Cross Motors was so easy and wonderful to work with! This is my 3rd time buying a Jeep from them and they have never disappointed! This time Joel went over and beyond to get me a specific Jeep transferred from Michigan to Kentucky. The process went so smoothly and quickly and I know Joel did a lot of “behind the scene” work to make it that way. He was in constant communication with me which was very helpful and eased my mind with buying a car I had not physically seen yet. My new Jeep is everything I imagined and even more than what I was expecting! I appreciate all of Joel’s sales efforts, and James’ Financial knowledge! I highly recommend them!! 10/10!!!

Excellent dealer that stocks the absolute best selection of AEV modified vehicles. Drove 6 hours from two states away to buy an AEV Chevy Colorado Bison. Very fair price, seamless transaction. Worked with Mark Yates who did an outstanding job and was very professional yet relaxed throughout the entire process. Absolutely would highly recommend Mark to anybody. We are huge fans of AEV modified vehicles and will absolutely look no further than Cross motors when we are in the market for another vehicle. This dealership is well worth the 6 hour drive. Also, they are very experienced with out of state sales, zero issues with anything in our home state, they easily handled it all.

This was one of the easist purchases i have made. They tried to do as much paperwork up front before i arrived to limit my time there. It was very appreciated even though i had not fully committed to anything. When we arrived, we test drove the vehicle and completed paperwork quickly. I didn't purchase a Jeep here, but I did take my existing Jeep to their shop to have a few mods installed. I worked with Kelsi through the whole process and she was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Their service people did an amazing job with adding the mods to my Jeep and their prices were very fair. A couple of months after, my Jeep broke down (not related to anything Cross did) several days before a trip to FL. Cross worked very hard and quickly got my Jeep back to me, just in time to make my trip to Florida. Still today, she purrs like a kitten! First of all the salesman... Mr.Yates was awesome! It wasn't one of his dealerships brands but he knew all about the car and answered every question I had. Finance department was just as easy to deal with! They searched for the best financing they could find and I was very happy with it. They spent the extra time to get me where I needed to be on my monthly payment. When the car was delivered(out of state) it was just how it was described. The salesman (Mark) even stayed 30 minutes AFTER the dealership closed to make sure my purchase was loaded on the car carrier properly! ♥️ I can't say enough about these guys. I was looking for a Honda Accord Touring V6 and I was fortunate to have met Shawn Lopes @ Cross Chrysler Jeep Fiat. I live at Columbus IN and have been looking for a car for over 3 weeks. The car this dealership had was definitely way superior on the exterior as well as the interior when compared to the other dealerships I visited (The 1 hour drive was definitely worth it). I had a concern over getting a second key fob for this truck and getting it programed (I had a bad experience with a previous dealership). My 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude was purchased new from a dealership in Bardstown who later dropped the Jeep name and no longer would provide the service. At 121,000 miles, out of warranty but with only 2 payments left, it experienced major engine failure and needed to be towed into a dealer. I did a random search, called a few dealers, and was so fortunate that Cross Jeep was the only one who would even talk to me. Without hesitation, they accepted the tow and had the service advisor "Rick" immediately contact me for all the details. It was that initial point of contact that convinced me I had made the right decision. They did tell me they were about a week out on service appointments but under the circumstances they would at least diagnosis it. Within a matter of hours, the news was bad but it was news - I needed over $4000 in repairs. It was because of their confidence in resolving the problem that I decided to do it rather than junk it. It did take time to get the parts in but once they were there, the problem was fixed. When I went in to pick it up, that was the first time I had ever been inside that dealership. I have been a Jeep owner for 45 years and have had many experiences with Chrysler's sales and service so I am confident in saying that Cross Jeep in Louisville far surpasses any other service department in this region. They were polite, courteous, honest, and efficient. My 2015 Jeep now runs better than it has since the day I bought it. I was not happy with the failure of the Jeep product but I am over-whelming satisfied with the Cross Jeep dealer in Louisville who repaired it. They are truly a 5 Star Service Department.

I went to nearly a dozen different places, test driving, and understanding what kind of ride and Jeep package I wanted, but kept coming back to Cross Motors because they know what they’re talking about, they have the inventory, they are never never pushy or aggressive, and truthfully their financing division is honest and frank and very easy to deal with. In my 40+ years in buying, selling, or trading cars, this was by far the easiest and least stressful deal I ever made, and most of the credit probably goes to one of their salesman, Shawn L. Ask for this salesman, and you with again thank yourself for doing so; people like him make a difference in the car buying experience (which is something I never thought I’d say because I hate buying cars, hate dealing with salesman, and always feel taken advantage of after I get a car from a seller due to unforeseen costs, financing gimmicks, and unreliable products). I bought a Jeep Gladiator, and have never been happier with the process of buying a car as well as having the truck of my dreams…and furthermore, at the end of the day, I didn’t have to leverage everything I owned just to get it. I did go in with a good bank - P.S., check out Transcend Credit Union before you talk to the dealership’s finance dept - and I got an incredible trade-in value from Carvana for my cars (which was actually recommended by the Cross financing Dept!!!). Carvana is the easiest trade-in concept I’ve every encountered as well - a check immediately upon drop-off. But all of this came together under the Cross Motors umbrella, and it helped my bottom line. Once again, huge shout out to Shawn L., a five-star salesman and top-notch person.

Our sales rep, Chase Vancelette, listened attentively as we explained what we were looking for, and then he took the time to patiently walk us around the lot and point out all the differences with all the various models. In the process, we found a vehicle that checked off every box on our list. (One hour later, we drove it home)! Chase was very personable and professional. Rather than focusing on just trying to make a sale, he took the time to actually understand our needs, educate us, and then take us directly to in-stock vehicles that fit the description of what we were looking for. There was absolutely no pressure to upsell us to a more expensive model or to buy a new vehicle. He found us exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn't be happier! The business manager, Matt Ward, also deserves a shout-out for getting the financing arranged and processing the sale. He also made us aware of several additional warranty packages, and I was especially impressed when we chose the least expensive option and he respected our decision. (My experience with other dealerships is that this discussion often turns into a high-pressure argument. With Matt, it was a genuinely pleasant discussion. He was interested in meeting our needs; not just trying to sell us the biggest package). That's the kind of thing that will keep me coming back. This is my positive review of our purchase experience at Cross Motors. We were greeted by Chris Gabehart. We told Chris we weren't necessarily there to buy a car but really just to be sure the model we were interested in would be a good replacement for our current SUV. Chris asked us some pertinent questions and while we were made comfortable, Chris started checking inventory to see what matched. After a bit, it was pretty clear there were cars that checked many but maybe not all of our boxes. Chris brought up a car for us to drive anyway, to address our first and most important issue. (was a Jeep even on our short list. turns out it definitely was). While we were test driving, Chris continued checking inventory. By the time we got back he had identified a few more examples he thought might work, which he reviewed with us. At NO time during any of this process did we feel pressured. Chris was patient and professional and seem to us at least to be intent on making sure we were happy. Rather than try to shoe horn us into something else, he told us if we didn’t find something that day that suited us he would just keep looking and let us know when he located something for us. We took a look at those vehicles Chris had identified. As it turns out, he nailed it. We ended up getting a jeep that really wasn’t exactly what we came looking for but was in fact, we now think, a better choice for us. Same model, but much different trim. Again, we didn’t feel any pressure, Chris just put it out there and the jeep did the rest. End of the day, we got a great vehicle at nearly the number we had set for ourselves and we’re happy with the deal we struck. I need to mention, we also received what we think was a fair offer for our trade. Up front, before we had even settled on a car. So no shenanigans there either. Just fair treatment. Signing was painless as well. James Holfinger executed the paperwork with us electronically and efficiently. Extended warranty programs were presented but without what I would call unnecessary pressure, which was also refreshing. We are very happy with our experience and would recommend Cross Motors and Chris Gabehart to anyone. We will almost certainly be back when we’re looking for our next car. And we LOVE our Jeep!

I recently bought a Rav 4 at Cross motors. The sales team was very nice and helpful. Hunter was willing to answer all my questions and let me check if every component of the vehicle was working properly. Matt in Finance was very friendly. He did not get frustrated when I needed to read every sentence of the paperwork despite them being very busy. My only complaint was the detailing. It was an adequate job but it was not as thorough as I would have liked. When I got it home and put down floor mats I noticed that underneath the seats were not cleaned and still smelt like dog. That is however a small issue and overall I enjoyed my first car buying experience and was very glad that I chose Cross Motors. I would definitely recommend Cross Motors to a friend. I would just tell them to check the detailing a little closer. :)

We had a wonderful experience here this past week. David Figg was our salesman and we were so lucky to have him through the buying process. He was super knowledgeable about the jeeps, was never pushy and made us very comfortable. We had Mathew beard as a salesman and he was awesome to work with! He was upfront and informative about the Jeep we were buying he had it certified for us since that was my only request. He also had it cleaned and gassed up ready to go! I’m leaving a 4 star review because our experience with the finance manager was a little off putting. He was super nice and cheerful in the beginning and answered all of my questions but once we got to the add on extra “warranties” they try to sale and I declined them multiple times his attitude did a complete 180 and said nothing more to us other than “sign here” and “bye”. Not a big deal but definitely left us with a sour mood after just completing our purchase. Once again this has nothing to with the experience we had with Mathew he was great!
