We bought an Itasca from Camping World, Little Rock. I have to say it was a great experience! Sam was our salesman and he was wonderful! It was about a 2 wk process overall and I have nothing negative to say. Well, I will say that the finance person wasn’t happy that we didn’t buy the Extended Warranty, at all to say the least. It all went well and I would buy from them again. By the way, we live in Louisiana, it was a 6 hr drive round trip. We made the trip twice and then they delivered our RV when it was ready. Again, we were pleased!

Had a great experience with the sales team after purchasing a generator, a gas grill, and an up to date Road Atlas in case of power outage, loss of signal, or needing a back up map when traveling. Excellent customer service, clean and well organized store. Robert was knowledgeable of products, and if he didn't know a particular answer we discovered them together. The cashier was supportive in unloading the generator in the bed of our truck, too. Our first time in this dealership was yesterday. We had horrible treatment at another dealership this week. Finance man left our application on his desk for 3 days without even running our credit. I called and got told that on the 3rd business day. We were turned down for a camper and they didn’t even bother to contact us. I had to call them the day we had an appointment to pick up our camper. That’s when I was told it’s a no. Terrible way to do business. Decided to check out Camping World in NLR. Super friendly staff. Brandon was our salesman. We told him exactly what we needed in a camper. He researched his list and picked out 3 that met our needs. Pulled them up on the computer to let us looked from the comfort of his office. Then we went outside and he drove us to each one. We checked out all 3 plus looked at a couple others. Narrowed it down quickly to the one we wanted. Brandon wasn’t pushy. He answered any and all questions we had, very knowledgeable of each camper we looked at. We went back inside and did the paperwork, they approved us quickly. Finance manager said nothing showed up for other dealership to turn us down. Robert was our finance guy, super friendly and very funny. If anyone is looking for a camper check out Camping World in NLR, ask for Brandon!!!!

I got my first camper here!! I was fortunate to have Darius promptly reach out after I inquired about a camper through their site. I was surprised at how effortless and quick the process turned out. Within just a couple hours of first talking with Darius, I officially had signef for my first camper and get to enjoy my favorite things in life more. Got a Camper plus hitch and break sensor/assist installed. Overall got what I needed but it was a bizarre experience getting there. I’d never worked with anti sway hitches before and was specifically told I’d only need to bring in my Truck for install (after finally getting ahold of the woman to schedule) and quoted $500 for the service. Got there, Ended up laying down more than a grand and waited a few hours BEFORE I was told I WOULD also need my RV since part of the hitch goes on it. Bless the Manager who went out of his way to help me get the install finished that day. You would think they’d be able to spare a few zip ties for the wires under my break but had to do that myself. (See photos) When finance department realized the wrong vin# was on my promissory note, the sales rep wanted me to make the three hour round trip to go in and re-sign. He didn’t understand my request to have the doc emailed/mailed to me so I could print it and mail it back with an ink signature. Kept saying they needed an actual signature, which is what I was offering. Had to call and specifically talk to finance department who helped me with an alternative to driving that far. Was never told I would have to go to the county commissioners office to register the title and pay sales tax myself until I received a title and check in the mail and called to ask what it was about. However sales rep did really work with me on options I had to avoid needing a guarantor on the loan. Was told $1K Good Sam roadside assistance and tech support would include “everything I needed to get started”. It was only a water hose with pressure valve and a black water EXTENSION hose. Took it out camping first time and was stuck at the dump station before I realized I got screwed there as well. Still had to purchase leveling blocks wheel chocks and actual black tank hose which is another ~$60 And nothing like waiting 15 minutes for a parts person to acknowledge you, just to say oh that’s not my department ask service. Which is awkward considering they’re side by side.

This was my first experience with camping world and buying a camper! I have to say it was amazing from the time I walked through the door till I left with my camper! Everyone I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable! William Bingham definitely went above and beyond to work with me and get me in the perfect camper!!! I could easily rate the service department a 5 star but there is always room for improvement. However I would like to recognize the service department staff, especially, Jennifer for expeditiously replacing a damaged AC at a time when I needed it the most to complete a trip to AZ. There was no way in hell that I was going to drive across the desert without a functioning air unit. I was given an early appointment and by end of business I was driving away a "happy camper"! Thank you guys for putting up with my persistent nagging about the military discount (there's that other star!) which I didn't understand that service was excluded from it. I understand that it was not your call. That aside, your hospitality, and knowledge is greatly appreciated.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience. We walked in and gave our salesman Brett our long list of requirements. He quickly showed us campers at different price points that fit our description, explaining in detail what the differences were. This guy knows his stuff. Brett and Steve worked with us to get us an amazing deal on a 2019 Keystone Cougar. Even better, there was never pressure sales tactics used. The whole process was as smooth as you could hope for. Bill in finance was amazing. He realized our two small kids were starting to get restless, so allowed us to finish the paperwork inside our new camper so the girls would have a place to play. He also worked to get us a great warranty package that only included the items I wanted and our one and two year old girls loved him. Be aware the process does take some time because they are so thorough, but from my limited experience; you won't find a better shopping experience.

I want to write and let you know my experience with North Little Rock, AR. Camping World. On 11/22/19, My 5th wheel trailer was being transported by Indiana transport in route back to the factory to be reworked. The bearing caught fire in Benton, AR. and the driver dropped it off @ CW N. Little Rock. My wife and I had very high anxiety due to the trailer being 450 miles away from home and broke down. Your team at CW took care of my trailer like it was their own. Even though I had to have a special contractor to come from Oklahoma to work on my trailers axles and disk brakes and was not able to use CW services, did not matter to them. I was treated with the upmost respect and they helped assist in any way they could to make the repair of my camper a success. I will never forget their generosity, and I feel that I could call them for anything I need in the future. When we bought our fifth wheel we took out an extended warranty, but since we bought it out of state our local RV sales would not except the warranty because we didn't buy it from them we did find a place in our state 65 mi from our home and it was camping world that would accept our warranty work. We made an appointment and when we arrived with our camper we spoke with Blake same gentleman that my husband spoke with over the phone. We did the paperwork and then Blake went out to the camper with us and went over everything that was broken and needed to be fixed. They go over the camper outside to make sure everything is in working order and on the roof he found three tears and a very soft spot where the wood was rotten. We had not noticed a leak there was no discoloring on the ceiling inside the camper so had it not been for Blake taking the time to go over our camper with us we would not have known this until there was more damage. He took the time to take my husband up onto the roof and show him where the tears were and what the problem was. We contacted the insurance and it was covered, Blake sent them pictures that they needed and filled out all of the paperwork and camping world is replacing the roof and rotten wood. Blake was doing his job when he inspected our camper and he did it very efficiently had it not been for him finding this problem further damage would have been done. I'll update again after the work is done but dealing with Blake gave us the confidence that camping world will do the work right.

Went in knowing what I wanted I thought. After sitting down with Brandon he told me about options I didn't even know existed. Thankfully he didn't run me in and out of campers that didn't have all the options I needed. He narrowed it down to a few campers with all the options I wanted. Then he showed me a camper I couldn't resist. He was able to get the price and payments in my budget. It was a no hassle process in my experience. Brandon set up a walk around so I understood how everything working inside and out. He delivered it as well. Both at my schedule. We were looking for a travel trailer for months and had called looking for something in a specific price range. They didn't have what we were looking for at the time, but would periodically check in if they had something close. We eventually decided to go with a new model after seeing a great deal on one. The whole process was great from start to finish with Ashley handling communication from the start perfectly, Blake with walkthroughs and starting paperwork (really knowledgeable about what models they had for comparison), Darius with the final inspection and pickup (above and beyond service for some questions we had), and Steven with the finance paperwork was thorough in explanation of the terms and available options. While Camping World didn't have everything in stock that we needed as a first time trailer buyer for towing, they referred me to the best place to find what we needed. Service team did a great job cleaning the model and helping with the hookup. Overall, the team at the NLR Camping World is amazing, this time with purchasing a camper and the few times I have been there before for other things.

First thing, my sales representative Sam was great. The service department/management is another story, upon inspection of my fifth wheel unit should of been very easy to find that the drain for the shower had been mangled and improperly installed during assembly at the factory as the shower was flooding the bathroom from underneath. I contacted service about the issue 3 days after I purchased the unit and brought it home (this was the first day I set it up and used the shower). Service said it would cost 150$ to have them come do a service call (i cant move the rv at this point because im staying in it while we sold our home and moved to a new one) but as this was their incompetence that missed the obviously shower problem during inspection I expected them to take care of it. They would not take care of their mistake, so after taking a day off work and disassembling the shower and drain i was able to fix the issue myself. Note/disclaimer: The review comments are honest but the star rating is not, an honest rating would be a 3, but I was bribed to leave a 5 star for a 100$ gift card.

The on site service at this store makes up for the lack of phone etiquette. I had tried to call the store on a Friday afternoon. On 4 attempts, the phone was answered and hung up without a word twice, answered and transferred only to be hung up on again without another word on call three and call four once transferred I got voicemail box. So we drove 3 hours to find out if the chairs we had ordered were actually there. Robert Minnick, at the service desk was very polite. He took the time to actually talk with us and find out about us getting back into camping. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We just purchased our 2nd camper at Camping World from Blake and we didn’t think we could have gotten better service then we did the first time, but… OMGOODNESS WE DID!! We walked in after texting Blake and Jordan just a few hours before with everything we were looking for they had two picked out to look at and it was like they had known us all our life because they pick two perfect campers that made it so hard to pick our favorite. Every question we had Blake knew the answer. He even took the time to go back and forth to each camper so we could figure out which one would work for us the best. Once we pick THE ONE, we asked if we could pick it all up on Friday after we got off work and they didn’t mind at all that we wouldn’t have gotten there until it was almost time for them to go home. My wife and I were out of our home state on vacation when we experienced a problem with our 3point hitch weight distribution. We went to the local Camping World in Little Rock, AR. The wife and I were discussing for the past few days of purchasing a newer model travel trailer, she had the model 260 Mallard from Heartland in mind. She was curious as to what the trade in value was, because we could use that plus some money down for a newer model unbeknownst to me. Blake was at the front desk and greeted us! We found out that our broken 3pt. hitch was homemade!! Well that started us to talking and shopping. We toured the lot in the heat of the day and we received such a hell of a deal that I couldn’t walk away from! The heat didn’t soak the professionalism that this dealership displayed. Their pride and confidence was ALL on display, from the receptionist, to the financier onto the mechanics. We gotta a great deal well within our budget. And drove away towing our new Mallard. I strongly recommend this Camping World to my family and friends. And much appreciate the overnight stay, and breakfast. That’s southern hospitality!!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to pick the RV up in Arkansas, so Jordan arranged to have it delivered to our home. After calling Jordan, he went out of his way to make sure the issues were resolved quickly so we could begin enjoying our new camper. We called about a travel trailer we saw online. Anthony was the salesperson assigned to us. He exemplified great customer service. He used his phone to walk us through the trailer, answered all our questions and concerns, and handled our paperwork efficiently. We traveled 7 hours to pick up the trailer. The corrections that needed to be made to the trailer, were promised and completed prior to our arrival. Other staff were friendly and accommodating. I don’t do many reviews unless I’m really impressed, or really upset. Thankfully this is I’m really impressed. Sammy Godsey our rep from Camping World LR was the best. I’ve bought a ton of vehicles and toys over the years and I can be a little demanding in the customer service side of things. From the first contact with Sammy he was very professional, polite not overly pushy. When I told him I had found a better deal he went to work for me to make sure they did everything possible to make the deal happen. We traded in a rv that was 2 months old bought from another dealer, they were terrible, got the rv had a few little problems from the trip home, I reached out to them and never heard back until I called 2 more times. The other salesman still hasn’t acknowledged my problem, he even has the nerve to put RV in front of his name. Which is why when we decided to upgrade we didn’t go back to that dealer. Being in sales myself, service after the sale is as important as the upfront service. So to wrap this up, if you’re in the market for a new/used rv, please give Sammy Godsey a try, I feel he will do anything in his power to make you happy! Heck, he even delivers personally!

When we got ready to leave he showed us how to hook up the sway bars and never batted a eye about it being late. I just feel that I needed to credit where credit was due.. everybody was extremely helpful and friendly. I just want to say that I never write reviews. Prior to heading out to purchase an RV we had put a deposit on at this location, I read through the other reviews that had been written and I was really concerned. I did not feel very confident, but we decided to go anyways and I am SO glad we did! We drove almost 16 hours from Colorado to pick up a 2007 Keystone Montana fifth-wheel that had the perfect layout we wanted, but had not seen up for sale for months. When we arrived we were walked through the unit and made a list of any questions or concerns we had. We expressed that we were concerned about the age of the tires (they were original from 2006) and immediately they made a call to have the tires replaced. We also had noticed the motorized leveling system was not connected. Someone came to look at it, saw that it needed a new fuse, and they got it done. There was a broken shelf under the microwave and the fan in the vent hood over the oven didn't sound right, they made sure it was addressed and the shelf was fixed. Every concern we had was handled without any issues. While this was taking place, our salesman Sammy and a service rep were looking at our truck and the hitch we had. Long story short, we had the wrong hitch (completely our fault) and due to the Ram boxes we would be unable to tow the RV safely without an additional part to the hitch and a wedge kit. Unfortunately, the wedge kit would not come in for a few days and we did not have time to wait as we needed to drive back across the country. We were just about to call it and head home empty handed when they offered up a solution that worked for everyone and we were able to proceed with the purchase. Everyone here went above and beyond throughout our experience purchasing an RV. From the customer service we received to the genuine interactions we had, we were so impressed. Sammy Godsey was a fantastic salesman and did everything to make this work despite all the hiccups we ran into. Eddy (who handled the paperwork & financial side of things) had a great sense of humor and made us feel great about everything. The general manager Steve offered to help us in a way he had absolutely no obligation to do, and yet he offered anyways. We were beyond impressed and felt very confident in our purchase. Do not pay attention to the horrible reviews this locations has. People come in with poor credit, unrealistic expectations, and/or a bad attitude and walk away displeased and decide to air their complaints here. The people working here are honest and did everything in their power to help us even when they didn't need to!

Could use a slight improvement: The retail product guys that help you purchase supplies were a bit pushy. (Though they had good recommendations). Typical RV sales pressure but not too bad. I can’t complain, we got an excellent deal. However their 1st offer was sky high. Price compare! Had a slight delay in prep process so it took a bit longer. Well where do I begin, let's see first it was the ole we can't get you financed senerio then all of a sudden they made it happen. Was totally shocked. Then came the paper work ordeal. I had to make three trips to Camping World North Little rock to sign, seems as though they had the wrong paper for this company. No one even mentioned how much gas and time I spent doing this .At the third signing of papers i told the finance man Robert my correct mailing address so I could get my paperwork to have title transferred, also gave address to Richard the same day. Just got a call from the FedEx driver saying Camper World sent my paperto north Arkansas to the old address. Now I will have to drive 3.5 hours north just to retrieve the paperwork, be out another tank of gas and a Saturday to do this. Why do your people not listen or have their acts together. .Oh and by the way if you ever do need a trailer go see Sammy, couldn't have ask for a better salesman. He even had my trailer delivered. I had the opportunity to work with Blake McGill at Camping World of Little Rock in purchasing a Class B motorhome. My RV needs had changed dramatically in a short period of time as I needed to move from a "big" Class A to a Camper Van. Blake helped me navigate all the different Class B's out there and showed me the pros and cons of each. He did an outstanding job of listening to me so he developed a clear understanding of what I was looking for and I think he actually understood my needs better than I did. In the beginning I was pretty much sold on the Camper Vans with pop tops and was about to purchase a Winnebago Solis. It was a bit of a fluke that I even visited Camping World as I had pretty much made up my mind as to what I was going to purchase and where I was buying it. While at Camping World I bumped into Blake and he encouraged me to take a look at Thor's Sequence which has a pop top. It also had some items that were missing on the Solis and I became uncertain as to what I would buy. I took the Sequence for a test drive and was thoroughly impressed (I wanted to buy it!). As far as I was concerned it was a done deal but we had to find one in silver. Blake suggested that I take a look at the Travato before making my final decision. Many people would have closed the deal and moved on but Blake wanted to be sure that I got what was best for me. Blake had been listening closely to the things that I liked and determined that the Travato would be better for me. Truthfully I had not been interested in the Travato and I'm not sure why. Thankfully Blake convinced me to consider it. To make a long story short when I saw all that the Travato had to offer I was SOLD. It took a while for me to reach this decision and I have to thank Blake for the wise guidance he provided. I am really happy with the Travato and glad that Blake steered me in the right direction. This was a great "buying experience" and I highly recommend that you visit with Blake if you are interested in a RV. He is a top notch professional that makes sure that you are getting what YOU need. He is hard working and highly responsive so you are getting great service from a very knowledgeable and trustworthy professional who is focused on meeting/exceeding your needs.

Purchased a used unit last week and it looks great to the naked eye, however after we got it set up at camp the day after leaving the lot and taking a closer look you can definitely tell that the previous owners took it somewhere it should not have gone and repairs were poorly made. The vent/fan in the bathroom is not flush to the ceiling and sawdust falls during transfer or use, like it was replaced but the material needed to be cut for it to fit. The shower door will not stay closed and the side leaks. There is a piece of siding over the tire wheel that is not flush and the unmatched screws do not hold, we assume the holes themselves are stripped from the hard plastic being ripped out somehow. A decent amount of sawdust will fall onto the bed from the storage above during transfer or when they are shut, no matter how lightly. We have tried to find where that could be coming from but have not located the source. And lastly on what was discovered day 1 during our 3 day camping trip, the sewage from the previous owners was not properly cleaned out or flushed. While the before mentioned issues may not have been known to the dealership before selling the unit, I cannot fathom a reason as to why the tanks would not have been properly cleaned and deodorized. That is the main reason for the 3/5 rating. Hopefully this review will lead others to taking closer looks at the used units on the lot before making any commitments.

I have had extremely bad service with maintenance and the staff at Jackson, MS Camping World. So bad, I try to avoid all Camping World. Last week I had a problem while staying in Burns Park. I reluctantly called Camping World of Little Rock. I got Shayne Dumas on the phone and he knew exactly what i needed after I sent him a photo. He responded very pleasant and very knowledgeable. I went and he had the part ready for me, gave my grandson an American flag and was very helpful. I ordered an accessory for my motor home from CW website. After receiving the $200 part I decided not to install it. CW customer service in CA said I could return the new part to CW of LR. I had the invoice but had a little difficulty with the refund. I was sent to Parts Dept. to see Shayne Dumas for help. He was extremely helpful and got my refund on my AE card. He even gave me his business card and wrote his cell number on the card. It took a couple of days for the refund to clear and he even called me to keep me informed. Great service from Shayne.

The sale was great! Wesley helped us get the camper down to a fair price, and even delivered the unit that same day. It was delivered on a Friday. It rained for a few days and the roof began to leak. We haven't even hardly been inside it. I knew they did their walk through in the dark, so I called Camping World. I was told by 2 different employees tell me" you bought it as-is, we can't do anything." I called Wesley, and had good intentions to come and seal it...but, he got busy and I told him not to worry about it. So, here I am with , a leaking camper and haven't even gotten to use it.

We purchased a Kodiak 201QB back in October from the Little Rock store and had a very pleasant buying experience. Mathew, the Internet Sales Manager, spent over three hours with us looking at the available options for my tow vehicle. He has been a regular contact since, both following up, and as a resource when I've had sales related questions. Camping World has a very good program where they tell you to (literally) take your camper or travel trailer out and work it as hard as you can during the first 90 days. This allows them to find any issues caused by manufacturing. (not just the assembly from the manufacturers, but also the suppliers of the parts used by the manufacturer) Mark, in Service at the Little Rock store has been another regular contact when I've had questions about functions, and concerns, and has been my primary contact on my Service needs. He has been very attentive, and acted as an advocate with the manufacturers to get repairs pushed through when they might have been refused. The other staff members have always been outgoing, friendly and helpful which is unusual when you consider how customers typically treat retail employees. I had a very similar experience with the store in Knoxville, TN on some purchases and installations. Both locations worked together on a minor issue that crept up following a recent 3k mile trip, and "ate the cost" when they could have charged me for a new vent system. With all the negativity this merchant receives from people looking for something to complain about, I figured they deserved an "atta-boy" from a well satisfied customer.

We had our outside panel of the passenger window of our motorhome bust and totally crackle while driving down the highway. Luckily Camping World was 20 minutes away. However it was Sunday and parts and service was closed. Luckily Adrian Ford was there and went out of his way to help us. He was able to get collision wrap, get on our ladder to apply and protect the shattered window. This gave us a piece of mind until we can get it replaced. Camping World is lucky to have an employee like Adrian Ford!

On the pick up day it took 6 hours before we were able to hook up and leave with our camper. When we arrived for our pickup appointment the unit was not set up and waiting on us. When they pulled it around they had not yet completed all the work that we needed which was a second A/C unit so we had to send it back in order for them to do that. The initial walkthrough was rushed. The walkthrough person (not our salesman) was rushed and he merely hit the high points of the unit. This was our first RV purchase so had it not been for YouTube we would have been clueless as to the workings of our unit. The salesman made up for it with taking time from his day when he could have been selling units to other customers by doing a second walkthrough with us. This second walkthrough with our salesman (this is not his job) blew the first one out of the water far and away. Our salesman Keith Stackhouse went above and beyond for us by taking his time and not rushing anything. Keith was personable, great, and you felt like you have known him forever. Whatever they are paying him they need to double it. So if you’re going to Camping World to pick up a unit don’t expect it to be a timely process. They are very busy right now and I felt the only person that valued my time there was my salesman. I’m not saying avoid this place but expect things to move slower than you would like for them to.
