From the moment I stepped on the lot, to when I left with the keys, I had nothing but a WONDERFUL experience at Toyota of Louisville. I pass two Toyota dealerships to get to Toyota of Louisville, but I specifically went here for the excellent sales and service. Larry was great at helping find what I wanted with NO PRESSURE. I decided to build a 2022 Camry TRD, and he held my hand along the way, only contacting me at critical points in the build process, which I greatly appreciated (no hassle, no problems). When the car came in, he filled the tank and had it ready to go. I went in to complete the transaction after Larry had left for the day, so Bill took over. He was so helpful - he helped me setup the car on the Toyota app, and we had a great conversation while I waited to complete financing. Financing was exactly as anticipated, from what Larry gave me when I originally submitted my paperwork. This entire process could not have gone smoother - I was never pressured, I was told exactly what to expect and it met expectations, I was never treated differently as a female, and I was in and out in under 2 hours. At no point did I experience any of the stress-related anxiety I typically feel at other dealerships. I left with the keys in my hand, a hug from Bill, and a smile on my face. Thank you Toyota of Louisville! You definitely have our business and those of our friends and family!

Thankfully we purchased a tire warranty for our Highlander! Had a nail in the sidewall. They rotated the tires, to make sure no problem occurred with the front tire! Let me start with a simplified review: This is the Toyota dealer you want for the Louisville area!!! If you want to know the details, read below; but everyone here has been professional, kind, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service. Scott Manning in service and his team do a fantastic job. Thanks again for all your great work! So if you’re curious about the details: Bought a Toyota at an out-of-state dealer. Based on my location, went to a Toyota dealer on the Northeast side of town for the first service (…despite knowing better). So after that horrible experience, I decided to try another dealer just on the other-side of the river, or Toyota of Louisville. Could never get the dealer in Indiana to pick up the phone, and Toyota of Louisville answered right away when I called to schedule an appointment. Despite having to drive 30 minutes longer than the other Toyota dealers nearby, the drive and extra time is absolutely worth it for the quality service. I’ve had a few services at Toyota of Louisville now, and this is the dealer I’ll be going to every time.

I’ve been waiting to leave this glowing review! Kevin Willis is solely the reason we, who live in Alaska, purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Louisville! We started looking for a new vehicle in Anchorage, AK from local dealers. The initial contact with salespeople was lacking in courtesy or a desire to assist us even though we were ready to purchase. When we firmly decided we wanted a Toyota Highlander XLE and hearing all the mandatory extra charges as well as being told we would have to wait months, to get a car in Anchorage, we got a recommendation to contact Mr. Willis in Louisville. What a world of difference from first contact. He said: “Tell me what you want and let me get back with you before the day is over.” We did and He did! When all was said and done Mr. Willis found the car, arranged shipping from Louisville to Alaska for less than I would have paid to get the vehicle 15 miles away from our home. Not only did he listen, he searched and when he contacted us again he was as ready to do the contract as we were ready to sign. I “built” my car on the Louisville Toyota website and didn’t have to worry about any details. The financing department who worked with me including, Lindsey and Lisa were equally knowledgeable and courteous. Kevin Willis’ knowledge of the market, efficiency, and courtesy is exceptional and I would highly recommend him and Louisville Toyota to family and friends.

I had a very good experience with Toyota of Louisville it exceeded my expectations! Initially, I was told that the labor would be over $100 right around $125 to be exact. And that the part would be around $72. So I was anticipating after tax that the repairs to my vehicle with the new door handle would be a roughly around close to $200. So I was prepared to pay whatever it took to get my door handle repaired on the driver's side! Then I was told it would take about an hour to get the door handle installed. Well, first of all, the part itself was only $57.61. The labor was just a little bit more than the part $62.50. So much to my complete and pleasant surprise, my full bill came to $133.61! I was ecstatic that the bill was what it was I was extremely pleased! Then the out I was in and out of the service department within about 42 minutes total. This also exceeded my expectations! John Carbone the service advisor at Toyota of Louisville did it an outstanding job following up with me keeping me informed on when the part would arrive checking with me to make sure that I could come in on the specific day and was just very Adept at the follow-up. I would highly recommend it anyone who needed repairs done and they want to be treated fairly and they didn't want to be taken advantage of they wanted to be treated accordingly that that's the place to take your car is the Toyota of Louisville! I couldn't have asked for better service and a timely repairs and reasonable cost.

We are SO GLAD that we did. Keith Rice is an amazing sales representative. I appreciate a company and people that will own their mistakes and do all they can to correct and repair issues of poor service. Toyota of Louisville Dixie hwy reached out to listen to my previous experience and set up a follow up appointment to fix what was previously broken. Some companies talk about great customer care, but this company showed great care to this customer. =========={{{Previous}}}}====== I was hoping to have a great experience at the dealership after other mechanics could not resolve my car's issue. I was given a price over the phone and then was given the same price at the check in desk. I was told, "unless the services to fix cost more than [ the quoted amount ], this will be what you pay." Once my car was fixed, I was sent to a different desk and told a higher charge with "misc. Charge" added on my bill. I asked about the miscellaneous charge and referred to the previous quote and promise... And the second guy/rep said, "you should be lucky I didn't charge you more". Toyota provided an oil change. That's it. That service was not nearly the originally quoted price. I should not have been charged a cent more than quoted. After that exchange, I then discovered my air conditioner no longer cooled as it did before I brought it in. Really poor customer service, overcharged and caused a new issue. I won't return here.

The price of the car was a great price for the year and mileage but the only thing I don’t like about them is they advertise no money down and then they want you to put money down on the vehicle, what brought me to them was I had an accident and it was undetermined who was at fault so the only thing I got out of the accident was my vehicle got paid off and since the police determined it wasn’t either parties fault my insurance paid off my vehicle with no extra so I was strapped for cash and like I said I was pressured into putting 1442.00 down on a vehicle which really strapped me for cash for a few months so with that being said I love my car and the price but I didn’t appreciate being pressured to put money down when they say you don’t need any money down so with that I won’t return to this car lot or refer them to any friends or family.

This is why I don't like going to any other dealership. I've had many visits to Toyota of Louisville since we leased a Corolla there. Got a fair price for our older Impala. Most people dread taking their car in for service, but I like coming here because the mechanics are friendly and I know they are top-notch and get the job done right the first time. Service desk people are very busy, answering the phone, trying to do paperwork and dealing with us, the walk in Customer. So you may have to wait a bit but when you finally get to talk to them they make you feel like you are 💯 the most important person on the planet. Mark Pouff (sorry if I misspelled it) had me laughing so hard, funny guy. Loved the outgoing personality. When I came in yesterday, my lease was at an end and I wanted to just purchase the Rav 4. Been driving it for 3 years now, let me tell you we really like this car. I had an appointment with Ashley. She was great with the follow up info that I needed 👍. I was then introduced to Bill Morrison a sales professional, had an enjoyable time explaining to him what I was wanting, and to see what the best rate could be. After getting the paperwork setup I was then handed off to a financial advisor who took great care of me, you'll love the way you sign the paperwork, quick and efficient. Shockingly hassle-free experience. I called and talked numbers on a Sunday about a specific vehicle I found on their site. I walked through what another dealer offered and what I wanted. Tom came in just under what I wanted. On Tuesday, I had an appointment with Joseph. All numbers matched the phone call so Joseph walked over the vehicle with me before we started paper work to make sure I was happy with it and it had the features I expected. It did. They had it close to completely detailed based on my appt. Under two hours later I was driving off the lot with my trade-in gone, my paperwork and financing wrapped, the car gassed and detailed and Joseph having taken time to show me how all my electronics and features worked. Better yet, by Friday of the same week, my other car loan was showed as being paid off. Given how bad my last car buying experience was, it was shocking and incredible. I literally kept waiting for someone to come over as we did paper work and Joseph assembled my manuals with a gotcha moment...it never came. Truly incredible to see someone make a deal, hold the deal, respect your time, give you exactly what you asked for, and then...actually care that you feel great about everything. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

just wanted to take a moment to let you know about my dealings with David Bramley and Toyota of Louisville. I had spent several weeks looking for a car and my frustration level was growing. I had been to several dealerships you showed very little interest in dealing with me after hearing what I was trying to do or had dealerships try to increase my payment goal by 75 dollars a month and kept me an there an hour trying to convince me. When I arrived at Toyota I was greeted by David who took a few moments to try and figure out what I needed. After explaining what I wanted he seemed a little frustrated and said he wasn't sure if he could help. He explained he was new there because his dealership had just closed down there recently and he wasn't totally sure what he could do. He went in and talked with his manager and pulled up this very nice Corolla for me to look at. It was pretty much better than anything anyone else had showed me and I was fairly certain it would exceed my budget. We drove it and I absolutely loved it. When he showed me the payments they were actually lower than my top end dollar I said I would spend. I was ecstatic. To make things even better once we agreed to terms the paperwork went by very quickly. I couldn't be more pleased.

My wife and I bought a Camry and was so pleased with the experience we decided to buy another Toyota. But the second experience was not so great. Part of the agreement is to get rid of the smoke smell, redrill for the license plate, fix or replace rim. But all sounds good but it's not. The rim was replaced with a used rim, the license was redrilled but they never dusted the shavings off so when I went to put my license plate on there was rust behind because of the shavings and now I have spots all over. The smoke is still there after the first treatment. Now when I took it in they just gave me the keys to another car for the day. But when I returned to have the car treated and them take care of the rust issue now they want license and insurance. I didn't have the insurance card on me because I was sure they still had the packet plus they didn't ask for it last time. Of course I got upset and stormed out because I had plans and didn't think that it was going to be a big deal. Still have the issues and no one has called me to fix. Highly mad because I spent almost $40000 with them.

We initially worked with Glen back in 2011 when he helped us find and finance our new Toyota Sienna. Glen treats you more like a friend then a customer and the one thing that we most appreciate is his integrity. He has a great bedside manner but doesn't blow any smoke like some others will do.
