Great people. Great car selection. No hard sales. The service is so excellent (I worked with Sam), I didn't worry about haggling over the price. Plus, the car was detailed so well, Carfax etc... I knew I was getting a good price. There were no junky cars around, just good, quality cars. Visit their website if you're looking. I looked at 4 other cars from Craigslist, and couldn't find the quality I needed. Maria was very helpful with all the paperwork. It honestly couldn't have been a better experience IMHO. This review is long overdue since I purchased my first car from IMX auto back in 2013 and my family and I have been going to them ever since. I recently went back to lease a new car (which is now my second car lease with them) and of course they took care of everything and made the process very simple. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Zack, Robert and Tiger and they all work very fast and are very professional. I really appreciate the fact that they are constantly communicating about updates during the whole process. It’s also great to know that I can drop by at any time and ask them a question or even send them a text. Also, once it’s time to pick up the car they make sure to go through all the paperwork with you to make sure you understand what you are signing and give a tour of the car to make sure you know the important details. I cannot recommend them enough.

Our whole experience with Tiger Hakopian @ IMX was fantastic. He found us exactly the vehicle we were looking to buy, in the color we wanted, with the accessories we wanted, in a very competitive market (the hybrid RAV4 we wanted is VERY in demand). I have never purchased a car before and to be honest was worried about it as a woman. Legit was scared I would get screwed over and then be sad. The car I bought is in great condition, they walked me through every detail and were extremely patient while I facetimed my dad 4 times to discuss. This company, IMX Auto is pleasure to work with. In particular my sales representative Mr. Robert Davoodi. Just consider the fact that I live in South Orange County and these guys are in Burbank. In a good day, over an hour drive. Yet, I went with Robert because of his class, honesty and professionalism and not to mention a great deal. Last year I leased a car from them and just last week purchased a car from him. The best part of it all, I only went there once each time to pick up the cars and to sign the paper work which was less than 15 minutes. In case of the lease, I had found a deal from another dealer and was about to do it, but a friend mentioned IMX and Robert to me. I gave him a call told him what deal I had. He didn't just beat the price, he gave me a much better deal. Then he asked for the color I wanted, and few days later, the car was ready to go and just went to pick it up. In the case of my purchase, I checked their inventory online, liked a car and gave the information to him over the phone. he calls back the next day gave me great deal by far from an offer that I had from another dealership for the same year and model car. I gave him the OK and over the weekend went to pick it up. No hassle, no tricks, no pushiness. Just honest business which I appreciate so much. IMX receives nothing short of rave reviews/5 stars and now I see why. Sam Allahverdian assisted me promptly with my online inquiry via email and a follow up phone call on a Saturday. Everything was done over the phone initially (questions about the car, securing a loan approval, etc.) and after speaking with Sam, he immediately put my mind at ease. He was very professional, honest and gave me some good advice about the cars we saw online. When we came in that afternoon, we test drove, signed off on the loan documents and off we went! We were in and out in almost an hour (or less)! Thank you Maria in financing, she was such a dream to work with and very knowledgeable. And kudos to Sam for making it an enjoyable experience. If you are looking for a dealership that haggles, plays games with the numbers and keeps you there for hours, then this dealership is NOT for you. Easily one of the best experiences I've had period. Was able to purchase a 2020 car with my own credit. The fact that I was a recent college graduate earned me a $500 rebate. He was super nice, patiently explained everything to me and gave me a better deal on my new Chevy than the guy I went to previously (somewhere else) for my current car. What a great experience i had at IMX auto sales. Ask for Sam, he was very polite and pleasant to deal with, as well as the rest of the staff. There was none of the usual up-sale tactics here either. I went to another dealership and they tacked on $1900 in fees to the cost of the vehicle, $600 in dealer prep fees (what ever that is) $500 in windshield protection (most people's insurance already cover this) and $700 in rock chip and ding protection though, once again, your insurance covers that usually. I have been in the auto repair business for over 30 years now, so when i arrived at IMX i took a quick look at some of the inventory, and all of the vehicles look clean, including the vehicle i purchased from them, it was just as Sam described with no surprises and I'm pretty picky. Stop by ask for Sam and take a look around. Who knows maybe you'll find the perfect car,,, i did. Good luck...

Highly recommend this place. I was referred to Tiger by a friend of mine, and he was great. I had a lease that was coming to an end, and needed to unload that vehicle, and get a new one. Usually the process is such a pain, but Tiger made it super easy. I brought in my car for an inspection, and chatted about what kind of new lease I was looking for. Then he located that car, got all my paperwork ready, and I brought in my old car, signed some papers, and left with the new one. He gave me a tutorial on the new vehicle, and the whole thing basically took a little over an hour. Also, he was never pushy or tried to upsell me on anything. Plus my old car had damage, and they bought out the lease anyway, and I just had to pay the difference for the damage, which I considered much easier than taking the car to a shop. So thankful of IMX Auto! I just purchased a 2013 Honda Fit to replace mine that had been totaled while parked. Buying a used car can be stressful and tiresome, but IMX was anything but. I found them through Carfax and visited because of their stellar reputation on Yelp. The price was the best around and they do something I wish more dealers did: they call it "haggle-free" pricing. Don't bother with all the other used dealers who list on price online, have another on the sticker and make you play head games and waste time in their office. I lost two weeks looking for a car in vain. Going from small dealerships just to get disappointed with their selection and high interest. And for some reason, I couldn't trust them too. Finally, I found IMX. They are the real deal! A large professional dealership that treats you and help you like you deserve. It felt like I was getting a new car. Tiger was very helpful for a week and could deliver exactly what we wanted. Maria was great at financing too. Honest, reliable and sweet people. I think we're more happy with them that with the car. They put the car on the elevator so we could inspect it from below. The tires were ok, even so, I mentioned something about one of the four, and they replace that tire and one more for a pair of new tires! Just like that! On our first week with the car, we noticed a few really minor issues with it. I called them and they ask the car back. They managed to find the smaller parts and fix it for me. No charge. It's like a new car!!! Soon, I'll have to trade my other one, and IMX will be my place once again. Go get your next car with them too.

IMX Auto Sales is definitely the place to go if you want an honest and happy purchase with a car. Of course, buying a car is a major decision and sometimes a very stressful and intimidating experience. This IS NOT the place where people will haggle you and pressure you into buying right away from the dealer, which I heavily respect. I pass by this place all the time and I made a U-turn around the corner of here when I realized, "why haven't I checked this place out to buy a car yet?" There's literally cars that have their plates, so I thought I could give it a try. One thing: I LOVE the variety of cars that they have here for any type of budget. Their cars are some of the cleanest cars that any dealer can offer (and also have an 83 point inspection), and honestly? Their cars were WAAY nicer than some major dealers (such as Keyes, Galpin, etc.). We took a look around various major dealers that everyone knows about and their cars were dirty and full of scratches and people who want to harass you to get commission. So yes, I was very happy with the choices I had and especially the quality. Robert was so kind to my boyfriend and I when we first came into the lot. He was very knowledgeable and professional when it came to finding a car within our budget and knew all the specs on the cars we were interested in. I also appreciated his patience, as I kept going back and forth about what I wanted. He could have continued to do what any sales representative from a dealer could have done and push the car (even though I wasn't sure), but yet he respected my space and for that, that's a major bonus point in my book. Robert was also very helpful when it came to test driving the vehicles and having a rough estimate when it came to final costs and financing. His patience, kindness, and knowledge were enough for me to continue the next phase of purchasing a car. Maria, their financial consultant (and expert) did a phenomenal job when it came to explaining the process of purchasing a car. Not once did I feel like she was being sketchy or just trying to say whatever she needed to make a sale. She genuinely cares about people being happy with their purchase and I greatly appreciate that. She was fully transparent and honest throughout the whole process, from the minute we pulled a soft pull credit check (bonus points!) to signing all the paper work. Overall, I say that IMX Auto Group is one of the best dealers in all of SoCal (yes, even beating Keyes and all the main dealers on Van Nuys Blvd., especially since my last car was at Keyes Toyota and they sold me a lemon). Both Robert and Maria did a phenomenal job at what they do, and I love how IMX's whole philosophy is a "haggle free zone". Car buying shouldn't be that scary after all, and that's why I heavily recommend this dealer to others and can't wait to recommend this to friends who want to purchase a car in the future.

Bought a nice truck with a very smooth process. Sam was in communication from beginning to end, and made it worth a 200 mile drive to buy. I viewed another truck, equal by 'data' but on inspection and dealing with the lot people... hasta nunca. We then rolled on to Sam and he walked out and greeted me by name with a handshake. Not much later, maybe two hours max, we drove off the lot happy campers. I normally prefer to sell a car outright but I didn't want to with my aged vehicle. They took it off my hands and I was happy. When all added up, It was a great deal... including the customer treatment. And... Maria, the finance manager, made the paperwork simple and a good advocate... with a few tidbits of good credit advice. But wait... there's more, she referred us to the taco shop down the street. Great tacos at Al Carbon.

I came here to buy a used car. The salesperson, Robert, and the manager, Zack, were both very friendly and not pushy at all. They let me take as much time as I needed to sit in the car, test drive it, and think it over. The CarFax report showed no accidents, but when I took the car to a third-party mechanic, they said that the front and rear bumpers had been replaced and that the replacement parts and the job itself were low quality. I did not expect IMX to know about this replacement. But I was hoping to get a discount on the price due to this. However, IMX does not negotiate, so I could not get a discount. I think that, in general, selling cars for fixed prices without negotiation is a good thing. But since the CarFax report did not reflect the actual accident history of the car, I think that they should have given a small discount. Other than that, I think that they did a great job and I would definitely recommend them. Since I didn't get a discount, I'm giving 4 stars. Everything else about the experience was 5 stars, though.

Great experience! Tiger was able to find exactly what I was looking for (ie color, options, and specific trim) in the price range I wanted within just a couple of days. This is even more impressive given I was looking for an in-demand vehicle (Tacoma) in sellers market. Buying a New car is painful , I tried the local dealers and almost gave up on purchasing a new car. I thought about fixing my old car , but I faced my second worst nightmare , which is dealing with mechanics . A friend told me about Automobile brokers, which for a small fee do negotiate on your behalf and get you the vehicle you want for a negotiated price . Initially I tried to purchase the vehicle , but the payments were out of my budget, Roman suggested a lease program, He thoroughly explained the details of leasing a car. He customized a lease to my driving habits and gave me a quote , which was approximately $ 75.00 less from my desired monthly amount, After I filled out my credit application , He called me back and confirmed my payments and to my surprise offered to deliver the car to my residence or place of work . When he showed up to my office , he brought along a Lexus certified Representative , who explained all the option , synced my phone and offered me his direct contact info. in case I had any questions about functions of the vehicle . I love my car . I truly appreciate IMX Auto and their staff for making this a painless transaction . I highly recommend , before purchasing your vehicle to contact IMX Auto .

IMX Auto Sales is simply the best auto sales company I have ever dealt with. And the salesperson that dealt with me personally Tigrin (Tiger) Hakopian was and is outstanding. He sold me a 2019 Honda Civic Ex Sports Sedan at a great price, but more importantly when through all the pros and cons of going through IMX as opposed to a Honda dealership. At a dealership (I think this is true for all dealerships, not just Honda) their profit margin is better on a used car or a pre-owned car then a new car unless they can convince a buyer to get financing or pay for extra "bells and whistles." Tiger got me a deal roughly two thousand dollars less then the going price for the Civic Sports Sedan that was listed at several Honda dealerships in the greater LA area. I cannot give them and Tiger enough stars. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Five Stars for Tiger Hakopian! IMX looks for the best cars with the lowest mileage and asks a fair price. I bought a 2014 Passat TDI that is like new with 28k miles and am really happy with my purchase and ease of going through the process. Maria makes it so easy with paperwork, quick and exacting. I love that they have their own mechanics to go over anything and everything plus they stand behind anything they didn't catch (like a small hose that was cracked - ordered and ready to be replaced the next day)! IMX was excellent. I saw a 2016 Corolla on their website, contacted them through the site, set an appointment for the next day, and then went in. David was my guy and he was very straight forward, honest, and helpful. I test drove the Corolla (loved it) and was at first concerned because I felt like the automatic transmition took a sec to shift into higher gear (wasn't that noticable, but I just wanted to make sure it was normal) when I was getting up to speed, and I expressed my concern to David about it, and the great thing was that he didn't blow it off or downplay it--instead he said he suspected it was something to do with the way that particular transmition was made, and that we'll look into to see what's up. So when we pulled back into the dealership we went and talked about it with his manager, and the manager said that car model inherently has that little hitch feeling in the acceleration. He explained that particular transmition to me, and I googled it to make sure, and he was telling the truth. So after that it was pretty straight forward and easy, and I drove away in my 2016 Toyota Corolla, and (needless to say) I love it!

IMX is a breath of fresh air for the car shopping experience. Think of the images you conjure up when imaging car buying... the pushy sales guy, the multi-manager good-cop, bad-cop routine of the pricing standoff and every other cliche features in any TV show or movie depicting the act. Not here. As an out of state buyer from Phoenix, I had even more on the line. If my car buying experience was anything other than what I'd hoped for, I was walking right back to Bob Hope Airport and flying home. I'm happy to say there was nothing to worry about. The cars are immaculate. Everything I saw at IMX was drop dead gorgeous. Everything was super mint; super clean. The prices are set. If you see a car you like online you simply come in and pay for it. End of story. Out of state buyers take note: the dealership is two miles from the airport. It's so close I decided to walk. My own story: I spoke with Robert Davoodi over the phone on a Saturday and was very excited about a 2013 Beetle with only 23,000 miles. That's a 4-5 year old car with next to nothing on the clock. He was willing to work with me to ensure the car was there for me on Tuesday when I was able to fly in. A less scrupulous dealership may not have taken the extra time to make this work. Once I got to the dealership, I was out of there in about 30 minutes. I can't say enough good things about IMX or Robert. If you want a stress free car buying experience, consider IMX.
