I love this place! They got me a great deal on a used car, included maintenence for free and car washes for a year. James Hicks was the wonderful sales rep I worked with, he's very nice and closely listened to what I wanted and needed. Jakub Kania took care of the financing work, and this guy is the best! The interest rate he was able to get was unbelievable, I still think he's a magician. I'm so grateful that I found these helpful employees and a dealership that I can trust.

I purchased a new Camry from Heiser yesterday, and it was probably the best car buying experience I have had in 30 years. I was looking for a car with a very specific set of options (which of course wasn’t readily available in today’s car buying market). Jason Larner was great to work with. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn’t try to up-sell me over my planned budget. Jason worked to find exactly what I wanted and was able to provide it within a couple of weeks. Through the entire process, he was transparent about costs and expected arrival dates. There was no bait and switch, no attempts to sell me something I didn’t want, and no hidden charges for options I didn’t ask for or want. Heiser has earned my business, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I first got to do business with Heiser Toyota in 2019 when I was in desperate need of a car. I went in at 7 pm in the evening and couldn’t have been more thankful. I want to specially mention Roger Droukas, the sales manager who was exceptional from the get go. I have been to many dealerships before but this would be the best one I have been to. I walked out with my first car on lease within an hour and a few days back in 5/2022 I got my lease renewed with another car. Again, I just sat back and relaxed when Roger just took care of everything. Not the fastest oil change in town, but the price is good for full synthetic and they do a decent inspection without trying to sell you stuff you don't need. Woodman's receipts on the back often have a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation if you are trying to save a buck or two. I definitely will be back.

I’d recommend Jason Larner to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I asked for transparency from the start and Jason was definitely that. Although I ended up being unable to purchase the 2022 RAV4 Hybrid that Jason was helping me with, he was great to work with throughout the whole process. It’s quite a wait for the RAV4 Hybrids (it’s my understanding that most new cars are right now) but he called me any time a RAV came in that was similar to the one I wanted. He called almost monthly while I waited just to check in, even if there wasn’t an update.
The two ladies that I met from the finance department were also very nice and professional. They were patient and answered any questions I had. They didn’t run a million miles through the paperwork which was great too!
I’m sad that I wasn’t able to purchase a vehicle at this time in my life, but I will definitely go to Heiser when the time comes.

Was told I'd be called ASAP with an update and after 5 hours of no update, I called Heiser. After a 20 minute hold/transfer time, no one was available to speak to me, so a call back was requested by CS as Heiser. The call back consisted of "serice is done, pick your keys up at the cashier." No update was ever provided about my reason for drop off. The serice tech didn't reset my service option in my car, so unsure if service was actually completed. Have wrong email contact for me and can't figure out how to update. Frustrating because I transferred to this location from a different toyota dealer and am not pleased with this location's communication.

Saturday January 14th had an appointment with Darrin to look at a new Toyota tundra that I had seen on the website but much to my surprise it was sold on Friday.
I was disappointed but working with Darrin we were able to make a deal that they are going to look for the exact same tundra I wanted to purchase or they are going to order one. Darrin is amazing and so is his boss. I'm hoping to get get into my tundra in the next couple of weeks. I know with Darren on the job my dream of owning a new Toyota tundra will come true. Just ordered our 2022 Toyota Camry today. We didn't believe it when told their prices weren't marked up until we went to the dealer to sign the papers. And we received another $250 off for their Memorial Day sale. The Online Sales employees were friendly and helpful, including Zach and Trevor. The receptionist remembered us from calling and welcomed us when we entered the store. Jorgo was genuinely caring and has outstanding people skills. The salesperson was easy to work with and made the experience good. However, the detailing of the car was below subpar. The front rain tray under the hood was stuffed with dried leaves. And the carpet was not cleaned very well. There was a build up of dirt along the edge of the carpet and the door sill trim. It appeared that soda was spilled down the plastic side of both the driver’s and passenger’s seats. The amount of old candy, crumbs and dirt under the rear seat was also unacceptable. All things that should have been caught if the interior/exterior detail was done properly.

For perspective: This process took ~5 hours.

Roger and Shane both coordinated additional services such as having a minor tear in the leather seat stitched and having their vendor meet me at my convenience off-site to procure a new FOB.

I bought our 4Runner for my son on 12/10. I’ve unfortunately had to return 4 times for various repairs that were potentially missed during the initial inspection. The used sale manager Chad and the service team have done an excellent job at getting the repairs done swiftly with little effort on my end. I have appreciated the care and promptness of this team.
Jason and Chad went above and beyond in the purchase of my used 4Runner. I spotted it as soon as it was traded and let Chad know I had been looking and to please keep me updated on inspections etc. Chad kept me informed along the way, got it cleaned up, had the wheels re finished and stuck to his word on the price. Jason took over and made the sale. I am completely happy. The second day we had it, there was a lot of rain and a significant leak as well as a low tire pressure light and a burnt out bulb in the dash. They took care of everything. Shane in the service team was very prompt and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Bought a new Highlander, everything went great until the appointment to pick it up. Took off work early, drove the hour and 15 minutes. Had my paperwork all ready so only took 15 minutes to complete the sale. Now was the time for the salesperson to go through the car with me, show how things work. They made me the appointment. Well, they had a fresh fish on the line and wanted nothing to do with showing me the $40,000+ car I just bought. Call me next week, and you can come back and I'll show you then or download the Toyota app and figure it out. Not acceptable and very unprofessional.

I recently purchased a special ordered 2021 Tacoma SR5 double cab 4x4. I went in the dealership back in March with the determination of what I wanted. Worked with James Hicks 111 he sat down with myself and I told him all the specifications I wanted. Along with his support we got it done. It took approximately 4 months to have it delivered to the dealership from the Toyota factory. Honestly that was no fault from the dealership. I've never bought a brand new vehicle before going to Heiser. I am not someone who likes spending all their time on being sold on different upgrades, parts, extras. I like finding what I want, and then getting it without hassle.
As bad of a reputation the car dealership industry has for badgering people and trying to nickel and dime them, I could not be happier with my experience at Heiser. My salesman, Jason, worked with me to get my vehicle to me without bogging down the purchase with extended sales pitches and delays. His goal was to get me the truck I wanted as soon as possible.
Even the finance department, an even more notorious industry for trying to get car buyers on the hook for things they don't really need, didn't push. He offered what they had available, explained them fairly, and took no for an answer. I felt like a human being at this dealership, and feel like the staff genuinely just wanted me to get what I wanted. Definitely a great outlier in a field so saturated with the opposite.
Summary: Drove off the lot at Heiser and couldn't be happier with the experience. A refreshing break from the common trope of dealerships that act as labyrinths and unending sales pitches. Friendly staff, amazing sales folks (thanks again, Jason!).

We recently bought a vehicle from here. The process was so smooth from start to finish,. I came in pretty much knowing exactly what I wanted to look at, Bill brought the car into their garage area so we could look it over, helped us with test driving it. (We're not from the area) and then helped us with our trade in. Bill was super cool, not a pushy sales person at all. So he was more easy going and felt more genuine than others who just want a sale. We got an amazing price for our vehicle and and a very fair credit for our trade in. Overall super happy with everything. We even decided to just get new plates and they had them right there ready to go which we weren't expecting I definitely thought we had to wait with a temp one so that was super convenient. They made everything very clear also as far as payments and what's included. Definitely highly recommend them and I'm glad Carfax brought me to them! I was on the search for a 2018 Jeep Renegade AWD with a manual transmission. I called Heiser after unpleasant experiences with Carvana and other dealerships that basically laughed when I inquired if I could purchase online/by phone and have the vehicle delivered to me. Heiser happened to have the Jeep I wanted at their dealership and they didn’t hesitate when I asked if I could buy the Jeep without driving to Milwaukee to see it. They also assured me they could have it delivered (I live ~240 miles away) .
Every team member I interacted with at Heiser provided top notch customer service. Jorgo was able to take a video of the vehicle for me and set up the sale. He was very responsive to my text messages and made the sale transaction smooth. The transporter, Joe, was timely and friendly. Joe had all the paperwork ready for me when he arrived at my residence. Chad and Pat followed up after delivery of the Jeep to make sure the vehicle and overall experience was positive.

I am in my mid twenties and I was ready to finance a new vehicle that was AWD and the car of my dreams. I have been searching for a Lexus RX 350 for awhile and I came across a white 2019 Lexus at the Heiser Toyota dealership. My family and I had the pleasure of working with Bill Lawrence who was incredibly thorough about the car and was willing to bring the car to me to test drive when I was out of work late. When I first had the chance to test drive the car, it was presented very clean and he showed me all of the features before we took it on the road. He was very knowledgeable about the car, he was honest about minor flaws in the cars exterior and answered all of my questions I had regarding its history, the type of fuel it needed, and more. When it came time to financing the Lexus, I had an excellent experience with Goran, who was one of the financial staff members. He also had made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. The one factor in my experience that was a little displeasing was that Heiser didn't provide a full tank of gas for the vehicle, considering it is was expensive luxury SUV. It had 1/4 tank of gas left and the windshield wiper fluid was very low. I felt that in these two instances, it was a "batteries sold separately" factor. Despite those two variables, I couldn't have had a better car buying experience with Bill and Heiser Toyota. I have had several unpleasant experiences in the past attempting to search for a Lexus and other vehicles, but this one by far is the best I've ever had purchasing a car. :)

Jason was able to meet the price I offered without multiple trips back and forth with counter offers. He was transparent and made the process quick and easy.
With this being my first hybrid vehicle, I had a ton of questions and Jason was extremely knowledgeable. His knowledge was what set him apart from other sales people I've worked with (at other dealerships). He was able to answer all of my questions and clearly explained all of the features of the vehicle.
At no point in the process did I feel rushed, pressured, talked down to, or like I was being tricked into something. It might seem that those are standard expectations when doing business, but I have felt all of those things (and probably worse) with other dealerships/sales people.

I appreciated the ease of making an appointment with Heiser Toyota. They were able to get my car in on a day and time that worked for me, and provided me a ride to and from work so I wouldn't have to miss any time at work for the service I needed.
The shuttle drivers were both very polite and the service associate who ended up getting my information in the system and checking me out at the end of the day was polite and quick. However, there was a gentleman at the service center when I first arrived that was acting very erratic and was complaining about how many cars they got in that morning and that they were short staffed and basically talking in a way that was stressing out myself and the customer ahead of me. We both asked him to take a deep breath and to calm down - that neither of us was in a hurry - but it didn't make things any better.
They were able to take care of 2 safety recalls and an oil change all on the same visit - which made my life easier.

This is my second car at Heiser (first time was also great). I have done a number of car deals at other dealers in the past and what I appreciated the most working with Heiser is they gave me no pressure to buy anything more than I asked for. I went in and met Rodger, gave me a test drive and asked if I had any questions but knew I was on a time crunch that night to get home and didn't pester me with anything more than I needed to know and emailed me a price that night. During the deal, if I said I wasn't interested in a service or option, I wasn't asked a second time or given a guilt trip for not doing it. They did a good job of trying to educate me as the buyer to what services they were offering though without being pushy about it. Overall A+ for just being easy to work with and respecting my decisions!
Also, I find their service department to be the same which is refreshing.

This review is based on routine maintenance work done at Heiser. There are no known issues with the work done, but the customer experience from the service department isn't up to the same standard demonstrated by the sales team. Additionally, I was dismayed to be offered "optional" "throttle body clean/decarb" maintenance. We purchased the extended maintenance plan when we bought the vehicle and were led to believe it included all maintenance needed for x miles/y years (excluding accidents and tires). Now they are offering to sell us "additional" maintenance that isn't covered by the maintenance plan. 🙁

My wife and I went to Heiser Toyota to check out the new 4Runners. We were looking for a replacement for her 2004 4Runner which had 219,000 miles on it. The old 4Runner had been dependable and still ran great but we felt it was time to trade up.
We met Andy at the dealership and he were immediately impressed by his friendliness. He proved to be extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. He was completely honest and forthright in answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. Andy went above and beyond in ensuring our vehicle was in the best condition possible when we picked it up. All-in-all it was a pleasure dealing with him. I would highly recommendation looking for a new or used vehicle to ask for Andy when they go to Heiser.
The only reason I did not give my review 4 stars is because my wife and I were a bit annoyed at the finance department. We had an appointment set for 11:30 AM the morning we picked the vehicle up. We did not met with Vicky, the finance person, until after noon and the whole process took way too long. We didn't get out of there until almost 1:30 PM. We also did not care for the "up sell" on the purchase of the extended vehicle maintenance program. Our finance person, although friendly, slowed the process down by leaving us in the room alone several times to go check on various aspects of our purchase. We're not stupid, and know this is a sales ploy. The another sales manager, Shahat came in to make the "up sell" on the vehicle maintenance program. I would recommend Heiser talk with their finance group and not keep people waiting ...

Heiser is a little bit more laid back , in the sense you can check the lot. Where if you went to Wilde , well you would be lucky to walk 3 feet from your car door without being mugged. Heiser customer service area was clean , and updated , it wasn't placed there as an after thought. Finance department was smooth and quick . No up sales pressure on items we didn't want , very clear on the finance paperwork . Hopefully they will have it formatted in the future on one source . In and out the door in about 2 hrs when doing our finance work .

My scheduled appointment was just for an routine oil change and to have my brakes checked. Prior to my arrival, my file was located in the system and was reviewed. Sitting down with a representative, I was first informed there was a recall on an airbag I was not aware of. The part was in stock, so they offered to replace it that same day. Waiting for my car to be serviced, the service representative I was working with came out & mentioned my brakes needed to be replaced. I was told exactly what needed to be done & the cost. It was mentioned that I could have the brakes replaced that same day, with an extended wait time of appx. 30 minutes... My car was serviced & ready to go within 90 minutes. Excellent service. I will definitely be recommending Heiser Toyota's service center to others.

I understand they have had a shortage of mechanics, but maybe fewer appointments? They have been great, though, when I've had emergencies, so I guess I can't complain!

I had scheduled an appointment on Toyota's online scheduling app and the appointment went through and I received confirmation that it did. I had a service representative call me and explain that the online scheduling was just a request for service and not an actual reservation so I was a little frustrated but the team at Heiser found a time that worked in my schedule and also gave me a great detailing package for the inconvenience. I purchased my used vehicle (2016 RAV 4) from another Toyota dealer less than 4 months ago and started having issues with a noise. I had taken it in many times to the same dealer and they said it was one thing, and then another thing. It kept going on, I could not trust them or what they were doing with my vehicle. They also did unnecessary work (rotating tires too early, etc.) on my vehicle which I did not authorize. I was nervous that they sold me a vehicle that was damaged I truly regret purchasing my vehicle from them.
I originally was going to purchase a new vehicle from Heiser Toyota, but I could not afford a brand new one and there was no 2016 or 2017 on the lot at the time.
I called Heiser Toyota service department and they listened to my situation and were extremely sympathetic with the whole ordeal. Vince and Chue are the BEST, I can’t express enough how they have made me feel so much more at ease about my vehicle and assisting me with it in detail, explaining everything to me and offering HONEST advice and service. They are so polite, after I left the service department, I had a big smile on my face because I knew that I was being taken care of along with my vehicle!

He showed us all of the features we could have in a vehicle, and after picking the ones that were a priority for us, Al called around to other dealerships to see what he could find. I have bought two different Toyota trucks at Heiser (2013 Tundra that I traded for my current 2016 Tacoma) and have had most (but not all) of my service work done there. The times I didn't go there was due primarily to it being more convenient for me to go to my local dealer in Brookfield since they are much closer. BUT, I will go OUT OF MY WAY to go to Heiser for service work.
I've NEVER, EVER had a bad experience at Heiser Toyota. The service folks are excellent, timely, efficient, courteous and extremely helpful in explaining what was done or needs to be done to my vehicle. Work is done in a timely and complete manner.
A recent service advisory from Toyota produced two MARKEDLY different results in how the matter was handled. Brookfield Toyota pretty much blew it off. HEISER went the full field and TOTALLY addressed the issue as Toyota had said it should be addressed.
One more reason I have a higher level of confidence in Heiser

Original Post: Never reported over $800 in repairs done to my Truck. I have made multiple attempts to reach management to resolve. I also had notes on this work order to replace parts during the service and they ignored that. I even doubt they actually did any of the service since they never reported it and didn't replace all the plugs I had bought brand new from their parts department.

I asked for a Red 2018 RAV4 Limited with ash/black interior but it was not available. In a week they got me one with extras I did not need to pay for. I had daily updates. After they got me the first one, it was at the last minute they pointed out some white paint spots probably caused by road works in the area. It was virtually invisible to my untrained eyes but they were honest about it and got me another one instead. I am absolutely satisfied with the professionalism of the sales agent we all call Al. My car has a stock sub-woofer in the back deck, and I was experiencing some vibration in the rear paneling when low frequencies were being played. I admit I was expecting to get a response like "not much we can do, plastic loosens up, vibrations happen".
Instead they took apart the rear deck, and sub-woofer assembly, tightened everything up, then proceeded to go through the whole back seat adding felt to any spot where plastic met metal. They asked if they could spend time going through it and ended up dedicating two hours of warranty time resolving the vibrating. A month later and there is no vibration sound at all.
I have heard others having this issue online and they end up resolving themselves. I am so happy Heiser took care of me!

Excellent follow up service, but they did break my heart. I found a particular vehicle that I was interested in so I called ahead of time to make sure it was still available. I was told that the vehicle that I was interested was on hold due to a pending deal, and that I would know by next day if the vehicle was available. The next afternoon, one of the employees did reach out to me to let me know that the vehicle was available to look at. We dropped our toddler off at the sitter's house and started to drive to the dealership, only to receive a call stating that somebody else was interested in the vehicle and was test driving it at that moment. Being that our child was already at the sitter, we still decided to stop there anyways just in case the person was not interested, as the dealership was an hour away from us. When we got there, the vehicle had been purchased. I guess I can't expect them to hold the vehicle for me for a couple of hours, however it definitely was a huge bummer and left a little sour taste in my mouth.

I bought 2019 toyota tacoma and came with after market rims and called in request of a special socket to take tires off it almost 4 weeks now and nobody seems concerned about this special 9 point socket to take the tire off if i had a flat but no socket they sent me spare key but no socket what do i do still waiting they made it right for me . Replacing a vehicle after an accident.
We were shopping for a new SUV after ours was totaled in an accident. We visited a total of five dealers looking for a used vehicle to replace the one we lost. Our experience at Heiser exceeded all the others by far. When we arrived the sales team was very busy and one of the salesmen handed us off to Joe Malinauskas once he was freed up (have never known a car salesman to put customer service above a potential commission in my life).
Joe treated us with respect and really listened to what we wanted. He showed us a few vehicles and then allowed US to decide which direction we were going from there -- the ultimate in low pressure sales. We test drove a few and decided to put some money on one to hold it while we thought about it. It turns out the couple who test drove that vehicle just before us had put an offer on it. Joe showed us a similar vehicle and we took another test drive. There was a rubbing sound in the back breaks of that vehicle. Joe promised to have it taken care of.
The next business day we got a call that they had put new pads and rotters on the back breaks of that vehicle. I have heard dealers say they stand behind their certification process but these folks really mean it. Before going on the lot the vehicle had already gotten new brakes on the front and four new tires. Never once did we feel that our wishes as a customer were not being considered. The price may have been a few hundred dollars more than the lowest price we found on the Internet but for a vehicle with all new brakes and tires we could not pass it up. The finance person explained everything clearly, didn't force feed the service contract options, and even handled the renewal of the plates we were transferring.
It is safe to say that I hate car shopping. But it is also safe to say if all my car shopping experiences had been like this one I would not hate car shopping at all. I highly recommend Heiser.

First and foremost, my rating of this dealership is because of Becky Herbel. She is very knowledgeable, and was easy to work with. I had brought in my old car to maybe trade in, and I had already gotten a good offer from CarMax. When the trade-in appraisal on my old car came in lower than CarMax, I asked Becky if I could go to CarMax across the street, sell my car, and then use the check for my downpayment. Becky went and asked around I was able to use my CarMax check as a downpayment. Shahat is the finance guy who closed the deal, and he was good to work with too. He went the extra mile to register my car in Illinois, eliminating a lot of paperwork to do later.
The deal I got for my car (CPO 2014 Highlander) was much more competitive than I found anywhere else. I drove up from Chicago to buy this car because it was about $1000 better than anything I was finding in Illinois, or close by in Indiana. All the questions I had before I drove up were cheerfully researched and answered by Becky, so by the time I drove up, I already felt like I was in good hands.
I have a few complaints about the dealership in general: When I drove up and saw the car and inspected it, the tires seemed not quite at the 50% tread they promise for a CPO car. They wouldn't adjust the price for that. Since I was already getting a good deal that I drove 80 miles Since I usually expect to replace the tires on a used car I buy, it wasn't a huge deal, but left a sour taste in my mouth. The other ding is the first price they presented for the extended warranty was almost double of their second offer (which I took, and am now considering returning because Toyota gives you 30 days to return the extended warranties). What if I had said yes to that? I'd be paying a totally inflated price for that.
Overall, I had a good experience with the dealer and a great experience with Becky. The interactions I had with Heiser (though I listed a few complaints above, but I think that's just car dealerships) were so much better than with other dealerships I had contacted and gone into. I recommend Heiser, but do your homework on an extended warranty if you think that is worth it (not sure it is) and be able to counter with prices other dealers have for it.

What can I say. In the few times that I have purchased a car I go into any dealership with a level of skepticism. Ready for the "pressure sell". Then I met Jorgo (pronounced like Georgio) and the Heiser Toyota Team. I came in armed with the exact cars that I was interested in. Jorgo asked a couple questions about what I was looking for and that was really it. He made sure that the cars were in inventory and then gave me the opportunity to drive them and review them. I left after having ample time to look at the cars I was interested. At no point did I feel like I needed to buy any vehicle before leaving.
I did decide to purchase one of the vehicles that I had test drove. There was a chip in the paint on one of the doors that I needed them to take care of, which they agreed to before purchase. I agreed to take delivery early the next week to provide enough time for the body shop to take care of the chip. The biggest challenge that I had was a death in the family that required the paperwork to be completed sooner. We scheduled time to complete the paperwork on a Friday and the plan (my plan) was to take delivery the following Monday.
We came in at the end of the day on Friday to complete the paperwork and payment, etc. Much to my surprise Jorgo led us out to the delivery bay and showed us that the car was ready to go. So not only did they set it up so that we could complete all of the paperwork, but they also delivered the car to us 3 days early with a nice, clean, beautiful paint job. The chip was repaired and the car looked like new.
Overall Jorgo Ndina and Steve (Sales Manager) made this process fantastic. They made my day by getting the car done way before expected and I left a very satisfied customer. I know that I will be looking at the Heiser Toyota inventory first the next time I am looking for another vehicle.

My father and I had been looking for a brand new SUV vehicle and were between several, ultimately settling on the Toyota Highlander. What began as "just a test drive" ended up being the beginning of a trusted relationship, making me WANT to purchase my vehicle from Brandon. I had planned on getting the 2014, but they no longer made, nor could they find it...what was suppose to take a couple months to get, turned out to be LESS than a month and a 2015 Limited that ended up being LESS money than the 2014...how awesome is that?! Brandon was VERY low pressure and had lots of patience with all of my questions, concerns, etc, as well as the General Manager Bill. BOTH were very concerned I was happy and understood the process throughout! As a matter of fact from the time I was in and test drove, one of the perk items changed, yet BILL assured me that I would STILL receive it! Liz was fantastic, helping me to figure out the benefits to purchasing extra warranty's etc and what I would need since I plan on keeping it FOREVER (lets just say I sold my 1994 Toyota Pickup, yep it was a classic with only 37,000 miles.) I also like the VIP program...So far so good! I HIGHLY recommend Heiser to ALL, I did NOT experience ANY high pressure sales or finance tactics which I KNOW customers are weary of. There location is fantastic RIGHT off the Expressway!

Today, July 25, I took my 2007 Toyota Camry LE for its scheduled 6 mos. maintenance check & oil change. It was a most efficient & well accomplished experience for this 80 year old. Samantha Jezwinski was my well-trained service advisor; she kept me abreast of the time involved & informed me of a couple filters that needed replacement, and asked me if I'd like the free car wash [of course, I accepted!]. The entire maintenance took a bit less than an hour; Samantha originally informed me it would take 1-1/4 hrs. Meanwhile, I enjoyed the waiting area with its comfortable seats, newspapers, magazines & wide screen TV & a delightful cup of hot chocolate. This was a time well-spent! I highly recommend Heiser Toyota Milwaukee for my great Camry LE driving experience (76,000 mi.), but also their wonderful, efficient & caring maintenance service.

I came into the dealership for service and Chue Lee mentioned to me that there were a lot of new features on the new 2018 Camrys . I went into the showroom and met a salesperson named Andrew Mamayek. Andrew Did a fine job showing me new automobiles and giving me the inside on how the cars were made. As we got into negotiating Andrew Was great in helping me get a good deal on the new vehicle and for my trade in. Shahat Mohamed, our finance person also helped on closing the deal since he was my salesperson with previous purchases. I have purchased 7 vehicles in the last 9 years at Heiser Toyota and this by far has been my best purchase to date! Unexpectedly faced with needing a car, I was overwhelmed by the prospect of the car buying process. Immediately upon my arrival, Dino made me feel at ease and confident that I could handle the process. With the guidance from my existing mechanics, I had narrowed my choice to two vehiclesa Toyota Rav4 and another. Dino listened to my story, asked appropriate questions and found an initial good match. I was even sent forth with grace to test drive the other vehicle. Dino encouraged me to ask questions and invited me to keep in contact with him, especially if I found options that I liked and hadn't experienced in the first test drive. His care and conscientious follow-up are what sold me on the dealership. It didn't take long to find the great match. I am very pleased with my experience and the Rav4. On March 27-2020 my husband and I purchased a brand new toyota
4Runner. Our salesman was Tria Lee. He made getting the toyota we wanted so easy, from special ordering it to taking delivery. He took time to explain/show us the features, helped set up our SOS account and he connected my husbands phone to bluetooth. He went over and above his duties to change the plates from his old 4Runner to the new one and then put my plates of the old 4Runner and connected my phone to bluetooth. I just recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Rav4 from Heiser Toyota! When I got to Heiser Toyota, I did not think I was going to make a purchase that day but the sales associate, Tria Lee, was very helpful and patient with my mom and I when we wanted more information on the Rav4. My mom isn't all that comfortable in speaking English since Hmong is her first language, so it was great that Tria was able to speak to her and explain the things she did not understand or wanted to know. He did great in explaining the car features to us and got us a good deal! I would definitely recommend! Everyone there is very helpful and kind!

I went to Heiser today to get an oil change & 30K mile vehicle inspection. I was taken care of by Samantha Jezwinski, Service Consultant. My car was done in about an hour which was excellent. When I went to the car to drive it to the car wash it wouldn't start. At 1st I thought that I had the wrong fab. Samantha checked & rechecked her records & said it was the correct fab & the problem must be the battery. She changed the battery in the fab & away I went. Thank you Heiser & Samantha!

I got an immediate e-mail response from them and set up an appointment. When I went to Heiser Toyota I met Craig Strzyzewski. Craig really knew the Highlander and guided me through the process. When I picked up our new Highlander last Saturday, Craig made sure I knew all about the functionality of the dash features and all the other neat stuff. He was a pleasure to work with.
