I just purchased a 2022 Highlander last night. My salesman was great and the finance department was great, but their cleaning and detailing department is a disgrace!
When we showed up to see this car that was posted on their website, we couldn’t find it on the lot. We were told it’s available, but the GM had been driving it around for a bit. We test drive it and the car smelled of stale cigarettes and was dirty inside. We figured it would be cleaned up properly and wasn’t a big deal. We completed all the paperwork and the car was sent out back to the detail department. It was dark out when we left so at a quick look it seemed better, but the smoke smell was still strong. I get into my new car this morning and I became more and more disgusted as I looked around. It’s still filthy with ashes on the driver side door, dirt, dust, straw wrappers and coffee stains in various spots. Nothing was properly cleaned and someone’s ear buds are still in the front dash tray. Great sales staff, horrible detail crew and disgusting GM that smokes in the cars that he wants to sell! Hard to give a referral to anyone when they lack attention to detail!

I brought my Highlander in because of a sound it was making, naturally, it did not make the sound on the ride-a-long with the tech. He looked over everything and was eventually able to hear the sound i was describing and they were able to fix it right away. I appreciate that they took the time to figure out what was wrong rather than say "I didn't hear it" and send me on my way. My service advisor was also wonderful and so easy to work with. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for service!

I had to get the car annual inspection done. The inspector passed the car for inspection but listed some work that really needed to be done. He gave me a price which I thought was high. I went to IRA and showed Nick, the Service Advisor, the list. He gave me a quote which I thought was fair and he also gave me a military discount as I am retired Army. I added two things to be done — alignment and mount new rear shocks. Again, he gave a fair quote and all work was accomplished in one day . I am very satisfied and expect I will use IRA in the future ….!!

I bought my 2020 4 Runner two years ago. I had a automatic starter installed in it. A couple of months later it stopped working I brought it back to Toyota of Manchester they had to reconnect the key chain to the truck. So here we are in 2022 and the same thing happen again so I called Toyota of Manchester last week to set up an appointment to have them fix it the woman that I spoke to said that they had to call me back to book an appointment. I thought that didn’t make sense I called back today and I spoke to this wonderful person named Michelle she booked my appointment was very helpful kind knew what she was talking about understood how I was feeling and she did a great job she needs to be recognized for her kindness her knowledge and her sympathy for her clients!

I had an appointment to have my windshield wipers looked at and replaced, if necessary. I asked the tech if it would take long (since I live close) and he assured me it wouldn't be long. After a little over an hour I inquired about my truck and it hadn't even been taken in. I was directed to the service manager, Matt. He apologized for the wait and said he would look into it. He had the problem resolved within 15 minutes and even waived the labor and fee for the wipers. I was extremely appreciative and very impressed by how Matt provided customer service above and beyond the normal effort

My wait was pleasant. I had a 5yo and 3yo with me, but the snacks and water satisfied them along with the activities I brought with me. I know they worked hard to finish the oil and tires because I was ready to go before a young man, who had been there 2 hrs, had his car finished.

When my 2014 Tacoma had an unexpected major repair; they put together a super offer on a 2023 Tacoma. I have had my Tacoma serviced with Ira of Manchester many times and have always been satisfied. This is my first new purchase and Josh treated me fairly and did do some dealing with no pressure. All in all a good experience.

About 2 months ago I started actively looking for a 4Runner Limited. I found a great used option at CarMax, but after reviewing market prices I decided CarMax was asking too much; so I decided to look nearby for new 4Runners. After visiting Ira Toyota of Manchester and meeting with Jason Bailey, I was convinced that I was better off "ordering" a new 2023 4Runner Limited. Jason explained that it could take as long as 2 months for the 4Runner I wanted to be located and shipped to the dealer. Since I was in no hurry, I put $500 down (refundable if I was not satisfied).
Working with Jason and his General Sales Manager Bill Kinney, we located the exact vehicle (interior/exterior) I wanted on a ship in transit from Japan, and they were also able to install a few extras I needed. Bill Kinney was instrumental in finding an exact match.
The process did take about 2 months, but I am very happy with the result. I got exactly the SUV I would have custom ordered at the price they named in our first meeting. As I said earlier, that price easily motivated me to choose a new 4Runner over the used options available in my area/region. The experience on "delivery day" was smooth... without "bad" surprises and with some pleasant surprises on what was included in the price at the Ira dealership. This smooth experience was a first for me with a dealer, and I've bought a lot of vehicles.
Thank you again, Jason and Bill. I look forward to working with you on service, etc. with my new 4Runner Limited. And to all you Googlers out there, obviously I warmly recommend Ira Toyota of Manchester!

Mike Armijo my service rep, lead me through the repairs done on my Rav4, including the claims process with my insurance company, for the most expensive mouce trap ever. He handled everything and kept me updated through th entire process, the only thing I had to do was set up the claim with my auto insurance and pick up the car when it was finished. I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium from Ira Toyota of Manchester, and although the experience started off a bit rocky, it was an easy, smooth and wonderful experience as soon as I was connected with salesman Muamer Durakovik "Mo." Like all dealerships right now, the new car inventory was nonexistent, which was frustrating, so Mo took the time to find the exact vehicle I wanted & had it shipped to Ira Toyota of Manchester for me. I was hesitant to lock myself in to a vehicle before I even had eyes on it, but Mo explained that a fully-refundable $500 deposit was all it took to secure the vehicle for me, and I could change my mind if the vehicle arrived, and it wasn't everything I wanted. He took the time to get this process started for me on his day off, and he even had me test drive a similar pre-owned RAV4 so I could get the feel of it before mine arrived. The RAV4 arrived four days early, and I fell in love as soon as I set eyes on her. Mo took the time to have the RAV I test drove and the RAV I purchased parked up front and warmed up upon my arrival. Talk about going above and beyond! When I arrived to purchase my RAV, Mo had everything ready, so I was in and out very quickly. I worked with Peter Plansky in Finance, and he was so patient and clearly explained all of my options, answered all of my questions and helped me choose the best payment route for me. Never once did I feel pressured by Mo or Peter. I felt they were doing all they could to help me and ensure I was not only happy with my new vehicle, but thrilled and confident I was making the right choice. Mo has followed up with me a couple times to see how I was liking my new RAV4, which I appreciate the follow-through. This was by far the best purchasing experience I had ever had. I came here to Ira Toyota seeking out initially a truck. However due to demand it was limited coming in and they had suggested a 2022 Toyota Camry. I was working with a salesman by the name of Mike who went above and beyond. He was very well knowledge with the vehicle and features. We were able to overcome a couple of obstacles with the finance department and I was able to drive away the same day with it. For the past month I had been trying to trade out of my 2018 Nissan Rogue in order to get something bigger. For weeks, I had been denied by many dealerships in Maine and then I came upon this 2016 4Runner for sale from Ira Toyota. I originally found a dark gray one that I wanted but it was a little too much for me monthly payment wise. Whilst trying to make a deal with the saleswoman, she proposed this white one to me. It had been in a fender bender so its price was about $400 cheaper than the original 4Runner I wanted. She worked incredibly hard to get me into my dream car and I am so appreciative for that. My appointment was for 6pm and I was there until about 10:45pm, both the saleswoman and sales manager stayed as long as necessary in order to make this deal happen for me. Everyone was accommodating. Ira Toyota was the only dealership within 100 miles of me that was willing to work with my situation. Angelia is very helpful, attentive, and willing to put in extra effort to solve problems and make miracles happen for her customers.

So this experience was my families second with IRA. I really can't say enough about this dealership and it's salespersonel.. The first was with Dan when we were looking for a hilander hybrid. We had a lot of research done and contacts made, but had difficulty given the month was May 2022. We stopped into IRA after striking out in Massachusetts, met with Dan and with a little ingenuity regarding options packages, had almost our exact Toyota not only built but on the way there within 2 weeks. A little service work and it was done. Fast forward to August, in the market for a Tacoma, specifically in an off road package manual transmission. Kept Dan's email, sent a PM and now that he had made manager status had one of his salesmen Muamer (Mo) do a search and not only located a needle in the haystack but propriated it to IRA. Build date scheduled, shipping timeline know. We went fully on line, deposit, followup, tracking and arrival. Rig is perfect for my son, picked it up today. Really can't say enough good things about IRA and Mo. Made a daunting process easy. Cheers.

I wasn't able to get to the dealership during open hours, so had trusted family members check the vehicle for me, and spoke on the phone with them and Danny, the salesman. Danny was able to arrange with management to have the application started over the internet, the papers driven to me (1.5 hrs away) on a holiday weekend, and have the car ready that next evening. Due to a price drop alert at CarGurus, they honored the price drop between one day and the next, when the papers were brought for me to sign. No questions. Their no haggle pricing worked well for me. Danny stayed in touch by text over the 2 days and even ended up staying late to let me pick up the car after hours on the holiday weekend. Great service!

They really care! I’ve never felt more comfortable and cared for at a dealership. They really want you to be happy at the end of the day. Bill Mazerall is seriously the best and so funny - he really made me feel like I was understood and cared for the situation I was in.
I made a huge mistake when I was 19 and got into a car loan from different dealership. I just wanted a car so I accepted a high payment with high interest rate (28%). I ended up not being able to afford it and then went to the option of selling it. Well, because the interest was so high and I missed a payment, it was practically back to the price I originally bought it for back in 2019.
Bill heard this story and worked with me. He started by calling the bank and getting my payout quote. Then he found a way to get me out of my vehicle completely, even though it seemed almost impossible! I actually started crying of happiness in the dealership.
I mean I am floored with how they treat you here. It’s better than any dealership I’ve been to. It seems like they actually care about you as a person and not just a sale. I couldn’t be happier and more thankful to Bill and the team at IRA

Came in to look at a specific car that I ended up not liking and left with a vehicle I absolutely love, these guys were amazing from start to finish , I walked in with 20k cash and a 2006 Honda Pilot that was pretty beat, the used vehicle I found was a little over budget with warranty and out the door pricing , but they were able to work with me on a deal and was able to get the vehicle I wanted with a bumper to bumper platinum 1 year warranty an was very happy ,also found a small issue with a tear in one of the seatbelts that wasn’t noticeable unless you really looked , brought it back in and they ordered the part and had it fixed within a matter of 3 days from initial phone call new seatbelt an all , absolutely amazing place to work with , as a dad with 6 kids and a wife I will always check these guys first from now on when searching for vehicles because of the great customer service, piece of mind, and knowledge these guys offer 👍🏻

Service was efficient and easy with a spacious and accommodating customer lounge with free snacks and beverages.
When it came time to trade in the Venza, I went back to Ira and came away with a new 2019 Highlander. Ira's selection is vast. Salesperson Jen helped me decide between the Rav4 and Highlander (the discontinued Venza sort of fell between them). She was pleasant, easy going, helpful, professional, and honest. She listened to what was important to me, answered my questions about the vehicle, or worked to find the answer if needed.

Overall great experience! I brought my car in for maintenance. The service advisor Jen was very welcoming. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am, I did end up leaving my car there while I went to work. I set the expectations to pick up my vehicle at 3pm. I received a call a lot sooner than I had expected which was great! The people IRA employs are the best in the business.
On Dec 25th I brought my car in for oil and filter change, and replacement of fog light bulb. When I left and got on the hwy there was a loud noise all the way home. Turned out to be my hood wasn't completely locked down which could have caused a serious accident.
When I checked the fog light bulb, the under plastic guarding was hanging down, having lost the screw that was holding it up.

If they'd had a Corolla in stock (or within the next few weeks), I'm sure we would have purchased from this salesman. We may still, when we return from vaca.

Dealership fills tires with nitrogen ($399); I was told corporate decision for all vehicles. Car delivered to home. When I opened the trunk, it was full of computer 'junk'. See photo. Let dealership know; only response was 'I didn't check the trunk before I left for the delivery.' Today, I'm 'delivering' computer junk back to dealership.

What an awesome experience, start to finish. The staff who called me to book my appointment was polite and thorough with understanding my needs. Just had my car serviced there. I have black aftermarket wheels with aftermarket locking lug nuts and I told them the key for the lug nuts were in the cup holder and the service writer wrote it down on the paper for the tech but they still didn’t use the key and damaged my lug nuts and scratched the wheels. My boyfriend had to go into the shop and get the key out of the cup holder and show them how to use it. The service and people were nice but not happy that my brand new wheels are now damaged.

I had an awesome experience on Saturday. I had called the day of to make an appointment to go in and purchase a car. I spoke to Wayne on the phone. He then set up an appointment for us to meet that morning. From the moment I walked into Toyota I was greeted and treated amazing. Wayne was so attentive to my needs and made sure we found the perfect car. Wayne took his time and did not make me feel like I was being rushed in my appointment. I did end up financing a car and ended up waiting awhile because all my information had to be processed to the banks. Even though I was waiting a long time, Wayne continued to have conversations with me and made me feel comfortable. He was 10/10 Fantastic and I highly recommend booking your appointment with him. I also worked with Dave in Finance who was great as well. Dave was hilarious and made sure he broke down all Finance aspects for me. He was wonderful. My wife and I just purchased a Toyota Highlander from this dealership and couldn’t be happier. We were assisted by Vinnie who was awesome from the moment we walked in. Everyone in the dealership was attentive to our needs and courteous. I even watched some of the salesman help a customer change a tire on Sunday because the service department was closed. The price was certainly competitive, but that part is easy. What really matters but is tough to duplicate is the level of professionalism we experienced. First I had an appointment booked for Friday. Valet service included. No one showed and when I called the receptionist couldn't get a hold of anyone, said she would email them and call me back. I didnt hear back and after 3 business days I called back again. All I was offered was a new appointment, no explanation to what happened. Then for my new appointment they showed up promptly and were courteous. My truck spent all day for an oil change and state inspection. I called three time to try to a hold of someone and finally got through and the gentleman I spoke to got in touch with my service manager who wasn't returning my communications. It got squared away and I got my truck back at the end of the day. Not a great experience overall.

My daughter brings her lease 2021 corolla here for the service maintence.its not a pleasurable experience. Her last lease she was told she needed a cable harness....3000 roughly....not so...when we took it to toyoya of tewskbury it was not the harness and just the connector had to be replaced.....she goes on 2/22/22 and is told she needs an aligement and a fuel cleaner... the car is only a year old with 17000 miles. I checked with toyota in tewksbury and they said that an aligment is not necessary..only if your changing 4 tires... fuel cleaner is at 35000 miles. The mechanics here dont seem to know what there doing

My experience overall was very good. I did not like the show room because the radio was way too loud. I prefer a business atmosphere as opposed to a party atmosphere. The salesman I had could not get it turned down. I HAD TO SPEAK LOUDLY JUST TO TALK TO SOMEONE ACROSS A DESK! I have brought my car in there for service for six years and this is a continued problem.

Both times I have dealt with the service department I have been positive experiences. Everyone there seems nice. My only complaint would be from the sales department who led me to believe that a loaner vehicle would be no problem and inspections were taken care of for the first two years. But Hey, we all know sales people will tell us what we want to hear.

I've never had a long wait for a service representative. If they need to make repairs, they communicate it to you first and include details about why the service is necessary. They make it easy to review and approve/decline suggested service by sending you every you need through a website. They text and email you updates, reports, etc. and make it easy to check in for information. There's a comfortable lounge you can wait in or a complementary shuttle that can take you to one of the nearby stores if you don't want to wait in the lounge. I've been going here for years and never had an issue.

I had the pleasure of purchasing an awesome used SUV a few weeks ago with the expert help of Jason Bailey. He knew the answers to just about every question that I had and the few small details about the Audi that he didn't know he was able to get his hands on the information in very short order. The vehicle, which is the make and model I had been searching for had just become available on their website but it wasn't in Manchester Understandably, it was at IRA's Audi dealership in Mass being checked out. It wasn't scheduled to be in Manchester until late in the day but Jason went down and brought the vehicle up for me to see inside of two hours. The vehicle was found to be in excellent condition except for a minor problem with the rear license plate frame. I purchased the vehicle and the next morning Amazon arrived at my house to deliver a new frame care-of Jason.

I left a bad review on here yesterday. In less than 24 hours I received a phone call from one of the Managers. They obviously don't appreciate the bad review. But, I have to say they were extremely nice and seemed to really want to fix the problem. I'm going in on Saturday morning. I'm leaving the review at 1 star for now. But, if they make good on their word then I will definitely change it. I did not expect any response nor was I looking for one. But, they seemed to genuinely care and I appreciate that. They fixed my brakes for me instead of the radio. Apparently I can order the part for my radio cheaper than they can. Which seems a bit odd. But, I will order the part once I can afford to and hopefully that will fix my problem. So, I will change the rating because they did replace my brake pads.

I had an issue with a manufacturing defect, out of warranty. The service dept as well as Toyota USA stepped up to do the right thing for me as a customer and resolved my issue.
I specifically chose a Toyota after having terrible results consistently with American brands, having had in warranty claims denied for multiple issues across vehicles. I gambled on the reputation of Toyota and I believe I made the right choice.

Amazing experience. I worked with Kerry initially. Then Danny in Sales & Peter in Finance. I live out of state and was shopping for my Father who lives in NH. Throughout the entire Sales process Danny was crystal clear and transparent. I was on FaceTime for the entire process. From start to finish the entire purchase, including test drive, only took about an hour and a half. Peter in finance wasn't pushy at all. Again, super clear and transparent and had me on FaceTime the entire time. Buyer's don't have much bargaining power right now with supply shortages. But we still got a very fair deal both with the trade in of my father's old car and the OTD price of the new car. Absolutely top notch customer service. Highly recommend shopping for a car here!

He was a pleasure to work with as well as knowledgeable. He was there on the spot when we needed something, and did not make us wait to test drive. Mo was accommodating and so very helpful. Also he did not push the “ could you wait a minute “ and then go get his sales manager. I found that very refreshing. Always fast and friendly. Me and my wife bought our past 3 vehicles there. My only complaint is the communication between the sales people and the service people. My example comes from my experience today. Today I went in for general service, oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. When I had purchased my truck 8 months prior to today's appointment the sales man that I had told me that my first state inspection was going to be free but in fact it wasn't. When they say your first inspection is free what they really mean is when you purchase your new vehicle and they put a sticker on it that same day that's considered your "first free inspection". So I was very taken off guard when I dropped my truck off for what I thought was a Free inspection and it wasn't. I politely explained how I didn't understand and didn't agree with the way I felt misinformed by my sales team. But the reason I am leaving a good review is because the service woman that I had today completely understood my frustration and confusion and said that it happens all the time so to resolve the situation she took it upon herself to not charge me. I'm very thankful and appreciative of her customer service towards me today, but ira Toyota if you are reading this please try to communicate with your salespeople to elaborate on this subject better in the future.

Did most of my negotiating online prior to visiting the dealership. I got a great deal, enjoyed working with the online person and the salesperson at the dealership was fantastic. I was disappointed with the financing options presented. I have excellent credit but was herded into Toyota financial at a bad rate. I will ultimately end up refinancing with a bank or CU, but would rather not have to waste my time. This would have been a 5 star rating other than the financing.

I went in for a standard 40,000 mile maintenance on my Corolla. Unfortunately, my bumper was popping out a bit due to a broken clip. I asked for a quote, expecting a price gouge (bumpers or clips aren't cheap). Fortunately, the service department is very honest here! They managed to fix my bumper for $4 and it is a very good and sturdy repair that you can't notice.

I walked into Ira Toyota two days ago with what turned out to be a very minor issue with my Toyota RAV. I met with Jared, one of their service advisors. He couldn’t have been nicer to me. They did a quick inspection of my car and as it turned out I did need to replace not only front brakes but also rear brakes. Also I needed a new battery. Not surprising for a car with 90,000 miles. The work was done today, in less time than I was originally told and for a bit less than originally quoted. This place is great and I will continue to have my car serviced here. Most likely will buy a new Toyota here when I’m ready.

My wife bought a new car here from Brian Jones and it was a great experience. When I had to replace my truck, I came back because of Brian and he had been promoted so he assigned Dave Lelesvai to be my sales consultant. Dave walked me through some options and when I selected my used vehicle, Dave took care of everything and then walked me over to Chuck who took care of my finance stuff. He spent awhile explaining everything and answering any questions I had and found me a great rate for my vehicle. He explained the protection plan that he recommended and always being skeptical of those, he showed me in black and white the pros and cons of the different programs and I got the one that he recommended, which fit my needs.
I finished up the paperwork and came back to Dave who set up my appointment up to have my car starter installed and then it was Saturday so they even fed me! They were grilling hot dogs and hamburgers and I got to eat as well. When I got done, all the paperwork, appointments and vehicle protection coatings were done and Dave gave me my keys and off I went.
I returned on Wednesday to get my car starter installed and I drove into the garage and went through a process with a service technician. It wasn’t a bad process, just something that I’m not used to and have never experienced it before. He finished with me, showed me how to get to the waiting room. There was a delay in the outside vendor but they called and Dave told me about the delay, which was shorter than what I was expecting and he offered me the shuttle service to go get lunch or go someplace else. I was told a time that it would be ready and I was pleasantly surprised that it was even quicker.
All in all, this car buying process (which I hate), was really a great experience. I got a good deal on a used vehicle that I wanted, the staff, Brian, Dave and Chuck treated me with the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism and I couldn’t complain if I wanted to. If you are looking for a new or used Toyota, this is certainly the place!

Everything done to your vehicle is fully explained and you have ample opportunity to ask questions or explain any issues you have with your vehicle. The waiting area is comfortable with several televisions, coffee and snacks. The restrooms are clean. And you can wander around the showroom picking out your new car!

My call to Ira Toyota started out with them knowing me with me saying who I was. I explained that I had an appointment scheduled for the upcoming Saturday but was hoping to get in that same day to get my oil changed and to rotate my tires. She quickly checked the computer and within seconds gave me enough choices for me to pick a time that worked for me!
I went to the 99 for dinner while waiting and when walking back to Ira Toyota I was meet by David outside where he informed me that my car was ready and walked me through the process and I was on my way within 10 minutes.

He consistently helped us figure out exactly what features we wanted and didn't need. He never tried to up sell or pressure anything he was also clear about options. And the finance office was an easy process and helped things run smoothly. My second car was a 2013 Scion TC Again Andrew was my Salesmen and he continued To be helpful and a pleasure to work with. This time in Finance I Worked with Ken Rudolph. He was friendly and showed me all the options I had with my car. Didn't pressure to get other stuff done...I only wanted an oil change. He mentioned stuff he saw on the inspection that I really SHOULD get done but didn't pressure me. Just let me get the oil change I wanted and get out of there. Also used a super user friendly text feature that let me do all the business from the mall across the street and just come in to sign and get out of there.

I dealt with John Ramos in sales, who was fantastic to work with and continually demonstrated that he had my best interests in mind. My truck had a small slightly rusted dent in the hood when I bought it; nothing big, but required body shop time. John in conjunction with the used car manager, Brad, took car of it 100% and provided me with a free rental for 5 days during the down time. I am very impressed by this dealership, they were extremely accommodating of my many requests I made on a used car purchase. Requests such as: putting on new tires, taking out aftermarket additions to the car that I did not want, and making sure that the car passed their strict certification process. This being the first time I have gotten my vehicle inspected, I was not sure of many things or how the process would go. Shortly after I began, all of the worries dissapated and the service I received was well above and beyond anything I had been expecting. When I arrived, I was immediately met with a warm welcome, and all of my questions were answered when I asked / needed clarification. After dropping my vehicle off I was contacted and received updates on the progress of the inspection, was recommended parts that needed attention, and recieved excellent feedback on any issues that arose. The amount of care and attention to detail was outstanding. Throughout the whole process I was treated as a valued customer, and this positive experience will most surely stay with me for times to come.

Right from the scheduling of the appointment and all the way through, the servi e was excellent. I went in for an oil change and they ended up finding a few small issues which were going to require a bit more time than they had that day as it was late on a day before the holiday. I was offered a rental car and told that my vehicle would be ready early the day after the holiday. A service car driver dropped me at my doorstep and by 10 on the day that it was supposed to be ready I received a call saying you can come and get your vehicle. I got there and everything was ready all I had to do was drop off the rental in I was done. Dan in the service center is extremely helpful and courteous as well as the two women that I dealt with at the cashier's desk

When I walked in I was greeted immediately. I said I wanted to see the used Outlander advertised. I was brought over and introduced to Kevin. We spoke for a short time and he said he would bring the car around front. We went on a road test and that was all I needed. Back at the dealership Kevin started the paperwork, explaining each step. Then we went to another office and I was introduced Bel. She we went over the big pile of paperwork and explained all my options.

I had a 2pm appt for an oil change and arrived at 1:55. I waited in my car in the bay for about 15 minutes before someone came to speak to me. The woman who assisted was Jenna or Jenny I believe and was absolutely wonderful. She was both professional and extremely friendly. I was given an accurate wait time for the service which is always a plus. The waiting area is great. There is comfortable seating along with snacks and beverages. The experience with the service agent was what made this review 5 stars instead of 4 so thank you!

My husband and I would highly recommend this dealership. We had driven over an hour with 2 young kids to car shop and this dealership was very respectful of that. They had a toy room for our 3 year old to enjoy which was super helpful! They did an excellent job accommodating what we expressed as our vehicle needs, make, model, year etc. and espically the price! Dan in financing was a great guy to work with especially his laid back sense of humor to help ease the pain of spending lots of money :) overall an excellent experience with quality individuals!

Performed a factory computer update for cruise control and my 10,000 mile service. IRA has a really good service program! Excellent waiting area with plenty of drinks and snacks. I purchased a car from this dealership back in 2008 and have been going there for service ever since. The time came to buy a new vehicle. My husband and I test drove a car at a different Toyota dealership and had a horrible experience. They were pushy, rude, intimidating and not listening to us when we said we weren't ready to buy. We took the price quote from that dealership and brought it to Ira Toyota of Manchester. Wayne was absolutely fantastic! They were able to get the price down to something that we could work with and we ended up buying the car that day. They were not pressuring us, but the experience was so friendly and kind and the price was what we had hoped for. Wayne stayed past the normal hours to help get our paperwork through so that we could drive away in the car without having to come back the next day. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, and especially our sales associate, Wayne!

I went to Manchester Toyota because I had read a good review about a salesman named Ricardo and I had not found exactly what I had been looking for anywhere else. I called and amazingly the person named Ricardo answered. I explained exactly what I was looking for and said I would be up to see what he had. When we arrived he was the one that came out right away. I can't say enough about how exact his choice of car was to what I had asked for. I think I specified 5 things I wanted and he had them all. He spent hours with us and then I decided maybe I wanted a newer model. Ricardo assured me he would look further and show me what he had when we came back again. Again he picked out the perfect car because he had listened to exactly what I said. We bought this one and are very happy with it. What a wonderful salesman. Not for pushing a car on us but for listening to us and finding what we wanted to buy. I bought a used 2016 Toyota Camery in White. It was my first car to ever buy by myself. I did so much research, looked at the car facts, looked at all the inside hoods... the one thing I didnt think to check was the brakes. Well, here I am 3,000 miles later getting my brakes checked because I've heard squeaking since I bought it. I spent thousands in coverage for my vehicle and here I am spending $680 on brakes and rotors because of a rookie first car buying experience.
I still am trying to get some sort of compensation. My sales man and fincial guy Brandon were absolutely great honest guys. They have been so much help and very great customer service. My car service mechanic Michael Pucillo was incredible. He has helped me twice now and this brake problem he felt so bad having to charge me but he did what his position would allow him to do. If anything he should be the head of the department. He has excellent customer service, knows what he is doing and really cares. He spoke with a lady near me genuinely about her life and I witnessed him deal with a stressful rude customer very well. That man is outstanding and I cannot commend him enough. Mr. Cena is the director of that department and I hope he appreciates how wonderful his crew memebers are ESPECIALLY Michael.
I'm sure this dealership is wonderful for New Car buys. But make sure you really check your used car buys. The certifiers don't really do their job making sure it's really "like new". I shouldn't have brake/rotor problems at 23,000 miles....

I can't say enough bout the experience we just had my wife and I were looking to upgrade our 2020 Toyota Camry le to a newer 2022 Camry se with all wheel drive so being loyal customers we went back to the dealer we had worked with in the past and purchased multiple cars from the experience was to say the least a huge let down so I called IRA Toyota and spoke with a gentleman named Dale told him what we were looking for and looking to accomplish we went there later that day and meet Dale who introduced to to Jason Bailey we sat own explained hat we wanted and were we wanted to be the whole time they were very attentive and assured us they could help us that was Sunday 1/22/22 and I and proud and happy to say as of Wednesday night 1/27/22 we picked up the car we wanted and drove it home we highly recommend this dealer in all my years I have never had a new car purchase go so smoothly and seamlessly thanks again for everything

My car met its untimely end recently and I went in to Ira Toyota today to replace it. Not only were Bill Kinney and Bill Mazerall super empathetic to my situation of totaling my wonderful old Rav4 that saved my life in a pretty serious accident (with God's oversight, of course), they got me into a far superior and well-equipped new Rav4 at a reasonable price with no hassle on the same day. They made me very comfortable with my purchase and helped me work through all the difficulties of car-buying decision making with patience, grace and understanding. Bill Mazerall helped me set up everything in the new car and even helped me move everything over from my rental to the new car so I would be ready to move on with my regular lifestyle. David Shafman was wonderful helping me with the paperwork and hooked me up with perfect warranties to meet my needs and my budget. I used the warranties 10-fold on my other cars, so I know the value I received for them today was worth every penny. Thank you for a wonderful car-buying experience.

$63 for an oil change is absurd. I only gave the 3 star rating because I asked to be in and out asap and that did happen today. Normally I wait 2 hours for an oil change and my multipoint. I also walked through the sales floor 6 times past countless sales associates and not one of them asked if they could help me. I'm not looking to buy a car right now but they didnt know that. My service advisor was good and my rating should be a reflection on the dealership as a whole, not her.

Our salesman, Alex Therrien, was extremely helpful and informative, which I really needed because it was my first car-buying experience! When I had an issue with one of the back windows two weeks after purchasing the car and needed a $400 part to fix the problem, Alex and Ricky Despres (who was also extremely friendly and helpful) worked together to stand by the quality of the vehicle and ended up covering the cost of the part. My husband and I love, love, love our new Toyota Highlander. It is just the SUV that we wanted and equipped with everything we were looking for. From Dan Smith our salesperson to the service manager, it was a wonderful experience.
In addition, we just went up to get our cargo mats yesterday. When we pulled into the garage, the service people had us pull and said they would be with us in just a minute. There was a lady on the upper level and when I rolled down my window, she inquired as to what we needed. I told her we were there to pick up our cargo mats and she sprung right into action and went to the parts department to get them. She brought them back and offered to install them, which she did with the help of one of the mechanics. We are so happy that she put them in, it would have taken us an hour to figure out the back one and we would not have thought to remove the carpeted ones. When we left I asked her for her name, it is Chantal and I must say she went over and above what we expected. I feel Toyota is lucky to have such a dedicated employee, I know she made our day as well as the mechanic that helped her, but it was Chantal that made the biggest impression on us.

I went to quite a few dealerships before coming up to Ira. I live about 40 minutes away from the dealership, but I had heard good things about them and no one else could work a deal for me so I thought I’d give it a shot.. I met with Sean, who was really transparent andnuofront about everything. He didn’t set unrealistic expectations like all the other dealerships did. And he didn’t try to sell me anything I don’t need. He asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for and went out of his way to make sure I got it. He made me really comfortable throughout the whole process, and made sure I understood all the steps and had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend Ira, and I will definitely buy my future cars there.

I went there to potentially buy a 2019 used car ended up buying a 2021 and honestly the experience was amazing, it is absurd how nice and polite these guys are,also how respectful they are to your decisions. They did not rush us at all in the process and we felt like it was more about us getting the car we want plus a great deal then they actually selling it, like all these qualities wasn’t enough, I had my car delivered to me by the guy who was helping me there! Jason MacGilvra was one of the best service advisors I have had the pleasure with which to work. Even though I planned on getting my 110k mile check up done in 2 hrs, cars don't cooperate. Jason kept me updated on my repairs, re-call, and unexpected warranty fixes. I have been in for service now on 2 occasions and every repair and service has been handled professionally and in keeping with the warranty terms. At IRA Manchester they back what they promise. It's great that I can't rely on their integrity.

Brought my car in to get an electronic parking brake fixed under warranty, service only took a day and a half and was super easy to bring in/pick up. I was informed of everything that was happening to my car which I really appreciated. Only thing was that prices seemed super expensive for things that they suggested I fix that wasn’t covered under warranty, but they were understanding and ok with me deciding I didn’t want those things done.

Our visit to IRA Toyota was a great one. We had an oil change and a tire rotation completed. We were greeted by Bryan whom was excellent, courteous and funny. Bryan even broke the ice by playing some trivia...My boyfriend should have known those 7 professional teams that don’t end with the letter S, since all he does is watch sports all day ..or that there is actually a volcano with blue lava.
