From start to finish, all in one day, I was able to trade in my lease, purchase a new Genesis Gv70 and drive it home. Cameron was a great guy to deal with. He was down to earth, didn't exaggerate, and I felt I could trust him. He was very knowledgeable about the cars I was test driving and if he didn't know something, he would double check what he said. The other thing I noticed was that ALL of the sales people including the finance guy, Phil or Fantastic Phil as he is now known as, were all so polite and they greeted you or checked in with you to make sure everything was okay and if you were having a good experience. The dealership was clean and the men's room smelled fantastic - if that is such a thing!! I will certainly be back to service my new car and when it's time to purchase my next vehicle in a few years. I highly recommend to anyone to check out this dealership when considering a new car. Thank you Cameron for being patient with me and getting me into my new car - I love it!

I had lost the cap for my 2002 Santa fe brake fluid reservoir and after an exhausting search ( 15 auto part stores and 4 junkyards) with no success ( all i could find was complete assemblies for north of $150...when i only needed a $6 part) I pulled a last ditch hope and called AutoFair to ask if they had one....they didn't. BUT they DID special order it for me and only charged me the normal retail price ($5.99) and sent me on my way with a wave and a smile. If they can show that much professionalism over a $6 part, then I would DEFINITELY trust them when it comes time to purchase a new car 🚗!!!

I had a great experience at Auto Fair. I made an appt. to go look at the vehicles. They took all my information, so that my Salesperson Tamara could point me to the vehicles I was interested in Test Driving. She was patient and caring and took her time with us. She started the application, and before I knew it I was approved. I at first wanted the Palisade, but happily chose the Santa Fe. They had a Calypso Red on the Lot, and she offered it to me. I sat down with Austin and signed all the paperwork and was out in no time. There was a lot of people there. They all purchased vehicles from what I could tell. I would recommend going there if you want a Hyuandai or a Genesis. You tell them what you can afford, and they will do their best to put you in a vehicle.

Overall, my wife and I had a great car buying experience here recently. The sales team were very low key and helpful. Our sales rep, Jabril, walked us through the process asked the right questions and made picking out a new car painless. Even the sales manager was low key and great to work with.
The final finance process was a bit more pressure with them hoping you use Hyundai financing to sweeten the deal and trying to encourage extras such as GAP insurance and extended warranties, but it wasn't too bad and they make the actual paperwork process fast and easy. We drove out with a good deal on a new car and I would recommend the team.

Great service this time Prior maintenance visit did not check air cleaner and a critter had built a nest in it leaving my car sluggish. This visit I used the wrong coupon but Katie Baird was able to get the best discount applied. She is very knowledgeable and courteous. It was a pleasure to have her assistance. She is awesome!

Steve Doyon helped a lot on dealing with a negative equity situation. I gave them a rough review earlier this year but they truly have done their best to rectify the situation. Would recommend to someone looking for a more reliable vehicle purchasing experience but do your due diligence and be prepared to pay $$$$ for what you get. If you prefer to get by on older cars with no or low payments this is not the place for you. Anyone with a firm understanding of budget and finances would be fine shopping here.

Waiting for my free oil change that I got from my car when I purchased it didn't know it was every 6,000 miles though that wasn't explained to US during purchase but okay. The only problem I have with AutoFair is when you're getting your car worked on you have to keep an eye out the window so you know when your car is ready very slow updating you know when the car is ready. Friendly & knowledgeable staff.

I'm extremely happy that I purchased my vehicle at AutoFair Honda Manchester. I take my car in for regular service at mileage intervals and the Service Center does their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. Twice in the past two years, service reps have offered me coupons and $$$ off deals while checking out, which has saved me a good deal off the service charges. Great team, great service!

I had an appointment at 9am to have my car serviced for a recall. When I called at 11:45 am to check on the status of my car, they reported that my car had not gone in to be serviced yet but they could have it ready by 4:00pm. The service was supposed to take 2-3 hours to complete. I had to rearrange for a different person to drop me off and thankfully I hadn’t made any other appointments (doctor/dentistry e.g.) for the afternoon.

I felt inclined to take the time to rave about the great experience I had at Honda Autofair in Manchester. It was a smooth and seamless process from beginning to end. May I add the process was just over 2 hours beginning with my salesman, Stephen Doyon, who was extremely attentive to my needs and wants. He went above and beyond to locate exactly the vehicle I was interested in. He kept me in the loop the entire time, and was clear and concise to explain the process and answer all my questions. The great customer service continued when I met with Laz, the Finance manager. He was informative and efficient throughout the process. I’ve always had a great experience at Autofair Honda in Manchester, NH. I got my last HR-V there 3 years ago and upgraded to a new one yesterday. The staff is always so pleasant, very kind and appreciative. I was greeted soon after I pulled in the service area. I met Tim who asked me what I needed today. I knew bringing my car there I'd leave with more things worked on other than what I came in for, simple maintenance services-oil change, tire rotation.(I have an older Honda) Autofair had a nice deal for Healthcare workers and First Responders in lieu of this public health crisis for a Free oil change. After about an hour Tim came to me and suggested repairs that the technician discovered in their standard inspection. Most were caution items that can be addressed later on, but a couple were items that should be taken care of sooner than later in my opinion as Tim did not push the services on me. He only suggested that these needed to be addressed in the near future. WE agreed on two of the repairs and he told me it wold be another two hours. He offered me a rental and I said No; I'll continue to wait in the dealership. My car was ready in less than two hours, more like 1.5 hours. I also utilized the 25% off coupon on the additional two repairs that AutoFair had emailed me earlier in April. My car is safer now than when it arrived to the dealership and we all need to stay safe ! Thank you AutoFair

AutoFair goes by the slogan "AutoFair makes it happen." But it does not make it happen for everyone. The salesperson I worked with, Peter, was very professional, courteous and friendly. And he wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't need or that I couldn't afford. But the reason why AutoFair doesn't make it happen for everyone is because as it turns out, a bank will not issue a car loan to someone making less than $1,800 a month regardless of the fact that they have the disposable income for a car payment, unless they have a cosigner, or a really big downpayment. Granted, I have credit issues and that's why I went there. But they couldn't do anything for me. I think they should change their slogan from "AutoFair makes it happen" to "AutoFair doesn't always make it happen." Because it's a misnomer to people who are trying to get a car loan and may find it difficult. That's the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I purchased my previous vehicle from there, which turned out to be a lemon, but I'm still trying to keep it on the road. However, I don't believe I would have wound up in another lemon this time. There is handicap parking and there is a handicap accessible entrance. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because of what I believe to be false advertising in what they say they can do.

I've had mixed experiences with AutoFair over the past twenty years, and I'm in a good mood, so that tips the scales to four stars. I bought my first real pickup truck, a 1999 F-150, there new in '98 or '99. I loved it, and the experience was a good one, so two years later I bought a 2002 that I loved so much I drove it until 2017, when I bought a third. In the intervening years, my family purchased multiple vehicles from AutoFair, and had several opportunities to experience their service departments for standard service, repairs, etc. My experience with the Ford department, in sales and service, has mostly been good, but they failed to apply a major corporate discount (that they made a big production about) to my young daughter-in-law's first new car purchase in 2018, and she didn't realize it until weeks later when it was too late to do anything.
The Kia finance guy a few years ago literally told one of my sons he hoped his new car broke down when he declined the extended warranty after they made him come back because they screwed up the paperwork. I was so furious that if I didn't despise Best Ford in Nashua so much, I never would have gone back to AutoFair at all. The Ford department rescued the relationship with a positive interaction.
So, still four stars after all, but just barely, and mostly because I'm not a fan of car dealerships in general, so I'm trying to keep that in mind and be fair.
