Bought 2011 Nissan frontier pro 4x one previous owner. Truck was mint. Bought during covid. Salesman stated could do all registration for me. Then after purchase was told they wouldn't because I didn't finance through them. Mass rmv closed and unable to register. AAA couldn't due to needed new plates and title. After a month of calls a very nice salesman, wish I knew his name, told me just drop off paperwork and he would have it done. Thank GOD. I visited my truck several times waiting. Felt like I had parental visitation rights. Truck has run awesome beyond expectations. Just under 2 years of ownership Had warranty repair done for bad coil and plug. Service team excellent. Toni the girl (2 Tonis one male one female) kept in touch with updates and was prompt with call backs.
Ultimate Green Cleaning
I was very impressed with the service I got. I was kind of in a hurry every time I was looking at a car, and they accommodated me to the full. This was the easiest buy I have ever experienced. The salesperson Christine, even noticed a small broken part on my electric seat and ordered it for me promptly. The car is great (2020 Nissan Maxima). I like that I get free inspections and a few free oil changes included. Financing part was easy too. Highly recommend them!

My fiance and I stopped by here today and he got a 2019 Nissan rogue and the help we got from everyone was outstanding! This is the first time we dealt with people that were so understanding and helped us out every which way they could. Our salesperson was Shawn and he was so kind and straight to the point , so helpful and a great guy. The business manager nate and the sales manager Jim were extremely helpful and got us to walk out the door with a vehicle that my fiance enjoyed looking at! They worked so quick with us and were so organized with things that we left so pleased.. I 100 % recommend coming here because you will not leave unhappy.

What a wonderful experience. I felt like I was in a relaxed atmosphere while visiting with friends. I absolutely loved my sales person, Peter and his boss (Rob). I was also impressed with his co-workers, Eli, JP, and Jeremy. I truly felt like a VIP and a most welcomed guest.
What got me into the dealership (though I had company from VT visiting) was the amazing phone person Kylie. She was so gentle, patient, professional and non-aggressive.
Peter was so honest. When he found that I had left some expensive tools in my trade-in, he called me to come and get them.
When JP and Jeremy saw me getting frustrated with the key fob (in your parking lot when I came to retrieve the tools), they came out and helped in under 30 seconds. That's what I call "good service after the sale".
Team Nissan was my second stop in car shopping. What a huge difference (for the better) than my first stop. I wish I had a reason to go back and visit everyday.

If you're thinking of trading in your vehicle, do it via private party first so you can take advantage of Team Nissan's delivery program! We had a top notch experience at Team Nissan and never set foot in the dealership! We arranged terms and added options via text message and then confirmed and gave the down payment over the phone with a credit card. The car was delivered to us the following night, where we signed the paperwork at our kitchen table! Easiest, most stress-free car buying experience, ever! Our last stop of the day was at Team Nissan, we saw a 21 Rogue, loved the color and style. No one chased us around the lot either which is nice. We met Eli who was so knowledgeable on the vehicle, there was no pushing we felt very comfortable with him. Drove 16 hours to deal with Jim, Jeremy, and Nate for a rare used car. These people were great to deal with. Must say that Jeremy was great because he stuck it out when everyone else was skeptical to anyone driving 16 hours for a used car. The folks were not at all pushy, and didn't try to convince me to buy anything, which I was really quite surprised of.
Their waiting area was ok, although the free drinks they offered weren't terribly good. I just ended up having a bottle of water.
They do have power for those that want to use laptops, however this power is via a single power strip accessible from only two seats.

Went to Team Nissan looking to end my current lease and transition into a new car with a new dealer - I was more than pleasantly surprised. James Rousseau & Jim Pitka were 2 of the best sales employees I could have asked for. They were attentive and communicated with me beyond expectations. I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of and I spent nearly half the time there compared to other dealerships in the past. I came to Nissan to get my 2016 Nissan Rogue checked out because the lift gate stopped working. The woman who checked me in was super friendly and explained everything to me. It was nice to have someone friendly to check me in as it was my first time there. I didnt wait very long and luckily it was something that didnt cost me more. The reason why im not giving this a 5 star review is because beside of the diagnostic cost ( i get its not dealers fault but Nissan as a whole i guess?) When i got to my car and I felt relieved at this point because I did not have to pay for anymore money but i open my door and see that my car was left a mess. This made me VERY aggravated as I did not give my car like this. One of my backseats was down, the bag that i had hanging across the back of my seats in the trunk was taken apart and left all over my trunk. I dont expect my car to be cleaned but I do expect it to be put back the way it is found. That is disrespectful. Now I was left to put my car back together. In the future I highly recommend that theres more respect to giving people their cars back in the exact way it was given. Again I dont expect to clean ect but to put it back how it was found would be greatly appreciated.

I just purchased an Audi Q5 from Off Lease Auto. From the moment I arrived Jackson T was attentive, listened to what I was looking for and ultimately showed me the exact car I was dreaming about! The process of actually buying the car was so easy! I was only in the showroom for two hours total, from walking in the door to having financing and paperwork completed!

I'm not a write a review kinda guy but after coming here to get my car serviced I felt this urge to leave one. I was greeted by Mandy, my service advisor, who in my opinion is by far the most kindest, attentive, and caring employee I've ever encountered in the automobile industry. I came here initially for an oil change but ended up needing an alignment and lower ball joints on the front which she informed me of after the oil change was completed. Very knowledgeable and professional. She took care of everything for me. She deserves more stars than allowed. She isn't the only shining star there. The manager Dave(very respectable, honest, honorable) was on point with my concerns I expressed after picking up my vehicle. Even down to the guy who helped me with the rental. Shout out also to their team of mechanics. They did an awesome job. The car feels and drives amazing. I drive a 2020 Camaro. True, they specialize in Nissans but no matter what make and model you drive you can count on Team Nissan to hold it down. Much love. I'm out.

i barely made it, called and attempted to drive to Team Nissan
i could not get it into reverse so had to call a tow truck, he had to push it in reverse, but forward still worked , so it drove it onto the truck.
I later got a call and was told i needed a new transmission, the car had 42000 miles on it, but Luckily for me. the warranty for the transmission had been extended to 80,000 miles, I got a free rental and picked it up i two weeks. The transmission was on back order or it would have been faster
It was free to me, with the exception of the $80 toll to Manchester.

Friendly staff, clean facility, free coffee a plus. Went in for a scheduled oil change for my truck. After 20 minutes the service rep came and told me they had to order the correct type of oil for my truck for it was not in-stock. She went onto say the wrong type of oil was delivered, and that the correct oil was on the way. I was there 1 hour and a half total time. I understand mistakes happen so I'm not upset over it. I do find it curious that they don't carry the type of oil correct for my vehicle since it's a Ram? Since they service a plethora of vehicle models I found it odd, but at the end of the day it was done correctly and I was on my way. Team Nissan is still alright by me.

The young lady who served me was nice and all but I expected the service to be better. Although I had an appointment and confirmed my scheduled appointment online prior I arrived there but I spent almost 5 hours in the place waiting for a car service that didn't require much. I felt like I was ignored. How long it takes for a tire rotation and an oil change in a vehicle that is not even old? That's ridiculous!! What if it was a major car repair? Will it take a month then? I will have to think twice before going back there....

I went in looking for a vehicle, and left with a 2022 Frontier that I love. A few weeks after, I looked back at the window sticker and realized there were some items listed that did not come with the truck. I had contacted the GM and he was immediately helpful and easy to work with. He assured me that they would honor the window sticker. Cut scene to today, the items finally were delivered and Nissan installed them as was promised.
Their Customer service is outstanding, and the members of the service department are incredible. This has been the dealership I have been using for quite a while now, and this whole experience just makes me like them that much more. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle, or looking to have work done to their vehicle.

I thought I was having the worst week until I walked into team Nissan! My car just stopped accelerating and it sounded like it was going to be a very expensive problem, walked in and the staff helped tremendously!!! They figured out what was wrong with my vehicle and even kept me up to date via text the whole time it was in the shop! Couldn't find a Leaf anywhere, but at Team Nissan. Pete walked me through this somewhat unconventional sales process step by step and got it done. The reason a Leaf was available was there was a brand new one on the lot, but a rodent had gotten to the front electrical assembly, and though damage was not extensive, you guys didn't want to sell a new car that wasn't perfect. So I guess unlike other customers, I was willing/able to wait for the part to slowly arrive. The other odd thing about our transaction is that we're about 1.5 hours north west in Plainfield, NH. But again Pete was happy to drive with a follow car to our home free of charge. Much appreciated! Pete was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything I needed.

And the Manchester location has a wonderful waiting room with snacks and beverages….and my favorite, a window into the shop so you can actually see your vehicle being worked on. I had an amazing experience with every team member I met on the day I purchased my new vehicle including Josh and Shalini. Great and efficient staff. We bought a used Tesla on a Saturday afternoon and everybody was professional, but also personal. Good communication before and after the sale and Lea our sales person had a plate on the car and ready to go when we arrived. The only down side is they have alot of Tesla and are moving in that direction, but the staff was somewhat unfamiliar with them in terms of giving us a intro to driving them. Overall, we'd go back.

Really appreciated having an appointment right away. They listened to my concerns and were helpful in investigating the issue I reported. Although not sure if my transmission problem could be resolved, having a transmission flush did solve the slipping problem I had with the car.

Now it was the financing departments to figure out the rest. We were so nervous but not disappointed! I cannot recall the person's name but she was AMAZING! She put together a deal that made it so my son could afford his new car and not have to worry about anything else while he is making his car payments. She also understood how important it was for my son to be able to do this on his own and she made it happen. I kept waiting for the punch line "if it's too good to be true" but it never came!

Love the car I got. Love it. The salesman “pete” was great too. Process was easy and friendly. I’m subtracting one star because of I was asked to make an appointment. I did. I was asked to confirm the appointment. I did. When I got there the car was away for detailing. Ok that’s pretty annoying. Pete had my test drive another Sentra and I liked it, but the color/mileage I wanted wouldn’t be back til Thursday (it was Monday).
I asked if under the circumstances it could be held until Saturday. Was told they “didn’t do that”. Went across the street and had lunch and thought “I’m not sure that was right” so I emailed the original sales person telling them the situation and how is didn’t feel I was being done right based on circumstance that wasn’t my fault. Got several calls and emails in minutes. Said they would hold it until Saturday as long we officially/unofficially worked out payment options and I put $500 down to hold it. These were acceptable terms, but honestly felt like they should have just held it considering it was their error. Felt like it was still trying to “win a negotiation”.
But again loved my car and would buy there again.

I purchased a used newer model from them for my daughter. When we got it home, I noticed the front and rear brakes were grinding. I made a call to Shawn my salesperson and he and the used car salesman, Nick, had the car in the shop the next day and put new brakes and rotors on.
At the end of the day, it’s a rarity that when you come back to the dealer with a similar issue, they don’t push back a little bit. Or try and find a way to get some further $$ out of the customer.

Ask me no questions; I'll tell you no lies. You folks keep asking me for a review which is pretty ridiculous. Here's my experience: I walked in to Service Department for a standard servicing on a relatively new car. I handed over my keys, sat down in the waiting room and an hour later I paid for a tire rotation and left. This is similar to my bank who wants a glowing review after I walked in, deposited a check and left, 2 minutes later. Nissan service is completely acceptable but no better than, say, Honda's where I take my HRV. If I had a serious problem that required some specialized expertise and Nissan miraculously restored my vehicle, perhaps then I could provide valid 5-star review but I just don't see the point for something as mundane as a regularly scheduled servicing.

Roger checked me in this time and it was a quick and easy check in and he noticed that there was a recall that they could take care of at the same time. The service was all performed quickly. I was in the market for a used SUV that was safe and a great deal. I found Team Nissan online and I fell in love with a 2015 Chevy Equinox. Ron was my salesman and he was wonderfully welcoming, not pushy, and so helpful. The GM Ralph Fast was also so helpful and put up with the millions of questions I had. Received a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for my Altima. Decided to try w/o an appt. There was no line at 9a on Monday. Place is huge and plans to add more services in the near future. Tony checked me in and the service was completed in about an hour (with OE Nissan parts). Nice and clean waiting area. An inspection report was issued via txt once service was completed - similar to other dealership service (they are owned by Team Nissan) Tony even checked on some recalls for the car and was super helpful. Before i give my rating i want to explain how "difficult" it was for me to get a car. Im 25, no license, my husband drives for me, and my dad bought the car with me co-signing. Long story short these people "shaun" "jacob" were so helpful , and ran around the place working with us, and helping us, like no other place would, merchants sucked. I own a Lincoln and needed nitrogen for my tires. My local dealer was "all out" and couldn't recommend any other place to go other than a tire shop and many places I called that advertised nitrogen didn't have any. I called Team Nissan and they said, sure bring it over and we'll take care of you. They made good on their promise and made getting air for my tires as simple as getting air for my tires, quick and courteous, even commented on my nice car. I started thinking about my old 280ZX and how nice the new ones are. Could be a brand change coming, just for something as simple as good courteous service. Did I mention that it was no-charge? Given the current lockdown in our state, businesses are shorthanded and are trying to find ways to do business while following social distancing guidelines and I think Team Nissan did a good job. I started my car buying process online and got responses right away from the team at Nissan, which was great compared to some other dealerships. We were able to set up an appointment to come look at the vehicle we had researched online, and in the meantime an associate was very helpful in answering all of our questions via text. When we got to the dealership, we knew the name of the associate we would be working with and he was available promptly. They had masks for us to use and let us take the car for a test drive on our own. While we didn't get what we were hoping for on our trade in, we thought the deal on the car was reasonable, and they will fix one or two issues we noted while on the test drive. They even delivered the car the next day after keeping it to see if they could fix one of the seat issues. My only complaint was that they said they were going to clean up the car before delivering it, and I had pointed out that we found crumbs and wrappers still in some of the pockets in the back. When we got the car all the wrappers and crumbs were still there as well as the dirt particles all over the back ceiling. I did email them to let them know this and they have offered for me to bring it in to get it cleaned. Overall a good car buying experience in strange car buying times.

We went to Team Nissan on Friday (12/6/19) and it was just after we had gotten almost 2 feet of snow. I was very impressed with the treatment that we received! Not only was the dealership parking lot very clean but the all of the customer parking spots were clean. I was so impressed with all of the customer spots designated for us and it felt great not to have to park just anywhere, front row parking on a very cold day! In addition to some challenges, their phone systems were down. The sales manager, Rob Miller, had all of the calls forwarded to his cell phone and was very pleasant to the constant interruption of his cell phone. He treated every customer whether on the phone or in front of him with the utmost respect! Leah and Shawn who are part of the sales team were amazing as well. John in the service center was one of the most helpful, informative, and professional people I have ever dealt with. What I thought was a simple issue with my Armada turned out to be rather complicated, and I was without my vehicle for almost 2 weeks. He procured a loaner vehicle for the entire time (free of charge), and kept me informed every step of the process to getting my vehicle fixed.
He even went out of his way to assist in lowering the cost of the repair, by contacting his superiors to see if there was anything that they could do, given that my pre-purchased extended warranty expired 3000 miles ago.
Again, John was fantastic, and should be commended for all of his efforts!
I am, however, extremely disappointed with Nissan (the company, not Team Nissan itself) with how they handled my request for assistance with paying for the almost $4000 worth of repairs, on an issue that had absolutely nothing with how well I take care of my vehicles (as John can attest...I take very good care of it). The fact that Nissan Corporation felt it unnecessary to even meet me half way to replace the heat box, saddens me. From what I understand, this issue has occurred only rarely in other vehicles and given that, I would have expected as a LONG time loyal Nissan customer (my first purchase was 1995 and I have purchased/leased 6 vehicles since then) the company would have wanted to prove their appreciation to me for that. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I had already begun thinking about a new vehicle, and now am fairly certain that this Armada is the last Nissan vehicle that I will own. I cannot align myself with a company that feels that sharing (my request was to share the cost) the total cost of repair (~$2000), to such a loyal customer (who has given Nissan alot of money) is not a company I wish to continue to partner with.
For that reason only, I rated 3 stars, versus the 5 stars that John has earned.

I needed my car checked because it seemed to have a problem with the transmission as I was on my way up to the mountains to ski. The service team was helpful in getting me in pretty quickly. It took awhile to be diagnosed, but I was happy to learn it was just a sensor failure. I wouldn't normally go to a dealer to get something diagnosed because it was significantly more expensive than an average mechanic. But the service was good and I was thinking I may have to use my transmission insurance.

I had been looking for a particular model of the 2020 Pathfinder, which was available at TEAM Nissan. I had been speaking with somebody from another dealership in NY by Albany, although they could not acquire it sooner.
I called the internet team at TEAM Nissan, and was able to negotiate near the desired number I wanted. I filled out an online application, and left to pick up the vehicle two days later when I advised I was available.
I arrived at TEAM Nissan on the specified day to finish the buying process. I spoke to Shawn, a product specialist before leaving, and he was outside waiting for my arrival in front of the dealership. Shawn definitely made the buying experience easy, and pressure free. I felt like Shawn helped me to stay within my financial needs, and get the vehicle I wanted.
Delivery of the vehicle was under the night, so it was hard to look the vehicle over well. The next day when arriving at my residence, my wife and I noticed several scratches, and light stains in the inside of the car. I called TEAM Nissan, and was immediately taken care of. I have an appointment to get the scratches fixed, and the vehicle detailed, along with a rental car since I live almost two hours away.
I felt like TEAM Nissan is fair, and will work with you to get the vehicle you want in your price range. Shawn provided great service and I will refer any Nissan enthusiast to him, and the dealership.

I didn't end up buying a car here, I was verrry close to. I've never driven a Subaru before and test drove a used one, and in the end I got an offer on a new one that was too good, but I really enjoyed the experience here.
I was not rushed, felt no pressure, and the salesman, Shawn, made us comfortable and eager about trying out different Brands and knew we were getting a feel before buying.
I found it hard to walk away.
But I've told many friends and family about Team Nissan and they will always be in my radar when it comes to buy a car again!!

I went to Team Nissan for a state inspection. I purchased my car there so the inspection was free. I needed repairs to my rear breaks (pads, rotors, brake fluid flush) to pass inspection and an exhaust clamp for which Team Nissan quoted $529.85. I was able to get the same services at a local service center for $253.82 with better than OEM parts. That's less than half and I get 6 months to pay it off with no interest. No brainer. On the bright side, the service staff was very friendly and courteous.

They repaired an oil leak on my new van. The Service response was prompt and management was courteous. When I went to bring the van home I found a grease stain on the floor mat and entrance step presumably made by a careless technician. They quickly responded and had it cleaned up. Unfortunately the cleaning solvent was so strong I had to ride home with the window open and remove the mat for a few days. The solvent was so strong it took the color out of the plastic step plate. An unfortunate ending to what would have been a good experience.

Amazing experience buying a used car
I traveled 130 from western Massachusetts to the Team Nissan store in Manchester NH to find the exact car I had been looking for months. I was nervous that after traveling that far I would run into some obstacle in the process. But, I carefully checked the reviews for them and compared to other dealerships with the car i wanted I felt it was worth the chance. Kris had given me a FaceTime tour of the car the day before but the rain. The next day we arrived and was warmly greeted at appropriate social distancing. We were very accommodating when we wanted to take it to an independent mechanic to have it inspected. The purchase went well until we were advised they would not our personal check, an issue I should have anticipated. They found a branch of my bank for me in the next town and waited while I went there and back with a bank check. The Financing Manager was very courteous and accommodation when we discussed the business side of the purchase, cash in this case.
After a few days I noticed that several of the joints where the front finders and front "bumper" cover were misaligned indicating that the car had been repaired from an accident when the CarFax report did not indicate it had been in an accident. I contacted Rob Miller, Sales Manager and explained the issue. He offered to send it to a body shop to determine what was wrong and try to correct it and cover the cost for me. I was very happy to hear that. He loaned me a nice loaner to drive home and back a week later. When I returned Rob explained what the body shop had done. I am very happy with the purchase and service experience there. I would go back to them without question if I did not live so far away.

Recently went to Team Nissan to look at a Honda Element. Melissa was a great sales person and we truly enjoyed our time with her. The car was very clean and had clearly been thru the shop and was ready to be sold and delivered. We had visited other dealers and usually found that cars needed work, were not cleaned up, etc and were really not ready to be on the lot. We did buy the Element from Team Nissan and are very happy with it. We did have an issue on paperwork (mostly my fault) but Melissa smoothed us thru it. I expect to see the folks there for service on my Nissan Pathfinder.
Update: Brought my 2015 Pathfinder in for regular Transmission service and possible wheel bearing. Had a nice conversation with the Ron, the Service Advisor, and left the car. Got a call from Ron telling me they had discovered a transmission problem and the trans was being replaced under warranty. Ron was great, shop was spotless, customer area was clean and comfortable and we were treated like old friends. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

The service area is spotlessly clean, the service advisors are friendly (never condescending), the waiting area is very comfortable (with beverages and snacks provided), the car is ready when the advisor says it will be, and service is always completed to my satisfaction. Overall, this is the best automotive service department I've ever dealt with.
Unfortunately, they currently do not offer the complimentary car wash upon completion of service, but I have been told they plan to install and automatic wash. I'm looking forward to driving away in a clean car.

I had purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado truck from Team Nissan, Manchester, NH in 2017. My vehicle needed it's 60,000 service, with new tires, 4 wheel alignment, and Lube, oil, filter completed. I also received a/c recharge, brake fluid change, power steering change, and differential oil change as well. I worked with Johnathan Swall, and he was very professional and helped me identify the work needed to be completed on my truck. The price was reasonable. i am very satisfied with the performance of my vehicle. It took a little longer then expected. But understandable due to the work performed. I bought a certified used Nissan from a different dealership 3 weeks prior, and Team Nissan diagnosed the two issues I was having and suggested I call the original dealership about it to see if they would cover the fixes at no-charge to me. Team Nissan didn’t have to do that - they could have let me use the extended warranty and pay a $50 deductible, but they made sure to point out another option which was potentially better for me. Absolutely fantastic. I will be bringing my vehicle back here for all my future Nissan fixes and caring.

This review is for the service section and not the sales department. One of the better dealership service shops that I've had to deal with. They don't pressure to hard on the unnecessary upsells like other dealerships and the waiting room is clean with an assortment of concessions. Not the fastest but by no means slow, the prices are inflated over your local shop but not highway robbery. I usually like to support a local shop, but when dealing with dealership specific problems and cashing in complimentary oil changes, it is a solid choice

I was very impressed that Josh drove the car to us so we could test drive it. He took all the necessary photos for my trade in. Communication was great! I do believe Josh did everything he could to get us into the vehicle for what we wanted.
The gentleman we worked with in the finance/warranty deparrment was not as great as an experience. We felt like we were pressured into some type of warranty. This process was borderline insulting and we left with a payment more than what we wanted.
But overall, Josh was wonderful to work with!

Showcased the differences in options and prices. The finance manager was great. The showroom was spotless and decorated for Christmas. I was given a tour of the service area and where to go for oil changes etc.. I was given an iPad to select option I needed to review with my salesmen. Being an owner of 7 previous and being familiar with basic controls I only needed to review new options I wasn't sure of. Peter was very patient and showed me how everything worked and set up my bluetooth as well. I needed to pick up mats for the car on Tuesday and Peter stayed late to make sure the mats were placed in the car before he left for the day. He even checked my tire pressure. Thanks Peter!

Big shout out to Team Nissan. Bought a new Pathfinder at the end of March trading in my Honda Ridgeline. First, I couldn't be happier with the Pathfinder. I've put 8,600 miles on it in less than 5 months and it hasn't skipped a beat.
More importantly though I had the best experience with Team Nissan throughout the purchase process. It's probably my least favorite thing to do (aside from moving...maybe) but the GM Ralph and Salesman Peter were pure professionals and a pleasure to work with. There was no second guessing or any back and forth negotiations. They have me their best offer and financing out of the gate and we wrapped everything up quickly and efficiently.
Lastly, their service department has been great too. Thankfully I haven't had any issues to speak of but they handled my routine oil change and tire rotation with easw. Again...its been nothing but white glove service with Team Nissan. Their vehicles are top of the lone in technology and reliability and the team there will treat you like family. I highly recommend them.

How lucky are we? We found Team Nissan's Zach Josephs and Justin Shockley in the nick of time! Just made a terrific lease deal and are happy with both the beautiful 2016 Rogue and the professional way they treated us. We were in the process of turning in a lease made with our current dealer in response to all their "come-ons". Went for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. The tire rotation was not performed. The tire pressure was still off as well. I was really disappointed that I waited an hour and half and only half of the service I was promised was performed.
The service manager contacted me and resolved the tire issue. .. I thought I had. He reviewed the service via camera and concluded that the tire rotation and oil change were in fact completed. The tire sensors had not initially read the correct pressure and my assumption was that the job was not complete. I was completely wrong. Kevin, the service manager, was very kind and helpful in explaining the process and restoring credibility. I will return again!

Was greeted at my car before walking in the building which is a new and welcome experience. Attendant was able to get me my oil change I had been putting off by reminding me I still had freebies from buying the car at that location.
Service was very quick, much quicker than in the past, especially for a same-day scheduling. I’ve had to wait almost two hours before just for a prescheduled oil change, so 1 hour for an inspection and an oil change was welcome. If changes have been made, they are definitely good changes.

I bought my 2013 Nissan Rogue used form a team Nissan back in 2016 and I still couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I hesitated at first to buy a used car but my credit wasn’t the best back then and I really wanted an SUV type car due to NH winters. It was in great condition and was well cared for with 27000 miles on it. Finance made it work so I could still have affordable payments and I’ve been going back for oil changes and maintenance ever since. I never feel uncomfortable or hustled into getting more done for my car when I bring it in for a simple oil change to the dealership. After having had a not so great experience at a dealership I decided to go to Team Nissan. The salesperson who assisted me was Mike. He was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. After test driving a couple of cars I had a better idea of what I was looking for and with one last request for what I wanted in a car I was shown what ended up being the perfect car for me. A manager named Rob also assisted in the process and he was just as great as Mike was. The fact that it was late at night and raining didn't affect their customer service one bit. I went back to sign the paperwork the next day and everything was all set and ready to go. Jacob made the paperwork process very easy and made sure I left with all of my questions answered. I recently just bought a used rogue from team Nissan. They got it in the day before so when I went to look at it, it was dirty from the person before. I decided to get it and they did a great job getting it all ready for me. After all the cleaner smell went away I noticed a cigarette smell from the previous owner. I bought a preowned 2015 murano from another dealer last April 2019 in the 9 months I’ve had it that dealer (non-Nissan) was horrible didn’t know the car at all couldn’t help me at all. Never answered the phones! Never open at convenient time for working parents! I should have gone to you all sooner. Oil change price was very reasonable, Jonathan helped me find a lost key fob in the car for no money AND replaced the battery, without his help my remote start was useless! When I was in for oil change they also reset the auto locking at my request although I had not thought to mention it before the appt so it was additional for you all but nothing additional cost for me! I’ve never been happy at a dealership you are making me reconsider this thinking. My preowned is fully loaded with only 25,000 miles on it you guys even discovered I still had warranties on it and fixed a recall! I love this car but maybe in a few years I will consider purchasing another Nissan from you all as this was my first! Very nicely done! Thank you!

I came in to have a key fob programmed for my Nissan Rogue. I had tried to get this done by purchasing a blank fob on the internet $65. I got the blank, took it to a locksmith and found it was a used fob and they could not program it due to a hardware issue with the fob. $40.
I’m in for $105 and have nothing to show for it. Another locksmith will supply hardware and programming for $295 but I have to drive to Framingham to get it done. I decide to go to Team Nissan. The quote was $312. Very reasonable compared to other options.
I did all this because I typically do not have trust in dealerships, this is from first hand experience. So here I am at Team Nissan. I meet Edward Wheaton who is my service consultant. Edward reviewed with me what would be done and confirmed the price. A complete vehicle inspection is done and a few issues are discovered with my brakes.
Edward goes over the issues with me and explains the issues are not currently a safety issue but recommends it be done. He explains the costs and estimated time to complete. Based on our interactions I decide to get the work done now. I trust Edward and know he is very honest and would not recommend if it was not necessary. I have a whole new opinion of dealer service (Team Nissan) due to our interactions. Thank You Edward for restoring faith in dealer service.

Every time I have dealt with team Nissan the staff has been very helpful, courteous and friendly. My last lease was purchased through Nick Croteau who is now the used car sales manager. Although no longer a salesperson, Nick took the time with me to find exactly what I was looking for while making sure the price was where I wanted it to be. Nick went out of his way to make sure I was happy - he is fantastic at his job!! Once, he knew exactly where I wanted to be and worked out the final numbers he had Monoor Alsharif finish closing out the sale. "Mo" was super friendly, knowledgeable and has a great personality. He went over everything in the vehicle with me to make sure I knew how to make use of all the features it had to offer and could not have been more accommodating. I went in on Saturday, they located my vehicle and I had on Monday.

I took it back to have the work done and it’s very disappointing to say the least! Our son moved cross country to play hockey in the Boston area. Originally one of his roommates was supposed to provide transportation to games, grocery, laundry etc. Unfortunately that fell through requiring our son to use Uber or Lyft for transportation. As you can imagine that gets expensive fast especially when he has practice multiple times per week. I remembered a friend of mine had a family member in the auto industry in NH so I reached out to her for an introduction since we would be looking to purchase the car on the east coast.
We were looking for a reliable, new or newer car for our 17y/o son that wouldn't break the bank but that had most of the new safety features, like lane assist, bluetooth etc. My friend reached out to her family member and within hours he contacted me.
What an absolutely AMAZING experience, white glove treatment we had with Ralph. Ralph took the time to make recommendations per our needs, vehicle that was reasonably priced, had enough cargo room for hockey bags and was safe. Ralph has kids so he shared his car purchasing/leasing experience for his family, understood our needs and took the time to provide us the options he felt met our guidelines. Ralph researched various options for us since we live in Washington and have different tax implications, contacted WDOL to get specific licensing costs and details and genuinely wanted to do all he could to earn our business (no hidden costs, gimmicks) straight talk! How refreshing!!
We ended up leasing a Nissan Rogue Sport. Our son returned to the East Coast after the Christmas holidays, a teammate gave him a ride to the dealership in NH where Ralph had the car ready for delivery. Not only did he facilitate the entire deal but he took it a step further to locate dealerships in the Boston area where our son could take the vehicle for standard maintenance AND the added bonus was at the end of the deal Ralph said "I know how difficult it is to have your child living so far away and I want you to know I'm here if you need me. If he needs a home cooked meal every now and then tell him our home is open"!

I have been sales support in the electrical industry for almost 30 years and the VP I worked for 20 years of it before he retired always told me to observe our salespeople compared to others when at meetings because he was proud of our caliber of salespeople. I find Kris Dragon to be that same great kind of caliber. Someone for the dealership and Team to be proud of.

My wife and I live in a very rural area and have gotten around with a FWD minivan for way too long. With the snow and muddy roads, we needed something with 4WD. We didn't need anything too fancy as we know our roads will be really rough on it. There were a couple of different options and the lowest priced vehicle was actually a better fit for our family. We didn't get any pressure to step up into something more expensive. There were a couple of minor cosmetic things wrong with the vehicle and was told two of them could be fixed and the others could not as they couldn't get the parts. We went through with the deal which was very easy. We signed all of the papers on Friday and were told they would fix and deliver the vehicle to us by Tuesday. We really needed it as there were bad storms and my wife and kids needed to be somewhere on Wednesday. True to his words, Matt delivered the vehicle to us on Tuesday. He had to wait until his girlfriend got off work so she could follow him and give a ride back. The storm hit hard on Tuesday and he still drove up to us. We are way back in the middle of nowhere and he still came. Once he delivered it, we saw he even fixed the one item that we were told they couldn't get a part for. He said he personally bought the part and had it installed. I am more than happy with the level of service. Over the last 3 years, I have bought 2 brand new NV3500 vans for my business from a different dealership just due to them being closer. From now on, I am doing all of my shopping there with Matt. The experience I've had over he years has been outstanding. They moved a few years back to a brand new location on Keller St in a state of the art facility. Free coffee, huge comfortable waiting area. WiFi.. The service department is outstanding and has always been quick with their large inventory of parts, even for non-Nissan vehicles.

Purchased my 2014 Nissan Versa in December of 2013, there were some wrinkles in my first few visits, car was brand new, interior was of light color, less than proper care was given to preventing stains, grease marks, etc. A few other relatively minor things now, but seemed important then when car was new. However, and it is a big however, it has been made clear to me, not just through statements, but also through the conduct of the service team over my last few visits, that efforts were being made to correct those experiences. My most recent visit frankly could not have gone any smoother, from the written estimate, to the prompt service date, the shuttle service and the repairs overall, I couldn't be any happier. I gave it a four star rating instead of a 5, simply because the initial history, but tremendous progress has been made since that time. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Buying a vehicle is one problem, once you own it getting honest service with honest recommendations and fair pricing is the longer term problem. Team Nissan has solved both problems. Our sales rep went out of his way to be open, patient and really fair in treating us fairly on the price of our new Murano last October 2019. We have had 2 services and two inspections, what a real pleasure. Scheduling was a snap, (even with COVID) took Murano in on time, finished in less time than quoted, and pricing was more than fair. Our Murano is a pleasure to drive and so comfortable, the service was equally pleasurable making the decision we made to purchase the Murano and at Team Nissan truly correct one for us. So originally I was going in for a two axle brake job and a state inspection. My mechanic personally said to me how about and oil change as well.,I said no because u don't have the synthetic oil I use..My mechanic said if u want we can get it for U and have it ready by the time I finish the repair..Wow..then to make this story even more incredible,my mechanic drives my car out of the garage and then notices I have a skid light warning on that also regulates my top brake light.. meanwhile another vehicle had already been driven in to his assigned bay.My mechanic drove back into the garage and fixed the warning light as well,postponing the next vehicle...My mechanic is George Dallas,and Team Nissan is the Best for sales and service...I know I'm a very picky customer,and I always feel they treat that with Respect!!!😃

The Welcome Wagon arrived to greet me 45 seconds after my foot crossed the front door threshold. My salesperson was summoned over the intercom to the showroom. I then sat for 8 minutes as I watched them scrambling to get the vehicle I was interested in up to the front of the building, where it was promised it would be when I arrived at 5:30 (it's now 6:08, I was late arriving to give them ample time to do this, smh). Usual pitch, didn't give straight answers to questions, had to ask the manager what colors were available. Once I revealed I wasn't buying today they seemed to become less interested. Shop them first, then check out the other Nissan dealers in the area, I've shopped 5 so far, and I'll hold out for the best deal.

Not sure if I can trust this dealership. I went for oil change in first week of dec 2017 and they recommended bunch of things to be done as red. Today they said no issues with multi point inspection. Last time tire thread was recorded around 5-6. Today it was listed as 8 and when I asked, manager rechecked and said probably typo for all tires. Then next oil change sticker had incorrect numbers listed for next oil change and when I asked, manager changed the sticker. I’ll have to be watchful with what they do and what they recommend.

More than 20 years later we are still buying our cars from Team and using their 5 star service department. There's never any pressure from the sales staff and we always get the best prices. And the service department never tries to pressure us into paying for service that we don't need! Even though I moved to Virginia years ago, I still buy my cars from Team Nissan. And whenever I am home visiting family I always schedule an appointment at the service department to keep up to date on my scheduled maintenance and oil changes. I wouldn't buy anywhere else!

I went to Team Nissan to trade in my vehicle for a lease mainly because my son had a friend that worked there. Overlooking the barrage of sales staff that approach you before you even hit the door, it was the best experience I've had getting a vehicle.
I had a terrible experience with a dealership, not to be named, (Peter's Nissan) and decided I would never go back there again.
The staff at Team Nissan was great. Even Kevin Shevelin the Sales Manager came out to assist me in locating and selecting the vehicle I was looking for. He along with the Dave Miville the Sales Consultant informed me of the differences between the vehicles I was looking for. They also suggested alternatives to that vehicle as opposed to others.
I did lease a vehicle and along with Chris Brannock in finance, I picked up the vehicle the next day.
They worked as a team and did everything they possible could to make my expectations come true.

I just purchased my forth family car from Team Nissan today. The service of the sales team (specificially, Samantha) was amazing (specific to this deal)! She listened to all my needs and requirements for a vehicle. She made approperiate recommendations and was great to work with! She got all the paperwork prepared prior to my arrival and I left the dealership in under 1 hour owning the vehicle!!! I had the option of leaving with my car but I requested a few other items installed by the service team. She will be delivering my vehicle to me after they install my additional requests. The pricing at team is better than other dealerships and the service is WAY better. I highly recommend TEAM Nissan!
I would also like to note that the service of all my deals over the years (2010-current) has been phemominal. The sales team always listens to all my needs and provides very competive pricing. The showroom is very clean and the hospitality is great! It is a no pressure enviroment!
