JD was incredibly helpful. I came in to do a test drive and he walked me through the various features of the car. I came back a day later to buy it and he was on top of everything. As a woman I often have car guys speaking down to me or ignoring me and speaking to my husband instead. No one had that attitude and always spoke to me directly, and didn't assume I know nothing about cars. The manager (who I forget his name) was also incredibly nice and very helpful when walking me through the final details of the sale. Overall a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be coming back to this location anytime I need work done on my car.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Surprised I had to pay for my state inspection though, since I paid top dollar for the new car at autofair. No problem with service dept., I think this issue is with management. State inspections are complimentary at the dealerships I have done business on the past. Just saying.

I just was in on March 30, 2023 to have my 2022 Venue serviced. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I was with Mark at the desk. He was friendly, answered the few questions I had. He took the time to tell me what was going to be done and told me it would be about an hour. When the service was done Mark came up to the waiting area and got me, he went over what was done once more asked if I had any questions and I went along on my way. I have to say it was the best service experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I actually look forward to the next time the car needs service.

I was having intermittent starting issues and missing oil before getting my vehicle serviced at this Hyundai service shop. After having my vehicle serviced three days ago, I have noticed my vehicle runs smoother now and there hasn't been an issue starting it. I am still pensively waiting to see if the oil begins to mysteriously disappear. So far, so good, and the customer service is great! I appreciate the rep Kristina for being kind and understanding.

I bought a 2011 Subaru Forester, was in great shape looks and thought other wise everything else. I drove it to Virginia and back, had a bit of a shake and a odd exhaust sound. This was to have pasted New Hampshire's inspection it didn't pass Maine's inspection being there was two holes in the exhaust and was told the shaking was do to the front drives side tire was out of round and the "belts"in the tire was bad being it must have been run flat whenit had a flat tire. There was other small stuff, driver side door didn't lock, needed a all wheel alignment, brakes needed adjustment being stuck with applying, why so much dust on wheels. This was done in Maine at a place that my sister has been going to and specializing Subarus only. Well putting $567. Into it to bring it up to good standing and feel good about driving it, it's a great car the guys and mechanics told me. They would have bought this themselves. So I'm happy now that I know the Subaru Forester.

Service of replacing steering coupler under warranty and state inspection performed well. Advisor very nice and didn’t try to sell unnecessary service. The knock was that it took over a month to get in their schedule. Said they were down 5 techs or whatever. what good is a dealership that can’t service their own vehicles in a timely manner? I also have a Jeep, Audi and Acura and can get service within a day or two.

I came in on 2/20 to trade in my 2020 Tucson SEL for a 2023 Tucson Limited. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Doug, and I genuinely had zero complaints. I didn't know what to expect as I had a pretty bad experience at a different dealership before, but the only similarity between that experience and this one is that I left with a car both times. I cannot recommend AutoFair/Doug/Emily (in finance) enough, and to say it was worth my 1 ½ hour drive is an understatement!!

Service advisor Davie was excellent. Treated me very well and was apologetic about the fact there was no loaner cars available. I was not to happy with the fact that at 6,000 miles the o2 sensor was shot and cross threaded into the exhaust pipe from the factory. Davie had a new pipe and o2 sensor in early the next morning and I was on my way.

Great service, my only issue was I brought in new wiper blades for my windshield wipers and ended up having to put them back n myself after I told them the blades needed to be replaced and the new ones were on my passenger seat. Minor issue, nothing that effects the quality of work or service.

The process was fairly seemless, obviously negotiations and whatnot but they really tried to work with me to get me to a number I was comfortable with, even with a lower credit rating, which was the most important thing for me. Let me start by saying....I despise buying a car. I avoid it at all costs. I'd rather amputate my own leg without anesthesia than buy a car.
When it's time I literally have to be dragged kicking and screaming to the dealership.
The pandemic and chip shortage has only added to the pain and suffering of buying a car. I was not looking forward to it.
That was until I made an online inquiry at AutoFair Hyundai in Manchester. Samantha reached out and after a very friendly conversation she made an appointment for me to speak with a sales person. Samantha was so warm and upbeat it made me smile.
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted immediately by Shaylin. I explained the car I was looking for and that I was told it was in stock. She confirmed it was. That alone was shocking. This was the 7th dealership I had been to (first Hyundai dealership mind you) and every one before told me they had the car I wanted only for me to go to the dealership and find out it was "in transit" and would arrive "mid November...maybe December... probably in 2023."
We were off to a good start here. Then it only got better. Shaylin walked me around outside to look at the inventory they had after I explained I wanted a black or dark grey exterior as my first and second choice but was told only silver was available. After we walked around we happened upon a black Kona which is exactly the car I wanted but a 2022 version, which was ok with me. She set me up with a test drive and it was instant love.
The entire process of hashing out down payment and what my monthly payment would be with different amounts was so easy I'm still in shock. Shaylin was just amazing, friendly and funny and she listened to my concerns and offered multiple solutions.
Then came the finance part. The part everyone dreads. Not here. Austin was just so incredible I can't explain how easy it was with him. No stress, he explained everything with thoughtful detail I knew exactly what I was getting.
Shaylin made sure my new car was cleaned and filled the tank as well. She even took the time to explain all the features of the car and how to change any settings to make driving my new car easier. The technology in cars today is far superior than I was used to. My last car was a 2013 so a lot has changed. She even set me up with their app so I could make payments and walked me through that as well so I could use all of the features it offered.
I am not the easiest person to impress especially where customer service is involved. I've worked for Nordstrom, whose customer service is known round the world for being exceptional, so my standards are high. AutoFair Hyundai not only impressed me, they blew every one of my expectations out of the water and then some.
If you need to buy a car, do yourself a favor and go here. Ask for Shaylin and make sure Austin is your finance guy.

Five stars are not enough to give to this place.

I sent photos of my DL and insurance via email and again to the service agent the day before but they got lost in the mix, if it weren’t for this I would rate my service as 5 star. My G80 came back clean inside and out and looks beautiful. Necessary service was explained by Davey and I appreciated how he kept me notified about the service. Thank you Autofair Hyundai!

First off amazing staff ! Went down purely to look with 0 intentions of buying anything. Andrea was an amazing saleswoman very courteous and respectful, she takes the time to listen to you and your needs and what you want. She made it an amazing experience for me and I ended up walking out with a new car. The whole team was outstanding. I a huge issue with the vehicle maintenance department aka Marc. He was not helpful when it came to fixing my vehicle. Brought it in on an extended warrenty issues. Marc claimed that the issues was fixed after $3200 repair. I was counting on this vehicle to be ready for my daughter to take my car to NC. But to avail the repairs were incomplete when I took the car over for an inspection sticker. The car failed because of the missed repair.
I then called Marc but to no avail he could not guaranty the work this time around and that September was the earliest possible repair slot. I explained that I needed the car ready for my daughter by August even though his shop feel short on the repair once again felt like I paid the price for unsatisfactory customer service from the maintenance shop.
I then had no choice but to purchase another car it was very shady to say the least. On the bright side the sales team stepped up and made the experience very outstanding when it came to the customer service that I expected from your outstanding establishment. Shout out to your sales team and finance manager Luke. He made tremendous efforts above and beyond to help me forget at least for the moment to get the deal done. It was a great deal that exceeded my expectations as to the trade in and also how he got the best rate possible.
This is to the owner of the company please come to the bottom of this issue and make certain that clients never have to go through what I did. Bottom line what if I was a customer who truly depended on the service and experience that is expected out of you service department. What if I was a client who did not have the financial resources to navigate through this matter. I definitely would have been up a creek without a paddle. I emplore this team to have a meeting and at the very least come up with a resolution to my ordeal. Especially when this country is struggling to survive on less.
You should please tell the sales team and finance team to continue to do what they do excellent.

Typically, I tend to avoid Autofair because I've had issues in the past with employees being pressuring, unprofessional, upselling, et cetera, (which I know most are going "well its a sales job,") I've had a few bad experiences with this service department, so when my trunk latch (that ended up being recalled) broke yesterday, and I couldn't get my trunk to latch, I was extremely hesitant to call my local hyundai dealer.
At first on the phone, not sure who I spoke to, I was told it would take over a month to be able to squeeze me in to get my trunk fixed, which is fine, except it was stuck open and there is nowhere under or in the car to latch it down with a rope/tie to keep it shut from the weather until November.. After mentioning I had purchased the car from this dealership, all of a sudden I was able to be squeezed in same day..
when we arrived at the dealership, Cathy(?) was the only one working the service desk, and she was handling the 3-4 people who were all waiting for her help very well. I know there is a staff shortage issue everywhere right now. She greeted everyone who walked in in a timely fashion and did her best to handle everyone's needs. We were in and out in about 2 hours, since luckily they had the part on hand, and it seems to be fixed now, fingers crossed.
I am thankful that this experience, despite staffing issues, went smoother than issues I've had in the past. Cathy is a great asset and I hope she is appreciated for the work she handles.

It was a little frustrating how long it took to get things done and I didn’t get the car I wanted because the transmission was gone and you couldn’t replace it after all I never made it out of the parking lot. I think this should have been addressed to before you put this up for sale. The transmission didn’t just go. It was going for awhile.

Our 2016 Hyundai Sonata had serious issues. We took it to another Hyundai dealer who charged us $530 for some fix. The car broke down again on the way back from the repair shop. We took it to Autofare Hyundai where we bought it origionally. Their service people diagnosed the problem and told us it was covered under the extended warrenty. They proceeded to fix the problem. Every person at that service department including our service advisors Chelsea and Kristina were tens plus. They explained the process, provided timelines and even delivered the repaired vehicle 2 days early.
We also have a 2020 Genesis G80 we purchased from Autofare and have serviced there. We used Mark (another 10 plus service advisor) and we had the same wonderful experience - repair quote, timeline, delivered on time. Amazing people to deal with and you can bet our next vehicle will be purchased from Autofare.

My 2016 Hyundai Veloster needed a new engine which was a little nervracking. The car was at the maintenance department for about 3 months (That's how long it took for Hyundai to send a new one) That entire time Mark in the repair department took time every week or so to keep me updated on what was happening. I had the unfortunate experience of my car dying on the highway. One of the scariest and terrifying things to happen. After some research and phone calls. There was an extended warranty for " the lifetime of the car" my boyfriend talked with the mechanics on what the reason this happened was. He entered The VIN# and found it was effected by engine complications. Naudia Iannuzzi, Chelsie , Mike and the others were simply amazing keeping in contact with me. My engine needed to be replaced. I was given a rental vehicle until mine was ready. Such a smooth and professional and quick process. All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. They were so accommodating with my wacky work schedule to pick up the rental car and when my 2012Hyun Sonata was done. I beleive I had the rental for 18 days.
Honestly couldn't ask for better treatment from a better team of people. I felt like I was Just as important as every other customer. The staff shortage didn't seem to effect the incredible customer service I received. Each and every visit. Each and every phone call and email. I never once felt like I was alone in this situation. I felt like my family was complete when i was given back my Sonata car keys. I was over joyed that I gave Chelsie a hug and asked that she forward it.
I don't ever wish anyone the trouble and difficulties and hardship of car failure. Should it happen to you.. I only hope fellow car buyers and owners get the " Royal" treatment like I did. Definitely worth the hour drive down and back.

After the test drive (and the realization that the car was perfect and I wanted it!), Vlad set me up with Finance and took car of getting the car into Service for a quick clean, inspection and fill-up of the gas tank.

When my engine failed they had me wait more then 2 weeks without a vehicle before they could even tell me if the failed engine was covered under warranty or covered under the engine recall for Tuscan vehicles.
In the end they did eventually treat me right while my engine was being repaired they loaned me a new 2022 Tuscan. I asked them to fix any other recalls while they had it they responded that there is a recall but the company has not cone up with a solution yet

Overall we had a great experience at Autofair. Rondo was an excellent sales person and really worked hard to find us a car that fit not only our needs but our finances. I appreciated the lack of "high pressure" tactics that were used. We were allowed to take our time and make the decision that fit us best. We got a great rate and are very happy with the vehicle.
I took one star off for after sale responses. Our trade in was at our mechanic and it took a lot of phone calls and us acting as a go between to get the car picked up. Also, we got one key when we picked up the car and asked about a second. It's been almost a month and we still haven't received any response. I feel like there is some disconnect between sales and follow up.
All and all it was a good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or preowned car.

Now on to an issue I had that is still unresolved if not for that it would be a 5 star rating! The service advisor mark is very rude and quoted me a price for labor and parts far above what another dealership quoted me he told me $250 for the part and nearly $600 for labor and then told me he couldn't get me in to even see the issue for 2 weeks really? !!! ! So what happened is that I went through a car wash and my antenna broke !! Fortunately keene hyundai came through the next day and was quoted $470 out the door!! I have made numerous calls to the service manager at autofait hyundai with no call back! This is how they lose customers!!!!

On this particular visit on 10/22, I had a four wheel alignment done as I had just put new, $800 Michelin‘s on the car less than two days before. So I was very pleased with this encounter. So this five star review is for him personally, as he made the experience hassle free and was just a very overall nice person.
I have had a recall taken care of, as well as an oil change done previously, and I was very satisfied with the service.
On the other hand, on 10/29 I had an experience that wasn’t so great. But I will leave that for the next survey.

Chelsea was my service advisor and very courteous and helpful. My car was even ready a few minutes earlier than she said it would. My only 2 concerns was first, my car had a diagnostic check but I received no checklist along with the description of my service. Secondly I asked for a tire rotation, on my itemized work order I did not see tire rotation included. So did I get a tire rotation or not. I have no idea.

I brought my lease in for a tire repair, after it would deflate down to 15 pounds every 6 to 12 hours. I had purchased the “Tire and Wheels” package when I bought the vehicle and I explained to the service technician that I had just used a “fix a flat” spray in the tire to get it to hold air long enough so I could drive it to AutoFair.
I returned 6 hours later to pick up my vehicle but the tire was not repaired.
They said they searched for an air leak but couldn’t find it and when none was found they put the faulty tire back on the car. It’s Obvious they wouldn’t find an air leak since I had used the fix a flat spray.
Needless to say I now have to drive my two toddlers in a car that could end up with a flat.
I don’t know what happened to this dealership recently but they aren’t as considerate and friendly as they used to be. I heard they changed owners and I hope this was just a one time incident. I plan to contact management to see if they can actually repair or replace the tire. I had a feeling at the time I bought the vehicle that this “Tire and Wheels package” they hounded me to buy was going to be a waste of money. Thousands of dollars to pay for this protection but there is so much fine print that it’ll never actually cover anything.

My experience was not perfect, but I still give 5 stars. Celine was our sales person and she was great. She explained she was new and while we were there for 3 hours or so, multiple people were helping to make sure our experience was as best as it could be. Austin in finance was also amazing, he was informative and extremely helpful. We got a great deal on our car and am happy with the purchase. However, before pulling off the lot, I noticed a rather large crack in the windshield (I bought a certified preowned). We didn’t test drive due to already test driving a similar vehicle. Ultimately its my fault for not noticing, but I feel like someone from the dealer should have noticed since it was Hyundai certified. Anyway, new windshield was put on with little pushback, which I appreciate. After picking up my car, I feel like it should have been cleaned and it was not. Not a big deal, but I have an Acura and every time I bring it in, it is always cleaned and washed down no matter what. Nothing can be perfect, but all in all, I’d go back there if I want to buy another Hyundai.

If the service continues like this, I would highly recommend your dealership. My only negative would be that you charge 3% for credit card use. I brought my car in for a recall and When I picked up my car the check engine light was on. They called the technician that worked on it to come take a look and he cleared the code and told me if it comes back on to call. I asked what caused the code and as he was explaining it to me another technician over heard our conversation and told him to open my air filter and clean it out because sometimes Squirrels and/ leaves can cause the Throttle valve to get stuck open causing the problem. That technician not the one that worked on my car, came over and cleared a bunch of leaves and debris and put it all back together saving me time and aggravation in the future. That's my kind of customer service!

I have bought 5 cars from AutoFair Hyundai because they always make things easy so easy. Last week I had a mechanical issue with my older car, a 2014 Sonata. It turned out to be a stubborn and difficult fix, but we didn’t know it at the time I picked it up from the service department.
The next morning the problem with the turbo resurfaced. I’m called the service line and expected to get some kind of resistance with another expense added, but to my pleasant surprise, Jacob was extremely helpful, professional and accommodating.

While I had a previous negative experience at this dealership, they more than made up for it with this last service. Michael was knowledgeable, patient and a wonderful advocate. The result was Hyundai covering 90% of an engine replacement and the dealership working with me on the work that had already been done to make sure I wasn’t in a prejudicial spot.
They gave me a loaner for a month, so I could continue to get back and forth to work. Although I didn’t have my kayak racks for my vacations, I was able to get through that. In this difficult time of cars being in short supply, we were very pleased to get a call from AutoFair two days after stopping by when a new delivery of Hyundai Tucsons had arrived. My girlfriend and I were looking for a car for around 3-4 weeks. We were shocked at the prices of vehicles south of Concord. We had been laughed at from dealership to dealership with our price range.

Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. I bought a certified pre owned 2019 Elentra from auto fair hyundai in Manchester. I purchased the vehicle on February 20th had the vehicle for 2 weeks and had to bring it in for major issues already. Since the month that the car has been in the shop and still remains there I have had a terrible experience with pretty much everyone I’ve spoken with from service and sales. My service advisor Alex never answered my calls, failed to return my calls that he promised with the excuse “ I forgot to”, I’ve been lied to about my vehicle being worked on several times while I drive past the dealership everyday and see my car sitting outside and have confirmed that it is my vehicle, And I am also told everytime I speak with someone that someone else will be getting back to me and nobody ever does. I started to discuss a buyback with sales and I am just having vehicles pushed on me that the dealership wants to sell and I am ignored when I ask about vehicles that are in my interest. As of right now on April 7th my car still sits outside of the dealership and service claims that they still do not know what’s wrong with the car. I highly advise to never purchase a vehicle or bring your car to this dealership they will do nothing but make your life a hastle./ Update. Matt Gelinas reached out to me as soon he heard about my difficulties. Matt immediately got me into a loaner vehicle later that day and now I do have my car back and it is running great.

I came in for the first time 2 weeks ago to get information and confirm that the Santa Fe was the vehicle I would purchase. I was worried that I would be pressured to buy that day, but there was no pressure at all. Rondo was my sales person and despite knowing that I would not be buying that day, he still took all necessary time to work with me, show all the features that came with the Santa Fe, and make sure that I understood the different feature packages. The agent was polite, attentive and handled the request for a fix for the recall on our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. There were additional services recommended by the mechanic in the amount of $544.40 for spark plug replacement every 45k miles that are not outlined in Hyundai service website at the 45k mile interval. Also recommended was a fuel induction service. We had a fuel injection service not long ago and this service was not necessary. The agent demonstrated high customer satisfaction skills but we don’t appreciate the recommendation for unnecessary services.

Not only does Hyundai have a fantastic warranty on their vehicles, the employees at AutoFair are the best! I worked with Christine and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect new vehicle for me. I was nervous about getting a new vehicle but needed to because mine died for good. Christine made the process easy and explained everything so clearly. She answered all my questions and was able to help get a payment deal that worked with my budget. Even when I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, Christine didn't become a pushy salesperson. And when she brought in the manager, I believe his name was Nick, I thought "oh boy, here comes the pushy salesman and guilt trip", but it wasn't like that at all. He remained calm and simply explained all that Hyundai had to offer and made one last attempt at making an offer we couldn't refuse. After the deal was accepted, even the gentleman in their finance department, John, was phenomenal. He had a great sense of humor and didn't try to force us to purchase any extra coverage we didn't want or need. He went over all the paperwork before asking us to sign and assured us that he was there to help if there was ever anything we didn't understand. All in all, I had a great experience at AutoFair Hyundai and would recommend them to anyone I know!

I have only one small criticism. It was daylight when headed home (1.5 hour ride). As dusk set in, I turned on the lights. To our dismay the rear passenger taillights had 1-2 bulbs dead. I would have hoped the prep department would have replaced them before our departure. Fortuntely we did not get a ticket.

People are always quick to post negative comments and this will not be one of them. Some people that I know has been skeptical of AutoFair Hyundai and told me that they were not impressed. But you don't know until you actually go there. I was recently onsite to check out a '22 Palisade and my experience with Tony Carignan and Terry Bradford was fantastic. I was given some straight up answers and was extremely appreciative of them. Never did I feel that I was being taking advantage of or was given the tone of being condescending upon (and believe you me, I have experienced this in the past). Terry did me a solid and if all goes well with delivery of the new Palisade that I was looking for, then I will be true to my word and do a solid for him as well (Terry knows what I'm talking about). And then next thing I know they're giving me top dollar for my trade-in and doing everything they can to meet my financial expectations to make the deal happen. And on top of that it only took 4 hours, which for me is great considering in the past I have spent literally entire days at car dealerships trying to make a deal. And here at this place I was greeted immediately had no expectation on buying a vehicle at all and was all done leaving the parking lot in a brand new car in time for lunch.

Edit: That was 2020. It’s 2022 and I can say that they’re a typical dealer wrt service. Now this year brought a new owner (same name) so change in personnel was done. Not sure about sales staff but there were changes in service, new manager and assistant manager for the department.
Last service: Once again my service interval wasn’t reset so I guess I’ll do that myself.
Slew of maintenance recommendations were listed. I’ll have them do the intake service as it’s a direct injection engine.
Noticed that the oil on my Platinum Service Package is now a synthetic blend. Thought it was supposed to be full synthetic but who knows. I’ll keep it (the SUV) longer than that package so I’ll switch over to full synthetic soon enough. So they recommended rear pads and a resurfacing. I’ll check with my regular mechanic…
Recommended new tire from them after they couldn't fix a puncture in the tread. Went to tire rack, my mechanic installed it. Wheel nuts only hand-tightened. Very disturbing. Service manager notified.
New owners' service manager was also informed during my last visit.
Look, I understand you're short-staffed but you can't blame everything on that...

Last year a sales person tried to tell me my car I had serviced there for years wasn't safe to drive anymore, when indeed it passed inspection and I was able to drive it for another year. For this reason, I was hesitant to go back to buy my third car but after going to various dealerships I decided to give them a try one more time to see what they had for inventory. Oddly enough, the salesperson who was a bit pushy a year prior found a car that was just what I needed. Their motto is Make It Happen and I can say that is exactly what they did for me when purchasing my last car. Their finance department really wants to help you purchase a car you are comfortable with at a payment you are comfortable with. I was appreciative of their efforts. he sales person who was working in conjunction with the sales manager did not know much about the car but was nice to work with. The service department, however, has me not wanting to return. Since their finance department was so good to me I decided to give their service department a try one more time as well and I wish I hadn't. They have changed quite a bit over the years. They have an almost all new staff and there is no loyalty to customers like there used to be. I went in for an $30 oil change and the service provider instantly tried to up sell me to an $800 service package. There was no multi-point inspection report given and the sticker regarding my next oil change was not changed. If you are shopping for a car, check them out for some great deals but you may want to find a local mechanic for the care of the car.
