Jason was very informative, got me a great monthly price, guided me on ways to improve my interest rate and was able to get me a low down payment for the exact car I wanted. He also helped me get an insurance quote for a lower price than I could find anywhere else, full coverage + rental insurance . Cant beat this price, all for under $1000 monthly with BAD credit. Will highly recommend Jason and Drivetime Edit: I saw a $3k charge on my account for a service agreement, something that slipped my mind when buying but Jason thought ahead. 5-year, 50K mile warranty on the whole car?? Any day. No early pay off fees + 60 days to improve your interest rate. If you dont do your homework on the car you by its on you not the dealership. 10/10 for Drivetime Van Nuys.

I came in with not so good credit, and no open insurance policy. Agent Anthony made the process hassle free, and everything was done in office. We were able to leave with a low mileage car and he was able to bring our down payment a few hundred dollars! I'm actually relieved at how easy he made shopping for us. Cookies and hot cocoa while we waited on the documents to be finalized. Like Ice Cube said, Today Was a Good Day.

What a great process purchasing my new vehicle. Anthony R. was so helpful in his follow up and stayed with me through a month of car shopping. He was patient, transparent and has really top notch communication skills. I didn’t feel rushed or forced to buy like most car dealerships. Ok where to start…two words.. The Anthonys’!! From the moment my daughter and I spoke with them on the phone we immediately hit it off. Once we got to the dealership the experience was even better. You have to understand what you’re getting into when financing a car with Drivetime. Yes, the APR is high but they work with your budget and make sure that you have the best option. First off let’s be honest here, it says online “in house financing” you have to expect high interest rates and probably not great pricing. That being said I am overall satisfied with my sales rep. Yes the company did do a bait and switch with the down payment. But, I went there for a work car and got one. I would of given them 5 stars but, the warranty company they represent is not the best. They use pepboys as there repair shop, and they are horrible. If I am going to pay high interest and higher payments, at least give me a good preferred shop. But overall I am satisfied with the whole thing.

There was an issue with my payment going up $13 from the original cost. Ill be going back in to fix that. Outside of that I got so lucky to get the AGM of the place working on my deal. I walked in told him what i wanted. He told me it was going to be a hard fight and it was. Took a couple days of us running info and numbers. However we got it right on the first try and got a great Apr .. avg monthly payment and i beat the market price on the vehicle. They care about your credit however focus more on your income and longevity. Most lots will sell you ANYthing. They have great car selection here. If you got the income and reasonable credit.. the more money you put down the lower your monthly payment will be! Definitely must check out if yu are car shopping! Very Professional i was impressed!
