Had a great experience purchasing a car with Zach H. I had a particularly complicated situation involving an out-of-state trade-in that ultimately required them to ship documents and send a notary out to where I live in Pittsburgh. Despite the logistical challenge, Zach did his best to ensure that the experience was extremely professional and smooth from start to finish. No surprises, no last minute added fees, no upselling. I only spent a total of 30 minutes in the dealership to hand in the paperwork, give them the check, and wait for the car to be washed. Amazing. All of this made the 9 hour drive very much worth it. For the cherry on top, Zach and management went above and beyond to help address a few minor issues I had with the vehicle after purchase. Don’t let distance scare you if you are buying from out of state. If they have the vehicle you want, I highly recommend MB Milwaukee North.

😃 Hi I inquired about a sprinter van back in June 2021. Vito responded, he found one and sent me the package. I went over the package decided to order. Vito worked with me very well he is in Milwaukee Wisconsin I am in Idaho Falls Idaho. Vito's request to have it delivered to Idaho Falls, no one responded to pick up and deliver so we decided to go see Vito in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Eric picked us up at the airport and took us to the dealership. Eric was very nice and knowledgeable about the sprinter van and explained the options to us. MB Milwaukee North the entire staff was pleasant and the dealership was very clean and nice I would recommend Vito anytime you need a vehicle. Thank you Vito the Sprinter van is great !

I'm happy to admit I'm writing this review of my own volition. I recently had an incredible experience at Umansky Mercedes Benz of Milwaukee. After several weeks of searching, talking, reviewing, debating and YouTubing, I purchased one of my dream cars. Hats off to Aleksey for all the time and professionalism throughout this process. I challenged him with my needs and he always came through. At no time did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. He did an outstanding job catering to me and making me feel like a real person. Jessica Kelly is a tremendous sales advisor who provides terrific customer service. She and her team took great care of me throughout the sales and financing process by keeping me well informed & educated throughout the process. There was a minor issue upon delivery of my car and the dealership went out of their way to make sure it got repaired in a timely manner. The car, I have right now, is a placeholder and I have been contacted by other dealers about upgrading. However, I’ve said no to them all so that I can continue to work with this dealership and upgrade through them.

At first I was skeptical because I have not had the greatest experiences in the past with dealerships. Especially when they try to haggle you in to a purchase. When we arrived, it was pretty busy so I did have to wait a few minutes for someone to assist me in the vehicle I was already looking at. The moment I was helped, Isaiah brought the car around and I wasn't pushed in to test driving it. He was very patient with me, and was doing a walk-around with me talking about the car. When I decided to take it for a test drive, he was not pushy. He just listed off some features I might like, and waited for my response. He just let me absorb the excitement of testing the car. After the test drive was over, Sean Caffe was the original salesman I was working with and communicating with took over and was sitting us down to discuss potential financing options. He was very forward with me and was trying to help me get the most I could for my trade in. Also answered every question I had. The part I appreciated the most out of this entire experience was the fact they were willing to work with the fact that my co-signer disabled and could not be there to sign for me. They not only stayed late to get the paperwork done for the following day, first thing the next day Sean delivered my new car to my home after cleaning it up for me, and a full tank of gas. This entire experience was very strong in communication. I was not hassled, I was given honest information. They treated me with respect. I huge shout out to Sean for trying to help me get the car of my dreams and within my budget. I normally don't give reviews unless I feel the customer support was above and beyond; this was that experience. Never once did I feel like I was just another customer. I am now a proud owner of a Mustang GT. Thank you!

Depending on the Purpose of your visit/request, this center can go from a 4 star to a possibly 1 star experience. Service - (3.5 - 4 stars) Been here a few times and theyve done a decent-good job. There were times when the service got delayed but they kept me upto date for the most part (had to follow up several times but that's ok). So far no complaints save for their major lack of Loaners. Dealt with Steve and/or Todd mostly and both were professional and supportive! Finance - (1star )Attempted to reach this department to Extend the Warranty on my CPO. Alas after multiple calls and a voice mail, no response. Id say that's pretty much in line with how Ive seen another Mercedes Finance Department operate but still disappointed that a 3 pointed star establishment would differ in their customer service so vastly. Room for improvement for sure.

I feel like I received great service here, the staff is very attentive and they hear your concerns. If there was an area they needed to improve it would be their valet service. It normally takes longer than it should for them to bring your car out after you’ve paid the cashier. wirh my other car, I visit another dealership and have my car within five minutes bit at this dealership I’m waiting 10 to 15 minutes minimum. I think they need to hire more people. Things moved faster under the previous owner.

I don’t usually enjoy the car buying experience. I will honestly say that this was one of the first times that i actually enjoyed it. From my first contact with Sam online until we walked out the door with the keys to our newly purchased and our first Mercedes Benz. I cannot say enough about the staff at this dealership. They were very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. The finance officer was very straightforward with all the information I asked about the purchase contract. I guess the bottom line would be will I want to buy another vehicle from this dealership and the answer would be a definite yes!

I came to this dealership 2 hours after a week of waiting for a “ online discount retailer” to deliver my “hassle free” luxury car that had arrived Scratched down the entire side of car! ( which I refused delivery). By sheer luck I stopped off at Mercedes of Milwaukee North on my long drive back to Door County and Dyson Chmura asked if he could help. I explained my situation , he proceeded to immediately find a very similar vehicle for several thousand less than the online retailer and by the time I could drop off the vehicle I’d been driving to my Moms in Waukesha, return to the dealership where ,sales manager Michael, and Anthony the finance manager, had all the closing and finance docs ready to go , gave me a complete tutorial on the special features and I was on my way thrilled after such a challenging day. I’ve saved thousands on the purchase, much more on the finance rate and have an incredible new car multi year dealer warranty in a very convenient location. But more than the dollar savings .. Great service! We had a breakdown returning from vacation and had no idea what level of service to expect. The car was towed in after hours. I received a text message at 7:00 am the following day saying they received the vehicle, had a quote by 12:00 and the car was washed and ready by 5:00. They even fixed a recall on the airbag. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating but due to COVID, it appears that there was not a lot of staff availability. There was no one at the front desk to return my rental and there was no one at the cashiers desk to pay for my service. I probably spent a total of 30 minutes just waiting. I do like this location because it’s close and I do plan to come back. But I hope that as COVID cases decrease that customer service gets better.

8/25/18: There's nothing better than problem resolution for a customer. Numerous studies show great customer service increases repeat customer rate. I reported the scratches issue to Umansky and they told me to bring my vehicle in. Todd was very respectful with his response. Once I got there, Sven, the Manager took my car into their shop and fixed the scratches. No questions asked. I really appreciate Umansky''s customer service. 100% 8/24/18: No STAR. When the dealer ownership changed recently, I was wondering if this would continue. It has not only continued, but it is actually better than before. I have had 3 small service issues which Todd Dekker has handled quickly and in a very professional manor. He even offered a repair at cost due to some warranty issues (above and beyond my expectations). Just when I thought that was exceeding my expectations, I had the pleasure of talking to the Sales Manager Young Lee who decided that the full cost should be refunded. I was completely shocked - no questions asked - no hesitation - he just said he was mailing me the refund check. I have never been treated that way by a sales manager or service professional (we have owned 14 or 15 new cars and several used cars). Mr. Lee even gave me his cell phone number if I ever needed anything!!! I have never seen anything like this. And it all started a few years ago with Josette Ott who sold us our first car and then the next 2. Josette was actually the one who introduced me to Young Lee when he first started there and he remembered me when I talked to him on the phone. Josette also introduced me to all of the service people (including Todd) when we bought our first car. The customer service at this dealership is above and beyond any company (auto and non-auto) that I have ever dealt with. I am a customer for life.

Out of the Blue! One recent extremely windy day, I was driving my small soft top car, when out of the blue I was hit by a flying bus stop structure. The winds had lifted it up from its moorings and jettisoned it right into my car. I walked away from what could have been a horrific event. While the posts of my car didn't break, for which I'm very grateful, I realized that I wanted to be in a more substantial car that was very heftier and safety oriented. For my purposes at this stage in life, a smaller SUV fit the bill! Tom was the person we immediately called, for we are returning customers of his! He's knowledgeable, competent, experienced, and personable. He arranged for me to test drive a GLA250 4-matic for a day which was all the test-driving I needed. Bought the car the very next day. Tom's also very patient for he spent quite awhile introducing me to the car's various features and systems. The day I picked it up, I had to drive it in a big snow storm. It did great! On a Thursday, unfortunately, another one of my “low performance” tires developed a bulge. It’s a few days before Christmas and the weekend. What am I going to do? I can’t drive my car down to Chicago to be with family. After checking with some tire service businesses and being told that the tire I needed wasn’t in stock, I quickly realized that I might have one other option.
