I couldn't be happier with my new Mazda CX-30 and the Werner Mazda dealership. I visited the dealership after my son recommended Mazda and after reading some very positive reviews on the CX-30. David Lee was our salesperson and was professional, courteous and attentive from the first email I received to the post sales emails I have received. I feel I was offered a fair price for my Honda CRV I was trading and the CX-30 I was buying and got a great deal on the financing. At no point did we feel pressured by David or anyone else at Werner. Follow up service (state inspection) and communication has been great and very helpful. Highly recommend Werner Mazda and David Lee!

I have to admit that I almost never leave reviews. This was one of the most easiest and most helpful dealerships that I have ever been too. I was able to get a breakdown of payments and discuss pricing all through email rather than being forced to come into the dealership which was the situation with every other dealership. Roger, our sales consultant was very kind and understanding throughout the process. Jay, Finance Manager, explained the process, had all of the paperwork ready, knowing that I had a one year old, and it would be difficult for him to be patient, and did not push a warranty, but went into detail and provided all options. I did not feel pressured at all, and this was a first time for me. Eric, Sales Manager, went above and beyond for me. The mass registry can take quite a while for plates to be issued. He was understanding that I was going on vacation and offered dealer plates, to UPS my plates overnight to me and a prepaid package to send theirs back. I have never experienced a dealership that is so kind and understanding. I will refer everyone who wants a Mazda to this location and will definitely be purchasing from them again! Thank you Werner Mazda for going above and beyond for your customers!

I have had the best experience with Werner Mazda. I was looking high and low for a Mazda and had no luck with the dealers near me. I inquired at Werner and the vehicle I wanted was not available but they quickly told me that they had some incoming. They were friendly, polite and straight to the answers for me which I appreciated. All the other dealers were not helpful and were just looking to get me into there office to try and sell me something else and out of my budget. Rob was hands down the best service I have received. He is very polite and was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. Even when the time came to pick up the vehicle he did a whole tutorial with me and made my questions feel welcomed. He told me I could reach out to him no matter the issue with my new vehicle and he would help me navigate the issue. I would definately recommend Rob and the Werner dealership and easily do more future business with them. Great service!

If you have an excellent product it will sell itself. Mazda does have excellent products but the key to their success is how well their sales personnel inform the buyer. Rob Hering was outstanding in his understanding of what we were looking for and then informing us about the Mazda products. He did a great job in helping us through the car buying process! I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a car. Nick Flood did an excellent job in guiding us through the financing process. They both made the process comfortable.

Fastest and easiest car buying experience of my life. Cameron made it absolutely painless. Walked in on a Sunday to put a deposit down and came back the next day to drive a new Mazda 5 home. Buy a car from people who will help you out after you give them your money. I am very glad I chose to do business with Werner Mazda. If it had been anywhere else and I had this issue, I have no doubt that it would not have been solved as quickly.

Cameron from Werner was excellent - I'm very happy with the buying experience. Not only did he drive 2 hours (4 round trip!) to deliver the car, he was able to move quickly and answer all of my questions about handling the dmv/registration, etc.

I can’t say enough about what an amazing dealership this is. I want to share my experience both leading my car and the support I got after.
I leased my car from them in the fall of 2021 and there was ABSOLUTELY no haggle. I named a price I wanted for my trade-in and also what I wanted from a lease and they beat it within 5 minutes. I had asked this same price of 3 other dealers and they all laughed at me. Their whole team from sales to finance was honest, friendly, transparent, and so supportive. Other dealers tried to convince me to put money down on my lease and Werner carefully explained why I didn’t need to.
Recently, I had an incident where a car wash damaged my tail light. I brought it to Werner to get replaced and not only did they get the car fixed within 24 hours, but they also gave me a rental at no cost.
Everyone here is beyond a pleasure to deal with and I can’t recommend this dealership enough.

Cannot say enough good things about Werner and my experience. In March I got a new Cx-30, Tucker was great in helping match a package that fit my needs and ordered me in the car. Less than 2 months later I was rear ended and 7 weeks later the car was deemed a total loss. Tucker was then able to re-order me the same exact car, package and colors and it came in within a week, with the same great deal. I hadn't planned to come back so quickly for another new car but Tucker and Jay made a very stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this dealership

I went down to Werner Mazda because my local dealership didnt have the inventory on hand and I wanted to see some cars in colors they didnt have. I spoke with Dave, who has an awesome beard. They were very friendly and understanding. Obviously they would have preferred to have my business but were very relaxed and not pushy at all. They understood i was just looking but were still very helpful and courteous. If i lived closer they would be my choice of dealership.

This place is the real deal. Never before in my life was buying a car easier than it was at Werner Mazda. I worked with both Mike and Nick and they were both the easiest people to talk to and do business with. I got a great deal on my trade in and a great deal on a new CX-5. Mike was communicative over text and answered all my questions with no hassle whatsoever. After I signed papers Nick called me back 15 minutes later saying the bank actually approved me at an even lower interest rate and to come back and re-sign. Later that night Mike texted me letting me know he appreciated my business and if I had any more questions to let him know. Very personable staff which I appreciated (buying a car can be stressful)! You don't see this type of honesty at any other dealer. I will be telling all my friends and family what a great experience I had and I hope others who come to Werner feel the same. Here's hoping their service department is just as good!

I recently bought a new Mazda CX-5 from another dealership unfortunately (Tully in Nashua). When we drove it off the lot we experienced a very noticeable vibration in the car. To keep it brief, many new Mazdas are coming in with flat spots on their tires due to extended time in storage. Tully would not even look at the car until it had at least 1000 miles on it. Not wanting to drive a vibrating car for that long, we reached out to Werner for help. They were terrific! They took the car the next day, diagnosed the problem and replaced all 4 tires on the vehicle. And I didn't even buy the car there! Everyone (especially Shannon) was courteous, friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

Very seamless trade in experience. Took advantage of the high trade in values. Downsized a TON by trading in my Duramax and snagging a Mazda3 hatchback.. Jan 2021 Had a great experience as dealerships go... I was able to get a good value for a brand new cx5. My first new car ever. They tried hard to stay within my budget, although I wish the warranty adds at financing were more transparent up front to factor this in. Dave was very knowledgeable and respectful. Having dealt with many local dealers over the years, I was thoroughly impressed with Werner Mazda. I planned on trading in my Hyundai SantaFe while the resale value was high - so after getting nowhere with a nearby Toyota dealer, I contacted Werner’s sales department where I spoke to Roger. I asked Roger what he had on-hand for CX-5s, and he was happy to give me a brief rundown of what was on the lot, and the key differences between them. After arriving in person that day, Roger showed me a few of their CX-5s - I chose a Soul Red Crystal example in “Preferred” trim, and two days later (it wasn’t prepped for sale yet), drove it home. I felt the experience was positive and low-pressure - they gave me exactly what I was expecting for my trade (actually a bit more, if I’m honest) and even sold the new vehicle under MSRP (in a hot market no less!) I am VERY pleased with my new CX-5 and plan on returning when I’m ready to move onto my next vehicle!

He immediately identified the car that was right for me and I only test drove one vehicle before making a decision. Overall, the process of locating the car for me was seamless, which I appreciated as this was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle. There was a slight hiccup in the negotiation process that caused a bit of frustration as I am a long-time customer of Werner, but the sales team worked quickly to rectify the situation. Jay, the finance manager, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I enjoyed working with him. The Service Department was an absolute delight to work with in getting my new car detailed and inspected. Over the years, I have worked with the Service Department on many occasions and they always do a good job! Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and would go back to Werner again. The acquisition process for a 2021 Mazda CX5 Signature from Werner Mazda was straightforward and the sales team was more than helpful as we evaluated a slightly used loaner vehicle with 8K miles on it. Rob Hering was the lead sales guy and he bent over backward to help as we made sure that the CX5 was going to have enough driver leg room (he even went out in the rain and brought-up two other models of used vehicles into the garage for comparison purposes). The negotiation exercise was low-pressure, with a relatively reasonable dealer "administrative fee" tacked on to the window price as the dealer starting point. We didn't steal the car, but we got a fair deal (based upon a lot of research going in). The car was in pristine condition when we picked it up, having been thoroughly detailed. So why takeaway 1 star? The paperwork from the finance guy was incorrect. First he got the deposit number wrong which we caught. Then he got a wrong middle initial in my name (after taking copies of our driver's licenses), even after I corrected him once. I later had to go through a supervisor at the title office to be allowed to proceed with plates. And the paperwork ended up only being in my name (we told them both names), so to include my wife on the title would have cost an extra $85 to make the change at the title office. We should have been more diligent in checking the final copy, but the Werner team could have been a little more on top of the paperwork for a simple all cash transaction. Still - Werner Mazda was a great place to buy a car. We wouldn't hesitate to return, and we recommend them highly. Just check the details twice before you sign the paperwork.

After bringing this up to the service department, videos were reviewed and no obvious mishap was seen that could've caused it, but Dylan G took the time and energy to fix the blemish. I went to 6 other Mazda dealerships between NH/MA, and during the 2021 timeframe, Warner still had the best prices with no markups. I worked with Dave Lee for my first purchase that was smoothly and without any hassles, and recently worked with Rob Hering.

I purchased my 2016 mazda 3 from here in 2019, and had a great experience. I've been taking it here for maintenance as well, and until recently, have always had a good experience. However, this most recent time, when I brought it in for inspection, I was told that there was an issue with my car that required almost $300 in repair. I was extremely skeptical, as the video that was sent to me of the inspection did not appear to show what the mechanic was claiming. I took it to another shop for a second opinion, and they agreed that the "issue" was NOT an issue at all. Saved me $300. I will not be going back here for maintenance.

I got a great deal on an amazing car. The entire staff is very friendly and made the car buying process effortless. My salesman David is very knowledgeable and he went out of his way to accommodate my every wish.
The car I bought was used, and yet, it was immaculately cleaned and detailed. It looked brand new! They even filled my 19 gallon gas tank. David took the time to show me how everything worked with all of the electronic details, He even programmed my phone to sync with the car's bluetooth.
They inspected it for free and going forward every year, Werner will inspect my car for only $10 as long as I have the car.
Stop in just to check out the waiting lounge. It's stocked like a cafe with tons of snacks and goodies. Not to forget, there's a high tech massage chair to chill out on while waiting for service.
Overall, I highly recommend this dealership for its excellent sales and service!

I bought my CX-5 grand touring here almost 2 years ago exactly, and I have to say this has been my favorite dealership I have dealt with to date. My sales rep at the time (Cameron Landry) was super helpful and pleasant, without feeling like a gimmicky car salesman. When I first got the car I struggled to figure out some of the new features and he took extra time to show me how to use everything. Since buying my car I have even switched from using my local auto shop to using Werner Mazda's service shop for all of my basic needs. Their prices are reasonable, and the people are always personable and kind. I never feel like I am being pressured to get services I don't need. The service waiting area is clean and comfortable with great wifi for me to work remotely while my car is getting worked on. I have never waited an unreasonable amount of time, and my car is always quick vacuumed and washed before being returned to me. I barely ever leave reviews, but I felt this one was well deserved! They have definitely earned a customer for as long as I live in the area.

This Mazda serviced my Mazda 3 ever since I moved to NH and they always went above and beyond. Unfortunately, my Mazda 3 was totaled and I was devastated to have to buy a car. I had visited Toyota to look at a RAV4 and the entire experience was terrible. Unenthusiastic salesperson, chaotic environment, and unwelcoming. I have never had good luck with cars..ever. Werner Mazda was the first real dealership I ever walked into because I knew I needed something new that I didn't have to keep spending money on just to keep on the road. From the time I walked in the door to the minute I drove away in my new Mazda the entire team was nothing but amazing! They have a great service department also, in and out for oil changes and state inspections are just as fast. I had been a little wary about going to Werner because I haven't had great experiences at car dealerships nor had I leased a car before but ended up being very happy about the whole thing. I felt the salesman really took his time with me and did not rush despite how busy they were. I had the chance to see all the options and they were up front about any increases in prices and helped me find a new lease in my budget and never tried to up sell me. I was also very impressed how they handled my returned lease which I didn't think I could get any value from (neither did a friend of mine who buys and sells cars) but Werner made it work and explained what and why they did so I didn't feel like there was any shifty accounting.

David Lee was extremely helpful, took a video and sent it me on YouTube since I was traveling a distance, and took more than enough time with me to go over my options. This was my first visit to Werner Mazda, I live in Massachusetts and purchased my 2018 Mazda CX5 in Massachusetts. I decided to give Werner Mazda a try in servicing my vehicle. The service adviser was expecting me and greeted me by name -- I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation - I asked him since I have 22,000 miles on the vehicle could he recommend any additional services he suggested an alignment a service that he and Werner recommend be performed annually. I took his advice It turned out that my alignment was outside of specifications - the service technician corrected the issue. My vehicle was returned to me cleaner than when I entered the service department (they performed a courtesy exterior wash). The cost of the service was less than I expected -- the service adviser applied a $20 discount to my invoice. The waiting area was comfortable,it has a TV, magazines to read, coffee, fruit and other snacks that are free to customers. I will return for additional service because the work was done professionally at a fair price and I was treated with respect.

3 years ago I purchased my first Mazda 3 i GT Hatch from Werner Mazda and loved the car. 2 weeks ago my car was destroyed in an accident and I was forced to buy new. I contacted Werner Mazda and spent a day going back and forth with Aaron about a price on a new car and what was included. After talking to other Mazda dealers in the areas, Werner Mazda got my business again due to the fact that they did not pressure me, listened to what I wanted in my car, and were able to communicate with me via email, text, and phone calls throughout the day. Joe is a great salesman and an equally great guy. He made the entire process fairly easygoing and laid back, while never applying enormous pressure to make a sale. During the sales process, there is the typical negotiating back and forth, but I never truly felt that I was being cheated. Sure, if I had gone with the first estimate I'd be paying 100 bucks more a month than I ended up negotiating down to, but in my experience, that's pretty typical. Out of all the dealerships I visited, I felt the most comfortable throughout the whole process here at Werner. I ended up driving home in a CX-5, and despite some hiccups on my end with the trade-in, it was a smooth process throughout.

This dealership is AMAZING to work with. The car pretty much sold itself, but Roger was gracious enough to let that happen without any pressure or excessive sales hype. Camron and Nick were very quick to respond to every inquiry, straightforward and transparent about what they could or couldn't do on a particular model or vehicle, completely willing to work with me over the phone or email and my turbulent schedule & travel, eager to get to a good deal without any pressure whatsoever, and also without trying to push me into a particular sales process (e.g., they don't try to make me come into the store just so they can gladhand me...). We arrived at a mutually agreeable deal and pricing completely over the phone and email, they got it all ready, the first time I met them in person was to pick it up. Very smooth all around.
I didn't expect to use the service so soon. The car is great and the Android Auto is a fantastic feature, but it occasionally would drop the connection, so I stopped by for them to check it out. The techs were clearly competent and on top of it, we discussed the issue and possible solutions -- again very straightforward -- we ended up with them updating the car's software on the spot, which seems to have fixed it. I couldn't ask for better service.
We've worked with several other regional Mazda dealers over the last 5 years and they are all quite good, but Werner has really stood out as outstanding. We'll definitely be going to them next time -- Thanks!

Unfortunately, my car was vandalized and all 4 tires were destroyed. Upon calling Werner Mazda they immediately took care of getting my car towed, and used my insurance claim number to set up my rental car for me - honestly taking on the brunt of all the work. Less than 2 hrs in and out driving home in the new vehicle.
Had to return for a few minor fix up items and that was done no cost.
Best of all this is a dealer that will wash and vacuum the car after service!!!! This is a huge plus!
After dealing with a Ford and the poor level of service at every service appointment this was quite a refreshing change.
I went in no nonsense and didn't want to speak to leases or be pushed in a more expensive direction.
As hard as I was at first they responded exactly to what I wanted to do with all smiles.
Its real hard to find a dealer that cares but these guys did it.

Even though I was late showing up to my appointment (at the end of the day!), the service team was so nice and even asked me if there was any additional work that I needed! They changed my oil, rotated my tires, and washed my Mazda.
Also, I went to the Grappone in Concord to have it serviced last time and they were no where near as good as Werner! So even though I live in Concord, I always make my appointments at Werner Mazda.

The car buying experience was made easy and went smoothly....everyone was respectful and professional. The three star review comes from when the paperwork was signed and vehicle paid for and was getting ready to leave, I was handed only one key....I guess after spending $22,400 on a 2016 vehicle I expected two sets of keys. There was no offer to get me another key or at the least get me one at a reduced rate....nothing...just sorry there's only one. This, after an overall good experience, just left a "bad taste in my mouth." So, as of now the least expensive Key I can find is $200.

I was driving back home to Canada, my car started to make an unusual noise that could have been many different issues. I was forced to stay at the hotel next to Werner Mazda but it was all worth it. They found the issue quickly and did a full inspection. My tires were the issue and a simple alignment helped a lot to reduce the noise. Jessica who helped me reassured me completely that it was still completely safe to drive keeping the tires but recommended to change them soon, which I fully agree. November 2018, we leased a 2018 Mazda CX5. In 2016 my boyfriend and I test drove several small SUVs, including the Mazda CX5. He is a very tall man. I am an average female. Over the next 2 years, we researched, test-drove, and worked on our credit. Our final decision had come down to Volkswagen and Mazda. Nov 2018 my boyfriend and I, along with our friend, drove to Manchester, NH from VT in seek of our next vehicle. Cameron was very kind, patient and knowledgeable about Mazda. Our decision came down to whichever dealership would offer us the best deal on the car of our liking. During the years we researched all small SUVs, we had both countlessly agreed the Mazda CX5 was the best fit for his height, my comfort, and our needs. Cameron and the Sales Manager worked with us to get us what we wanted (CX5), at the price we wanted/needed. The Finance Manager was so kind and helpful in providing tips for continued credit building skills. Everyone was so easy to work with. We even joked that our crew was similar to a scene from "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia". Our purchasing experience was exceptional!! Cameron offered to show us things in the car: all the how-to's, gadgets and things. We kindly declined as we were hungry and eager to drive home to VT. In hindsight, we should have allowed him the time to show us things, perhaps he and/or we would have noticed that the gas tank was at 1/4 and wasn't filled as agreed upon. Upon leaving the Brittish Beer Company (recommended to us for dinner just next door) we realized the gas tank was at 1/4, the dealership had already closed, we texted Cameron and he immediately sent out a gas card for the value of the gas. We arrived at the VT DMV and due to VT tax, the amount Mazda had paid for was not what the DMV valued the sales tax at. We informed Cameron by sending him a copy of the receipts and asked if there was anything Mazda could do to fix the simple mistake. Mazda honored the sales tax and immediately sent out a check for the difference. The best part of this experience was that although everything was not 100% perfect, the Werner Mazda team was kind, courteous, prompt and honored all of their promises. We are looking forward to visiting this Spring/Summer for our free oil change! :) We have no regrets about our lease vehicle, and will absolutely recommend anyone looking at small SUVs to go to Werner Mazda as they are an amazing crew of people and will bend over backward to help you.

The mechanic working on your car sends you a video introducing himself and records while the car is on the lift - pointing out the areas that need to be addressed. It is like you are right there with him. I guess it is something new. How cool is that? "2 day old new vehicle major warnings, would not acknowledge."
The initial sale went perfect, the salesman, and finance mgr. were very pleasant and helpful both before and after.
However, the 2nd day of driving. I got Master Warning Error messages, about cruise control problems, and warning about SBS brake/MRCC, also the rain sensing wipers stopped working. I paid over $30K for this vehicle that I only had for a total of 9 days, in which I had to bring it in for service on 3 separate occasions.
Here’s the kicker Werner told me they do not know how to fix it, and didn’t think they can fix it, but would keep trying, and wanted me to keep it?
Obviously, I didn’t want this lemon of a vehicle and asked for an even exchange.
Werner didn’t have the color I bought, my only choice was pay extra for a color that I didn't want or like, or take back the problem car and they will continue to try and find out what’s wrong with it.
But here's what really upset me, the insolent tone of voice salesperson Nicholas used while completing the exchange documents. He vehemently expressed how they did me a favor by swapping my defective vehicle, he was very aggressive, argumentative, rude, kept turning it around on me, repeating over and over again “we are doing you a favor”; when I asked what this favor was he slammed the paperwork down and angrily left the room, would not answer my question. (Also, when I expressed how businesses stand by their products; he replied "they won't take back something that wasn't broken", obviously I would never think of returning a product to a business that was not broken, just another assault on my integrity)
I wasn’t asking for anything but what I already paid for to be in perfect working condition. All they had to do was take ownership of selling me a defective product, but instead tried to blame the customer?
There were other "Unpleasant" situations that occurred within the 9 days, but it's too detailed to write about.
*(note: this rude employee was the only one I encountered. Everyone else at Werner Mazda were pleasant, very courteous, our salesman Jake, Jay in finance, and Rich the GM, they all tried very hard to help, with genuine concern.)

I came into the showroom hoping to drive a Mazda CX-5 to start my car search. Worked with Dave Lee, who was very helpful in helping me understand the various models of Mazda CX5's. I drove three and never sensed I was taking too much of his time. He and Rich Hammond helped me narrow down which I really wanted and which were more than I wanted or needed. I ended up with an excellent car. I did not intend to buy a car the same day, but because I wasn't rushed or pushed in any way, and was given time to think it out well, happily did! Love my new Mazda. Jay Trabucco was the finance person - not your typical pushy one who wants to sell you all sorts of products and warrantees you don't want, but again, a helpful and straightforward guy. With all three of these men I felt I was dealing with people who are honest and genuinely helpful - not the stereotype of a car salesman. They are giving their titles a good name. Service department is 10/10. Good prices, excellent customer service and not out to rip you off. They did my cynthetic oil change for $40, diagnosed an issue, verified it was covered via Subaru warranty and put me in contact with another outstanding service department at the Subaru dealership in Hudson (don't go to the Subaru dealership in Manchester / they're a 0/10). I'd recommend this Mazda service department to anyone!

Update: Worked with Mike, pleasant person to work with and the staff were very nice. I looked at the used mazda 6 2014 Touring - I did not like the car but I did test drive a 2017 Mazda 3 Touring Pre Certified and I liked the car. Ended up buying a car but I had some do's and do not's applicable to dealerships.
Pros: - Pleasant to work with. Not pushy. Very genuine to do business with its customers. Gave me a good trade in value for my Kia.
Cons: No customer incentives when buying Pre certified or new. Such as free oil changes, state inspections. Total understand this from a business perspective. I've seen other dealers offers this. You get some neat snacks while you wait though...
- Car did not come with navigation sd card I will have to purchase one on my own.
- Extended Warranty = discussed with their Finance guy and I said the extended warranty is through a third party. Says its not but WarranTech is considered a 3rd party provider and not part of mazda. I wish I looked into this further because the warranty service has extremely bad reviews and I have to keep paying the extra $40 per month even though my factory warranty is valid until 36K. On top of that, I made a mistake of buying the ext warrant and added that cost on top of my loan. BIG NO NO on my side. Either opt out of this OR purchase separately.
- Documents and Fees ( admin fee ) Asked what this is about. I know what this is but I wanted to see what they would say. They were quick to a answer but very quick to get me skimming over that to the next detailed breakdown of the cost of the vehicle before purchase. Could not get this waived.
- Forget about getting any sort of additional discount. Dealers want their money. They gotta make their sale. There's no way around it. Customers lose ( unless its end of month quota ) . Honda Barn gave me 3200k off their 2018 Civic Sport. 0 miles. Werner gave me about $400 off ( but I gotta give them props for giving me a decent trade in ). Plus, the advertised price was not discounted well, miles were already driven before I bought it and I came out buying a car that I could have purchased a 2018 , brand new instead.
Conclusion & Advice: Dealers make their money off ext warranties and mark up sale of their vehicles. Don't mention any #s yet, talk about how the car is a fit for you, not about your wallet. Talk money in the end. If you're not getting what you like with the deal, walk away to shop somewhere else and see your options. I don'tr regret anything here, although I fear about the reputation of WarranTech as it got thousands upon thousands of bad reviews. I still recommend these guys though. Just walk in smart and confident.

Let me start off by saying each individual I spoke with were expert in gaining rapport. 10/10, would definitely recommend.
My husband must have came in to speak with Nick 4 times, asking for pricing on the same Mazda each time. Nick is such a stand-up guy. Each time he would accommodate by providing a print out of pricing to include various figures depending on how much my husband said he would put down. Nick never pushed my husband or tried to pass him over to a salesman. Instead he had an attitude like, "Here comes that persistent guy asking for the same pricing on the same car again. Here you go man, see you next week." Nick is the anti-pusher. Nick is the man.
Then there is Rich. He is the other big shot at the big table who gives the salesmen pricing breakdowns when they're trying to close a deal. Except Rich is one of the most warm and welcoming general managers you could come across. He has an approachable, welcoming demeanor - not easy to pull off at a car dealership. When my husband continued to negotiate back and forth with our salesman, Rich came straight over and spoke directly with us. That was a first for me, as the other managers at the 3 other dealerships we went to only came to meet us when we said we wanted to think about it. (Typical micromanagers by the way, can't trust that their salesmen covered all corners and can't handle that a customer wants to sleep on it.)
Once we shook on a deal, we met with Jay in finance. This guy knows his stuff - you can tell he's done this before. His organization in presenting what is a daunting amount of paperwork is flawless.
Finally, I want to recognize Joe, our salesman. He is the King of product knowledge. Also extremely patient, as you need to be to deal with my husband. He didn't hover over us while we checked out the car and he was not afraid to leave us alone to talk (actually he suggested it). You know, when you make a big purchase, you are not only buying the vehicle, but you are buying in to the person selling you the vehicle. Joe made that easy.

We had a good experience here. Do be aware, they do give good prices but we had to work for it in terms of negotiating. These guys have a good selection of inventory and seem to move quite a bit of volume as well. Do your homework before you go in, have a target buying price and you can walk out here with a pretty decent deal.

I am selling my 2009 Miata and thought it would be a good idea to have the service department at a Mazda dealership look the car over and change the oil and air filter. The car seemed to be "dragging" recently so figured it couldn't hurt to have it checked. Glad I did, and glad I went to Werner Mazda. They quickly discovered that my left front caliper had seized, practically locking the wheel in place. They even texted me a video of the technician, first showing the issue with the caliper and then checking off several other inspection points. Service rep, Ken Armstrong, notified me of the problem and gave me some alternatives to get the car back on the road. I finally chose to have the rotors, calipers, and pads replaced on both wheels. Ken was great in directing the work and keeping me informed of my options and cost. He said they would have to order parts and could have the job done in two days. In the meantime, he gave me a loaner car for free. How can you beat that?
Needless to say the work was done on time as promised and the car rides like a champ again -- thanks to Ken Armstrong and his team. Great job! Five stars!

Werner responded quickly and accurately to my request for an internet quote on a 2016 Miata MX-5. An appointment was made for the next day and my salesman met me at the door. He knew the answers to my questions and gave me several options in regard to financing. He introduced me to the gen'l manager and we had a good conversation about both cars and other things. Their price and interest rate was extremely competitive and an hour and a half later I completed the paperwork on my new car. I was told the car would be ready for pickup by 11 a.m. the next day. Because of threatening weather I asked if it could be ready any sooner and I was told to be there an hour earlier and I could get it then. It was ready before the snow hit! This is the 7th new car I have purchased and the experience at Werner would definitely bring me back in the future.

Found this Rav4 online and worked with Robert Hering to purchase. On the phone I assured him I didn't want a car with any defects and had him check the vehicle out for any and he assured me the vehicle was perfect. I live in Dover, NH and had to pay someone to drive me an hour to get there. When I get there it is dark, dreary, and wet so I did not notice these on the vehicle. The vehicle had been on their lot for 55 days so they obviously had to know the condition the vehicle was in and had been aware of these scratches.
When I finally got the vehicle into decent light I noticed them an of course was very displeased. Spoke to management and they did give the me the option to return the vehicle which is fine but when you already got rid of your other car to get this one, drove it back, registered it, and would have pay for another ride to go through the head ache of returning it, you really hope there is another option.
The team is now splitting the cost to fix the scratches which I am satisfied with. Had to bully them a bit to get this done but at least we reached a solution.

My husband and I spoke to Rich at Werner Mazda on Saturday, August 11th. I told him that we were coming in and I wanted options of purchasing out the lease I currently had on my Mazda 3, leasing a new Mazda 3, and possibly purchasing a Mazda 3. We arrived at Werner at 12:10 p.m., found the car we liked, and went for a test drive. When we got back Rich had figures worked up for us. It wasn't the deal we wanted, but we talked about what we did want; came to an agreement on a monthly payment; and Rich went to speak to his higher up. Before I could even get the thought "Here we go" out to my husband, Rich was back shaking our hands saying we had just bought a new car. By 2:45 p.m., we had signed all the necessary paperwork; the car had been detailed; an inspection sticker placed; and we were on our way. There was no stress, no pressure, it was pleasurable. Something that doesn't happen often these days. My husband and I would highly recommended Werner Mazda and if you have the opportunity...Ask for Rich!

About three years ago I purchased a 2006 Speed6 from Werner Mazda that had 5604 miles on it. It was a trade they received. From the very start the dealership has made me feel as though I bought a brand new car from them. When I looked at the car the left front wheel had some damage, and they replaced that before I picked it up, and did a 4 wheel alignment on it to make sure everything was okay along with a full detail, if you didn't look at the odo you'd never know it was used. Since then I have had a few warranty repairs on the car, and they happily took care of everyhing. The first one involved the wheels on the car that had some bubbling in the paint. The service mananager called the Regional Rep who told them to take care of it - no questions asked, btw, I had that answer in less than 4 hours. At the time I needed new tires so I purchased them from Werner, the price was the same as TireRack so it was a good deal. I expected to have to pay for mounting and balancing, but they told me Mazda took care of that cost since they'd have to do it anyway to replace the wheels. They could've stiffed me on that but they didn't. I have always had the routine maintenance done there, which has been oil & filter changes, and I always wait for the car. As another person said, they give you breakfast -- a hot one, english muffin with egg, cheese, and your choice of sausage or bacon. Nice huh. And they always wash and vacuum the car before you get it back. The cost of the oil & filter change is comparable to the quick-lube guys, but those other guys don't give you the extras. Last week during my oil & filter change they noticed a very minor leak at the oil pan gasket. I had to bring it back today for that repair. The repair was longer than they originally told me, so they gave me a loaner car which is very good for me because I don't have many options, no family, and my wife needs her car 100% of the time. When they first told me about the oil pan fix they said Mazda would take care of the costs including the fluids, but they wouldn't pay for synthetic oil. No problem I said, I'd pay the difference because it is important to me. Well, another pleasant surprise, when I got the the car back they had put synthetic in it, and didn't charge me the difference. Nada, nothing. I took their loaner down and back to Nashua for a job I had down there, so as a return courtesy I threw $20 in gas in it before I went back. (Werner didn't know this before preparing my bill so it was NOT a quid-pro-quo thing.)
My wiife has a Freestyle. When that needs to be replaced we'll be looking at the CX9 if she still wants 7 passanger, if not it will be some other Mazda from Werner.

It was a work on progress for about 2 months I believe, but it finally came to be on February 16th. Joe worked extremely hard to make sure that this was going to happen, stayed in touch with me, listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and I could not be happier. Today, on Feb 22, when it was almost 50 degrees my windows were open and my Dachshund, Casey more than enjoyed the breeze. If my dogs are happy, then so am I. Overall I had a great experience getting a hard to find CX-5 Carbon Edition Turbo. Mike was easy to work with and always there for any questions myself and my family had. The only complaints I really have is that normally after buying a car (especially New/Certified) you are given a full tank of gas, but I was only given like 1/3 of a tank. This was a bit unexpected and cost a star in my review. We also negotiated rubber mats into the deal, but only received floor mats and not the rubber mat for the cargo area. All in all, it was a typical dealership experience and I can’t complain. Very happy with my car!
