Let me tell you. I have been a SAHM for 10 years! I only went back to work almost 90 days ago. My credit is terrible. I went to JD Byrider and to be honest I figured I wouldn’t be leaving with a car! I went in and spoke to Doug and he was the nicest most genuine car salesman I have ever dealt with. The manager of the store Mark was super nice too! They went above and beyond to get me in the car I WANTED. They didn’t even bother to show me other cars. They knew the one I wanted and they worked and got me in it! I am shocked! I still can’t believe it. I did it on my own!!! Doug was so nice and sat and chatted with me the whole time I was there. Other car people don’t even bother to talk to you… they just want you out the door so they can make money off the next person. There was a hiccup with the car I bought but it was fixed within an hour!!! I will def be keeping in touch with Doug and Mark. They are truly nice people. Thanks Doug and Mark!!! I still can’t believe it!!

No bad words at all about this company. I been carless almost a month while they replaced my engine but haven't missed a day of work. I greatly appreciate them doing what they could to get me back on the road. I've also referred 2 people and they both left with a vehicle. So if you need a car I definitely recommend shopping with this car lot. The manager lady Shannon deserves some type of customer service award because she is on her game and will try her best to right anything you feel is wrong or unfair.

Where do I begin? Shaun was my salesman and was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Due to my credit and limited income, I was able to drive off in a nice reliable car. The process was a bit tedious but what car lot is not? They worked with what I had, nothing but good vibes. My husband was skeptical at first but he was VERY shocked at the outcome. The payments are also very affordable. If you are looking for a nice reliable car stop on by. They will work with WHATEVER you have :)

Ok so 90 days in and my transmission and now front wheel bearings had to be replaced... At least still under warranty and the wheel bearings they finished the same day so that's a plus. Service department very friendly and knowledgeable.

I am super impressed with my experience with this company, I literally walked in feeling discouraged and walked out with a vehicle. As, they say in record time, took about 30-40 mins for the whole process. Chris was my sales rep and he was awesome, as in terms of slang 'He did his thing'. You know, the workers there are truly amazing! And try to help you as much as they can. They got us in a vehicle pretty quickly. Left in our car the same day! With little down payment. Monthly payments are a little high, but that wouldn't be an issure if it wasn't for our vehicle its self. It has been in the service dept more than we have had it. And we've had it less than 7 months. We'll get it back, then a few weeks to a month later, we'll have to call to get the car towed back in! Its just crazy. Like I said the service is very nice, the people there are fantastic, I just wish our vehicle would get fixed, and STAY fixed. Its an inconvenience and just frustrating.

I used to hear a lot of bad things about this place when it was JD Byrider. Now that it is just Byrider gave it a chance and its a really good place. The sales people are very friendly and extremely helpful. Yes, I have had some issues with the vehicle I bought but the service department fixed them quickly. They covered the cost of a rental while my car was being repaired and they got it fixed right. I've recommended this lot to other people andI would again.

Bought the car. And 12 days later the starter went out. They had a tow truck to pick it up when I got off work. Took it straight to their shop. The next day was Christmas eve. They had the starter there when we got there at 5:30 they had 3 mechanics and the manager working on it. it was repaired and i was out the door before 7 saving our trip for Christmas. When I first searched J.D. Byrider I wasn't sure if I could get a car due to me having poor credit. Not only that I thought it was a gimmick. I was approved and have a nice Dodge Avenger. The service was excellent. They work with you not against you. The payments are more than affordable. If you get paid Bi-weekly then they base it off of that. They cut your payments in half. They offer deferred down payment, so if you don't have the full down that that want, they will let u pay until it's paid off, then your regular payments will start. I heard this place on Facebook and my Daughter need a better car , so we went to check it out . When we got there the staff we met was very friendly. Our salesman Stone Higginbotham was very nice and done a great job waiting on us , But he was covered up , he was trying to take care of 4 different people at the same time, more salesmen are needed , that's why I only put 3 stars , the process is very long but would have been better if stone wouldn't have to go back and forth as the process went along with each customer . I've brought several cars over the years at buy here pay here and I've have good success with our cars and every place is different how they do things . JD Byrider is very professional how they do things and they do give you peace of mind that you are getting a wonderful vehicle . I would definitely recommend going here for a car if you have had trouble getting a car in the past they only thing I would do differently is do the pre authorization before going so you are approved before going getting there . The staff was true with there word and keep everything open and honest . The only thing I would recommend for JD Byrider have more sale men's available !!!

After being turned down at some other lots for not having a larger down payment. I moved on to plan B. Hindsight is 20/20 as it would've saved me a lot of hassle & grief if I have just gone to Byrider first. I have to give them props because most places waste time by going through the motions of choosing a car before checking to see if you qualify for a loan. Byrider gets the majority of their vehicles from Enterprise Fleet & rental cars and for the most part they are well maintained. The one I chose, like all their vehicles has 4 matching tires & the car has emergency roadside svc. So I hope I get a few good years out of them. The Byrider purchasing process is very smooth and painless. I'm happy with my purchase which included a 4yr / 60k mi extended warranty & GPS tracking device. I'm very happy I took a chance with Byrider.

Its decent. Never had any problems. As long as you stay current on your payments you should be okay. The deferred payment are high but if u can get through those first 2 months you should be able to do it all. Also when u get a car from them they give u a coupon to use at any jiffy lube to get an oil change for $5 And it doesn't expire until after your lease is paid off so that your encouraged to get your oil changes done. The service department is pretty good as well. I'm no longer in warranty anymore but they fixed my whole front end suspension struts, shocks, tire rods ends, and both sway bar links, with wheel alignment time up and oil change all for $680. Which was a good deal honestly. But overall I'm giving them a 4 because it's not perfect the payments could be a little cheaper and if you are late or not even late say you payment is due on Friday well they start calling u around noon on Friday to remind you of your payment...

My husband and I had an amazing experience! Very drawn out and time consuming, but they were short staffed due to a funeral and the closing process is about 45 minutes to an hour long. My husband and I have a repossession on our credit that is less than a year old and they got us in a 2007 Sebring for only $200 down and then payoff for the remaining down payment over the next 8 weeks. They were very helpful and willing to get us in a car that night. We couldn't have been more grateful for all of the staff staying late to watch us drive off in a new car 😃 John the manager was very personable and stayed a couple hours past his shift to help us, Scott helped us finalize and close out, also a very friendly man and Satonya helped us with the finishing paperwork and even though she had been there for 11 hours that day, she was still a delight to work with. I was really surprised at how friendly they all were considering our past experiences with car salesmen and managers. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone with some songs on their credit. Not to mention our scored had dropped significantly after our repo (and sinking in over $12,000 into our previous car). I already have my mother and my aunt going there for there next vehicles!! Also, love the warranty! 36,000 mile/3 year on all major components. Even seals and gaskets!! Only things not covered are heating and air. We really couldn't be more thrilled with our new car!! AND it's super great on gas!! This is already a better vehicle thus far than our previous car, a 2008 Chevy Impala LT 3.5 Flex Fuel. As soon as we drove off the lot with that vehicle we had to pay $100 deductible to replace the rack and pinion. With J.D. Byrider, the deductible is only $25!!! Even if we need to replace the transmission 😃 Very pleased and will be doing more business with them in the future for sure!!!

If you're are having to come to a BHPH as your best purchasing option right now, there's no better option than these guys. Sure you're going to be paying severely for your vehicle, but at least it's reported to credit and they make it as pleasant as possible. They are very open that this is an option for people who NEED it; and they even say if you're able to go elsewhere and finance, have at it. Obviously there are things like divorce and relocations and etc that cause us to be in a pickle vehicle-wise, and needing a new ride before we can raise our credit, etc. The people here are very helpful and respectful that these situations occur. I'm thoroughly enjoying my new-to-me car and the payments are more than manageable, though I plan to pay much more each month to reduce my overall interest. Stone helped me through each step and is even having me bring my car back in when the door handle broke off just a few weeks after purchasing it. The $10 oil changes are an awesome benefit as well.
