I had a valve stem break off during a road trip through the area. The staff here was awesome. I called and explained what was going on and they got my bike in right away (after a tow of course). Techs went over and above and completed a general inspection on the bike to spot any other issues that might cause me issues in the road. They didn't charge me for it though. Their establishment is a maintenance shop and dealership run by riders for riders. Honest and hard working people are there. If I am ever in town I'll bring my bike to them for servicing without thinking twice. If you're buying a bike you can't pick a better dealer.

It was late in the afternoon and they got me right in, were super friendly and helpful, and got us out of there before they left (even stayed a little late). The staff there is phenomenal. I just bought my first bike today and I had Vicki and Deborah helping me through the process. They went out of there way to get me my bike. I couldn't be any more grateful. Mitch was also great help with information on my bike. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to check in and at least have a look around the store and hopefully find something you like or maybe love. These lovely people will help in anyway, shape, or form.

I purchased a 2020 Honda grom from them today and to say the process was streamline would be an understatement! They assisted me in every aspect to make sure I was approved and on the road in one day! From getting the loan, to making sure I was assisted in getting said loan, helping me pick the bike, to even setting me up with insurance before I walked out the door. The parts team were super helpful in getting me the helmet I needed and in the color I wanted. The technicians in the back were all friendly and helpful as I watched them inspect and fuel the bike up for the first time. Everyone at this location is amazing and humble. Would recommend John's Honda to anyone in the market for a motorcycle or off road vehicle! 5 stars isn't enough but it'll have to do. Thanks again Vicky for all the help!

If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would! John's Honda in Hot Springs, Arkansas SAVED my motorcycle vacation. I was 500 miles into a 650 mile ride when the chain fell OFF my motorcycle in Brinkley, Arkansas. I was in the middle of nowhere and still very far from Hot Springs. I called 2 dealerships that were within 50 miles - neither answered the phone. It was a weekday, during business hours. I called a Honda-certified dealership in Little Rock and they were honest with me: they would not be able to even LOOK at my bike for a week. By sheer luck, I had rented a house in Hot Springs just 4 and a half miles from John's Honda. I called, they picked up right away, and Ron said, "Bring the bike in, we'll prioritize you since you are on the road and so far from home." The AMA tow (120 highway miles) to John's Honda took a couple of hours and I barely arrived before they closed. And yet that same night Dakota and Hunter put a new master link on the chain, put the chain on the bike, and I was good to go! I noticed a few days later that the chain was loosening up again and I had a 650 mile ride home. Despite they being SUPER BUSY with their spring season, they kindly took my bike in without having previously scheduled it and Hunter tightened up the chain. It turns out that the dealership (who shall remain nameless) in Georgia put the wrong chain on my bike, which caused all the problems. I highly recommend you go to John's Honda. In fact, they are such Honda specialists that I am considering just booking a vacation/AirBnB in Hot Springs every time I need a larger service (valve clearance, new chain/sprockets, new tires) so that I can get exceptional service that is DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, EVERY TIME, and enjoy the gorgeous riding out there.

I drove up to Hot Springs from Dallas to buy a used bike I found on their website. I spoke with Deborah over the phone and she helped me through everything. Got a great deal on the motorcycle and she helped me locate a trailer and all of the accessories to help me take the bike home. She was extremely polite and respectful, and the business part of the transaction was fast. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped every step of the way. My Honda push mower wouldn't start so I took it here because they were a certified dealer. Took them 3 weeks to get to it but it runs like a new mower now. They even changed the oil and cleaned it up! Very satisfied!

I just got back from Hot Springs Village on a ride. My front brakes acted up on me on the way up. I called them and he said I could bring it in when I get to town. I walked in, Mitch met me and took the bike to the back. A bolt on the brakes fell out on the way up which was causing the problem. Mitch replaced both my bolts and didn't even charge me. AWESOME PEOPLE. Next time up on the bike, this place will get my maintenance business on my bike. Thanks Mitch, VERY CLASSY.

Really great people work here. Accessories such as clothing are kinda lacking though. They could probably do better if they stocked more gear. But that's the only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5. They have the showroom stocked with anything you could want. I just wish they had a better selection of gear, but I guess space is limited.

And so I hadn't ridden a bike in over 20 years. Bought a 600 from a friend and had it repaired at john's but it was to small still. Talked to Quinton and he explained what would work and I walked out with a brand new bike (fury 1300cc) and it was the best experience ever and bike. Got hit by a truck and they along with Vicky and Deborah put me on a new bike in 2 days fixed the Fury and again the best pricing and experience ever. First off a huge thanks to John's Honda for getting me out of a tough situation! I happened to be riding through Hot Springs for some sightseeing that day when the unfortunate happened and my bike stopped charging my battery. Being over an hour from home on a Saturday at 5:00PM broke down I didn't know what to do, however, I ended up calling John's Honda and they told me they would be able to help me. So I called a tow truck and headed over to them as fast as I could. After getting over there and talking some part prices I was thinking "how expensive is this going to be" however during this time the service mechanic was looking my bike over in the back seeing if there was anything he could do to get me fixed up and headed back home that same day. Come to find out all I needed was a new battery and I ended up driving back the same day! The staff at John's Honda were a tremendous help and worked with me even after they had closed so a huge thanks to them again! I would highly recommend them for any of your service needs.

I saw this 2010 honda goldwing trike on the web site. I called 3 times about it, finally made up my mind to drive 2hr 30min to actually see the trike. While i was there 3 people called about the bike. Man !!!! Glad i did, great price, service, lunch and follow up customer relations by that i mean they call to make sure you are happy with your purchase and all is good with your bike. The SERVICE TECHNICIAN even called to check to see if everything was good. So what i am saying is: Go see the people at Johns Honda you'll be glad you DID.

I ride a 2013 BMW 1200GSA. On a bike trip starting in Iowa through the swaps & bayous of Southern Louisiana & back, I picked up a screw in my back tire and stopped at John’s for help. The people at John’s put me at the top over their priority list because I was mid-trip. The ordered me a new tire and Jay in Service got me back on my way. October 1, 2015. OUTSTANDING ON-THE-ROAD SERVICE! Late on the first day of a 3100 mile trip, a increasingly bad clunking sound was quickly and correctly diagnosed by John's Honda Service in Hot Springs, Arkansas as a failing U-Joint on my '08 Goldwing with only 50,000 miles. They had a replacement part in house and immediately started the work. Meanwhile they also contacted the Regional Service Manager and he agreed with John's call that the U-Joint had to be from a manufacturing defect so he comp'd the part price! I was back on the road in 2 hours. Smooth sailing and no issues through 11 more states. How lucky to find a great Dealer like that to save my trip! Thank you so much Jay and Paul !! 2018 Honda Goldwing Tour model - This past June, I purchased a new pearl white 2018 Goldwing from John's Honda here in Hot Springs. I have been riding motorcycles for 55 years. I have owned bikes from a few different manufactures; Yamaha, BMW, Harley Davidson, Triumph, Kawasaki and Honda which includes four previous Goldwings. This newest Goldwing is hands down the best motorcycle I have ever owned and ridden. I like everything about it especially the way it rides and handles at any speed, it is effortless. The personal at John's Honda are excellent. They make doing business easy and effective; Vicky on the administrative end, Jay on the mechanics end, and Mitch probably helped sell the bike when he started the engine during my first viewing. The bike has a great sounding engine and exhaust note and it's new styling is beautiful! Motorcycle Bliss!!!

Started off I bought a new wheeler in Tennessee where I live brought it down here to Arkansas for spring break to ride and visit friends and family got down here the axle went bad call Johns Honda told em the situation I was in being out of town and they told me to bring it in replaced axle even though they was busy still got it in and fixed it For me...so I picked it up and was back off to riding then It wouldn’t shift out of the blue called a few more dealers cause I was in Benton and they couldn’t get it in to check it out so I called up Johns Honda again they said yea bring it in so they could check it out got there they took it straight in to see what was wrong with it Jay in service/repair found the problem had a pinched wire fixed so he replaced it fast and no charge he knew how bad me and my friends was ready to go hit the trails I can’t thank this Honda dealer and the guys for getting it straight in to get it fixed for me...next wheeler I buy I will be driving from Tennessee to Arkansas to purchase it...if they good enough to do what they did for me I’ve got nuttin but respect for this place and the people that work there...can’t thank u guys enough 🤝
