Very pleased with the recent purchase of my 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness at Prime Subaru Manchester. Ricardo was very helpful, with limited inventory he was able to find comparable models for my husband to sit in so we could feel confident putting a deposit on vehicle in transit. He made sure all the accessories were adding in time for my scheduled delivery date. I got it just in time for mud season. I love my new Subaru.

I dealt with a lot of Subaru dealerships and hands down this one’s the best. I reached out and saw a slightly used Subaru Legacy but unfortunately it just sold. Robb Goodwin called me back and I spoke to him about the kind of Legacy I wanted. He’s the best sales rep out there. He found exactly what I was looking for and he always kept me posted during the process. When I went to pick it up he was so kind and thoughtful. Before we started talking about the car he surprised my son with some matchbox cars. When I met with him he explained everything in detail and is such a hospitable person. He always made sure I stayed hydrated with water and when he went to put on my temporary plate he went out of his way to laminate it. His attention to detail is phenomenal and I won’t be surprised if he owns his own Subaru Dealership one day! Everyone there was also great. Christavo in Finance was very pleasant and Steve the Sales Manager was very helpful too. I couldn’t be happier.

Went here to get my first car, my salesman was Steve Lantagne. Let me tell you, Steve is the guy to go to for any of your car needs, my car (red 2022 legacy premium) was set to arrive late June but he magically got it to appear an entire month and a half early! I highly recommend Steve if you choose to come to this Subaru Dealership for your next car, the entire process was really easy and straightforward, Steve was extremely knowledgeable, very nice, and would never try to get you to spend more than you really wanted to. Steve kept me updated via text/call with every update on my car, from the factory receiving the order to when it hit the port. Can't recommend this place and Steve enough

I have been in the automotive industry for 35 years. ASE certification, State Inspector and used car dealer manager are just a few titles I have possessed in my career. To say I’m not easily impressed nor do I have the time for all the negative stereotypes that typically come with this industry is a understatement. After a recent promotion I found my self in need of a vehicle, in the worst possible market. After weeks of searching I came across a beautiful 2014 Toyota Venza at Prime Subaru. I immediately called and spoke with Phillip. His professionalism and non combative personality made me want to come in and see the vehicle. I explained my time Is valuable and I’m ready to buy. I was not interested in all the used car cliches’ that typically come with purchasing a used car. Upon arrival the vehicle was parked out front, plate on it, ready to go. I was immediately greeted by staff that introduced me to Phillip. The environment was warm and welcoming. We took the car for a ride and again, as a seasoned tech I could tell a lot of care was put into getting the vehicle ready for sale. Returning to the dealership I expressed to Phillip I had some concerns about financing and wanted to speak personally with the finance manager. Without hesitation he went to get the manager on duty. I met with Michael, again extremely professional and knowledgeable. I expressed my concerns and let him get to work. Fifteen minutes later I was handed the keys. I opted to purchase an amazing extended warranty that was offered to me with no pressure at all. By the time the ink on my contact was dry my new Toyota was parked out front, washed, waxed, temp tagged and a full tank of gas. 1 hour total time and I was driving home. I came into this dealership without an appointment. I was driving back from New Jersey and a truck in front of me dropped a crate and I couldn't move to the left or the right or I would have gotten into an accident. I had to go over the crate. The dealership was fantastic and so was Tomas. They quickly assessed the damage and gave me a quote. We made an appointment for me to come back and get my car fixed but in the meantime they patched it up as best they could until I could come back and get the whole situation resolved. Prime Subaru of Manchester used to be a mom and pop dealership on Second St, they have recently moved to a brand new facility, with service bays and a large waiting area. Lots of sales desks, floor to ceiling Windows. Quite an upgrade, service is still very good. Buying a new car can sometimes be a daunting and difficult experience, that was absolutely not the case here at prime. From the sales, finance and service departments everyone was warm, welcoming and committed to making it an easy experience that I genuinely felt good about. I showed up shortly before close but after test driving a few already, I was walking in knowing I was going to buy. Amara was awesome and she and some of the finance guys stayed late to get paperwork started and said everything would be ready the next day. I came back and they delivered. Complimentary first service was cool -- normally $100. Waiting area is nice. Staff was pleasant. But, 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation was a lot. I'm not likely to go back given the local full service auto shop we use does full synthetic LOF and rotation in 30 minutes for $50.

The (relative) low $495 documentation fee (charged by all dealers) was the only cost above and beyond the negotiated price of the vehicle. I happened onto Prime Suburu in manchester randomly as a spur of the moment to finally lay eyes on the 2022 WRX. I was greeted by Jack B, who started to chat me up about what i was looking for and even though i straight up told him i wasnt looking to buy something today. He offered to show me the car anyway and asked if i wanted to test drive it. Even gave me great advice about the future purchase. Took his card and he let me on my way without any fuss. I knew i would come back and seek him out. About two weeks later i came back, ready to buy a car. Jack was my guy again. Picked out what i wanted, sat down and prepared for the dreaded back and forth of negotiations. Jack presented me with every option he can think of until i was able to say Yes to the price point on paper. But heres the thing, everytime i said no to an offer, Jack NEVER made me feel guilty or rushed, it always was "alright let me see what we can do". The whole process was only about 3 hours from start to finish. It was painless and most importantly it felt harmless, i never felt like i was pressured and just like the dentist, i left with my 2022 WRX saying to myself "eh that wasnt that bad". I highly recommend this place, I recommend Jack B to be your next go to guy. Coming from a honda guy since 15, i felt welcomed to join the Subaru family. Although i gotta say, what happened to the ol days when people got swag for buying a car? keychains, hats, shirts lol. Prime Subaru get on that. I just bought a used VW Alltrack at a fair price from prime Subaru. The car is in great shape and I'm happy with it. The salesman Jack was easy to work with. No pressure and responsive to all my questions. He made it a really positive car buying experience. The issue I had was with Christavo in the finance department. He was dismissive of my concerns related to the car not being inspected that day as promised. He talked over me, and seemed annoyed that I was taking time to read the paperwork before signing it. It took 2 days and multiple phone calls to Christavo attempting to get a receipt, as promised, for the check I gave him. I ended up calling Jack and he emailed me a copy of the receipt within 10 minutes.

My experience started back in September-ish of last year I had the fortune of meeting Jack B he was very knowledgeable on the different cars and their various features down to the spec. He took the time to talk to me and do a test drive even though I told him I was looking at the time so I could save up for a decent down deposit. Forward that to today we pulled off the impossible, I wanted the legacy 22 XT limited which just recently production has been stopped. I took my Impreza in on 11/13/21 for recalls. Jameson was my service advisor, and was extremely polite and welcoming (something rarely seen these days). He explained the work that he was going to perform, I felt very secure with his knowledge and felt that I was in good hands. My vehicle was done on time, as by promised. Jameson even made suggestions for service that I would need in the future, but was honest and said that it could wait for now. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend requesting Jameson for any services you may need for your vehicle. You won’t be disappointed, and he will be the only service advisor that I will use in the future.

I started the process online and found a vehicle I really liked … Gary, my salesman contacted me with all the info … everything was smooth & great … until I went up to test drive & talk about financing options !!! Unknowingly I gave the rental back & my BF & I went to Manchester (45 mins from us!) to test drive & talk about options …. I couldn’t test drive it, as it was in the garage “being gone through” & they wanted to fix the windshield, so there was no point to do anything else at that time, also I was waiting for insurance to get back to me (nothing to do with PRIME I know) middle of the following week I decided to go to my bank to get financing instead of waiting on insurance, the process was slow but that’s kind of expected going back and forth, I was approved but now we were waiting for the glass company, went up that wknd to test drive and found out it needed another part as well …. But I did get to test drive it !!! They got the parts and fixed everything within a couple days and I was able to get picked up by their driver and go up to sign paperwork & get my car !!! Once again, VERY SLOW process … finally got it DONE !! I just wish the vehicle was all set to go when they put it online for sale … I understand the paperwork & that stuff takes a little bit but some of it could have been avoided !! Otherwise I prob would have given 5 stars

Silva) was swift, knowledgeable, and precise while negotiating the deal. Was sold a 2017 Outback premium at a great price and was out the door around 2 hours with a new car and financing. My husband purchased a 2017 from Manchester Subaru as well, but went back and forth between two dealerships. Brattleboro Subaru promised substantially unrealistic prices to lure him to go their dealership. Ultimately Brattleboro was unable uphold their original commitment on price and Manchester still beat everyone out on price.....back again 2019 bought a Forester from Jeremy. Price was unbeatable and I checked all dealerships within 150 miles. Checking back in with Brattleboro and White River Junction to give a chance to earn business but they were not interested in competing with Manchester prices. Manchester wins again.

Bought a used trade in 2012 Honda Accord. Worked with Ammara, she was friendly and straightforward. I got to take it on test dive and have it inspected by an independent mechanic. The car was in good mechanical shape, but had some minor unreported problems. The battery and filters needed changing, it had some unreported bodywork repair. Overall, the detailing was sloppy--I had to clean out dog hairs and grime. The car was initially overpriced, but was able to negotiate it down. Decent staff got out of there in a couple of hours. A good buy in the end.

This is the part I always do not like, because they push warranties on you that add almost another $100 to the price. I went for an inspection sticker and oil change. My car is 18 months old with 12,500 miles on it. It didn’t pass inspection because I need new tires... at 12,500 miles! I did not and will not replace the tires. Aaron the service tech was great and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The new facility looks great. I do miss the small mom and pop shop. The new look is an upgrade but it feels like I am doing business with a large corporation instead of helping a mom and pop. This was my 8th Subaru purchased in 19 years (7 since 2008) and this is the third owner of Subaru of Manchester I have dealt with. I helped a friend purchase a vehicle there 3 months after I bought my vehicle. She needed new tires after 11 months and under 20,000 miles. Unfortunately I think Subaru may be going downhill with quality and it is time to find another brand. It is very upsetting as I have been a loyal Subaru owner and worked with the same dealership since 2002.

I purchased my vehicle from a different dealer back in march, it was my first real car. After only 3 and a half month the motor blew out on the highway. I knew right away that this was going to be a major fix and was not optimistic I would be to get it back on the road anytime soon. I had a warranty from my dealer, and I had powertrain under my coverage, you would think it would be a straightforward process of getting such a thing fixed if that was the case. It was not. Frustrated and add a loss, Thomas from prime Subaru took over and handled the warranty company and got my car back on the road. The process was long, as there was a lot of moving pieces that had to be handled for such an expensive fix. Aaron Greenwood and Timothy Ryan are my hero's! I was in Manchester when the low air light came on. I had my elderly mother in the car with me. Not sure of what was going on I went right over to Manchester Subaru. Aaron greeted me and I told him what was going on. He was courteous, smiling and helped me. My tire had a screw broken off in the side of the tire. There was no way of fixing it. Had to order another one which would be in in a couple of days. Timothy was going to put the spare tire on but because my mom was so nervous about getting to Vermont the next day Aaron made sure we had a rental car and that mom could visit her brother. I've had great service for my vehicle at both locations, and the new location is actually far more convenient for me. I'm just so disappointed that not one but TWO sales reps dropped the ball and just flat out ignored my follow up texts and emails, one who stated he was a Sales MANAGER. Just bad customer service to not respond to multiple emails or text messages. Ultimately I bought a new car from another dealership further from home who was responsive and met my needs.

Last week, I needed to buy a car in a semi-emergency. I'm SO GLAD I took a friend's recommendation and went to Prime Subaru. Gary Smith made the process so easy. I completed the finance application online Sunday evening. Gary called me the next morning to complete my paperwork. That afternoon, after arriving at 2pm, I had completely purchased a car that was perfect for me by 3:30. It was a very efficient transaction, with both the sales and finance offices, without feeling rushed and shoved out the door. Hopefully it'll be a while, but I'm definitely going back here when the need for a car arrives again.

I am so happy that they serviced my vehicle the same day that I called and with their pairing of my phone to my car audio and installing my dash cam, excellent job, they inspected my entire car and gave me service recommendations as it’s an older car, it took longer than I had wanted, but I did need it, just didn’t go in for that. They also installed a burnt out headlight, which I had asked them to do. I can’t really complain about the longer than desired appointment, they reduced my labor costs to what was appropriate for the headlight and device set up. Be careful about the labor charges.

I should start out by saying that I absolutely hate going car shopping. 8 years ago I went car shopping and had the worst experience ever and since then I had tried running my car for as long as I could. Unfortunately it was time to get a new one and I was very nervous. I had researched what I wanted and mentally prepared myself for the day. When I walked into Prime Subaru I was immediately greeted by a Sales Rep named Tom and he forever changed my experience with car shopping. He was so attentive and understanding of what I was looking for in a car. He even let us test drive a couple of models without pressuring us to narrow it down. We had gone in looking for a decent used car but he had worked some lovely magic and got us into a brand new car which we never thought could happen. The process was so positive and smooth even his manager Josh was amazing.
