Superb experience throughout the building from sales to parts then services. I was initially defeated after begun my out-of-state search in Virginia over 4 months ago during the car/truck shortage. As I was working with K.P. and Caleb in sales, I was able to find the perfect truck which met my needs and expectations! What’s more impressive about this purchase was the fact that I didn’t have to wait long to pick it up at all! Frankly, one of the sales manager made a minor error on the calculation, but he was able to correct himself. I had to stop by parts then service before I drove my truck off the lot, Chris from service then provided excellent support. Overall, outstanding team and great customer service.

Lee was amazing! Definitely not your typical "pushy" sales guy! We'll be coming back after this truck is paid off to get a 4runner and we'll be calling Lee! He listened to everything we said we wanted in a truck and made it happen. When it came down to signing the paperwork we ran into a pushy finance guy and Lee immediately pulled us out of his office and sat us down with a guy, I believe his name was Jamie, and he was just as cool as Lee was! Update: They saw the review, and the service manager called me before I had a chance to call him. He and another fellow were at my house within the hour. They put some oil in it, took it to the dealership, and brought it back with a printout saying it was okay. Got oil changed few days ago, check engine light came on, after probably less than 100 miles. Opened the hood to look for problems. Didn’t take long. They neglected to replace oil filler cap. Three hours or so for an oil change, and they still didn’t replace the filler cap. It’s July 4th, and the car is unusable, because it has practically no oil left in it. Everyone makes mistakes-the test comes tomorrow, when I call to see what they will do about it.

I purchased my vehicle a little differently than most probably do. I searched the southeast US by contacting dealers and asking them to find my particular make and model. Mark was great from conversation one. Throughout the whole process he never misrepresented any detail. I was out of state and basically purchased the car sight unseen on Marks word. I can tell anyone that Mark will do as he promises in every way. I will also add that Landers Toyota was equally great to work with. And had the best financial deal I could find at the time.

I had an overall very positive experience. Brought my rav4 in for a check up and turns out I needed brakes replaced. Because it would take so long to fix and I had my toddler with me, we were offered a shuttle home (20 min away). Chris was very accommodating in getting my car lowered (twice, because I forgot my house key the first time) so I could pull out the car seat for the shuttle ride home. John, the mechanic, was also very kind about this disturbance to his progress. The shuttle driver Buddy was professional, kind and very interesting to talk to. Customer service was all around excellent.

He was so nice to work with and got us at the payment we needed! He also went above and beyond for me. My windshield had chips in it that I thought were just dust particles I noticed the next day after getting the vehicle home. So I got the chips fixed at my local car place. I was supposed to get a refund check from the dealership for it so I didn’t have to bring my car all the way back to Little Rock for them to fix. Several weeks go by and I never get anything so after continuously bothering him with this, and two months later I still don’t have my refund, he kindly refunded me with his own money since the dealership never did. I greatly appreciate that customer service from him and staying on top of it for me. We will be back in the future and definitely recommend him. He is very nice and loyal and sticks to his word and will do anything he can to make things right when purchasing a vehicle. :)

So many times when you buy a vehicle, it is unpleasant because you feel the people at the dealership are trying to fast talk you. NOT THE CASE HERE! I dealt with Melissa Meredith and she was 100% straight forward. She made the process easy and bent over backwards to help us. I will not deal with the finance guy I dealt with on Saturday, but I will consider rethinking my decision to not shop with Landers. ⭐️s updated from 1 to 3 at this time. I bought our family’s 9th vehicle from Landers Toyota today and I will be hard pressed to use them again. This decision is NOT due to the sales person I dealt with…he was fabulous! The finance department on the other hand did not keep the verbal deal they made with me back in November when I put down a deposit for the car. The car was due to be at the dealership within 2 weeks. It did not come in for about 3 months. Again, I understand the dealership had no control over this, but they COULD have done something about the monthly payment increasing by over $300. If I had not already sold my car I was replacing, I would have let them keep it, even though the actual car is my dream car. Shame on you Landers Finance Department.

Had a terrific experience with Steve Landers Toyota that I want to share. I'd like to first give recognition to our wonderful salesperson Korina. We ordered our 2022 Sienna knowing there may be a longer wait time than usual. Sienna's being in such high demand combined with supple chain issues related to covid made these vehicles hard to find. Korina kept us informed every step of the way and always made sure we knew she was working to get our vehicle. Even when we thought about looking at other cars, she kept encouraging us to hang in there. Well, we are so glad we did because our van arrived last week, and we could not be happier. This thing has so many bells and whistles I don't even know how to use most of them yet. The staff as a whole was helpful as well. Our finance specialist, Jon, was low pressure and easy to work with. We even got a lovely tutorial about all the cool stuff the car can do before we drove off the lot. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and to check the brakes and brake fluid. Arrived at 7:45 a.m. so I could check in and get to work on time. Checked in quickly. There was only one vehicle in front of mine. Asked for a transportation to work. The van did not arrive until 8:45 a.m., which made me late for work. Amazing experience!!! Bought vehicle out of state. They took it upon themselves to inspect the car and found the brakes needed to be replaced. Did so on their own, and when I arrived for pickup the car had unknown problem. The manager went above and beyond to give me fair options to either give money back or proceed. Chris Pitcher was referred to me by friend. I talked to Chris & explained to him what I wanted .. what components I liked which I didn't like. Chris researched (searched) .. called me periodically. He found my Tacoma .. gave me a time line .. called when it arrived in Houston...then again when it made it to Little Rock. I met Chris at the Colonel Glenn location .. looked at & drove the Tacoma. Within an hour I was driving it home.

So everyone is friendly to start. I'm giving them 4/5. I had to drop my Tundra off for a recall on the airbags. Landers was kind enough to give me a rental for the day. Originally they were going to give me a Highlander but we're unable to locate the car in the system to rent it out. So they eventually gave me a Rav 4. Which is a super nice car. I did have to wait a little bit while they sorted out which car to give me, this is not what lost one star. I know sometimes we have to just be a little patient. What did cause me to Give them one less star is as I was leaving Landers headed on the highway, I noticed a fair bit of bouncing coming from the hood. I pulled over only to realize the hood wasn't shut! I'm not sure what the point of a walk around to "ensure everything is in order" for me if the hood wasn't even shut. Unfortunately I came up to the car from behind so I didn't notice. Given the hood latch has a safety to not let it pop open, but it's principle. Otherwise great experience, and hope to do business with them again!

Went in for an oil change yesterday. They got me in and out in 45 minutes. There’s one thing so would like to share with those frequenting their service department. When you drive in to the covered area they have a camera that takes a picture of your car. This shows up on a screen when you walk in to the people that check you in. It shows the wear on your tires, and it mentions your alignment. I think the tire issue may be accurate. I don’t think the alignment notice is accurate. Here’s why. When my car was new, I was having some issues with the steering. This showed up when I drove up. Toyota will cover one alignment on new cars is what I was told. So I had them do the alignment. When I drove off it drove the same, no improvement. This was on a Tuesday. So I went back in 2 days later, and guess what? The camera thing said, I needed an alignment! They did it again, and the 3rd time it said it again. So that’s why I don’t think it’s accurate. So when I drove up today, a year or so later, it showed I needed an alignment…. I wonder how many people pay for an alignment there? I would recommend taking to an alignment shop for another opinion… That’s just my opinion. If your car drives okay, and the tires are wearing normal, you probably don’t need an alignment. It turns out my issue in the beginning wasn’t the alignment. It was the tires that came on my car. When I replaced the tires, it drove fine. My car came with Bridgestone tires. I put on Michelin Defenders, and they are much better. Sorry to ramble on, but I only give straightforward and honest reviews as to what my experiences are. You may or may not have the same experience, but I do this to try to help others. I’m one that looks to reviews, to assist myself, when deciding on a product or a company. I wish everyone would take the time to do this, with the high prices nowadays especially!

I must say I’ve been coming here for years to get my vehicle serviced. I have never came across a cashier as helpful and cheerful as Tasha, most of them act like they hate their job. PLus it was low key, no pressure but he did the footwork to find what we wanted and needed. Perfect car, a 2022 Prius LE. In addition we looked at and got an extended warranty. A few days later we decided the extended Warranty wasn't what we actually needed so we returned and had it cancelled. I was pleasingly surprised at how accommodating all the Landers personnel were. I was expecting to have a hard sell to get us to keep the extended warranty but in stead I encountered personnel whose only aim was to do what we wanted and satisfy our needs. Really enjoyed my visit to Steve Landers Toyota. We were looking to buy a new Toyota Highlander. When we got there they had a great selection to choose from. We meet our salesman Brad Goshien who was very friendly. He took us outside to look at the selection of cars that were available . He was very knowledgeable on the automobiles we were looking at and answered all of our questions. After we picked out the automobile we liked we went back inside and negotiated the price that we were very comfortable with. We wanted to change the tires out that were on the SUV. Since they had to be ordered we would have to wait a few days before the tires arrived. Brad called me a few days later and said they had arrived, he promised everything would be ready the next day and we wouldn't have to wait. When we got there the SUV was cleaned and ready and all we had to do was sign a few papers. It took about 30 minutes and we were ready to go. I just wanted to say how professional Brad was and how well he took care of us. I would highly recommend Landers Toyota and I would definitely recommend Brad if you are interested in purchasing a car, he will treat you right.

The first two employees that I encountered in the service bay took my name and told me that it would be two hours before anyone could even look at my car even though I had an appointment scheduled...and they told me that with no further explanation and then walked away leaving me standing there confused. Upon entering the building and the actual check in/service advisor area inside the building, I was advised that was NOT the case and that it wouldn't be too terribly long. In fact, my car was whisked away immediately and the work begun. My car was ready 1.5 hours later, which was very quick I thought. So customer service was excellent once I got inside to the advisors area, but not so much at the first point of contact in the bay.

Then when I got to DMV to register my vehicle the next day (also the last day for the temp tag), I found out that was NOT the case. He explained the entire process and walked me over to the lady who set me up with a loaner vehicle. My experience was great. They were very accommodating and understood everything that I needed. My only downside is that my tags expired on the 25th of December, yes Christmas and unfortunately I don’t have all the money to pay for my sales taxes so I’m probably gonna be charged an expensive penalty. Hard enough to pay 1700 when you have other obligations but to add penalty fees is stressful. I asked to get the sales tax included I guess my credit wasn’t good enough to add it. I made an appointment to drop my car off at 7 AM on Saturday. I was promptly checked in by Josh, the employee who had made my appointment. The dealership loaned me a car so I could keep another appointment I had that morning. Checking out the loaner was quickly handled. Josh called me and informed me of the needed repairs.
