If you like how legendary Chuck Norris takes care of business in his movies, look no further and reach out to Kevin Norris (I believe he is not related). Kevin was truly professional and kept me updated from the time I sent my first inquiry for my MDX until I drove out from Acura of Sherman Oaks. The experience I had with him, reminded me of the good old days of purchasing a car. Quick, Easy and No Bull. Buying a car should be enjoyable and you should not be pressured by the salesperson. Overall, I would highly recommend Kevin and also Acura of Sherman Oaks.

Ernest and Chris by far are the absolute best!!!! I was in a horrible car accident last year and car is still in the shop and it was time to just get another rather than pay for a rental every month. On top of that, what I was paying for rental verses what I could pay just leasing another car was crazy. I currently have/had an Acura that is still in the shop and just thought id stay with Acura. I've never had an issue and honestly the times I came in for any work/oil change/tires/service, IT WAS SO NICE AND SEAMLESS!!!! Definitely will be staying with Acura for a while!!!!! Go see them!!!

The service was wonderful, and my service tech was terrific. My only disappointment was in the client waiting area. It used to have snacks, coffee, and booths in which you could set up a computer and do work while waiting for your car. Apparently these are no longer available. ☹️

Purchased a car (not an Acura) here recently and it was an overall pleasant experience. Hovik A. was the salesperson who helped me from beginning to end and he was nice, professional, not pushy and made the entire process very smooth and as stress free as possible. He went above and beyond and deserves a promotion. Sadly, I don't love the car I purchased and there are a couple issues that may need to be addressed, but good thing it's still under warranty. The dealership is clean and doesn't stink like Galpin...lol.. I will say that the folks who wash and detail the cars could do a better job. Other than that, I believe everyone is honest and enjoys their job. Except when it's late and they want to go home. :)

There's never been a time when I had to wait so long for my SUV to be taken in for service. I call in for an appointment and it doesn't take long for them to schedule me in. I don't even bother to go to the closest Acura (Cerritos) from my house. This is my go to Acura for service and I will never go anywhere else. Before service is done to my car, I always get a call first before they do the service. I made the mistake of taking my car in to a local shop for brake work and the brake job didn't last long because they gave me after market parts. Never again. If you need service, come to Acura Sherman Oaks.

Got my airbag recall warranty work done here for my Acura, and warranty for SRS sensor. Nice quiet dealership, plenty of comfortable chairs in waiting room. Made an appointment and got my car repaired in record time compared to other car brands like german cars, and popular brands like Tesla. I love Acura because there's never a huge crowd in the wait room and fast service, mainly because not many people buy these wonderful cars 🥺. They don't need much major repairs either just as long as the oil changes, and regular maintenance is done on time.

Had a really tremendous buying experience at Acura of Sherman Oaks, and although I didn't go through with a purchase in the end, they were such a pleasure to deal with that I felt compelled to leave a review anyway. I had been shopping around for a new Integra for some time, and found a car in exactly the spec that I wanted en route to the dealership. I worked with Kevin in Internet Sales, and found him exceptionally easy to deal with: highly responsive, a clear communicator, and very accomodating (I was purchasing from out of state, which adds a layer of complexity to any deal). Personable guy, too! On top of all this, Acura of Sherman Oaks wasn't going to mark up my vehicle or mandate any accessories or dealer add-ons that I didn't want, when that's seemingly become standard practice for most dealerships. All in all, a stand-out buying experience. I'll be back when I'm ready to trade up in a few years.

I don't normally take my 2002 RL in for service at the dealer but had a recall that needed inspection so went online and scheduled an appointment for later that week. I was greeted by Hector upon arrival who was very polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me. I was happy when he commended me for taking such good care of my car, which could almost be called a classic! I really love this car and am doing my best to drive it for as long as I can. Anyways I was in and out within a few hours without any hassle whatsoever! Recalls are performed free of charge but Hector still had my car washed and fluids topped off! Couldn't ask for a better experience or nicer service! I highly recommend Acura of Sherman Oaks!

My service technician, Joe, was wonderful. Very attentive and offered lots of suggestions when I brought up some concerns I was having with my vehicle.The star I took off has nothing to do with the service I received but because I wish there was some kind of restriction for customers being on the phone in the customer lounge. There was a woman in there who was talking on the phone loudly (not on speaker phone, at least) for a long period of the time and it was very annoying. I typically wait in the lounge while my car is being worked on because it gives me a quiet place to read or just relax and that customer kind of ruined it for me. I ended up going for a walk around the lot so I didn't have to listen to her anymore. Just would have been nice if she had taken her call outside.

Without naming any names, car buying was a dreadful experience on and offline; akin to 19th century dentistry. We came in here on a whim since we were actually going to a competitors across the street. There was a FANTASTIC deal on an MDX we considered. But we also came in here thinking they were going to nickel and dime us, try to swindle us, and take our first-born. First, they didn’t want my firstborn (whew) and they were upfront about everything. We left there with what we believed was a steal. We paid Pilot prices for an Acura MDX CPO. Really, even if the salespeople suck, we all just want to have a decent price and not awful experience. You will get this here. Good prices and actually pretty nice sales/finance people. FYI- they were even able to match my credit union’s apr (pretty amazing 2.7%) so they would keep our loan. We will do business here again. With the same folks. And tell friends how unsucky this was.

Knowledgeable, informative and very eager to be of service. When we arrived for our appointment, Steve was prepared with the pertinent figures. He was fair and straight forward. The manager Arman was just as pleasant to deal with. After we signed the paperwork, Steve sat with us and went over the new and much improved Tech package.
