Thank you thank you thank you is all I can say. Some say this is the absolute worst time in history to buy a car. I got so lucky with the people that work here. Easiest and most pleasant car buying experience ever. The rules of negotiating say both parties should walk away feeling good and also like they gave something up to make the deal work. That’s exact it what happened. The sales person Chris was honest, and polite. The manager Meena helped us get a steal of a deal in todays market, and the finance manager Johanna was courteous and pleasant. We are in love with Volvo and will refer others here. Update: after the below mishap with communication we were able to order the vehicle and have been happy with the service we received from Sally and her team. I would recommend following up frequently to ensure you are on the same page as the Volvo team with regard to your order status and estimated delivery date. Ultimately, we are very happy with our vehicle and grateful we gave them a second chance. Original: I'll start by saying we went into this dealership wanting to buy a car. We had done our research and were sold. We scheduled a test drive, sat down with the associate and picked out all the features we wanted and signed the form to put a deposit down. She advised us the car would be ordered and ready in 1-2 months, around September. My husband called a few times to get status updates, and phone calls were never returned. He emailed asking for updates, and his emails were not returned. When someone finally answered after about 2 months from our original visit, we discovered the order for the car had not even been placed, and the factory was on holiday for the past month. I reached out to the corporate office to file a formal complaint and was told cars can take 6 months, so they had no idea how we were given this unrealistic timeline, and how we were not informed about the company's month-long holiday / hiatus. This dealership wasted our time. Would have loved to buy this car, but this was such a disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend spending your time and money elsewhere.

My wife and my experience purchasing our new car was excellent. The car itself has been wonderful. Christine Lee was our sales representative and she could not have done a better job. She was helpful though every step and was always professional. Anytime we had questions or concerns she was prompt in answering them. When we made the purchase she told us a date the car would be delivered and it actually arrived two weeks early. She kept us up to date on the manufacturing process and schedule. We would definitely purchase a car with Christine in the future.

Leased the showroom xc60 on past Sunday from fleet manager Mario and He did a great job. Easy to work out numbers from his desk manager Meena！If you are looking for a Volvo then go Pasadena Volvo and find out them to roll your deal. The main reason is the attitude. They gave me a great attitude and I got the car from them. Thats it. Also，im doing the car business too and i feel Volvo is a great car better than the MB BMW and Audi. This is for the service dept. I took my two Volvos here to finished the recall to replaced car door locks. They were work fast. But only thing I was not happy with was they did not put door panel back well. My BLIS panel really loose also. But my service adviser named Anthony who was professional and friendly. 4 stars recommend to use their service dept.

I love this dealership I've gotten my last three cars here not from convenience because it's farther than two other dealerships from my house but you feel like you left with a good deal not getting scanned. Update: excellent experience! Car was cleaned and ready to go. Michael at the Parts/Service Cashier was very helpful and accommodating. John was great! Concern was handled as expected. Only suggestion is to have the car ready to go when customer arrives to pick up. I received a call around noon that the car was ready, arrived 30 mins later to pick up and then waited another 45 minutes while the car was cleaned. Otherwise, great work.

Na’eem went above and beyond my expectations. From our introduction through the end of the service I felt cared for and taken care of as a customer. There was a recall on my vehicle that I had not taken into time consideration and Na’eem made sure I had a vehicle ready to go. I was arriving late after service was closing for pick up and he made sure I would have my vehicle no problem upon return. Dealing with cold metal vehicles it is nice to be taken care of but such a warm person. This is why I drive a Volvo.

Na’eem and the team looked after me in the service department with what I’d refer to as concierge type service . We have a 2019 V 90 CC and we really like it . One small annoyance has been the software which corrects the angles of the rear view side mirrors . The service team elevated the service need in order to get the issue corrected and now will actually replace the driver side mirror under warranty . These are machines and , as such , require intervention from time to time but the service team does everything possible to keep any disruption to a minimum . My Volvo S60 t5 was the first Volvo I had ever owned...so, I was particular with who I left the repairs to. Money is tight, and that played on my mind. My car is a 2001 Model, less than 60k miles. It sat in storage for awhile, and that was a concern. I was right to have a concern, because shortly after purchasing this Volvo it had an oil leak. It was a drip at first, that became worse. I took it into Rusnak of Pasadena. Their first Quote was over 6k...they listed many things that they claimed I needed repaired, most of it unrelated to the leak. I questioned their integrity. We settled on the parts for the leak. Still, that was $3800. It hurt... What started with a drip of oil, turned into a Cam Shaft Seal, and many other parts. It's their Labor Assessment... Are their Tech's that good? No, is my response. They tore down my car, put it back together, test drove it, and created another problem which they absorbed. Rusnak had my car for 3 weeks...did they offer me a daily-driver to get by? No. I used Uber for those days they had my car. Every couple days they communicated an excuse...till finally the day came when I was to pick up my car, but not without their Service Rep communicating another problem that would cost $616.00 to fix. In my head I was thinking they were trying to hustle me. My opinion is, of course, is not good for Rusnak Volvo. But, that's me. I did talk to one lady that was taking her car to Rusnak Volvo for 10 years. She was satisfied with the service...wow! But she was having only routine maintenance done in that span. I love my Volvo. The cost to fix it and keep it on the road, was never a problem - whatever it took. It's the way the whole process was...that's my problem. Their Representation, their Service...those are the things I look for, and I don't feel it was good. But, that's my opinion... I'm giving Rusnak of Pasadena a 3 out of 5, and that's generous.

I recently visited Rusnak Auto to buy a used car and had a great experience. We were in a bind because my wife's car is going to be in the shop for a while, but Rusnak offered to pay for our Uber to their location (which is an hour away from where we live)! Once there, we saw that the car I inquired about had been freshly washed and vacuumed so it looked great. Adimika, our contact, especially offered us incredible hospitality and kindness during our visit. After a quick test drive, I signed all the forms and walked out with a great used car at an even better price. They gave me the CarFax, an examination of any repainting jobs on the car, and offered full transparency of its history whenever possible. For reference, I went to another dealership last month looking at a very similar car, and the salesman was very blunt and not open to any kind of negotiation. I will be sure to keep Rusnak on the top of my list for future car purchases!

Stopped in on a whim last week as I passed by coming from another dealership getting my Lexus appraised to see what they would offer me. Met Ron, the GM and explained to him I was interested in only selling my car with no intention of buying...got no pressure whatsoever to purchase a car from them and he gave me the highest offer for my car out of 5 dealers. Didn't have the title on me so scheduled to return a couple days later to sell my car to them. That night I went on their site and saw they had some pretty good promotions going on, but was still a bit out of my budget especially considering I wasn't in the market for a new car. But the promos they had got me thinking maybe I should take advantage of their deals and get a car if possible. When I went back to sell them my car, I asked Ron if he could work w/ me and find me a car that would fit the budget I had in mind. Ron and his sales and finance team that helped me through the process..Bradley, Paulie, Mario, and Brandi all provided me with excellent V.I.P. service and at no point along the way did they pressure me into buying. It wasn't until I was comfortable with the right numbers with the right car that I decided to go for it. And for me to go for it required me getting a great deal, which I got. TL;DR: Sold my Lexus to them and rolled out in a brand new Volvo V60 w/ Sport package. Would definitely recommend checking out this dealership if you're in the market for a new or used car.

When I picked up my car, I accidentally went to the parts counter (this was my first time getting my car serviced). There was a technician getting some parts from the parts guy and instead of taking care of the customer first, they continued their transaction, which took about 5 minutes. A very expensive repair was done free of charge within warranty with a lot of candor -- and a lot of care -- with a no-questions-asked new loaner provided for the entire 10 days my car had to be out of commission. Na'eem is a wonderful service advisor who regularly provided me with updates and walked me through the entire process. The service team went above and beyond not only doing the repair but identifying two other in-warranty needs that my car had and performing those for free as well. It should also be said that Rusnak was not where I bought the car nor was I the first owner; I simply had a 2015 model that was still in warranty and I was treated like I had been their customer from the very beginning.

I bought a used C70 in July 2014 at Galpin. At that time, I was unable to get the satellite radio to work, but decided I wasn't that interested so never followed up with Galpin. Over the course of the past year, I have had the battery die twice. This year I decided to have the 37,500 mi maintenance done by Rusnak as I work in Pasadena and it is just more convenient. At that time, I worked with service agent, Anthony, and had an excellent experience. Shortly thereafter, I took a 10 day vacation during which the car sat idle at home. When I returned the battery was again dead. I brought the car in to Rusnak and again Anthony took care of me. He figured out that the satellite radio software had not been downloaded for my car (which is why I couldn't get it to work) and that this was in some way responsible for the dead battery. He had the service department download the software and now I am using the satellite radio. Still don't know if this solved the battery problem, but time will tell. What I do know is the service at Rusnak has been excellent.

When I went back to get a scratch fixed 2 weeks later that was there when I purchased the car, I spoke to two different people about the inside not being cleaned and was assured that the interior would definitely be detailed this time. **This review reflects my SALES experience, and is not a reflection of SERVICE ** After purchasing my last 2 cars at Rusnak Volvo I was surprised when they reached out to me on my pull-ahead lease program to offer to re-up my current lease with a new model. I wasn't in the market for my existing car, but was interested in the new XC60. While I expected to be treated like a return customer and spared the haggling, what I got were offers that got worse and even insulting as time went on. The salesperson acted not only as if I'd never seen a kbb value report, but that I can't do basic math, at one point even insisting that the poster on the wall of the dealership was wrong. After 2 cars at Volvo of Rusnak, and 3 cars at the Rusnak brand, I walked and got the car I wanted at a better deal than I wanted at another dealership (by the way, every Volvo dealership in Los Angeles offered me a better deal than Rusnak out of the gate) - and remember, I wasn't even in the market for a car at the beginning of this ordeal. I was hesitant to leave this review because I have always had an excellent experience with Naeem on the service side, but the aggressive haggling on the sales side made me feel taken for granted.

I had a thousand questions and he patiently answered every one and took me on several test drives. He found the color I wanted and all the specs and had it brought in from another dealer because I was really specific about what I wanted. It was the last one in California in that color. The Rusnak team including Efrem and Barby helped me work out financing, gave me a good deal on my Honda Civic. No one there was in your face which I hate. I had an experience with that at another dealership and left. So choose Rusnak in Pasadena and ask for Rafik. Plus, the business is owned by women which I also like. It was started by their father years ago. Go for it. Volvo is top of the line for safety and comfort and all the new techno gadgets. Shouldn’t I get paid for this recommendation!!?? Seriously. We went to buy a Subaru and came back Volvo owners! So far we have had a great experience with Volvo Pasadena. We were looking at the Subaru outback but I wanted to check out the Volvo v60 which was closer to our previous car the Jetta Sportswagen. Unlike the Glendale dealers we got a proper test drive (not just around the block). Meena was very patient with us, fairly low pressure. He immediately understood what we were looking for and mentioned a CPO they had just received which matched our needs almost perfectly. I felt like we got a very reasonable price and the car is great so far (though a little smaller inside than the VW wagon). I gave 4* because the actual dealership environment is a little old and shabby looking now especially for a more premium car like a Volvo, it could do with a makeover. It took a while to get the car due to some items that needed to be fixed to get it's certification but they gave us some great loaner cars so that was no problem. It remains to be seen how the service dept is and how reliable the car is. They have some very strong competition from the nearby independent Volvo specialist.
