth sales transaction, environment felt like home, could have stayed longer but wife would have killed us all. It would have taken less than a couple of hours to get the deal done but I wanted to take my time to make sure this was the right vehicle for me. Thank you again for time and patience.

Was suppose to pick car up on Monday and got there it wasn’t ready have to go back and pickup on Friday now . They said they called but never got a call on my phone and then half hour later they called again the house phone and wanted to confirm 1:00 pickup on Monday. And they knew the car wasn’t ready the salesman should of text me or called me to say not to come down but he didn’t . Has far as I’m concerned this is very poor service. They said the rear bumper had to come off to put ground effects package on the rear bumper has nothing to do with it I’m thinking it he bumper was damaged and they had to fix it and are trying to hide that from me.
We have bought 3 vehicles from Friendly Chev in the past 4 years. JB has sold us our last 2 and he was ridiculously awesome! He made sure that the little things that needed to be fixed, got done, even after we took them home. JB is down to earth, super likeable, and not even the slightest bit pushy! We were not planning on getting a new car. It was a surprise when our 2008 car with less than 100,000 miles engine went complete out. Sadly, it would have cost more than the car was worth to replace. So the time quickly came to start car shopping.
Ronnie was wonderful, he explained leasing vs buying to us very well (as I asked him to explain it like I was a child!) Cost was a huge concern, as this was not planned and our "rainy day fund" was not as high as we would have like.
Leasing seemed to be the right economical choice. We fell in love with a 2017 Equinox, and it is sitting in our garage right now!
Everything was so easy, I never felt pressured. He laughed with me at all my silly concerns, and helped ease them and explained everything completely.

From start to end the team was professional, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took to ensure I left with everything I needed. I asked about a rattle in my dash that had been going on for about three years and the technician quickly went to work to try and resolve my concern. Although still unable to fix the rattle as it would take dismantling the dash, he gave it a shot which is well above and beyond the description of an oil change.

I have had good and bad experiences here. 1. Great experience buying the car. 2. Great experiences with the actual person that contacts me and manages maintenance and repairs being done. I would give them a 4-5 review.
My bad experiences unfortunately include 1. Over price oil change, now go to another dealership. 2. Oil change service, I waited 15 minutes for someone to recognize me after repetitive employees looked at me and kept working 3. Poor service when I have called in. Been told different things by different employees regarding repairs and scheduling. Don't receive a clear answer.

Due to Covid virus, we decided to lease another Equinox and avoid visiting Friendly in person. We reviewed and selected the vehicle we wanted and the salesman drove it to our house to see it in person. We made our decision to lease and the salesman brought over the paperwork to sign. He then left the new vehicle and returned the old one with him. Total process took about 4 hours once we decided what we wanted.
I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled and was taken care of immediately. The guys did the oil change, checked all the other things. I was told my battery should be replaced within a month. They asked if I wanted it done at the time. I said yes. It was replaced. Everything went great. They were very courteous.

Very good customer service! I have purchased two vehicles now st Friendly Chevrolet and have been very pleased with how easy it was to work with them. Buying a car can be a stressful situation, but they really worked with me to get terms I could comfortably live with. Charlie Koppy was easy to talk to and really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. I will go back when it's time for my next vehicle!
I showed up right as Friendly was closing on a Saturday. Chris Cummings offered to stay and showed me around the lot as we talked about what I wanted. He was honest and direct. He told me about options I had as far as buying and leasing. I made an appointment to come back the following Wednesday. He had everything ready for me except I had changed my mind about a V6 and wanted a V8. He went with it and got the vehicle I wanted quickly. He repeatedly made sure I was happy with my choice, with the test drive, and explained everything he could. He mentioned that he knew I was probably on system overload and that I could call or email if I had any questions about anything!
I would buy another car from Chris. He was never pushy or trying to sell me something more than exactly what I wanted. That was nice.

A few months back I was in the market for purchasing a new vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted by an extremely helpful salesman named Peter. Since I had never been through the process of purchasing a new vehicle before I didn't know what to expect, but after working with Peter it didn't seem like a process at all. I just purchased a used Certified 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. Matt Klisch was my salesman. I was pleasantly surprised as to the fact he/they were not pushy at all. I had an old '94 Ford Explorer that started to turn into a money pit being so old. I went to Friendly Chevrolet looking to upgrade my vehicle. My sales representative Nick Johnson was very knowledgable, and friendly. There was no pressure to buy anything and they took my old Explorer of my hands which I didn't think they would. I left with a 2015 Equinox with a great price, and rate. I am very pleased with my experience with Nick, and Friendly Chevrolet. I would recommend them to other people without hesitation!

This week we purchased our second new vehicle from Friendly; the first one in 2011. Wally Johnson was so very patient, professional and helpful as he scoured inventory looking for just the right 2016 to meet my very particular needs and wants.
He is well informed, honest, and resourceful, a pleasure to work with. The entire staff at Friendly, from the receptionist to the after sale people are pleasant professionals. My appointment was double booked and what I talked to Alex who checked me in the Oil Change area he said it would be about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I told him that I had to be gone by 11 for an appointment. Alex got me out of there by 10:45 which I greatly appreciate this. Please note this is 2 times in a row where there have been complications with a oil change. 2 times ago I was the first appointment at 6:30 and I did not get done until 8:00am. Buying the car at Friendly Chev was great but service on the vehicle is a little bit to desire. Yesterday I received in the mail a discount for a Oil Change which will not do me any good as it will be expired by the time I need another Oil Change. The only reason why I go to this dealership is so that if there are any issues with my truck I have the documentation on items that were done with my truck.
We purchased a used truck from them. We liked it but we found some issue with it a week later. I contacted JB and before I could get the words out of my mouth he said bring it back. We brought it back and got a different one. I highly suggest JB and Freindly Chev..I will be going back. JB is not your normal car salesman, he went way above and beyond what he needed to do.. HIGHLY recommend them, and when u get there...request JB...
It was very quick, however I felt that they were to focused on being quick they don't ask questions. This was my first time at your quick lube. on my invoice my license plate was incorrect. I had personalized plates put on a month after I purchased. but that was never verified and I would have upgraded to full synthetic and paid the difference but was never given the option I understand it was a first oil change but I would have liked the synthetic oil and also wish my plate number was updated other then that you guys were quick, clean and got the job done

Bought a used Ford Explorer 2 weeks ago. I loved the up-front pricing! It made things so much easier. Madeline did a great job helping me through the process quickly as I needed to get things done and pick my kids up. Everyone else I worked with was friendly and not pushy. Small issues with the car are going to be fixed without having to fight about it.

The video of my service tech explaining his process was fantastic!! The only issue is the slow internet at my dealership. I had to shut off WIFI in order to stream the video at a speed that could be useful. The service was great, The explanations were awesome, and Nick Burton did a great job helping me through the process. I will be back!!
The staff that took care of me from drop off to cashier definitely lived up to the name of the dealership, Friendly! They made the process so quick and easy, and the loaner car was a huge hassle saver, with my busy work schedule. I will be coming back for any future work or aftermarket accessories that need to be done to my vehicle.
I was so happy to have my radio back on again. But I don't think it should have cost as much as it did when I was on the phone with the lady she said $60 to $171 I don't think it would have been that hard to unlock a radio
Dion was so helpful and patient with me. I had a few bumps in the road with some financial issues that came up but he was patient and worked with me while I got things straightened out. He helped me find the vehicle I wanted when I know inventory is low. Also hooked me up with getting me car delivered. I have bought a few vehicles from Dion now and I look forward to working with him again in the future.
Honest, dependable and friendly car service! After about a month we returned to see Charlie Koppy! He was there when we walked around lot as first car was getting service. We were intending to wait until August but after speaking to Charlie decided to come back and purchase a very nice 2020 Blazer! Charlie was very personable, thorough, humorous and made us feel very comfortable as we navigated through the ins and outside of the purchase!
I came in looking to buy a new car and I have to say that these guys blew me away with their amazing service! Zac had my new car all set up and ready for me to test drive when I walked in the door and he was SUPER helpful in showing me all of its features and how they work. After my test drive we worked out the kinks of what my deal was going to look like and I was introduced to Steve and we took a spin in my trade in vehicle. He was very nice and easy to talk to. He asked me a few questions on my car and asked me what I thought it was worth. I was reasonable about it as I had done my research before hand and to my surprise he said that I was pretty much spot on value wise so he agreed to my number! Once we got back inside I was introduced to Brent the finance guy and he asked me a few more questions on what I was looking to pay and all that. Brent worked with me and got me a killer deal and I was able to drive away in my new car without any issues what-so-ever! We had a pretty decent experience buying our Tahoe from here, and the salesperson we dealt with was the nicest person ever. However, going there for service is a different story. My wife has has issues with them when she has brought it in and today I stopped in to get the oil changed and I saw for myself. I pulled in the lot and called to see if the could fit me in. They said that they had an opening in 10 minutes. I was pleased as I had my infant daughter with me and this seemed to be my only available time to get the oil changed. I waited in the service area for several minutes waiting for someone to approach me and take my keys. Everyone looked at me, probably because I had a stroller, but no one talked to me. I then thought maybe I had to drop the keys off up front. I went up to the sales area and one of the managers told me to go back to the service garage area and someone would help me. So I did. I waited with my daughter, who was gradually losing her patience with the noise. I did my best to keep her calm as everyone was looking at me but again no one talked to me. 10-15 people even walked by me, from sales reps to service people, not a word. Except for one nice gentleman calling my daughter a cutie. I waited for 35 minutes, after they told me they would get me in in 10 minutes, and no one talked to me. It is not hard to believe that I looked out of place and needing help but no one wanted to help.
Update: The service manager called me after I left and cancelled my appointment. He wanted to make things right and apologized for what had happened.
My interaction with Friendly Chev was fabulous. Chris Taylor was my sales person and could not have been more knowledgable or personable throughout the process. I went from a purchase to a lease and had lots of questions. The entire Friendly Chev team were very patient with me, answering my questions and explaining any issues I had. I felt like they wanted to sell me a vehicle but did not pressure me too much to do so. I was able to buy what I wanted, when I wanted with the confidence that they are there to help me through any problems that might arise. Everyone was very helpful keeping me updated and I really appreciated that they let me use their loaner for the 2 1/2 weeks my car was in the shop. They did a beautiful job on my car fixing the damage and cleaned out the inside very nice you would never even know someone broke into it and smashed the window. Love you guys :)!

I found the perfect used car I was looking for online (at an incredible price) which happened to be at Friendly Chevrolet. I enquired for the car and got a quick E-mail response. Dana set me up with financing and got the ball rolling online before I even found time to make a trip to do a test drive. In doing so the paper work took only 30 minutes and I was done! I brought my 2015 malibu in for a steering issue. I was greeted right away and shown to the waiting area. After a brief wait in the lounge area, I was informed that the computers were down and my work could not be completed that day. I was asked if I could make an appointment for the next day. I had a doctors appointment the next day so I could not commit to a specific time. I returned the next day after my doctor appointment and met Nick in the service department. He remembered me from the previous day, which made me feel like I was more than just another customer. He immediately got my car into the shop and I was in and out of there very quickly. My car actually drives better now than it did when it was brand new. Great job to the entire team!!

I would hear a noise coming from the left front of my truck, so I brought it in to have it checked out. It was determined that parts would need to be ordered. Service writer Mark C said he would give me a call when they came in which he did and set up an appointment to get them installed. The problem was that there was excessive play between left front axle shaft and inner shaft. I was provided a car to drive while replacement parts were installed. So far no noise. Mark C is the service writer I like to deal with. I am pleased with his customer service. Thank you to Friendly Chev, Mark C. and the service tech that fixed the problem on my truck.

I recently had a great experience at Friendly Chevrolet. I actually went to buy a used car that I had seen online. The salesman that I worked with was Wally Johnson. I did not feel any pressure. Wally showed us the car that I wanted to look at. Let us have some private time to talk about the car. I then asked to look at a Impala and he showed us the car. Again he gave us the time to talk about it - there was absolutely no pressure. He gave us the information about the cars (the certified information) and let us make the decision. He was very professional, courteous and great to deal with. In addition, everyone else that I came in contact with at the dealership was great. I recently went back to get a car wash and this also has made the experience great.

I found this dealer because I had a specific vehicle I wanted. They had just got it in on trade and I took it for a test drive and I knew then I wanted to purchase the vehicle. The sales person Jake was great to work with and since they hadn't fully inspected the vehicle he said that anything that came up they would take care of. There was a delay in the part that they were replacing and Jake was awesome at keeping me in the loop. They loaned me a vehicle to use while my car was getting repaired. Another repair came up that delayed me getting my car a couple more days and Jake was very apologetic and went above and beyond to accommodate me even to the detail of getting new batteries in my remote key and a full tank of gas in my car. It took a week to get my car but it was definitely worth the wait. Going to a dealership and negotiating for a car can be a daunting experience, but Friendly Chevrolet was a pleasant surprise and I would recommend them to anyone and go back in the future for any other vehicle needs.
My wife and I purchased a 2017 Chevy Chevrolet Malibu with Scott Bradt at Friendly Chevrolet. We knew what we wanted going in and Scott helped us get the deal completed relatively easily. Throughout the process Scott helped with each step of the hand off of the vehicle making sure we were comfortable with the trade-in agreement, understood the features of the new vehicle, and provided us status updates on the finance guys/credit check process. Finance offered the Friendly Chev warranty options but did not push them on us. I would recommend Friendly Chev to others. Everyone was helpful and we are very happy with our purchase.
From initial contact through the sale process and beyond, the salesman has been great! The staff from the mechanic to the finance people here are very knowledgeable. My experience at Freindly Chevrolet has been extremely positive and I will return for another purchase!
Friendly Chev's service technicians are the best ever. I didn't know what exactly was wrong with my car but described the noise I was hearing. It was a wheel bearing that needed replacing. In a couple of hours I was on the road again in a quiet vehicle. Mark C is always so helpful and courteous. He always keeps me posted on the progress and approximate time it will take as well as the cost. Always the best Friendly service. Thank you.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Friendly Chevrolet and had an excellent experience. The car we were interested in per telephone conversations, was in showroom condition. Our representative Dion Kennedy came with to test drive it and explained all of the many, many features of the car. He took his time and was very patient and helpful as there were several features that we were unfamiliar with. We were treated very fairly and professionally and all of the associates we worked with, Rob Owens, sales manager, Dion, sales associate, and Greg in finance all lived up to their name, "Friendly Chevrolet".

Jeremy and Rob Owens were very helpful and knowledgable. I was very impressed with the knowledge Jeremy had on the vehicle given it was not a Chevrolet brand car. Very good experience buying my Chevy Equinox, salesman was helpful and knowledgeable and helped me find a vehicle that would not only fit my current needs, but my needs a few years down the road. These guys are not commission based, they don't try to push you into a big price tag sale, they really just want to help you find he right vehicle that you will be happy to bring home.

Mark in the service department was beyond helpful and made a very stressful situation as smooth as possible. He took care of me like a member of family and was so understanding of my situation and did everything he could to get the price of my repair as low as possible. This process went from terrifying to very exciting with how little I was ending up paying. I won’t go to anyone else after working with Mark. I was recently in the market for a used Silverado. I signed up on Cargurus, and they brought me to a 2012 ext cab Silverado at Friendly Chev, I emailed Friendly Chev, and within minutes I received a response from Eric Soma....(AWESOME GUY). I setup an appointment for the next day for a test drive, a couple of hours later Eric sent me an email regarding a price drop on said Silverado. The next morning did not go smoothly on my end, running late, turning around and going back home because I forgot the cash for my down payment.....it was a crazy day for me, but Eric was calm, cool and very pleasant....

Bryan Flattem in Parts was awesome! Quick, efficient, and personable for helping us get copies of some older Camaro keys.
We went to multiple Chevy dealers before stopping at Friendly, and none of them had blanks in stock. We also had to wait longer to even speak to any employees at empty desks at the other dealers, just to learn that they had no blanks or broken key cutting machines.
We will absolutely be coming to Friendly for any and all GM needs, and refer our friends as well. Thanks for a great experience!
Working with Eric and the entire team was an easy and enjoyable process. They were very transparent and relayed information quickly and accurately. Buying from out-of-state could be difficult, but Eric made it the easiest car purchase I've ever had.
I recently purchased a used vehicle through a delightful salesman, Charlie. While it wasn't the sale of the year for Charlie, he knew as a full-time, divorced, working mom of 3, struggling to move forward IT MADE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE FOR ME!!! ALL of the friendly fellows in sales AND finance were wonderful, patient, kind and accommodating as I spent much of a Saturday afternoon awaiting credit approval with my young son. Charlie even offered to help my son with an elusive Twix bar in the vending machine. Finally, we drove away in our "new to us" awesome car.
There unfortunately was a small a problem with an antifreeze leak which eventually was remedied and I'm grateful that it was covered by the dealership, easing some of the fear of such a large purchase on a budget like mine.. One of the other awesome, (handsome😉!! ) salesmen even sat and chatted with me while I waited for a quick update before I was able to secure a ride to wait elsewhere. Thanks to all for keeping us company ... everyone on the sales floor was kind, helpful and receptive throughout the process. ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars
There were some communication issues with the service department on Monday, that unfortunately may hinder me in returning to that department in the future. Very little effort was made to give me a repair timeline on Monday though I requested "even a vague timeline because it's my son's birthday!??" They promised to call in "an hour or two" which turned into waiting the entire rest of the day, Even after I called "an hour or four" later requesting any information available "because it was an important day!" I was left in a spot where I was unable to make arrangements to get home until the day was gone. Many apologies and calls were made on Tuesday - thanks to Cory in the service department, so I give credit where due. But there maybe a combined total of ☆☆☆ 3 stars, my kid only turns 15 once and I missed it waiting for simple answers, if they'd have simply said "it won't be today" I could have arranged better without specifics, but that wasn't the case.
When all was said and done the repair was made, I'm on the road again and crossing my fingers that I can enjoy the "Journey " from here forward.
I will definitely try again with the sales department. As for repairs, maybe not, but overall the story is ending well.
The CRV I had for only 70 days was totaled. I had to find a new vehicle quickly. Having to make a major purchase under this circumstance really put me out of my comfort zone. Enter sales person Mike Dunham. I went to dealer with a Sonic hatchback in mind. Mike was patient, accommodating and knowledgeable. I had so much fun working with him that he turned the bad situation into a good one. The finance person, Brent, was also awesome. I can't tell you enough how different this experience was from the one I recently had at Hopkins Honda. The people at Friendly Chevrolet really had a different objective. They cared about me and not the sale! The interaction with Brent during financing was so totally different from my prior experience that it cinched the deal for me. I absolutely love my Sonic Hatchback LTZ and I can't recommend this dealer enough.
Dion Kennedy is a great Salesman who went above and beyond what he had to I'm order to make sure I was completely satisfied. This dealership worked with me and really made me feel like they wanted my business which is why they earned. Ask for Dion in sales and Joe in accessories and you will definitely be taken care of!
I leased a car from Friendly Chevrolet back in July and I am very happy with the service that I got from the dealership. The salesman Peter was very helpful as he made the process of picking the right car very easy and fun. What I also really liked about the dealership is that they continue delivering great service, as I had to come in last week for an oil change which was done very quickly and they even washed my car! Overall, my experience with Friendly Chevrolet has been great and I would recommend this place to others.
