Great Service. I got a low mileage Jeep for a fantastic price with a much lower down payment than any other dealer. Process was easy and they didn’t pressure me at all. Took about 30 min to do paperwork. Highly recommend Omar my sales rep and would use drive time again!

Did not get the normal we can get you in this car for 200 a month then by the time you leave your payment is up to 500 a month.. they were straight forward and came back several times throughout the process with lower payment and better interest rate.. the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle....

My fiance and I had a car that was a 2009 toyota. It kept stalling at lights due to needing fuel injectors; so instead of fixing it we decided to go to a known dealership to trade it in. We only owed a little bit left on it and they told us it wouldn't be worth trading in. So they were looking for 1,000 down payment plus using the cash back from the deal on the car. Which right now we couldn't afford and they wouldn't even work with us on that. So we had to leave. I decided after seeing the deivetime commercials so many times to try it out and I got qualified for a minum deposit. So we went to the store and Omar helped us he was friendly, honest, and very helpful every step of the way and because of that we ended up leaving there with a 2017 Nissan versa with $100 down. So, I would definitely recommend anyone to go there.

The wait time was a bit longer than I expected, but it was largely due to an issue with the vehicle that DriveTime took the care to ensure was fixed before I drove off the lot. I'm very happy with the purchase and will definitely recommend others to their lot.

I worked with chuck on two different occasions. On the first I wasn't able to walk away with the Jeep Liberty that I wanted. A week later I came back and spoke with chuck again hoping to have the money to get the liberty. Unfortunately, not only had the car been sold, but they changed their down payment policy. So, I thought I was going to be without a car for an even longer amount of time, but chuck was able to dig and dig until he finally found an option for me in Lexington. My experience with drive time has been just ok...first of all I have never read reviews where everybody rates at 4 or 5 stars I found one review that rated one star out of about 50 that doesn't happen and immediately sent up a red flag. Yes there cars are expensive I think I will be paying about 26,000 for a 12,000 dollar car and if you pay more than your payment they will apply it to the interest and not to the principal if you want it applied to the principal you have to call them and tell them how much you are applying which is a real pain in the ass they make it difficult to pay the car off early because they want the interest if they give you a hard time I suggest calling your state attorney General office, better business bureau, and your state inspector general's office. You have a grace period on your payment due date they will not tell you this up front you have to ask and be persistent the grace period may vary from state to state mine is 10 days and as long as you pay within your grace period it does not reflect negatively on you no matter how many times they call. If you make your payments through Wal-Mart save your receipts and photocopy them the ink on your receipt will wear off over a short time, I made a payment through Wal-Mart and bridgecrest told me I did not your receipt is the only proof you have paying through Wal-Mart. Drive time will put you in a car they want you in they will steer you towards the car they want and give you only a few choices if you don't want the vehicle they want to sell you they will make "your" choice unaffordable to you, they buy a lot of there vehicles through rental car agencies and they are base models a 10,000 car you can expect to pay 20 to 22,000 for and that's a base model, in there defense they are catering to people with bad credit use them to re-establish your credit don't miss any payments, pay the car off and then go buy the car you want at a much much lower interest rate and not any ol'e car they say they can put you in.

I want to tell you of the awesome experience I received at the Drivetime with sales associate Marco who should be manager in my eyes awesome experience that we received.More than reliable vehicle no gimmicks no tricks true honesty and will get you the car that you need at the price that you need and will help get your credit back on track also want to give kudos to a good Financial Manager that's Abby she did an awesome job and my opinion DriveTime it's the way to go no overhead cost of where they trick you back and forth so that they can make the top commission their commission is already set so you're going to get the car and experience that you deserve I have recommend drive time to everybody that needs to get into a vehicle.
