Demetrius Bennett, sales, assisted me in getting the car I had painstakingly researched on their website at a great price. I was able to walk in and say "This is the SUV I want" without wasting my time trying to cajole me into purchasing a vehicle which didn't fit my budget or I didn't like. I got a very good price for my "new to me" 2020 Equinox after receiving a very fair amount for my trade-in and a reasonable down payment. Jordan McGee, Sales Manager, really listened to what I wanted and needed for this sale to be completed. Brad in financing helped me with the paperwork and gave me plenty of time to make decisions about warranty and loan terms. I left Heiser Chevrolet with a vehicle that I love and one that has met all of my needs.

Was very glad to be able to get my car in promptly, even though I didn't have an appointment. Amy, my sales lady, was able to help get us some transportation so we could get lunch while we waited. She made what was a very bad day much better. All staff was helpful, and even let me into the repair shop to examine my vehicle myself.

I had some concerns with my vehicle that had been limiting my use of it. I worked with Service Writer Keith, and he did an excellent job of listening to my concerns, and explaining to me the plan and progress of diagnosis. I got a Shuttle Ride to work from George, and he was both professional and personable. Good conversation! I authorized an overnight stay for additional testing and verification that the fault was gone. Further communication with Service Writer Keith confirmed that no issues were present, and my vehicle was well. I got a free car wash too! A 3 day road trip just a few days later confirmed that it was fixed. Thank you Heiser Chevrolet!

Heiser exceeded my expectations. Dave was very helpful and I purchased exactly the truck I wanted. My salesperson kept me up to date @ the delivery date and when it arrived Heiser made every thing very simple. I feel I got a good deal on the price and I was treated very well through and through. My last vehicle was purchased through Heiser. I did check out other dealerships and I feel that Heiser has the best; informed and not pushy salespeople. And the best price and availability. Heiser will treat the buyer with respect.

Excellent service. I thought it would be cheaper for an oil change anywhere but a dealership. I was so wrong and will not make that mistake ever again. $60 less with much better service. My experience buying a car from Heiser Chevrolet was excellent from start to finish. I found the car I was looking for on their website and knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in. I worked with Dave Shepard and he made everything very easy. I explained to him, when I came in, that I had a time constraint, as I had to pick up my child. He assured me he could accommodate. He was able to quickly let me see the vehicle I wanted, value my trade-in, explain financing options, and get everything sorted so I could come back the next day and take delivery. Jordan McGee also came over, offered a warm smile, and assured me that everything was going to go well. We made a no pressure deal I was completely happy with and they had me out the door with time to spare.
When I came back the next day my new Bolt was ready to go. Dave showed me all the ins and outs of my new vehicle and introduced me to Greg Koss, who is an expert on electric vehicles. Greg patiently explained to me how to use the charging equipment and answered all of my specific electric vehicle questions. After that Brad Sterling and Amy Elertson finalized my financing and charger installation rebate. Everyone was especially friendly and efficient.
Employees at Heiser worked together to make my buying experience a great one. They were fair, friendly, and honored my time. I would not hesitate to return or recommend a friend or family member.

I had a great experience with HEISER Chevrolet. I initially was dealing with HEISER Ford when my check engine light wouldn’t shut off. HEISER ford had my vehicle for three days trying to diagnose the check engine light code. The woman that I was initially dealing with Miranda told me that I need to make an appointment with Heiser Chevrolet because they have a better knowledge with My vehicle. This morning I called and spoke to Jennifer. She understood my immediate need of my vehicle and accommodated me by speaking with the service manager Mike. I had the best experience with my Ford Raptor purchase here. While I appreciate the assistance from the dealership,(bob in finance needed a little help with his math) my sales person Amy Elertson is the reason this was so great. I bought this truck sight-unseen as an out of state buyer. Amy was extremely thorough sending me pictures and videos so I could see what I needed to feel comfortable moving forward. She even drove the truck for me, had it detailed, and looked over it to ensure everything was in perfect shape before it was shipped to Texas. There was a small hiccup with getting the paperwork to me in time, no fault of theirs. I had an opportunity for the transport vehicle to pick up my truck a day early due to a cancelation but my paperwork hadn't arrived in the mail yet. Amy came in to the office on her day off! She had all my documents sent to me that afternoon electronically, just in time for the transport to pick up the truck. That was Wednesday afternoon and my Raptor was in my driveway 36hrs later Friday morning! She even included a nice little gift, a cupholder mount for my iPhone. The level of professionalism, thoughtfulness, and going the extra mile was the best car buying experience I've had in 20 years. If I ran a dealership or any type of sales organization for that matter, Amy is that star player you want on your team you can always count on!

I waited too long for an oil change, 11:30a-1:30p. Got there at 11:20am and drove off at 1:40pm. Then when I finally start asking questions I didn't get answers but "to wait to see". See paperwork have STAMPED RED "WAIT" but what was I waiting for? and was told my vehicle was fine. And we not gone discuss how Susan and Amber was there for oil change in was out within hour.

UPDATED 2/10/23: Heiser's Executive Manager gave me a call and felt terrible about the substandard service I was given previously. I told her I was shocked by the lack of response from their general manager, and I was ready to take my business elsewhere. She politely asked that I give them one more chance, and I'm glad that I did. They showed me firsthand how much they value their customers, and they went above and beyond to make up for the substandard service from before. When I got my vehicle back from them after the service that still needed resolution, it looked and drove like when I first got it in Nov. 2021. Marine and Keith went above and beyond to prove to me that they value my business, and, again, I'm glad I gave them a second chance.

I have previously purchased a used 2017 Cruze from Heiser Chevrolet with little to no problem on 11/26/2019. The second row had permanent staining to the inside roof, but otherwise the vehicle was in decent shape. I also made sure to stick with the dealership with any problems and for routine maintenance. I did not have any problems with this vehicle nor the service department.
However, I had a different experience when I purchased a 2019 Trax from this dealership on 07/13/2022. I took the test drive, and the vehicle felt fine. I did not check the tire pressure of the wheels, I did not check the tires themselves, and I did not taken this vehicle on the highway. After purchasing the vehicle, I took it on the highway no less than a few days after buying and found that the steering wheel shook and vibrated when going at normal highway speeds (55-70 mph). I also checked the tire pressure after purchasing and found that the right front passenger tire consistently had a lower psi than the other three.
When I was able to take my 2019 Trax in for service on 08/15/2022, the technician thought it was odd that my vehicle was having these problems when I had just purchased the vehicle just over a month prior from Heiser Chevrolet. The technician also concluded that three of my tires were nearly legally bald and the vehicle was not serviced for tire rotations on a regular basis. This explained the misalignment and the psi difference. Nearly $850 and 4 new tires later, I wish this would have been caught before I purchased the car from Heiser, especially since the car was used in relation to the dealership prior to me purchasing it.

We worked with Roberto Alvarez and told him what we were looking for in a truck and the amount of payment we wanted to be around. He was very helpful and made sure all our questions/concerns got answered & took his time with us. We would definitely recommend Roberto to anybody we would send to Heiser. The main reason we came to Heiser Chevrolet was due to MaryAnn's commercials on TV and would definitely like to meet her. We were at the dealership quite awhile an appreciated that Roberto made sure we had water or something to drink, and on the pickup date, due to us having to wait longer than usual, the manager had them get us lunch. It was also nice that Heiser filled up our gas tank in the truck. We were disappointed that GMC was not offering incentives on the Silverado 2023.

I love Amy, she was very helpful to my 89 year old mother. This is a no pressure dealership and her boss Jim Rice is also wonderful. Amy went above and beyond the call of duty by going to help my mother return her rental and also bringing her a beautiful loaner while she got an additional key fob replaced for my mother. She also helped my mom learn the features of the new car she purchased. Amy was great about helping my mother stay in her budget and this was the first dealership that was a delightful experience for us. This was all bc of Amy and her patience with the elderly. Amy has a lot of visitors that still come and see her when they need regular maintenance on their car. I would advise anyone to go to Heiser and buy a car. The employees are friendly and it’s just a nice car buying experience compared to high pressure salesmen at the majority of the car dealerships in Milwaukee!

If the service dept is short tech staff, they need to inform the customers who drop their cars off that it may take a little longer. I dropped my car off at 7:30 (or so) in the morning, and was informed that the job would take a few hours to do. I wasn't able to pick my car up until almost 4:30 that afternoon. I was informed that they were short tech staff when I had called 5 or so hours later. I understand that if you don't have enough people it'll take longer, but it be much appreciated if you would inform those who are dropping off their cars that it may take a little bit longer than usual.

The wait time cost me $700 in car rental. Loaner car was not available. Costs were upfront. Detailed service report provided. Very pleased with the service not the warranty service.

The final paint repair was very good, however, the time spent was totally unacceptable. The first time they attempted to repair the paint was a total loss. The invoice stated wet-sanding and yet when questioned, they said the paint had not been wet-sanded. I was told that it would take wet-sanding to repair my finish. I refused. I found a product from a friend that collects cars that would remove the "spots" on my paint finish. They told me the car would take 3 days. I also scheduled an oil change while they had my car for 3 days. I returned the 3rd days afternoon. They had just finished the oil change after my Corvette sitting for 3 days. The car was finally ready to be picked up the 6th day. Had I not gone to the general manager for assistance, it's no telling what the outcome would have been. This is the service on a Corvette Z51, 3LT ? What does that say about Heiser? Next Corvette will come from another dealer. Please feel free to publish this response!

I scheduled my truck to have Tow mirrors installed and an Oil change done. The tow mirrors took longer than expected because an additional wire harness was required, which I don’t fault Heiser for. I think that GM should alert that this harness was required when I ordered the mirrors off Chevy accessories website. When my truck was done I was called to come pick it up. I had a feeling that they forgot the oil change and when I asked the cashier if one was done, she replied that she didn’t know how to read the service invoice…. I asked for the invoice to read myself, and confirmed my suspicion that they indeed had not done the oil change that I scheduled. That’s pretty annoying because now I need to find another time to get this done. I would say the overall experience with Heiser was just ok. They did a nice job on the mirrors, but forgetting to do the oil change, and the lack of general staff knowledge diminishes my confidence in them.

I was not satisfied with the diagnosis of the issue with my truck, second time I took it for alignment, the problem now is even worst than before, the first time I was told I needed to replace the rear tires because that was what is not letting my truck to be aligned properly. This time only 2 weeks after the first alignment, the technician told me I have to buy 4 tires so they can do the alignment. Which means they did the service without giving a diagnosis first, if my tires needed to be changed in order to be aligned properly, I think I should've known that before paying for something that it wasn't going to do any good. I also got the fuel filter changed, something I was willing to pay for, when I got to the counter, after the service was done, I asked the lady if I could go get my checkbook from my truck, which I had trouble finding because someone parked it all the way in the back of the service shop, I grabbed may checkbook, when I was getting ready to pay, I got a called from your service manager assuming that I took my truck and left without paying. Next time instead of assuming that a costumer left without paying, first take the time to walk around the building and confirm that the vehicle is not there or at least communicate a little better with your staff.

Would of been a perfect score if I didn’t have to come right back around to have my other brake caliper replaced. They claim they couldn’t hear it because of my aftermarket exhaust. 1. If buying a vehicle here and they tell you they will take money off the price be assured they will make up for it somewhere else. Example... I bought my truck, the sales guy was going to take 800 off the price. I was also supposed to get a warranty for 5 years, no premium. Since they took money off the total price they just added it to the warranty. So now I have a few hundred dollar deductible instead of zero.
Got an oil change recently. Hope they put in 8 quarts. Its reading low already. Also they put nice oil finger prints all over the hood and front of my truck.
All in all their ok. I'll go back but just won't expect much.
However the sales guy who sold me my truck was awesome and the service counter guy was helpful.

dropped my Heiser ford f-150 off to have tires filled and adjusted due to the front passenger tire was low, picked the truck up and all was good, the next morning the tire had lost tire pressure again. i took the back and they topped off the tire again. next morning same thing the tire was down again, at this point i took the truck to mr. p's to check the tire and they found a roofing nail in it, so they plugged and patched it but they could only fill it with air, i made an appointment for an oil change and to have the tire filled and refilled with nitrogen. picked up the truck and got home and just to double check the tire pressure all 4 tires had different pressures as much as 5 pounds. i stopped back at the service department and cold weather was the reason for the difference and they offered to add more nitrogen to make them even like 4 wheel drive tires should be, i declined due to an appointment i had and couldn't wait for this to be done. i will make arrangements to go to heiser ford to get this handled correctly,

But, I guess I am paying a premium for Weekend and evening hours, which are not typically available at my previous dealership. And the car wash afterwards was a joke. one side of the truck was wet, and front end was still dirty as was the drive's side front and rear door. Only real clean spot was the tailgate

Posted: 3/22: It was interesting to me that when I brought in my vehicle on 12/31/20 for a 2nd opinion, I was told the 45k mile inspection wasn't necessary; that it was just an upsell by another dealer and the mechanic doesn't even do that for his own vehicle. And yet, that's the first thing I was asked to approve them doing when I arrived for my oil change.
Then when I was told my transmission fluid was leaking requiring lines to be replaced and the necessary parts had been given to someone else, I needed to prepay for the parts & labor installation. I have never had to prepay any other dealer in all of my years of vehicle ownership. Now Heiser has the money so that I could actually get my vehicle back, but I am expected to wait and hope I hear from them when the parts arrive before they go to someone else again.
Updated 3/29: Quinn and Mark really helped to turn my experience with Heiser around into a positive. They were communicative and very helpful to get my vehicle taken care of and back in proper working condition. I would recommend working with them any time and will be sure to ask for them again.

Great experience buying a pre owned Tahoe. Being out of state 5 hours away I wanted to get info over phone and also work out pricing. Other dealers refused to discuss price over phone even though I explained how far away I was. Tony, sales manager, at Heiser was willing to work with me and Alisha toon time to look the vehicle over and called me back with info. When I got there to sign and pick up it was clean, full of gas and ready to roll (even though they had got a snow storm that night and we're scrambling to clean the lot). I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD and I had transmission issue with my downshift. I took it to several Chevy dealers and nobody could figure out the problem. I took another gamble and went to Chevy West Allis location to see if they can figure out anything. Mark from service and his techs are wonderful. Not only did they find the problem, they resolved the issue and my truck is running back as smooth as when I first got it! Mark took care of me through the entire process with the rental and great communication. Also, My truck got done sooner than expected and as a business owner that rely on my trucks for day to day operations- that was a big plus!! Excellent experience with Mark and his techs!!! It was a fair experience. Our salesman was a bit uptight and offered to show us details about our car only after the sale. He said we could just read the book. I wasn’t interested in using the trial On Star feature, but felt pressured because the dealership would benefit. Asked me to go along to fill up with gas. He left the car running while he did so. Isn’t that a safety hazard? The second key to the vehicle was not available and we had to wait more than a week to get it. Floor mats we purchased were back ordered. I think great car buying experiences come from working with a calm, friendly, safe, and yet efficient sales person. While I’m fine with the Trax, it gets me from place to place, I thought it came with blind spot mirrors as standard. That’s on me for not asking. I could have been told. I would maybe refer a friend with a different salesman.

Shout out to service advisor Mike Catanese and the technician that helped me out on Thursday 8/5. I'm from out of town and my check engine light and propulsion power reduced message came on while on the expressway. I pulled into the dealership at lunchtime and the advisor was able to get the car looked at immediately by shuffling other scheduled work. The technician identified a blown emissions control fuse, replaced the fuse and cleared the error - all at no charge! I was able to make it to my destination and then back home several days later without the issue reoccurring - so keeping an eye on things to see if the problem crops up again. OMG I bought my very first new car here and at least one other. I needed to bring my car in for service and lost a key and wanted a remote start added and it was super easy. They could have gotten me in the next day but I needed my car so within 2 days of ordering the remote start, my car was in, tires resealed, and oil changed. I waited for it but then they said it was going to be a bit longer and offered to drive me home and pick me back up. I took the ride home and the driver was awesome. Always a friendly, professional staff at Heiser. Both Kenosha and Racine Chevrolet dealers, mere miles from me, would not return my calls to schedule so I drove 20+ miles to have Heiser (where I bought the vehicle) do the recall inspection.

Good sales consultant and solid price for my vehicle. Overall was very happy with the purchase. Caveat - 2 days after driving my 2015 CPO cruze off the lot I had to take it in for service. The brake lines were misaligned and caused a vibration when I smoothly accelerated. The work was covered under warranty and I was provided a loaner vehicle (at no charge) by the dealership that made the repair, but nobody wants to take their new car to the shop in the first week.

I had a problem with the transmission in my truck. Heiser replaced the torque converter and fluids then a week or so later it started shifting very hard. Heiser asked me to bring it back in and discovered I needed a new transmission. After a bit of back and forth Heiser stood behind their work and replaced the transmission at no charge to me. I've gone to Heiser Chevrolet in West Allis twice now to service my 2015 Colorado and I cannot complain about the service that's been provided to me by the service advisor, Mark McCabe, and the technicians. The work has been done right the first time and Mark has done a great job of being courteous, answering all my questions, explaining all of the charges and services, and making me aware of any discounts available.
However, you guys REALLY need to revisit your checkout process and streamline it. This last time, I picked up my keys at the cashier and was told my truck was right outside the door like it had been before. It wasn't.... I had to go back inside and ask for somebody to find my vehicle and pull it around to the door. It wasn't just me that had this problem. One other person was also wondering around the lot trying to find their vehicle. Completed customer vehicles should ALWAYS be parked where customers can find them so they can leave quickly. They shouldn't have to wonder aimlessly around the lot trying to find their vehicles.

I traded in a 2019 Chevy Cruze a couple weeks ago. The next day, I realized I left my $199 Apple AirPods in the center console. Upon realizing this, I rushed over and talked with my dealer who had me look in the car - to my amazement the car was already wiped clean. No AirPods were found.

We really liked our salesperson, Jason. Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us while we weighed our options for financing. So far, we love our vehicle. After we put a down payment, the experience was different. The financial advisor/accountant rushed us through the signing and credit approval process. He acted as though he was doing us a favor with our financing, but even with our combined good credit, we didn't get an appropriately low interest rate. It's frustrating that we will have to re-finance our vehicle in a few months when this could have been avoided. If you do decide to purchase or lease from them, make sure you ask about all of your financing options. Clearly, this individual isn't looking to help you.

We thought there was no way we would ever get approved, but we were desperate because our van was on its last leg and had no heat (we moved here for work in October so it was starting to get cold). I recently moved back to the Milw area and have been searching for a source for car repair for my 2007 Malibu. I have been very pleased with the work and the customer service at this Heiser dealership.
I had been having intermittent problems with my power steering and knew that, sooner or later, a significant repair would be needed. The day finally came and I took my car in and a module was replaced as expected.
I was surprised and concerned when the problem persisted. I was fearful what additional costs lay in store for me. I took the car back and the Heiser team, thanks to Tracy and Mike for bird-dogging this, went to work. When they didn't have a solution after the first day, they provided a loaner car. They worked on my car for several days, analyzing and diagnosing the problem--including some technical assistance from GM.
Long story short, the original work was good but there was an underlying problem that was taken care of, without any additional cost to me.
At a time when car dealers and service departments often get a bad rap, I can report that I was completely satisfied and pleased with their level of craftmanship and customer service

We came to Heiser Chevrolet on a Wednesday evening looking to buy a used truck we saw on their web page. Unfortunately the truck we wanted was sold the night before. A frustrating situation for us was professionally handled well by Willie & Brian as they went out of their way to help us find another truck. Who knew finding a nice affordable used truck with a cap/topper would be so difficult! They graciously explained the nuances of the used truck market. They found a truck at one of their other dealership lots and a newly traded in truck at the "reconditioning/certification" lot and brought both of them to West Allis Chevrolet lot for us to test drive on Saturday. We live in Madison and I'm glad we made the trip to West Allis. Willie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Plus he had a great sense of humor and charm which helped "seal the deal". Every employee smiled and said hello, provided idle chit chat and laughed at our jokes; being treated so well made us feel like we were part of the Heiser family!
The only down side to this purchase was it took a total of 4+ hours for the sale to be complete from beginning to end. The longest wait was the financing and I wished Chris would have kept us in the loop in a more timely manner.

Service is generally good. I have issue with the fact that they offer a courtesy was to service customers and after like my third service visit, they just stopped washing my truck. I have had consistent bad luck with tires on my 2010 Cobalt in the last year. We just returned from a cross-country trip to Colorado, and filled the right-rear tire in Iowa City, IA. Made it home safely, but the tire pressure light came back on before the week was out. I filled the tire again on Thursday, and again on Friday. When I got in the car on Saturday morning, the pressure was down to 8pps!
I immediately took the car to Heiser (around noon on Saturday). While the techs were performing oil changes, the manager thought they could get me in between them. I went to the service lounge, and within a half hour, the diagnosis of a cracked pressure valve was delivered. Twenty minutes later, I was done, and with my Preferred Customer card, my total bill was just $3.15. Can't beat that!

The rep that checked me in was really nice. The other two employees in the service department didnt look to enthused. There was a mechanic I believe who showed no interest in working as his feet were kicked up on the table while playing pool on his phone. The rep kindly asked him to move the vehicle that checked in before me and he reacted by saying that he is in the middle of an important game, tooka deep breathe, and then decided to go move the vehicle. Upon checkout, i would say it was average. Young lady was training and that was an average checkout but the new employee looked extremely serious....overall, I am a loyal customer, however, the new hires are a bit questionable in my opionion.

Then they told me my car should be in the first two aisles. I went out there and couldn't find it. Even walked to the other side of the lot & it wasn't there. I was told by a friend of mine to use Heiser when I had a problem with our 2007 acadia. I used another dealership when a tsb came up and got a run around. They diagnosed the vehicle incorrectly and then it was like pulling teeth to get them to do the tsb. From the moment I walked in to Heiser I immediately felt far more comfortable. Mike Catanese, the service advisor I had, was extremely friendly and understanding. I explained the past history I had, and he reassured me that he would take good care of everything. He promptly called me back right after the diagnostic, and explained all the problems with the vehicle. I approved the timing chain tsb and he said great we will get right to it. I was shocked to get a call less than 2 days later saying the vehicle was ready. I expected a repair this major to take a couple weeks. My hats off to all the people at Heiser From Mike to the guys in the shop. They took what (at a different dealer) was the worst experience I have to had, and made it a pleasure.

I saw a 2008 Pontiac G8 GT for sale on Heiser's website and the price looked decent, so I requested a test drive. When I got to the dealership, I made the mistake of saying I wanted to trade my car in. Even before doing a test drive, the sales rep took all of the information on my car, started appraising it and then took my car keys to test drive it. This is before even stepping foot in the car I wanted to test drive. That should be at the end of the process when and if I decided I want to move forward with the car. This isn't really an issue and I know salesman are pushy.
Here's my issue with the dealership. The listing states that the car comes with 20" Camaro wheels AND the factory 18" wheels. That's all fine, however, the 20" wheels do not clear the wheel well efficiently to drive the car. While I was test driving the car on the highway, I noticed the wheels starting to rub and the car became unsafe to drive. After the test drive was over, I told my sales rep that if the service department would put the original 18" wheels back on, I would be happy to take the car for a test drive and make a decision.
I received a call today from the dealership stating that the manager could not allocate the time to put on the factory wheels, ever. Basically, the manager, through the sales rep, told me they would be keeping the unsafe 20" wheels on the car. There are plenty of these cars in the area and I'm surprised that Heiser would let these unsafe conditions continue, not to mention losing a sale from what is potentially a five minute fix.

The staff makes the whole process seamless and they make you feel at home from first walking onto the lot to taking delivery of your vehicle. George K. was my salesman and was incredibly helpful. I went in not thinking I would purchase right away, but he helped through the entire process to ensure my satisfaction and left me with no second guesses about buying from Heiser. Nearly everybody from the internet manager, to the sales manager came around at one point and introduced themselves. Not many people go into a dealership with cash to buy a vehicle outright, so most of us finance. Well, Heiser may have the best finance department around. The finance manager, Kristina went above and beyond to get something to work. I did not provide many tools to make her job easy, but she still got it done and did more than I expected. Heiser is truly a Five-Star establishement as far as I'm concerned and I would highly recommend them to anybody in the market for a vehicle.

Also, I never received a chance to write a review about my experiencing leasing my Chevy Cruze. I was working with another dealership with a Chevy Cruze LS who would not budge on price or anything. Staff was EXTREMELY rude and while I was talking over my decision, I was told by the finance manager "my wife has dinner waiting for me at home." I left there (and will NEVER be back) and heard about Heiser from a friend and came in. I leased a Chevy Cruze LT RS edition, 1.4turbo with nearly $100 difference in payment AND putting no money down. Unlike the other dealer who was pushing me to put money down and would not budge my payment. The staff is so friendly here at Heiser and I did not feel pressured into leasing my first ever vehicle. Although, I had such a great experience, I walked out that day with my new Cruze. They are willing to take the extra step into getting you in the car you want and will do anything they can to help. My parents have purchased/leased with the other dealer for over 20 years, but after our wonderful experience with Heiser and HORRIBLE experience with the other dealer, they/or I will never be back there again. We look forward to spending many years purchasing and leasing with Heiser!

I went to Heiser Chevrolet in West Allis, Wi because they had the lowest overall pricing on their inventory, the customer service was better than any other dealer I had been to in recent memory. The dealer was willing to work with me to get the vehicle I desired for the best possible price. Which was great, because it was my first purchase of a newer vehicle through a dealership. My salesperson Afrim Dzelili was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased, and if he didn't have an answer for a question he went above and beyond to find it. The finance manager Chris Chesniak, did his best to get the best possible finance rate available, he was quite knowledgeable and was able to explain the contract without causing confusion and would go into greater detail about the contract when I had a question. He was very professional in how he greeted and talked, and was very friendly as well. Jeff Wenzen, the used car manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He along with his staff were willing to do whatever it took to meet my needs as a customer. Heiser Chevrolet has a great group working for them, they have wonderful personality, friendliness, and the desirability to help you get the vehicle you as customer want. I recently purchased a new Chevrolet Silverado after my last one hit 170K miles this is not a review of Chevys but of Heiser Chevrolet. When I started to look around the area I stopped at several dealers near my home. After the first couple I started to get frustrated in that I kept getting conflicting information about what was available to buy with the minimum options so I would not have to over-pay for upgrade options I did not want. Each dealers pricing did not match. But when I sat down with the sales guys at Heiser Chevrolet they help me understand pricing and more clearly in the search for the car that best met my needs. (An example was I could see how base truck prices increase mid-year so I then could avoid trucks that increase in price by $1000.00 for no increase in value seen by me). They where much more transparent in how the numbers change with the vehicle. At the end I new we found the vehicle that meet my needs and when I told them I needed an additional $3,000 off the vehicle they offered me $3,400. I was more then happy on my next vehicle I will still shop around but will start with Heiser Chevrolet. This is the type of dealer I would feel safe sending my mother to.

We were looking for a Chevy Captiva in a Red / Maroon color and Heiser Chevrolet happened to have the one we were looking for. After making a phone call the night before, we talked to Dave Shepard about the Captiva, we decided to make the 150 mile trip from Stevens Point with our 1996 Chevy Blazer with 191,000 miles on it. When we met Dave, we felt like he was one of us and we are in our 60's and we could relate very well in our conversations. After taking the Captiva for test ride, we decided to buy it on the spot and trade in our 1996 Blazer which we had for 12 years and gave us many good years of service on the road. We hope that with our Faith in our Lord, the Captiva will give us many good years to come too.
The sale price was just we were looking for and we were happy with the trade in value we got.
