If you have a Lexus, you definitely want to get it serviced here. Never hold times or delays. Always goes the extra mile. Absolutely committed to customer satisfaction. I trust this place because I know things are always done right and you're not getting ripped off. And they never pressure you for anything. They tell you what needs to be done. My car has nearly 100,000 miles on it and it will easily last another 100,000 as long as I keep getting it serviced here.

ASK for MATT!! Went there about 6 months ago looking at a new 2022 RX and was working with Maria. Everything was going well, unfortunately we didn't come to an agreement on price because they didn't have a hybrid and didn't make sense for me to make the switch. Fast forward to last week. We went to look at the 23 RX and ask for Maria after 6 months because I also work in sales. She wouldn't let us test drive the vehicle because she thought we "couldn't afford it", she kept telling us that the payment wasn't going to be any close to what we were expecting the last time. It was such a bad experience with that specific sales person and unfortunately thats the reason why it gives consumers a bad taste about car sales people. Also don't judge a book by its cover. Matt did take over and he was great! Knowledgable about the product and any questions he didn't know he was honest about not knowing the answer. We were happy with the payment and did proceed to buying the vehicle! WE LOVE the new 2023 RX350 and MATT was GREAT!!

I had been searching for a specific LC500 for a bit and located one at Lexus of Milwaukee, since I was not from around the MKE area i needed to fit the trip in with another appointment so I stopped in last minute to view and test drive the car I was interested in. I was greeted by Charlie Potter upon entering the showroom and I can tell you Charlie was a polite and helpful salesperson which is a nice change from some dealerships. I was able to test drive the car I wanted to look at and made one more trip back to spend some more time with Charlie in the LC that I would ultimately purchase. The entire staff from Pete the sales manager and Ben the technology specialist to Pete the service writer and Frankie the finance person were all great to work with. I know there are many choices in dealerships in the MKE area but I would recommend Lexus of Milwaukee each and every time, great job guys and I love my car!

Yesterday it was time to return a lease we had. My husband told me that now I needed a car, so we started to drive and saw a Lexus branch, and he told me "Let's go in there." I normally come here to get services, but definitely disappointed this time around. Not sure if they had my passenger seat window/door open but there's stains inside the passenger door and on the inside window. They could of at least wiped it down. For a luxury brand, I was definitely disappointed this time around with the way this was handled. This is an unnecessary work for me to do during the winter time.

We visited Lexus of Milwaukee last Saturday to see a pre-owned Lexus. We noticed a great value over the net and drove from Chicago. Samantha greeted us with a beautiful smile and helped us and answered all our questions. The car was for my daughter for college commute. Lexus has possibly earned business for life with my teenage kids. Smart move by Samantha and the dealership management. A big plus for Illinois shoppers are the consumer-friendly Wisconsin laws that protect buyers. I did not know that all pre-owned vehicles in WI go through a 160-point safety inspection. Samantha explained all of this and the whole buying process was very pleasant. Samantha worked hard for us to earn our business by provided the best deal on the vehicle possible. Purchased a UX H through Lexus of Milwaukee after visiting several other Lexus dealers. Charles Potter did a great job showing options and he was not pushy. He knew the features of the car and gave us time to make a solid decision. I will return for my next car purchase. They did not add on charges like a Sanitization Fee, Nitrogen, and other misc fee's that other dealers do. The finance manager was also quick and efficient with paperwork.

I just purchased a 2017 IS300 F Sport, and every step of the process was amazing! I worked with Maria, and she blew me away. I originally went to look at a different vehicle, but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. She showed me another IS they had on the lot, and it ended up being the one I purchased. She is very knowledgeable, confident, and relaxing to work with. I never felt pressured or anxious about anything. This is an experience I haven’t had at other dealers previously. Frank in financing did an outstanding job explaining the paperwork, and Hunter did a great job going over the details of the car. I purchased my car a few months back but purposely waited to post my review. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealer. From the time we walked through the doors the staff has been nothing but helpful. They were not pushy at all as we were there to look at two vehicles and actually had a 3rd one come in the night prior, which is the one we ended up buying. Because it just came in the night prior there were some items that were owed to us, as they didn't have a chance to have it tip top. Tarlan went 100000% out of his way to make sure that we were not inconvenienced seeing as we were 2 hours away from the dealer and it was going to a be a week before we could get our car in there. Tarlan's service didn't stop there I have since reached out to him twice over the past 3 months and both times on the weekend. I was fully expecting to hear back from him on Monday, but both times i had a reply within 2 hours, he was able to solve my issue/question both times and provided me with who to directly contact and the days they were working the following week in case i needed follow up. You won't go wrong here!!!!!

I had a really great experience at the dealership getting my car. They got me a great rate and I got to leave with the perfect vehicle for me. Unfortunately, after that my experience was lackluster. I spent months trying to get a service I paid for and after speaking with the dealership & emailing 2 members of management, I never got a response. Eventually, I had to write a letter to the dealership threatening to take them to small claims court if I didn't get a refund. This apparently got their attention. They sent a refund check out within a week of getting that letter. I got my refund in December and I bought the car & service I didn't receive back in May. I'm glad they ultimately made it right with the refund but it was absurd that I had to go to such lengths to get my money back and to this day, none of my emails have been answered. Any sort of communication or apology or aknowledgement of the issue would have gone a long way for me to mend things. I found it to be very disappointing customer service that I couldn't get help sooner and had to resort to threats in order to get assistance. That's simply not right. To sum this up: the experience you get before you buy the car is pretty good. The experience and assistance after you buy is terrible and could use some real improvements.

My wife and I visited a few Lexus dealers over the last few weeks, but were unable to locate the perfect vehicle. We elected to take a longer drive to visit the Lexus of Milwaukee dealership on Silver Spring Drive, and try our luck there. We were pleasantly greeted by Vladmir Babakhanov (who goes by Vlad), and he helped us explore all his dealership and Lexus overall had to offer us. Vlad was a true gentleman, he highly respected us, wasn't pushy at all, was genuinely concerned about our needs/wants, and remainded very patient with us as we considered options. With Vlad's help we were able to locate a vehicle checking 9 of the 10 boxes in options we wanted!! (Our 10th box really could have been checked as well, had we wanted to wait a bit to build our vehicle and wait for the 2022 model year. We elected not to wait, and Vlad found us the best vehicle!) Without a doubt, I would recommend anyone considering a Lexus or used vehicle from this dealership, to request Vlad as your salesman. You will not be disappointed. I'd also like to acknowledge the friendly and "not pushy" staff that we had the pleasure of working with (Malik, Franky, Tech Ben,...). Each of these representatives were professional and easy to work with... all very "down to Earth", making our experience very enjoyable. This was a "no pressure" environment. To top it all off, Vlad presented my wife with a dozen roses as an additional "Thank You" for our business. 5 stars for Vlad & 5 stars for this dealership!

However, I want to give special thanks and applauds to Max Mazur, the salesman, as he is the reason, I am giving this dealership 5 stars. It seems new management came in and people we trusted left (We now work with Val and he is WONDERFUL to work with (5 stars), so not everyone is affected by this post), and the customer service went down hill. We are so saddened by this change. We scheduled our car to be serviced (a pick up from our home which was never an issue before), then were called and scolded for not coming in for our appointment. When we discussed we were a pick up, the agent snapped back at my husband. This is far from luxury car service, and we are a Lexus family but willing to switch in the future if attitudes and lack of commitment persist. Again, Val came to the rescue for us with a warm welcome and amazing personality and we are thrilled to have him to work with from here on out, but are sorely disappointed in the unwelcoming and unhelpful atmosphere that surrounds us which is why our review reflects average.

5 stars! Only cause I can't leave 10! I can't say enough about these guys at Lexus of Milwaukee! I was coming from out of town to look at a used GMC Sierra Denali and was hoping for upfront honesty before I spent the day driving down. Let me tell you this truck was above and beyond my expectations! They made the experience great for me! The salesman Vlad was upfront and very knowledgeable, he did what he could to make me comfortable while I was there. These guys at Lexus not only are very polite, they were respectful even when I tried to low ball them initially on the price (all part of making the deal) he went and grabbed his sales manager and they made sure I was satisfied with a deal before moving forward and setting up financing. Before coming here I did extensive research and have been to every single lexus dealership in chicagoland area- I don’t know why, but they have all been extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and to some extent rude (maybe because I didn’t match their picture of potential buyer as I looked too young and dressed very relaxed). At the Lexus of Milwaukee it was just different. I felt welcomed. Val was my salesman - extremely pleasant and personable person. He explained everything in details. we took the car for a proper 30 min spin. There was no pressure at any point. Buying process itself was a very relaxing experience. Brett was very thorough and made and effort to make it easy to understand. Sarah explained all the features of the new car. They went above and beyond to met all my expectations. We purchased a pre-owned 2017 BMW X3 at the end of May. At the time of purchase we were promised a second key and floor mats. A week after we picked up the car, I was told they were unable to contact the previous owner for the key so they would not be able to get us one due to the cost. After several calls and emails, Malik the General Manager promised to reimburse us. Weeks later, no reimbursement , no car mats, not even a reply. Worst experience ever! Update: I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 3. I finally did receive my reimbursement. Although this was not a great experience for us, to be fair it was not the worst either. Our sales guy, Tyler was awesome! He worked very hard to make the sale and make us happy. The flowers were a nice touch as well.

My experience there was great! I first dealt with Veronica via email...typically as soon as information on a vehicle is requested through an email past dealerships tend to push for your name address phone number etc. and closed ended questions like "when would you like to stop by? Does 1pm or 5pm today work better for you?" Veronica never once pulled that once with me and I commend her for that! She answered every question without fail. Once I arrived I was given a very warm welcome. My salesman was Jackson, a great young man, who also answered every question asked and didn't use any pressure tactics or attempt to put me in a vehicle other than what I was looking for...hats off to him as well...Mario (his manager) was also friendly and did what was needed to supply our vehicle needs without question. Because of me and my wife's work schedule we arrived an hour before they closed and they sacrificed and extra hour beyond that to work with us and I can't expressed really how much I appreciated that! They allowed us to actually take the vehicle home so we could be sure we loved the vehicle-- that was outstanding!!! We came back the following day with good news that all our requirements were met...we then met with Jason (our financial guy there) and again very friendly and knowledgeable. He was definitely a straight shooter like the rest of the team! Within the hour the vehicle was sign sealed and delivered in half the time my wife and I are accustomed to dealing with at previous dealerships. They have an outstanding team without a doubt! The vehicle we purchased was for my wife which means my vehicle will be next and I know where to go with great satisfaction. By the way for those who look at these reviews before thinking of stepping through their doors, I am a real customer and was not given any special incentive (like "your next 3 oil changes are free if you give us a good review") as many dealerships have done in the past. This is my experience, my view, and my words....what kind of man is a man who's word is not his bond? Not much at all since in all honesty that's all we really have! Fantastic job guys!!! Let’s be honest. Buying a car really isn’t anyone’s favorite thing to do. It’s a lengthy process but the end result is a new car, so you trudge through it. Honestly, this time was an exception. Not only was Maria fantastic to work with but the time passed easily as both she and the finance manager were good conversationalists, so the time passed quickly. They both listened to my needs, explained everything clearly and simply, and I really felt like they were looking out for my best interests through good suggestions. We brought a 2007 Lexus ES-350 car from GW Harris in August 2017. My wife looked at the car first and because of my job and work schedule, I had to wait two days later. The car was fantastic with a couple of very small issues that were quickly remedied to our satisfaction by GW Harris. He is a very nice, knowledgeable and funny guy. I can honestly say that I've never had a better car shopping or purchasing experience than at Lexus North Shore. As a salesperson by trade myself, there are a few traits that I believe a great sales team and sales process should have: - Transparency: Quotes shouldn't be mystery numbers. Every other dealer I went to would only quote me monthly payments without context or meaning, unless pushed to do otherwise. At Lexus North Shore, they laid out all the details of a proposed lease agreement up front, in black and white, without me having to ask for it. Residual, money factor, net cap cost and so forth. - Consultative Advisement: Prescription without diagnosis is malpractice. Most other salespeople I dealt with were more interested in telling me what I wanted, than in asking questions to help me arrive at my own conclusion. The staff at Lexus North Shore listened to my needs and wants, and helped me find the right fit. - Collaboration: Rather than trying to push me in to the easiest path for a closed sale, the team at Lexus North Shore worked with me and for me, putting a lot of time and effort in to getting me the car I wanted on the terms we agreed were fair. Selling me on the car was only the first of two sales -- the other was selling Lexus Finance on agreeing to the terms. The finance department worked overtime to get me approved, and kept me in the loop throughout. At one point it seemed as if a deal couldn't be made (Lexus Finance had imposed a maximum monthly payment on any prospective deal), and at that point we had tentatively agreed to revisit the sale at a later date. But they kept working. After I left the dealership that evening, I received a call within 30 minutes and learned that the finance manager had convinced Lexus Finance to lift the cap. - Trust: Many dealerships I've gone to wouldn't even give me a test drive or a serious conversation without pulling my credit first -- I guess they were worried I might waste their time. At Lexus North Shore, a credit check didn't even come in to play until I had driven the vehicle, had dozens of my questions answered, and had been given a tentative, detailed quote. As a 28 year old looking at a high-end Lexus, it would have been understandable if they had doubts regarding my viability as a prospect, but they treated me like a VIP anyway, from start to finish. - Post-sale care: When the ink was dry, it wasn't just about shuffling me out the door. They spent two hours getting me acquainted with my new vehicle and making sure all loose ends were tied up. Then they asked me whether I'd prefer flowers or caramels as a parting gift (I chose caramels). When they learned that they were actually all out of the caramels, they gave me something even better: a boxed set of Lexus key chains and a high-quality pen, as well as some key gloves (which are normally sold separately). They didn't have to do this -- the sale was already made. They understand the importance of a strong, positive impression, throughout and after the sales process. I didn't just make a car purchase here, I made some friends as well. A pretty nice dealership. I purchased my 2014 Lexus LS460 F Sport in 2014 and I am extremely satisfied. However, this was at a time when Safro still owned the dealership. While the ownership change was unexpected and something I wasn't too happy about, the quality of service has carried over from Safro to Napleton. The facilities, such as the executive lounge, has been kept clean. Plus, salesmen/women are always interested in showing you cool new Lexus vehicles, but are unobtrusive when you are "just looking." One annoying thing, however, is that the Saturday car wash service has been shut down. Often, Saturday is the only day I have time to get a wash scheduled for my LS460. Now, I have to find time on Fridays to figure out a wash. Otherwise, great dealership. I am sad that Dan Dominski left, though.

The experience was okay, but I'm not taking my car there anymore. The wait room was nice, service was maintained professionally (although it seemed superficial and I felt they cared more about their reputation and money than me), but my car issues were unresolved. Actually, it seems like my car has more issues, but I can't say for sure because my car is old (1999) and has been giving me unpredictable problems that no one really knows why. I've had multiple people take a look at it and they give me different suggestions. Most of the codes are misfires but the main problem seems unidentified. I've been trying to fix my car's idling issues and for the most part, it's okay except the vibrations annoy me. It seemed like something small the dealership could easily fix up so I took it there hoping for a nuisance-free car afterwards. However, I got more problems as a result and essentially paid my money for nothing. I doubt what they replaced had anything to do with the issue. They also mentioned that one of my coils was bad and I should replace it and things will be perfect (I did have it replaced myself but the rough idling is worse). I took it back because of some major issues that came up and they somewhat fixed it, but said there is another part that they need to replace. Of course they're going to say that. Mainly, I wish I never went there. Maybe my car would have been okay with just the minor vibrations but now I have a host of other issues. But, I can't completely blame them for all of the issues that arose afterwards. Maybe it's my car that's just old and breaking down. I'm not happy that they didn't fix my car, but I do have to say their level of professionalism prevents me from saying anything too bad about them.
