This is my fourth vehicle from Andrew Toyota, and I have never once had a negative experience. The last experience I had was with salesperson Renee and she answered any question I had, walked me through setting up everything in the car, and was very personable. Every associate I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I normally don't give reviews but Andrew & Marc my salesman deserve it.
I called and visited a dozen dealers. They all left me uneasy. Some adding thousands to the MSRP for nonsense like nitrogen in the tires or paint protector. My car purchase with Marc and Andrew was easy and straightforward. No crazy markups. I really appreciated that! My car took six weeks to arrive but I got it sooner than predicted. Marc kept me updated the whole time.

I had to have my car serviced twice within a weeks time. Both times the service was exceptional. There were unusual circumstances and each time the team members were outstanding keeping me informed and trying their best to give me excellent service. My service advisor, Kayla, was patient, professional & informative. This was my first maintenance appointment & I asked many questions. The recall inspection & scheduled maintenance was completed much quicker than expected. The service manager took the time to answer questions & look up the cost of a lift kit. I will definitely go to Andrew again!

I just recently purchased a RAV4 from Andrew. I've been purchasing luxury brand cars for my last 6 vehicles and wanted to get something more practical. I was very pleasantly surprised with the experience with Andrew. The sales team and management really seem to have a solid process creating a pleasant experience. Had my 1st experience with Andrew Toyota service. Was very efficient and got checked in right away. Used their shuttle which was good. Driver was very friendly and polite. Small complaint, my service tech who checked me in didn’t mention that I had to sign in for the shuttle. As I waited, others signed in so I became 3rd in line when I figured it out. No biggy. Finished job on time and car was cleaned. Good job.

Service on our car was satisfactory. Information provided to keep the car in good shape was appreciated. Customer service employees need much to learn about providing "customer service". Not friendly, not inviting, no "Thank You", no "may I help you". Go to Andrew Toyota if it is convenient-they will do "OKAY" but will not do you any favors, or extras-except leave a few cookies on your seat and a pre-typed, meaningless, thank you on your windshield.

I love bringing my vehicles to Andrew Toyota! The staff is always friendly and they know their stuff. My last visit shows just how much they advocate for the customer. My service rep Willie went above and beyond to make sure I knew how valued I was as a customer. This level of customer service is unheard of in today's world and it was refreshing to experience. I first started going to Andrew Toyota about five years ago. Service Advisor Cody Wagner made a very good first impression on me that day and I have stayed with him ever since. My 2016 Toyota has 60000 miles on it. It runs very well. There have been no surprises. I enjoy driving it. I am 71 and retired. Lord willing it will be the last car I ever need. I've been a customer with Andrew for a couple of years now. They always provide prompt, professional customer service, which I appreciate.
Today, I dropped my car off for service, got a ride home and they picked me up from home all without incident. What was different today, was that when the young man brought my car out to me, it was still the same dirty (snow, salt, etc) car it was when I dropped it off. I couldn't help but think, if I pay $780 plus dollars for repairs, I don't think it's too much to ask/expect the car to have a decent wash as well.

I was very impressed when my service rep explained they had found an issue with my glove box not closing correctly and had ordered a new one for me since it was under warranty. I went in due to a leak from my roof impacting my headliner after it rained. I spoke with John Endisch, who insisted it was my sunroof, but I was sure it wasn’t that. I tried explaining what I thought it was but he wasn’t very cooperative so I left. I came back a few weeks later after my roof began leaking again due to the rain. I tried to speak with John again but was immediately shut down. Willie immediately approached me and was a tremendous help!!! He took my car in and had it looked at and confirmed it was the issue I thought it was. Allen, the service manager, was also a tremendous help. I greatly appreciated them both taking the time to listen and work with me instead of insisting it was a different issue.

I have been working with service advisor Cody Wagner for over a year now on my Toyota Prius I went multiple times for regular maintenance and oil changes. Cody is one of the best service advisors i worked with across Toyota dealers I have been to ! He is always responsive to address questions, pays attention to client’s preference, does not play down any concerns, clear/transparent in communications, and goes out of his way to make sure service process is smooth from drop-off to pick-up! I do highly recommend him when it comes to servicing your car at Andrew Toyota.

Service Advisor Cody Wagner and his technician took great care of my 2013 Highlander. It had a small leak coming from the rear end. I knew I had to bring it in before the leak became worse. They replaced the rear pinion gasket on the 4 wheel drive. This new gasket will last for another 171,000 miles. Andrew Toyota and their crew took good care of me again!

Today’s visit was fine and none of my displeasure should be conveyed on employees at Andrew Toyota, but I’m pretty upset that when we bought the car, we were sold on the extended warranty because the salesman with whom we filled paperwork out told us we would be getting free oil changes for 8 years. It’s my fault for not reading the details, but today I learned that we only got 5 years of that type of service. I feel lied to, because I was lied to and I’m not happy about it.

I've taken my Lexus to this dealership for a number of years. My repair service agent was always Allen Goode, who has always given me honest, clear information on any repairs needed. Recently, the shop went to providing service agents by whatever agent happens to be available when your car arrives for service. This is a new practice for me to try to embrace. I still try to talk with Allen for any repairs needed. He's always made time for me. This has made me confident in getting service repairs at this shop.

I am impressed with the ability to get an appointment so promptly. The service attendant was very responsive to my needs. When I got the car back, the dome light didn't turn on and the dash board lights were barely visible. I called and the attendant and he asked me to come in. He quickly found the problem. I felt a bit embarassed that I was unable to fix the problem.

Great troubleshooting - figured out why my car was still too loud (after replacing muffler and most of exhaust system with after-market parts at Midas). Motor mounts needed adjustment to stop vibrations from motor.
Also appreciate that service recommendations take the age of my car (2005 Camry) into account. This was not the first time.

I went to get an oil change and a small brake service. My service advisor Zee was very polite, pleasant and service was great. I did have an issue with my keys getting lost. But my keys were soon found and I was given a free oil change on my next scheduled appointment. That's what I call good service on fixing problems without confusions or disappointments. Several advisiors went above and beyond to find my keys. Kudos to you all!!!

He has always given me exemplary service - no one is better. When is comes to service on your car(s) trust to do the job right is of utmost importance and John and the entire service staff at Andrew have always done the job right. I have never had a doubt that what needed to be done was done. I repeat, no one is better at his job than John Endisch and no dealership could be better to deal with than Andrew Toyota.

I had been searching for a specific Rav4 for a month when I finally found it at Andrew Toyota. Andrew was warm, welcoming and super helpful from the minute I arrived. I came in ready for the exhausting game of back and forth you usually play at car dealerships. Instead, Andrew was patient and obliged all of my requests and answered all of my questions. It was the quickest, most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’m in Illinois so I was a little worried about buying a car in a different state, but they handled everything for me. I came in for an appointment for the 10,000 mile oil change and 5,000 mile tire rotation. I met Zee Blagic and told him about a needed fastener on the right front fender which had been hit a couple of times and was loose. He got a screw driver and washer and installed it so it was tight again. We shared nick names and I set appt. for today at 8 AM. Nice coffee in the waiting area and Zee came back and explained I should have a transmission oil change (94674 miles) along with brake lining in the rear done soon. Looks like I will have to set an appt. soon for those two things and I will do so soon.
I like Andrew Toyota and my 2017 Sienna is a great car and we enjoy it a lot. My daughter has a 2003 Camry she inherited from my sister with 134000 miles and still works well. I think she should be thinking of getting another toyota but we will continue with this one for a while, at least., since I am responsible for helping her to get another car.
I have always liked the way I am treated at Andrew and you should be proud of that. You folks care about your customers and it shows! In itself, that is a great deal.

Later on, she advised that the noise in the rear of my car was due to the spear tire being loose. She said no charge. That’s what I wanted to hear. I made an appointment in advance of the service and they were ready when I arrived. Transportation to me home was provided. The technician completed all requested services. However, I heard an unusual engine noise while driving home and returned the car the next day to check the noise. I was told it was the muffler. I ‘m not sure that’s what it is and will have another mechanic look at it. I have always been very pleased with maintenance from Andrew Toyota, this is the first time I have questioned their work.

Since I purchased my Prius in 2011 it has being only serviced at Andrew Toyota. I have never had a bad experience and my latest visit didn’t disappoint. Zeljko Blagic was my Service Advisor and besides the issue that brought me in for service, Zee noticed I has very close for other routine service that I would have to come back for. Everything got done in one visit. The sensor I needed wasn’t in the area so my car had to stay overnight. I had requested the car by the end of the day I had taken it in. Zee explained the situation and offered me a loaner at no charge until the part became available. A service coupon was also honored that I discovered after service was begun. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer!

I have had regular maintenance service done here several times. Usually I have been pleased and felt relatively sure they have done their job. This most recent time however I am not confident they did what they said. Aside from the communication mix-up, there was no checklist of green-yellow-red for what may be upcoming items to plan for. I know I had 2 torn windshield wipers and no one said a thing. Previously, I had been alerted to such things including filters, tire conditions, etc. Not this time. The service manager assured me that whenever I make a follow up appt that everything will be "done correctly", however my annual driving vacation was less than 3 days away. When we left for vacation, I was not sure my car was really ready.

I have always been very impressed with the shop at Andrew Toyota. The service advisors are very friendly and excellent communicators, and the techs get work done very quickly. Their prices are very reasonable as well for a dealership. I have told all my family and friends in the area to take their vehicles to Andrew because I have been so impressed with their service.
This review would have gotten five stars, especially because the last time I took my car in they did a great job with a very speedy alignment, but I reviewed my dash cam footage and found the technician was driving my car 45 miles an hour in a 25 zone, not wearing a seatbelt. I understand (as a former technician myself) that you have to drive the vehicle at higher speeds in order to confirm a proper alignment. But you should not be going 20 over the speed limit in a customer car on residential streets, it's flat out dangerous--and considered reckless driving by Glendale PD. This was my third time leasing a car from your dealership and each time I had Jeff Allen as my salesperson. He was very patient and seemed to welcome all my questions. He spent a lot of time showing me different options that were available to me. He explained that there would be a 3 to 6 month wait on a new vehicle and that Toyota would extend my current lease accordingly. I purchased a new vehicle here and it was an ok experience. The salesperson was not very knowledgeable about all of the features on the vehicle. I was sold an aftermarket remote start system only to find out on my own that the vehicle already had electric start. They did refund my money for that. I took the vehicle in for my first service and everything went smoothly other than one minor issue. They left the cabin air filter cover on the floor and I had to go back and have that reinstalled but that only took a minute.

All the employees are very nice and friendly. The building is nice and clean plus they offer soda water and coffee while you wait. They also have a room with stuff for the kids to play with and another room where u can b in private if u may need to. Outside the waiting room they have some tall tables with chairs and a couple of single soft stand alone chairs. There is a TV in the waiting room along with magazines. The bathroom is right by the waiting room and is nice and clean.

The staff at this location, and more notably Joe Burbach, worked diligently to embody that reputation. As someone who knows not too much about the car buying process, I put my trust in him and he didn't let me down. He was always available and answered all questions thoroughly and with great detail. He even anticipated upcoming concerns and addressed them well. He is the type of person that will go the extra mile for you. The entire process including finding the perfect vehicle, learning all the features, freedom to take the car for a spin went smoothly. The paperwork process was well explained and thorough. They even made sure my wife likes the car as it is for her :p.

I’ll assume because I was coming from out of town and had trade in. No call backs, just voicemail when I inquired about my purchase. The cost (the reason for 4 stars): every service I have had outside of a standard oil change (fluid flushes, suspension work, general maintenance) have cost 20-30% more than what the suggested parts/labor rate is based on service quotes near this location. Definitely more expensive for similar work than other options, so if cost is a big factor I would definitely keep that in mind!

I've been going to Andrew for probably 16 or 17 years for my car buying and maintenance. Their service department is top notch, I was always happy with everyone from the techs to the shuttle drivers. Unfortunately, I recently sold them my Sienna and they really blew it.
A few months ago, I spent a few thousand on service making sure it was in perfect running condition, because we intended to give it to our daughter for her family, including our 2 grandsons. Andrew did the service work, told us it was in perfect condition for them, and off we went.
As it turns out she got a different car, so I I used both Carvana and the Andrew Toyota Website to value my van. Andrew called my phone within probably 15 seconds of my online valuation being completed, and told me that valuation was probably too low, so I should come in (they are car salesmen after all). I did go in and they lowered their offer by about $2500, saying it was in poor running condition. I told them I would be leaving and accepting Carvana's offer. The woman did the thing where they said Carvana would lower their offer when I met them in person (um, like you just did?). The woman went "to the back to talk to her manager" and made me wait forever. Again, they are car salesmen after all. They raised their offer to be about $750 below their original offer, insisting the van was in poor condition. I took it to just be done with it.
If it was in poor condition, then it means their service department did a poor job of fixing the van that I was trusting my grandsons' lives to. So, did their service department snow me, or did the sales department snow me? I have an opinion, but it doesn't really matter.
It's a shame that the sale department, in about an hour, ruined a 16 year relationship built up by the service department. I hope they enjoy their $750. I won't be returning.

I have two other closer Toyota dealerships in my area but the service I had on my vehicle and customer experience were not always a good one. I'll come out of my way for Andrew Toyota. I like everything about this dealership. I actually enjoy coming in to have my vehicle serviced, I've never felt that way at other dealerships. They have great employees, friendly. The employee's here are really on top of things, I've been impressed, A special thank you to Dan Rogers in service for outstanding customer care and courtesy. He is responsive to my concerns and has gone above expectations when I have a concern or issue with my vehicle. The facility is clean, and comy spacious waiting area with many nice amenities. Great deals on service too, they send by mail or email. I do wish they still sent text service offers though. They do have the best service, at reasonable cost. Overall best I've ever experienced in any other dealership in all my years of car ownership.

We located the vehicle we wanted on-line, listed below blue book and called to schedule a time to stop and test drive. Jason called us to confirm the appointment and provide directions to the dealership. The entire process was stress free and lacked the typical haggling associated with many dealerships. We knew the deal we were getting was very good and no one attempted to add additional services to drive up the cost. Bought a used 2013 Camry from Andrew Toyota last month with the defective torque converter flex lockup shudder problem originally identified by T-SB-0034-14, superceded by T-SB-0312-17. This widespread trans problem is impossible to miss in these cars between 1200-1600 RPMs in fifth gear unless someone uses a transmission additive that temporarily hides the issue. We didn't experience the defect during the brief vehicle test drive. It manifested several days after purchase (and a couple hundred miles driven).
The original owner failed to address the problem under extended warranty. So Andrew Toyota stepped up and lobbied Toyota who picked up the $2900 repair under a previous warranty program. Thanks to all for making this right!

I am writing this review to keep your company accountable in making changes within your sales team, specifically your salesman named Melvin. I did not have a pleasant experience with Melvin and felt incredibly harassed and disrespected during my time there. When I kindly declined an offer, Melvin took it very personally and lashed out on me. He even had the audacity to harass me over text messages. He insisted that he was the “professional” and knew more than me, but I could tell this guy had little experience. It was so frustrating, if I could post those screen shots of text messages, I would. Today, I saw that he ran another credit inquiry on me after I had already decline. I hope to address this with the managers first and if no change occurs, I will have to reach out to the GM. I am so disappointed and shocked at how UNPROFESSIONAL Melvin was. I get that salesman get paid on commission and they need to make sales, but there is a different way to do that by validating your customer’s needs and using a tactical way to persuade them, not harass and threaten them. No. Just no.

I was offered help with fixing a clip on the front of my car a bit ago by a very nice employee, don’t recall the name off the top of my head. called to touch in, didn’t hear anything back. But regardless whenever I go in for services they do an amazing job keeping me updated, going in depth to tell me what I will need and why. I don’t get scared of being scammed like every other dealership. However I’d like to get back in touch with one of the guys who offered to help rig a clip for my front end. Came in for some recall work on my corolla and a general inspection and tune up. Calling and setting up an appointment was easy and the staff was very courteous. Dropping the car off was easy and again the staff I dealt with was very courteous. They also offered a shuttle service to take me back home. The service was completed in a timely manner. When they called to let me know my car was ready, they again offered a shuttle service to pick me up. Despite it being busy it was quick and easy to pick up my car. The safety check and general inspection were free and they also performed some basic maintenance, again at no charge to me. I had requested a tune up but the service manager informed me that I wasn't due for another 30000 miles and that on inspection, it wasn't necessary. So long story short. Despite not being able to make any money off of my visit ( in fact with the recall work my visit actually cost them money) the staff was friendly and courteous, and the service generous. They could have performed an unnecessary tune up simply because I had requested it and wouldn't have known otherwise, just to make money off my visit, but instead they didn't take advantage of my ignorance. And even changed a burnt out tail light, at no charge to me. I would definitely recommend taking your car to Andrew Toyota for service.

UNPRECEDENTED TIMES
I was in need of a Toyota Truck and had hoped to buy it from Andrew Toyota.
Unfortunately, the issue with the computer chips and inventory means things are quite different these days. However, that doesn’t mean one can’t find a good deal by doing some research.
Andrew was not able to work with me, which was disappointing.
My situation is different, in that I live in Milwaukee, but I’ve also been commuting out of town to take care of an elderly parent. That gave me the opportunity to check out another Toyota dealership, which happens to part of a dealer group in Western New York.
That said, I’m a different kind of customer for an auto dealer, as I don’t typically trade-in my old cars at a dealership, but instead sell them at Carmax - a quick and easy way to get way more for your car - and it’s also less complicated than muddying up any deal by believing in the dealer’s compliments of how wonderful your used car looks. In the end, it’s how much you have to pay.
Also different because I pay cash, so there is no revenue to be made from me as part of dealer financing.
Then, there are the issues of knowing what the car company’s customer incentive plans look like, instead of having to pry that information out of a dealer. The good dealers will tell you up front and not hold it back.
I go into a dealership with the knowledge that any added features to the car at the dealership are gouged.
One of the best examples of this is on trim items, such as having a decal on the back of the truck that says “Tacoma” over the plain painted tailgate. Simply having something like that through the dealer without negotiating, will cost you more than $100 for a vinyl decal and another hundred dollars to just affix it to the back of the truck!
“Dealer preparation” means washing the truck.
Those and other charges rack up, and most people don’t realize that they are completely unnecessary - and you don’t have to pay for them.
Call me crazy, but I won’t spend literally hundreds of dollars to wash a brand new car. Frankly it’s hard for any dealer to look you straight in the eye and tell you dealer prep includes anything more than just that. In many cases, the car is also already completely full of gas and it is noted on the for sale sticker.
The point is, a car dealership is there to make money, and as much of it as possible from you.
The interesting thing is when I go in there and state the knowledge and the rationale for paying less, there are two types of dealers.
One, is a dealer that refuses to negotiate on a car because they would much rather deal with someone who is ignorant of all of the above things and can be gouged. They blame the current “shortage”
The other is a dealer that looks at you as an educated consumer, and knows that they can make a fair amount of money, but that you are also not interested and a long protracted negotiation over things any dealer can do.
They’ll just want to make a FAIR profit. A reasonable expectation.
Unfortunately, at this point perhaps Andrew simply doesn’t have the inventory and didn’t care to write up a deal to the specs that I would like, even though I was willing to wait for the truck.
Where I ended up buying the truck in Western New York, the experience for a customer was easy. They were like the second example.
Without wasting anyone’s time, I simply stated what I wanted, told them I’m paying cash, told them that I am not doing the trade, and told them what I felt was fair for the dealer-installed items. Oh, and that I won’t pay hundreds of dollars to get a brand new truck washed.
The only thing I have to do is go to the DMV, pay the WI taxes and pick up my license plates. The savings were well worth it. If you know what you want call when you can easily spec it out and you don’t have to call your car in Wisconsin. It’s easier than you think. It can be just about as easy if you are financing the car.
During this auto shortage, you as the consumer do have options.

The service team 2 days in a row on two of our current vehicles was perfect. The advisers and obviously the service techs were perfect. They did what was promised, did a total check on the vehicles, recommended what might be needed in the next interval, and did NOT push added stuff that might have been pushed by others. Typically service folks push extra stuff, these folks did not.

He was extremely patient with me considering I was probably the largest pain in the back side, and took two days to get everything done. I was never pressured into a purchase, and I felt like Joe was always looking out for my best interest. He is very informative and knows the vehicles inside and out! He is very easy going and enjoyable to work with, which is extremely hard to find in a car sales rep. He brings a ray of light to the entire process! Made an appointment to test drive a used Mini Cooper that they had listed on cars.com. When I arrived to do so, I was informed by the salesman that the car had sold. But I never received this notice from them before the appointment. Not to mention that when I got there, I could see the car sitting in the lot. This was January 4th. The car is STILL LISTED on cars.com now (Jan 16th). I get that the purchase may have fallen through but I was never contacted to be notified of this either, which is upsetting given I could have still been interested in the vehicle. I’d figure that’s something they would want to do in order to sell it. If you want a dealership that goes the extra mile to try and match you with the vehicle you want, then this ain’t it.
EDITED: A manager from Andrew Toyota followed up with me after I posted this review. He discussed my concerns and addressed the issues I raised while being very apologetic for the situation. It seems that steps may be taken to improve the communication between salesmen and the notification process for customers. It is good to see a company that reaches out to take ownership of their mistakes. As such, I have moved my rating from 1 star to 3

Our salesman was friendly, genuine, and most of all, smooth. We had been shopping and test driving all day, but Prentiss was the only salesman we had worked with that day that made our experience enjoyable, even amusing. Salesman have a reputation for using wiles and tricks and rationalizations. I sensed none of the above in Prentiss. He clearly likes people and would take no pleasure in duping them.
After we bought the car, it took about 45 minutes for a finance person to call us in for paperwork.
I was neither offended nor impressed by the prices of the vehicles. I don't feel like I got a deal, but the service made me satisfied with my decision to buy.

While I was in the market for a 2019 Tundra with a trade in, in all I visited 4 dealerships. All other dealerships were not as pleasant, friendly, and respectful as Marc Brandofina was. He is a great communicator. September, the check-out receptionist, is very sweet and kind. Beginning with Steve and ending with September gave me a wonderful impression of this dealership. Never purchased a newer car before? Are you a soon to be college grad (like myself) looking for an decent clue with no clue where to start? Please, take your time to stop over and explore even if you're not a fan of dealerships as it could be well worth your time.
I had done plenty previous research over the weeks as well as explored other dealers in the area only to be met with sub-par results with both cars and people. Here I was met by Tomas Murray as well as Walker Lanterman who were excellent at making me comfortable, providing the right information but most of all, treating me like an adult who could make a decision on my own (with no pressure). Their cars were clean, high quality, and beat out much of the competition in miles as well as price (which they can help out with too but have the expectation that their prices are already very solid for the WI area).
After deciding on a car (2012 Corolla in freaking great shape), then came the step of figuring out how to do financing. I,as a naive college student, thought it would be a fairly simple process but boy was I wrong. The process was dramatically more technical and their staff did all in their power to make calls to a variety of banks, financial institutions and more while trying to go to bat for me so I can get a good rate (a process I would've been poorly equipped to handle on my own and would've left me high and dry with outrageous interest rate). Their work paid off allowing me to get a loan at a good rate...especially for a college grad.
All in all, this was a big process that was a lot of learning and would've left me in a rougher spot going to other dealers or trying to do this on my own. I'm very thankful for the help in areas I didn't expect and for the knowledge of everyone there. Not everyone may want to go through a dealership which is completely understandable, but you'd be surprised at how much value they can bring to the table...if they're a good one like these guys. Do your proper research when looking for a Toyota, but at least give Andrew Toyota an opportunity to earn your business. Cheers and good luck to everyone in the search!

I've taken my car for service at Andrew's several times. I've been pleased with my service however not over the past few visits. I give 3 stars bc the last 3 times that I've taken my car for oil changes, the wait times were astronomically long. No warning ahead of time that I could possibly be waiting several hours. I don't mind 1 hour once in a while but 3 hours is way too long for an oil change and tire rotation. The other day, one hour into my appt, they came and told me that they are just beginning to service my vehicle and offered to shuttle me somewhere so I didn't have to wait at the dealership.. Blocked off my entire day. Also, no sticker as to when service is due for next time...This last time left me with a bad taste and left me no choice to write this review. I hope they can improve with better communication.

I was having an issue with my Tacoma. It the start button and transmissions was locked. Lina helped get me to the right people at Andrew to get it going. She then set-up the appointment to get me in quickly, set-up the shuttles and provided updates throughout the process. I really like the personal touch she puts into the job and concern for the customer. A great asset to Andrew Toyota...

I searched the internet to find the Highlander I wanted (color, body style, etc) I found 2 one in Madison, and one in Milwaukee. The Madison dealer was very pushy constantly e-mailing me. That car did not have the interior color I wanted so I choose the Milwaukee dealer (Andrew Toyota) They were easy to deal with and no pressure. The price they gave me was 2,000 dollars less than the Madison dealer. I also had a new 2013 Highlander to trade in and they gave me a great price without even seeing the vehicle. I also appreciated that they did not try to sell us their financing. We had bought my last car from another Milwaukee Toyota dealer and we sat there for 2 plus hours just to pick up the car and we didn't have a trade. They lectured us about why we didn't use their financing it was crazy! Andrew Toyota did not do that they were terrific! Mark got us out of their in an hour and a half! My only complaint which is with all dealers is why do you need so many hands in the pot, sales person, manager, then financial person. I think one person could do everything or at least 2 that could speed up the process a bit. I would highly recommend Andrew Toyota they even sent me a check for 100.00 because I over paid AMAZING!

I had a decent experience at Andrew Toyota, but I almost feel taken advantage of with my trade-in. I love my new 2015 Buick Encore, but I am less than satisfied with my trade-in of my 2008 Jeep Wrangler X. They low balled me and I was able to negotiate to a certain extent, but I still did not receive what my vehicle was actually worth. I received less than a third of what my vehicle is now listed at because of the "condition." I am happy with my purchase, but am very disappointed by this fact and actually pretty hurt. I also am a little upset because the pictures of my vehicle contain my personal items as we had not made the switch yet.

I went in for an oil change. They suggested a new cabin and engine air filter. The service manual recommends changing these filters every 30,000 miles. My records noted I changed these filters in July 2020. No need to change filters after 12,000 miles. Please do not recommend services that are not needed.

My experience at Andrew Toyota was made because of salesman James Vallier. The moment my friend and I walked in, James was ready to listen and not push his own sales agenda on us. He understood what we wanted and didn't persist in waisting our time by giving sales pitches or showing us other options he knew we weren't into. Unlike so many car salesman, James made it clear he wanted to serve us and didn't patronize from knowing more about cars - very sincere, easy going, family man. If you don't want to waste your time, I highly suggest asking for James (or Jimmy) upon going to Andrew's, and if the dealership knows what's good for them, make sure he doesn't go anywhere.

As always, I had a wonderful experience going in to get my car serviced. Zeljko did a great job during my service keeping me informed on the process and making sure I was taken care of. While waiting, another customer was speaking with Sean about possibly trading her car in. As I was listening she invited me into the conversation and next thing I knew Sean had me trading in my 2019 hatchback for a new 2021 hatchback. Due to my 2019 not having android auto I was very interested in trading in but was always skeptical. Sean was a wonderful sales person and explained the whole process. After a test drive, I was sold. Although I very much loved my 2019 my new 2021 just hits differently. Thank you Sean for helping me take the leap and get the car I really wanted! You are great!

Andrew Toyota had me inspect the situation directly with the technician - clearly identifying the issue and the necessary repairs. I called to schedule a recall and the woman who helped me was very nice and friendly. I specifically asked her how long it would take and she responded about an hour. When I showed up, the gentleman who helped me was also really nice but informed me that it would take about 5 hours and was very apologetic. Okay, a little frustrating but not a big deal. He told me to sign my name on this sheet for the shuttle service which I proceeded to do. I waited a while and nobody said anything to me about how it worked/when someone would pick me up. After a while I walked up to the closest worker I could see "Lina" and kindly asked her about the shuttle service. She did not look at me when I spoke so I assumed she didn't hear me so I started to speak louder and she still did not look at me and just stated "they will be back soon." She was rude! But okay, I'll just get on the shuttle and be on my way. After being dropped off by the shuttle I received a call that the parts for my car were wrong/defected/incorrect. Now, I am frustrated. If I would have known I was going to have to wait so long I would have arranged my own ride so I didn't have to spend so much time waiting. And then waited for nothing.

I had to take my car in for one problem. They did not look to see if it required any other maintenance so had I not requested it I would have had to take it in a second time. They put a oil change sticker on my car that said I had 20,000 miles until my next oil change. The staff was friendly and I didn't have to wait long for them to check me in or bring my car up once they we're done. Free shuttle was also nice.

My wife and I recently purchased a new car from Andrew Toyota. We were very pleased with the experience. In these current times of the COVID, we were looking to buy from a dealer that would allow us to minimize the time we would have to spend at the dealership. We began the process by having a phone conversation with Steve Wallin. He told us that Andrew was willing to work with us. He in turn put us in touch with Steve Butcher, who is the salesperson that sold us our new car. Steve B. was very accommodating. We looked online at the inventory Andrew had available and told Steve B. the car we would interested in pursuing. Steve B. drove the car out to our house. We were able to inspect the car and take it for a short (10 min) test drive (they put plastic on the seats and steering wheel). In the meantime, Steve B. inspected/drove our old car that we were using as a trade-in. After that was complete, in the next 24 hours we negotiated a price all through e-mail, text and phone. Although the car that we test drove was purchased by someone else before we finalized numbers with Steve B., he was able to locate the exact same car within a few days. He then brought out the new version of the car so we could look at it and take it for a short test drive. Once we were comfortable with the car and gave Steve B the green light, we worked with Brian in Andrew’s finance team to finalize the paperwork. Steve B. then delivered our new car to us along with the paperwork. We signed the documents in our backyard, took the keys to the new car, and gave him the keys to our old car and the deal was complete. In all it took about a week to complete. The whole team at Andrew Toyota was easy to deal with and very accommodating. We would recommend Andrew Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new car.

This was truly an exceptional experience, a “wow” experience, for me. I visited Andrew Toyota with my sister who was in the market for a new car. Initially, Marc did not know that I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle, but he answered all my questions and concerns as well as my sister’s. He was on the phone but Marc Brandofina acknowledged me within the first minute I came in, and got to me quickly. He was very respectful. I never felt pressured. Though I had been looking at a different make/model, similar to the RAV4, the difference in how I was treated at the dealerships was a big factor in my decision. After we bought the car, he followed up with not just an email, but also a thank you card which indicated to me he is a true professional who takes his work seriously and appreciates me as a customer. I will definitely go back to Marc at Andrew Toyota, if I am in the market for a vehicle again.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was assured by Andrew that I would be "taken care of." I've dealt with shady car dealers and their sales tactics in the past, but not with Andrew. He was straightforward, genuine and very honest. He really cares about his customers and he takes pride in his work.

We have purchased 8 vehicles from Andrew, starting with a used Geo Prism back in 1998 to the most recent Corolla earlier this year. From the first time we entered the dealership (after visiting no fewer than 10 others in the Milwaukee area), we were impressed with Andrew's no-pressure, collaborative approach to sales. The service department has always been very responsive as well, although we haven't needed much by way of service.
I think having purchased as many vehicles as we have and not having regret about any of them speaks volumes about Andrew and the way they do business.
If there was one thing I could recommend for improvement it would be to dial down the uncharacteristically high-pressure sales pitch where extended warranty is concerned. When I recommend Andrew to family and friends in the market for a car, that's the only thing I warn them about.

In the search for a new vehicle I researched over a dozen candidates and test drove 9 of them. In the end I selected the Toyota Highlander and visited 3 Toyota dealerships. Without a doubt I received the best treatment and best terms from Andrew Toyota. My sales consultant, Mark Doedens, was knowledgeable and thorough. I never felt the least bit pressured despite the fact that a manufacturer incentive that was about to expire played a role in the negotiations. Mark knew his cars, the competition and the limits of their ability to negotiate. The entire organization was nothing if not clear and consistent, and I have no doubt that I got a fair deal. The follow up was great and they went out of their way to deliver the most favorable financing terms possible. It had been a very long time since I purchased a vehicle and I can say without hesitation that it was a great experience and I am very happy with my decision. I would highly recommend Mark and Andrew to anyone.

My lease was set to be up in May. I was over the miles and still had 2 months before it was time to turn in the car. I scheduled my oil change and Shalonda called me and said "Don't you want to get into a new car?" I was like sure. The whole process was done over the internet, phone and text. When I got to the dealership they were cleaning up the new car. I was so impressed by the how smooth the process went. She was awesome. Signing the new lease agreement was so easy, I was nerves.
