We had a great experience! I needed a vehicle quickly and didn’t have time to shop around for one. I reached out to Lexus Wolfinbarger and gave her my criteria. She found several cars that worked and I was able to purchase in one trip! When we picked up our vehicle after several enhancements, she was there! She checked in several times afterwards to make sure we were happy with our purchase. It was a great experience overall!

The experience we had with Lexus of Louisville was excellent! This was the smoothest vehicle purchase we ever experienced. In one days time we were able to test drive, negotiate the price, trade in our vehicle and be prepared to close the next day. The day following, within 30 minutes we were driving off in our selected vehicle. Everyone from the salesman, the service manager , to the F&I person provided great customer service. We are very satisfied.

Good for buying a vehicle, but I had a tough time with their service department. The price for service online, was not the price I was quoted once I arrived in person. A few dollars here and there is fine, but the service was over 50% more than quoted online. I was asked to enter my VIN for accurate quote online too. The basic service person talked over when I tried to explain how the price online was different than quoted. He was just plain rude. Later, I talked to the service manager, and she was not very nice either. If I was corporate Lexus, I would consider helping Louisville with their scheduling system and getting the pricing squared away. Time: 4:45pm, July 22, 2022.

Mr. Adrian Vogt was very knowledgeable about the used vehicle I purchased even though it was an Audi and not a Lexus. Maintenance took slightly longer than originally told, but these things happen; I wasn’t on a tight time crunch so no harm. That being said, probably best to undersell and over deliver (ie don’t tell me an hour if it might take 2).

I am a big Toyota and Lexus fan. Reliable well built cars! Our local Northern Ky dealership has developed a bit of an attitude due to inventory shortages. They acted like they were doing me a favor selling me a car. We were buying out a lease and getting a second new car. this is the 4th Lexus my family has purchased with the last 3 from Lexus of Louisville. It was worth the hour long drive every rime.

I'm sure the car is fixed overall and in good shape. However, for a $2071 bill I did expected a car wash. And I didn't expect my clock screwed up six hours ahead and my seat memory changed. For the excessive price you folks charge, I could have gotten better at Mazda or Toyota. Not very hapoy!

Superior service !! This is my first service with Lexus of Louisville and they have definitely exceeded my expectations! I previously owned a Range Rover and I was consistently UNDERWHELMED with the average or below average service and long wait times for appointments as well as the high cost. Outstanding service!! We were stranded in Louisville at 8 PM when an oil hose failed and lost all the engine oil visible on the dipstick. We had our car towed to the after hours drop off at Lexus of Louisville and the repairs were made the next day in time for a 4 PM pickup. The price was very reasonable and the service manager supervised the process from start to finish. The oil that had blown all over the rear of the car was cleaned up before the pickup because they provided a courtesy car wash. A bad situation was salvaged from start to finish in under 24 hours. Thanks Lexus for a job well done.

Bryan Bean is the salesperson to use! He makes it such a laid back and easy process. This is the 2nd new Lexus we have purchased from Bryan since October of 2021. That's why I will only work with him on any further purchase. Much thanks to Bryan, Simon, and the F&I team for making this a smooth purchase! Update. My vehicle had 2 miles on it when I bought it new. Haven't had it a week yet and it has been back to the dealer 3 times. The easy exit seat didn't work and I had to program it myself. And now the ventilated seats aren't working correctly either. The carpet mats that came with the car had one thrown in the back seat and they looked like they were 5+ years old. Salesman swapped them out for a set out of one on the showroom floor, and they don't even go to my car. So now I have to take them back as well.

I bought my car from Lexus of Louisville and the customer service was great. Now, when I get my car serviced I expect the same level of service. This last service, was mediocre at best. For all the money I spent, I would have expected more of an explanation of what I was paying for and more follow up calls on the status of repairs for my car. Lexus, in the customer service needs to do better.

Lexus of Louisville are the professionals for your Lexus. Their staff is very informative. They showed me the service history of my car over three owners (including myself) at Lexus Dealership. They are forthright about problems with my make and model. They look for available discounts even when I am unaware of them. Their pricing is competitive with non-Lexis car repair shops. They treat you well.

initial service lady tells my wife they can't do an oil change on our Infinity FX35 because they have to order the filter, etc. And says isn't that an older model.... I bought the car used from Lexus of Louisville and they have done several oil changes without a hiccup. Why would you tell someone you can't do an oil change unless you are sure.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Eric at Lexus of Louisville. I had the great fortune of getting him when I called the dealership, they had an IS 350 I wanted, and I was pursuing a really stellar deal. When I told him what I wanted, he said he would call me right back. But when he called back in under 5 minutes I thought to myself that the dealership wouldn’t make me a good deal. I was wrong, they accepted it in under 5 minutes, and I made arrangements to go pick it up. I drove over 5 hours one way for the deal, it was that good. He was honest and professional throughout the process, and gave me exactly what I asked for, no last minute sales tactics or changes. I have sent him others as well and I can confidently say that you will be extremely pleased with your experience at Lexus of Louisville, especially if you deal with Eric. We drove 4 hours to get to the dealership. Understanding that we still had another 4 hour drive ahead of us to get home, Lexus of Louisville got us in and out quickly (1.5 hrs). From a car buying experience, we were pleased. However, from a Lexus buying experience, it didn't meet our expectations. If one were to ask me what Lexus of Louisville could do to improve the experience, I don't know how to answer that. It was a car buying experience I would want from a CAR dealership. This was not the "relentless pursuit of perfection" I was expecting from a Lexus dealership.

I dropped it off on Monday, and couldn’t get it back till Friday afternoon. That may have been because of some work I was having done to my wheels. The main disappointment came when I picked my car up. It was not washed or vacuumed.
This has always been part of the great Lexus service. Did this change at all? And if so, let your customers know that these services are no longer offered. As a matter of fact, when I picked my car up, I believe it was a service manager that’s been there for many years that took car of me.
I’ve NEVER written any complaint at all, but I felt it was necessary to bring these things to your attention. I just expect certain things from Lexus that other dealers don’t offer, and that’s why we’ve been customers for almost 20 years.
One more thing is that the loaner I got had but if a musty smell to it that was somewhat unpleasant, and it was a little dirty. I don’t remember things like this happening in the past. I still love my car and Lexus in general, but this was definitely a let down on what I’m used to with the service.

He was personable and helpful during the entire experience. I picked out a new vehicle that had arrived that day. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. I was trading in my old vehicle but it was in the shop for repair. It took two weeks to complete the sale due to waiting for my vehicle to get out of the shop. All the questions that came up while waiting was answered by Eric. I texted him several times as he gave me his personal cell phone number. I picked up the vehicle yesterday and the paperwork was done within a 45 minute time frame, fast in comparison to my previous car purchases. Jeanie in finance explained everything as we went along in a very professional matter. Lucas was the technician that went over how to operate the vehicle. He did a great job! This is my first purchase for a brand new car off the showroom floor. Although, it is my retirement car I am planning to purchase another brand new car for my landmark birthday. I really like my 2021 Lexus Hybrid car. I took my car in for the first five month check up, all is well. I was expecting a little bit more in the customer service department. I had Mercedes ML 500 in the past and the service that I received from their Mercedes dealership was phenomenal. I’m slightly disappointed with a few things that the service team at Lexus did not offer.

Purchased vehicle new last year. Had it serviced here twice and both times were disappointing. First service at 5k miles the vehicle was damaged while in there care and the loner vehicle was absolutely filthy. Second service at 10k miles the vehicle had numerous grease/dirt spots on the ecru colored interior. They also ran it through the car wash. The vehicle was covered with random water spots prompting me to now take it to an actual Carwash.
This is my first Lexus and one of there more expensive models. I have to say I’ve been disappointed in Lexus of Louisville service center thus far.

Had a recall part replaced. Service team were excellent and the person who handled the communication with me throughout the repair was also very professional and kind. So was the receptionist who worked the evening I was able to pick up the vehicle who had held onto my keys for me.
The only criticism I have is that the two young men who appeared to work the sales floor that night of January 29th were very rude even in my brief interaction with them. Did not make me want to buy my next Lexus from that showroom. Maybe they were just ready to go home but it was still a bit off-putting.

Great experience!!. They had the history of service on my SC430 which saved me $1000. I was due for both a 90,000 and 100,000 mile service. Thought I would have to put on new timing belt and water pump, but my service technician John Dean showed me that it had been done in 2015 prior to my purchase in December 2019 saving me $1000. I was able to drop off the car that morning and pick it up that same evening. He let me know that in 3 years 100,000 miles I would need to replace both. Honesty like that goes a long way to build individual trust and word of mouth reputation for the Lexus of Louisville Service Department.

I was an ASC certified mechanic for 10years and this is one place I never had an issue with. We just traded our 2020 NX 300 for a 2022 RX 350. There was a broken plastic piece (don't know what it was) just laying in the back seat and debris all over the seat and floor mat. Look like it never got clean out from previous used? This is my third Lexus (all from different dealerships), and this was definitely the best buying experience I have had with the brand. When I arrived, I was pleased that all of the paper work and documents were printed and ready to go, and the process on-site only took about an hour. I hope in the future they might even have a way to do the transaction virtually so that i can just walk in and pick up my new vehicle (or even better, have it delivered to my house). I also REALLY appreciated that there were no surprises or details that weren't already covered in our phone/text conversations. As someone that drove over three hours to get there, I appreciate the time at the dealership being well organized and quick. Bryan Bean was a great sales associate who had good knowledge of the vehicle, listened to my questions and wants, and delivered a well-tailored experience. Details of the deal were agreed in writing prior to my arrival since i was an out of state buyer. I arrived they had the car ready, the finance manager was literally ready for me within 10 min of my arrival. Never pressured me to buy anything extra but did let me know what options were available. I purchased a vehicle and traded in my old one and got a great deal with my trade in and incentives but the finance manager twisted my arm relentlessly to buy prepaid maintenance and dent insurance. I repeatedly refused but once I realized I was not leaving that room without buying something more, I reluctantly took the dent insurance for $10 extra on my monthly payment. It's just money wasted as far as I'm concerned.

I experienced a nail in a tire and needed a last minute appointment. I was able to get in right away for a tire repair. I requested an oil change while I was there, which they quickly accomodated.
I then worked with service advisor, Bridget, who was pleasant and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the repair, and the fact that the damage was to the sidewall and could not be repaired. They replaced the tire at a reasonable cost, changed the oil, washed my car, all in less than an hour.
I am very thankful and extremely satisfied with the service.

However, all that was marred by the fact that is was raining steadily and my car was parked outside. My service associate opened the door for me but rather than bringing the car inside (I think she saw my displeasure and did make a half-hearted offer once the door was open), she did not offer to accompany me to car with umbrella. The distance was not far but by the time I got in the car, I was wet as was my purse and briefcase. Car had not been vacuumed, as well, which is normally part of my service.
I left frustrated (and wet) because Lexus of Louisville is normally a 5 star experience.

Even though I arrived early I was greeted as I drove into to the service bay and taken directly to my service manager. I wasn’t asked to wait, he confirmed what service was needed and did his paper/computer work without me (as it should be). I enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee, a chocolate muffin, and an apple while I played on my phone and iPad. And in less than promised, my service manager let me know my car was ready. We reviewed the work and the checks completed with the service. I paid and signed the paperwork. I walked to my clean (free car wash with service) car and drove to my next destination.
Service the way it should be: fast, friendly, and complete. My service guy (John Dean) is consistently great and it is greatly appreciated. Service is one of the reasons I drive a Lexus!

This is my second purchase from this dealership, and my salesperson, Fritz Bauer is wonderful, very honest, down to earth and never high pressure. My first car I bought there (Toyota RAV4) went 191k miles and was still driving like a dream when I sold it. Bought my 2014 Lexus RX350 and I’m thrilled with it. I’ve never owned a Lexus and it drives so smooth! Many of my friends have driven Lexus’ and one even said she has had hers 20 years and the other one said she contemplated putting in a new transmission in her previous Lexus at the end of its life because she loved it so much.
The only thing I would critique my second round is the auto detail department, of course I am a perfectionist on interior, just seemed not as detailed and a little rushed, but could have been in all fairness. Otherwise- no critiques.
I’ve gone into other dealerships, some okay, some treated me horrible and processed me through the dealership like I was in a cattle auction! Trust me, if you need a vehicle you can trust Lexus of Louisville. If you need a vehicle before the end of 2020, go see my friend, Fritz Bauer before he retires😢, he is truly amazing.

The vehicle I had found on line was available on the lot and waiting for me to look at when I arrived. The salesman was jovial but non pushy, obviously confident of the dealership behind him. The car had been detailed well and was well above any used car you'd find on any lot elsewhere yet still priced extremely competitively. On June 11th I found a car on Car Guru at the Lexus of Louisville dealership. I decided to ride out to check it out the next day. When I arrived, I was able to browse the lot in peace.
When I finally went into the dealership, I was greeted by the receptionist and James Browning, my salesman. I explained that I saw a car online and wanted to see if it was still available, so James checked and found it.
We did a test drive, and it drove very smooth. On our drive, James and I just shared about life in general, his decision to become a salesman and my hesitancy in having a car payment. He was not pushy or overbearing. As a matter of fact, sharing with him was more like talking to a friend.
Once we had everything in order for my purchase, I asked about getting the car inspected by an independent mechanic since it was an "As Is" purchase. They said that would be fine. I had to work the next day, so James took the car to the mechanic of my choice for me. I was told that it was a good purchase by my mechanic, so on the following day I completed the transaction.
I am very please with the level of service I received, my purchase, and the peace of mind.

Overall my experience was good. My service advisor Anne Keefe made sure I was taken care of. She has a great personality, listened intently to my needs and worked on getting me in and out as quickly as possible.
My only complaint is that the tech/person who worked on my vehicle accidentally forgot to dispose of his or her mask properly in the trash. I found his/her mask on my passenger side seat as I was leaving the service bay. This is absolutely not acceptable especially for a car brand like Lexus that has a very high standard and reputation to uphold. Please address this problem with management and all the individuals concerned.

I organize and help others purchase cars at least 5 times a year, because of this I have dealt with many dealerships. I was first contacted by Andre by my preferred method of communication (text). When talking with Andre I asked for additional pictures, questions about the service, and his professional opinion. He met each one of my requests without hesitation and remained informative. Due to traffic we arrived at the dealership a little bit later than I expected and I communicated this with Andre. His concern was that I made it to the dealership safely.
Upon my arrival I was greeted by Elliot the sales manager. He provided us with refreshments and found Andre. My wife and I drove the vehicle and it was exactly how Andre described it. We decided to purchase the vehicle and Andre took the time to explain our options carefully and clearly in order to make sure we were informed of the process even though we were there beyond their normal operating hours. I've heard the horror stories of used car sales. I'm so thankful we found a trustworthy and friendly dealership to buy from. My wife and I bought a used car from Bill Maetschke at Lexus of Louisville and experienced first-rate customer service through the entire process. We found a used car we liked online and decided to check it out. Instead of making us feel like we shouldn't bother the sales team with an inexpensive used car, we were welcomed and given the same service I expect someone buying a new Lexus would be given. Bill was patient and friendly as we drove the car around with our toddler in the back seat. When we decided we'd like to move forward on the vehicle, he worked with me to get to a price we both agreed on. We took the car on a long trip this past weekend and had a strange noise surface. When I asked the dealership about it, instead of being made to feel that it was my issue now, I was told to bring it in ASAP so they could take a look. My experience was mostly positive but Lexus of Louisville did not measure up to Lexus of Clearwater where I get my RX 350 serviced in the winter. Louisville does not inflate with nitrogen like Clearwater (odd since temperature changes more in Louisville). Also no car wash in Louisville (said it was broken). Otherwise my 15,000 mi service was fine and efficient. The customer waiting lounge in Louisville was excellent (nicer than Clearwater).

Service is good 80% of the time. Sometimes car is washed like the customer service rep says it will be, sometimes not. Sometimes the car is ready in 2 hours, sometimes it takes 6. This last time there was some mud chunks on my passenger seat, which no one ever sits in. Everyone who works there is nice and it’s nice to have a loaner car, which I need while mine is being worked on. I just need to know a more accurate time frame of work, so I can better plan my day.

Buying a new car is usually difficult for many reasons, first and foremost the sales staff.
In my case, I knew the exact car I wanted (ES 350 Luxury) and, living in Indianapolis, I went to the local dealer there who chose to be very difficult and not forthcoming when it came to the financial terms. Enter Fritz and Lexus of Louisville. I found him online and from Day 1 he was EXTREMELY easygoing, knowledgeable and quoted me a GREAT deal. When it came to the lease terms, he did not markup on more obscure items like the money factor or the upfront fee. In fact, with any question I had regarding the payment structure, he was patient and forthcoming. I am a CPA and to me, this is almost unheard of....most salespeople don't have the time or patience for such questions, and if they are hiding fees, certainly don't want to answer them (like the dealer in Indy).
Fritz knew I wanted to drive the car before "locking it in" and had no problem letting me spend as much time with it as I wanted to ensure there weren't rattles, squeaks, etc. He had everything ready when I was there and the process was the smoothest you can imagine.
I met with the finance manager, sales manager and technology specialist and I have nothing but positive things to say about each of them.
This is a first class dealership and a first class experience for the buyer. Worth every minute of the 100 mile drive to go there.

The dealership I bought it from didn’t seems to know anything about what service had been done, (I didn’t get it at a Lexus dealership). The morning I was supposed to start driving my new car home the “maintenance required” alert was on. I took it to Lexus of Louisville and explained the situation. Right away John with the service department walked out to the car to get the VIN and said they’d be happy to take a look at it for us. They were able to pull up all the information for us and do a full vehicle inspection for us right on the spot, we didn’t have an appointment. Ashley was the service rep we worked with and she was fantastic! She got us quotes on some add-on’s we were curious about, got our new vehicle inspected and got us on the road within an hour. I was extremely impressed, their customer service was above and beyond. I would whole heartedly recommend Lexus of Louisville to everyone! Especially Ashley and John in the service department!

This was the easiest car purchase transaction I have ever made! It was so efficient. We worked with Bill Marshall long distance. I told him what I was looking for and the bells and whistles that I preferred. He found it right away at another dealership and had it transferred. When we arrived to take delivery, all the paperwork was ready to be executed. Instead of an all day ordeal, we were out of there in a little over 2 hours.
I tried to but in Nashville but the experience was not very pleasant so we worked with Louisville Lexus instead.
