Tony Sivongxay and his team over at Audi Minneapolis were very helpful and had all the answers to my questions. I was on undecided between the S4 and Sq5 and Tony and his team went above and beyond and moved the S4 from the showroom and parked it right next to the SQ5 to make my decision a bit easier. I must admit, I took a little longer than expected to pick a vehicle but I never once got the feeling of being pressured or rushed to pick a car from Tony. I really appreciate the patience of the whole Audi team in Minneapolis. I ended up picking the S4 and I must say, it is one great ride!

I bought my E-tron from this dealership and Audi Minneapolis made the car buying experience extremely enjoyable. I have to call out my salesperson Rory. She made the car buying experience super easy and stress free. She made me feel good about my purchase throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel like she had to pass me off to someone else. Not once did anybody else join the process and made me feel uncomfortable. But when I did have to move onto the Business Manager, I am so happy I got to work with Chris. Again, I've never enjoyed making a big purchase more than I did working with Chris. He really understood my needs and presented me with the best options. Did whatever he could to get my business and always treated me with respect. Then I have to also call out Riley, he did an amazing job spending time with my wife and I to make sure we understood everything we needed to know about the technology of the E-tron. And lastly we met and worked with people from the service and car detailing department and they all were amazing as well. If you want a stress-free, enjoyable, helpful car buying process. I highly recommend Audi Minneapolis as they set the bar high for me.

David was a fantastic salesman! We sent in an inquiry on a Monday night after 6pm and in less than 30 minutes received a call back with all the information we were looking for. After test driving over our lunch break the next day, David was helpful, informative and a straightforward guy to work with. He put the car on hold for us and we were able to purchase that night! He did an excellent job walking us through all of our options for add-ons and the value they have, but didn’t pressure us to purchase. Less than two weeks after buying the vehicle, our car was hit by another driver, and David again went beyond the call of duty and immediately connected us to a stellar and reputable repairman! I normally despise being at/dealing with car dealerships but this was the first time I’ve had a positive experience and felt like I was dealing with an actual person and not a suit. She’s followed up with my multiple times since I’ve bought the car to make sure everything’s all good and someone from the service dept. has reached out too. The car itself is 10/10 as well.

Purchased a beautiful 2019 Audi RS5 from Rory Ororato from Minneapolis Audi 12/27/2022. The experience was top notch from initial on line inquiry, to phone dialogue and sharing of interests, and details of the Audi I ultimately purchased. I would recommend Audi Minneapolis, and specifically Rory for any future purchases. Rory fully disclosed the condition of the car (lightly used), provided additional photos, checked on the specific tires (winter, snow was a concern) and Rory confirmed new all weather tires in place. Any questions Rory could not answer (not many) she researched and contacted me promptly with answers. The process was efficient, and 100% transparent. Meeting Rory to take home the car was a pleasure. I specifically wanted to meet Rory, and drive the car off the lot myself, rather than arrange delivery. She made the experience very pleasant. Rory is kind, energetic, honest, hard working and knowledgeable. I felt like we got to know each other a bit, rather than get pushed through a sale. I would also like to thank Adara Thomas in finance/titling. There was an unexpected delay with receipt of title, and Adara promptly found a solution, so I could keep driving my wonderful car legally.

Absolutely glowing after my experience with Audi of Minneapolis and my brand specialist Rory Onorato in particular. I bought a used 09' S5 SIGHT UNSEEN because of the depth of knowledge that Rory had (she drives a 20's s5) and her excellent customer service bringing every one of my specific concerns straight to their service manager Joel Anderson. He answered all of my particular questions, allowing me to buy in confidence. My only piece of feedback would be that while working with their finance team, I was unimpressed with how pushy they were with the Zurich package. I had to decline the offer three seperate times. I would highly recommend Audi of Minneapolis, and ask for Rory!

Customer service was great. My car was serviced for factory recalls. The repairs were done in a timely manner but somehow during that, some lights got messed up, which required more service and me having to use their loaner for another 7 or 8 days. The only other minor issues were that the time was off by 11 hrs, my Sirius favorites were gone (maybe had to do w/fact I needed to select myself as the user?) and the auto high-beam feature was off (I needed them on 12/24 in the country and couldn’t figure it out while driving). Overall good service other than having the unexpected issues.

At Chris's suggestion, I had the R8 wrapped in a full clear film to protect the paint. The dealership did a flawless job that took over 58 hours to complete. My husband and I were in the market for a new Audi Q8. I found one searching their inventory online that checked all our boxes but sadly it was already sold. The sales person I worked with was Brad Robinette, who swiftly went into action to locate the exact same car with all the same options on it at a dealership that was only a few hundred miles away. A tale of Two Dealerships. Both modern facilities. One experience current and fresh, the other stuck in 1990. I was looking to get out of my Q7 Lease early. I called and stopped by on December 28th. The salesman Abdallah let the receptionist know I was coming. I was greeted by name, introduced within minutes to Lindsey Nelson, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager. She surprised me by being so young, but it only took a few minutes to realize I was in the hands of a true professional. She took my car for a quick drive, came back and showed me all the numbers in real-time on her computer screen. It was open and transparent. Face to face conversation in a relaxed and informational way. She explained the turn in and buyout process. Gave me a printout with her business card and said they would love to have my car and happy to drive me home. I said I needed to get a second opinion and drove to Audi Richfield where I bought the Q7. Completely different experience. I walked in and asked receptionist to speak to a Sales Manager about selling my car. Instead, I got a salesperson who took all my information then brought it to sales managers office where they did some closed-door discussions. The sales manager came out to see me for a few minutes and said he remembered me and went out to look at my Q7. Sales Manager and salesperson went back to the office with me in the showroom. They came up with an offer and printed it out. I took one look and decided I wanted Audi Minneapolis to have the Q7. I called Lindsey and said I was on my way and asked if we could get in and out quickly. By the time I arrived (20 mins later) she had just about all the paperwork done. I signed a few documents, cleaned out the Q7 and was treated like a VIP. Lindsey walked us to the door and wished us Happy New Year and said she hopes we enjoy the new vehicle (I was picking up a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve the next day, hence why I wanted to sell the Q7) Audi Minneapolis had diversity, wonderful client experience, core processes that were polished. I would strongly recommend if you are in the market for an Audi to head over here. I have confidence that what happened to me is their typical experience. Lindsey is setting the standard and sure to one day be the General Manager or running her own dealership.

Excellent Service! I contacted the dealership via an on-line inquiry and immediately received not only an e-mail but also a phone call and text from Chris Cohen. He was able to meet with me that afternoon to let me test drive a 2019 RS 5 so that I could make a decision between the BMW 550i that I had ordered or a Mercedes E53 AMG. I had contacted one other dealer who didn't want to do a test drive and was not very forth coming on finding the car I wanted, if I even wanted it. Chris was great to work with and the car was amazing. The experience was so good that I made a decision that night to purchase the vehicle they had on the showroom floor. Our time at the dealership was round 2.5 hours to be able to put a sold sign on the car. The team at Audi Minneapolis worked over the weekend to get financials in order and set up a time to get the car after I had returned my lease from another dealership. They even were able to give me information on what to expect when returning my lease and how to manage the process since I had never done it before. Picking up the car was easy and the communication after the pick up has been great. Definitely recommend Audi Minneapolis and Chris over the "other" dealership south of them.

Had repairs on my old C6 A6 4.2 as well and the repair center is possibly the best I've ever worked with. You'll pay a premium but if you want the convenience of a brand new loaner, incredibly knowledgeable staff and constant updates it's a great place to go. I'd give 4.5 if possible. 5 stars later on if the current service continues.

Depending on what you’re there for- expect different customer service for different levels of service provided. I needed my A5 fixed as well as some scheduled maintenance after a minor amount of contact was made in parking lot when a big Chevy SUV backed into my grille in broad daylight with me in the car trying to get the driver to notice her surroundings Set an appt online for scheduled maintenance and had a question about some body work also, was told they don’t do body work there, that’s fine. They referred me to a shop they work with closely but the told me I couldn’t get any of my scheduled maintenance done until the body work was finished. I bit my tongue but wanted to absolutely go off on the woman who I had been on the phone with prior to this. Why Audi doesn’t have a body shop at least on the same frontage road as their showroom, god forbid anywhere inside their dealership is beyond me. Not only will I never even consider this place for any sort of service or repair in the coming months, I am done referring my friends and family members to buy their vehicles at Audi MPLS, the thing that blew my mind was how apologetic the woman I initially spoke with was on the phone when she realized she couldn’t have been able to help me any further.

AUDI USA is already aware of the issue, but I figured I would WARN OTHERS with the quality of vehicle service at this location. I'm writing this review a week removed from picking up a new A6 from Audi Minneapolis. I worked with Tom Ekers. I felt compelled to post this review when, honestly, I never write them. Hopefully other car buyers find this helpful. I labor over purchase decisions like this. I do a lot of homework, research prices, features, options, all of it. I do so much research that I sometimes get a little "stuck" - meaning it's hard for me to get out of analysis mode. If you're the kind of person who has an Excel file comparing all the make/model options with pros and cons, then you buy cars like I do. Anyway, during my buying process, I went over to Audi Minneapolis to do a few test drives and just to gather info. I worked with Tom, and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He spent a lot of time with me, answered all my questions, never made me feel rushed. And, most important for me, never made me feel pressured in any way. We got in the weeds on options and technology, and he was very knowledgeable - as you'd expect from a dealership of this caliber. I ended up leaving with a beautiful A6 that has been a joy to drive. I've noticed that their inventory of new and used vehicles are just in terrific shape, which isn't true of all the dealers I visited. Given all the energy I put into getting a car, it should be a fun and enjoyable experience. That's what I had this time, and I appreciate the level of customer attention they give you at Audi Minneapolis. And Tom's follow up has been great. He even offered to set up an additional appointment to meet with me to go through all the technology in the car in detail...which I may take him up on. Great experience and will be going back to them for our next car.

While I had some issues with my trade of an older A4, Joel Heinen was a professional sales person through out. While we were not able to reach a sale during my first visit with him, I later reconsidered what I was willing to do and emailed a tough but fair transaction proposal. While he could not completely meet my proposal, his counter was very fair and I accepted. I had a particular issue in my transaction and I think Joel was very professional throughout our dealings. He listened and did not beat around the bush. I thank he and Audi Minneapolis for an efficient transaction and final sales process. My fiance and I were initially really pleased with the service we received from Audi Minneapolis. We've been coming here for the past year and half for routine maintenance and any other services needed. We enjoyed working with Brent. We were lucky to have him help assist with most of our visits. He was very helpful and had our best interest at heart. Last month, we brought one of the Audis in for a simple door handle not functioning properly. We requested Brent as our advisor again and had the appointment scheduled with him; however, upon arrival another advisor took over. We thought everything was fine until it came to the warranty. In addition to what we originally came in for, the other advisor told us that there was a tear in the CV boot and it needed to be replaced. He stated that it was all covered under the warranty and they went ahead and replaced it. He called us back after everything was said and done, that he didn't review the paperwork beforehand and there will be an out of pocket cost of a few hundred dollars. We needed the vehicle back and went ahead and paid the difference as the advisor was now on vacation and a manager was not in the office. We were told that they will look into it and contact us within a week. In addition to that, the vehicle was starting to make a popping noise which it was not before. We were waiting for that phone call, but needless to say, nearly a month went by with no communication whatsoever. We gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the previous service we received in the past, but that was not the case. We were told that it was our fault for choosing the warranty company because apparently they were told from them that it was okay to move forward with the service, but the advisor did not review the estimates before doing so. He assumed that the "go ahead" from the warranty company meant that everything was covered without reviewing what the costs entailed until after it was completed. We went in again for the noise that started up after said service and were told that there was nothing they could do about it except offer 10% off the next service. In short, we paid for a service we didn't go in for and it's causing more issues than before and it may cost more to replace the whole CV axle altogether. Like many other reviewers, Audi Minneapolis may have just lost another loyal customer who will be taking their service elsewhere. Update: Added an extra star. We were provided with the full breakdown of the cost and services when I provided this review. The manager we spoke with continued stating that the amount was not covered, employee is not at fault, etc. However, on the form showed that the warranty DID cover everything...When we brought it up to another manager, we were finally issued a refund and recently received a check in the mail (in September, almost four months after the incident). At this point, we've already been going to Audi St. Paul although it is a little further away. They've been a lot more transparent and helpful and we hope it stays this way.

I do not generally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to call attention to what I consider to be a fantastic experience with Audi Minneapolis. I had been looking for my next BMW when I came across a very nice very low mile 650 coupe. Technology has destroyed the car buying experience nowadays since most salespeople at any given dealership, even luxury dealerships, know nothing except how to answer a phone and regurgitate prefab vehicle info back at you. That was NOT the case here. Im a car guy, an Ohio BMW enthusiast actually. Luckily for me a gentleman named Akram contacted me within about 5 minutes of my inquiry about the 650. Ive been buying cars over 30 years. Akram is the easiest to work with salesperson Ive ever worked with in all those years. That has nothing to do with price, but everything to do with knowing what I needed considering there were 800 miles between me and the car I wanted. He got me answers to everything knowing that I was going to have my bank make arrangements, I was taking time off of work, and travelling 800 miles. By the time I went to my bank I had zero doubt about the car and that my trade in would be handled fairly as well. The only surprise out of the whole process was that there were NO surprises. My new car was as perfect as Akram and I had discussed, my trade was was given MORE value than we had on paper. The dealer could have tried to nitpick but they didnt, they increased the trade value up to max trade knowing I was probably still going to buy even if they whittled it down. Thats called INTEGRITY. As I was driving my new car home I received a text from Akram informing me that I had left a VISA rewards gift card in my old BMW asking me where I wanted it mailed. That speaks for itself. When it's time for next car I know who I'm calling. I will reward honesty and integrity and a job well done with loyalty. Top notch dealership with top notch folks. Professionals all the way around. Lovely dealership. We ended up going with Volvo due to drastically different prices but was good working with Jenna and hope that in the future we will get an Audi at a more reasonable price. Given they are ending production on Q7s for 2018 and will be rolling out the 2019 models soon, it's sad that their discount was so meager. We got a Volvo XC90 with near similar features for several hundred dollars a month less. Love Audi's but that price difference isn't worth it.

We are very happy with the lightly used 2013 Ford Focus we bought from Audi Minneapolis. The process was quick and streamlined, my only complaint is the lack of a second key and the lack of communication about it before getting our signature on the dotted line. When I asked early on if there was any kind of return policy, the salesmen informed me that there is none because they cross every t and dot every i before you leave with the car. If this were entirely true I would not have seen "Extra Key" checked on multiple parts of the paper work only to still (a month later) have only one key. It seems to me they stock pretty decent vehicles and ours was listed at a good price. I'll look here again when I'm back in the market, but will definitely be crossing my own t's and dotting my own i's next time.

This is the best dealership out of all dealership that I went to. Customer service is awesome. There is always some snacks and beverages including hot coffee. Staff is very friendly. When you dropping you car for service they are driving you back home for no charge and doesn't matter how far they have to drive you. I find this very nice because some times you can't find anyone who can drive with you to dealership and bring you back home. I was most impressed by their willingness to afford additional tutorials after delivery regarding the A3's formidable technology. Indeed, the experience of ongoing support was quite similar to that of an Apple store. Kudos to them and Audi Minneapolis.

Expensive and if you're not in something less than 5 yrs old you're invisible to the sales team there are some positives here. One is that without a doubt they know Audi. Another is a few select employees on the service end and behind the parts desk who are way way too cool to be working here and will do right by you even when another employee had not. Also parts can be very reasonably priced which I was a bit taken aback by. I needed at one of many stops a front frog lamp grille and these guys killed the competition beating Amazon & Ebay who are suspect anyway with parts by a good $25. Say hello to Tony Moe for sure if you're getting service done he & his guy are Top of the food chain. Say hello to the younger gentlemen behind the parts desk as well.
