I brought our BMW X1 in for service and the experience was amazing. I walked into the service department and Ryan was very welcoming and kind. He got me set up quickly and I waited in the lobby while the technician worked on the car. The lobby was very comfortable and had plenty of desk space so I could work while waiting. The technician sent me a video to watch of everything he did which was great. Before leaving Ryan walked me to the car and went over some final details. A++ service all the way around.

The Service Center Customer Care team was amazing. I came in for a recall and they got my car back almost immediately. The job was to take a few hours so I left. I received a text with a video link. The video was of the mechanic explaining what he would be doing and also of him going over the inspection to let me know what would be needed in the near future. Overall, very impressed with the service and customer care experience!

Ryan and Nate were able to resolve a long standing engine misfire issue that resulted in multiple engine trouble codes and “limp mode” driving for my X5. I appreciated their willingness to engage with me about my experience driving the vehicle to ensure all possible issues were known and understood.

Both were professional and challenged themselves to ensure they had 100% confidence in the solution. When a new, emergent trouble code surfaced, they simply dug in and expertly handled it, also.

They pursued a few technical questions for me on the N63TU engine and though the work took a week to fully diagnose and correct, they got it right and it was a pleasure to do business with these professionals. Thank you!

I would 1000% recommend BMW of North Little Rock again and again. I’ve been to most of the mechanics in North Little to get work done when I couldn’t do it myself and typically I get the run around or the they tell me something outrageous like my “super” fuel pump is going out. I brought my 535i up to Ryan and he was completely straight with me about everything. Not even 3 minutes through the door and he was already recommending things like a trickle charger (left my car sitting for about 2 weeks because of pre-deployment training). Every step of the way he was very informative about what was going on. The speedometer didn’t work and the mileage never increased as well as the ABS and Traction control were on. I replaced the ABS speed sensors thinking that was the issue. Turns out there was a short in the door the controls the unlocking and locking when on the door handle. The prices were definitely fair and a lot better and the service was magnificent. Will be recommending all my friends with BMWs to go see Ryan Baker!!

After running over an object on I-40 and having to be towed in I told Dillon I was on my way to Ga. to attend my Aunt’s funeral. He immediately got my car into the service garage,Got Chris (another great person) not only to get me back on the road,but compiled a list of cosmetic parts needed to complete the repair and emailed it to my Service Advisor at my home dealership so the parts could be ordered and be there when I returned. Had an unexpected emergency and used BMW roadside assistance to get my vehicle to BMW of Little Rock on a Friday night after hours. They were able to get my tire replaced on a Saturday morning and I had my vehicle back before 1pm! And they kept me posted every step of the way. Great service and friendly!

I have been a customer of BMW of LR for many, many years - sales, service and parts - and can attest to the fact that all aspects of their customer service - are exemplary. From being responsive, providing loaner cars and fixing the rare issues that come up - they set the standard for quality service. I have had experiences over the last 25+ years with BMW dealerships in Dallas, Albuquerque, Nashville and Philadelphia and none of them consistently meet the standards that BMW of LR does. Five star rating is a no brainer.

I ran into some issues when someone tried to cut my catalytic converter, and caused a bunch of issues. Luckily the staff was great and handling the issues and I even had the chance to talk with the Mechanic, which made the service even more personable. I will be back!

I bought a brand new 2023 X7. I ordered it with painstaking detail to my exact specifications. It took several months to arrive. It did. I LOVED it. So perfect. About two months after delivery, I got in it, pushed the ignition button, and got a message that basically said “you can drive your car, but take it straight to the dealership.” Big red warning light. PANIC PANIC PANIC. I drove it (slowly 😳) to the dealership, dropped the keys, and Ubered home (Friday night after close).
The following morning, the service manager, Brad (SUPER nice guy) brought me a loaner. I didn’t LOVE the loaner (and I wasn’t very nice about it 😬). The GM, Owen (also SUPER nice guy) called me, and as soon as they had a different one (more comparable to the vehicle I bought - an X5), they brought that one to my office and retrieved the other one. Almost SIX WEEKS after I had the issue, I finally got my vehicle back.
It is important to note that the problem was a random issue with the ignition coils, which could not be sourced from the manufacturer for SIX WEEKS (supply chain issues are REAL). None of this was the fault of myself OR the dealership.
They kept me apprised of the progress throughout the process, treated me as if I was truly important (something I had never experienced with another dealership - even while I was WORKING for them), and bent over backwards to help me get through the experience.
Brad even got me a beautiful BMW pullover for my trouble.
I HIGHLY recommend doing business with McLarty BMW of Little Rock. My experience with everyone from sales to service to management was EXCEPTIONAL.

I have a 2005 BMW that I purchased new at the old location of BMW LIT. I’ve lived out of town and this was my first return for service since 2007. This was mostly for routine service: new battery, coolant flush, brake fluid, and oil change. The entire experience went very smoothly start to finish. The scheduling lady was friendly, polite, and professional. Ryan was my service rep - smart and knowledgeable - listening to my concerns. Nathan was the tech. He sent a video of the under-carriage and explained everything. He discovered an issue with the rear control arm bushing and came out to reassure me it was not an immediate safety problem. But best of all, the fellow doing the car wash was fantastic. My car is old but he had it looking great. Kudos. I do most routine jobs myself but will return to LIT BMW for more complex repairs like the suspension.

My 13 year old son and I were driving across the country back to our home in Florida and the center console was getting really hot. We stayed the night in Little Rock and the next morning when we got on the road it immediately heated up again. I was concerned that it was the transmission or something and did not want to have any issues out in the Mississippi Delta or similar and decided that I should go ahead and take it in.
We were very kindly greeted by the service department and helped by Michael Homer, he told me they would look at for me. We did not have an appointment and expected to have a long wait. I figured this was going to be a huge expense. We waited in the waiting room, which was immaculate. Within about about 30 minutes Michael came to see us, I was surprised that they were able to look at it that fast. I braced myself for the numbers he was sure to let me know. Michael informed me that when they looked at the problem they found that the backseat heat was on full blast and that was the issue. Our car was loaded from our trip and my son must have accidently moved the setting when we were getting things out of the back. This was great news! I was ready to pay for the service time, but they insisted there was no charge and told us to have a safe trip home, which is exactly what we did. We arrived home in Florida safely that night.
I do not write many Google Reviews, Michael Homer, the rest of the Service Department and the man who were working in the gift shop were all very helpful and really saved the trip for us. Thank you so much! Excellent Service!!

It was great working with Natalie, Tara, and Justin. Natalie stepped me through the details of my internet purchase and provided a nice video walkabout of my new 330e prior to my purchase. Tara got me up to speed on the various controls and the car in general. Finally, Justin made sure we got all the financial details correct and presented some interesting extended warranty options (still considering those). Very nice people and a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend BMW of Little Rock, especially for an internet purchase. The airport, hotel (Holiday Inn), dealership, and interstate are all literally within minutes of each other. So it's incredibly easy to fly in and drive out. Of course, you can also have your car delivered if desired.

Great experience buying from BMW of Little Rock! At the time I hadn't decided on a BMW for sure and had planned on stopping by the BMW, Audi, Infiniti, and a few other dealerships.
I live in Arizona and was just in town (AR resident originally from LR) for a few days and had my car totaled in OK on my way to AR. Terrance and the team at BMW of LR made the experience so good we (me, wife, kids) decided we didn't even need/want to go look at anything else.
They answered my questions, I looked through several cars, test drove one, and then decided I wanted to order rather than buying something off the lot. They made the process easy and understandable and I ended up ordering a 2018 M2 from them (in JUN2017).
Terrence Bronson kept me informed throughout the order/build/shipping process and ensured everything was in line and ready for when I flew in in October to pick up the car. I had all the paperwork prepared in advance and after flying in from Arizona when I got to the dealership they had me in and out with my new M2 in less than 2 hours.
Terrence was a great salesman and ensured I had everything I needed set up and ready. It was a great experience and their price was competitive nationwide that's why I flew back from AZ to pick up the car instead of buying in Tucson or Phoenix. 6-16-22 I had the Service Deptmartment check my 2006 BMW Z4 as it was leaking oil at the rear left tire area. Ryan, in the Service Dept. was professional and helpful as I waited for the diagnosis. He said it would be about 10 minutes so I waited. About 40 minutes later my husband arrived as we thought we'd need to leave the Z4. The diagnosis finally came and a quote given for BMW parts and after-market parts. We have our own mechanic who quoted substantially less so we chose to use ours. It would have been appreciated if Ryan had said it would take 30 minutes for the diagnosis. I have to say that the video was really impressive and clearly showed the leakage; a very good visual for the customer. The Service Department has always given us excellent service (Jack especially) and made waiting convenient and comfortable - just really expensive.

Today's experience was NOT good. Although I realize my agent that I worked with was pretty new. He feel WAY short of competent at his job. I visited the Little Rock BMW dealership today to have my tire repaired (this was the third visit within two months for nails-in-my-tire related issues; the nails are perhaps a result of driving through the I-30 construction area during my daily work commute). Nonetheless, my service advisor, Ryan, coordinated the repair and addressed two other minor concerns (e.g., a misaligned seat clip and a Velcro part that keeps my driver-side carpet intact). What I especially liked about my service experience was the detailed video feedback provided by the mechanic; he assessed my tire, showing the nail and explaining why the tire need replacement. Since I am a detail-oriented, “why?” person, I greatly appreciated the explanation. While my service experience at this dealership has not always been stellar, this experience, however, was exemplary —and greatly appreciated!

This was my first oil change here, I was told the oil change was gonna be 145 dollars, little did I know there was a special going on for 99.99 which one guy that was getting his car serviced for something else told me about, I waited to see if the service center would tell me about it and give me the discount on his own, but he did not, he was gonna have me pay the 145 and didn’t mention the special until I mentioned it. Then he knocked it down and he kind of had an attitude like he didn’t wanna go back and do the bill of sale with the discount so he just wrote it on there. I feel like the customer service could definitely improve in the service department and prolly let people know about these discounts they offer at the beginning, because I don’t think most people know about them. The sales people are nice and we’re informative about their vehicles but the service department could be better. I put 3 stars because the service center could be better.

We were not greeted when we pulled up to the service bay. The first time was our first visit for service and the second time when my spouse returned two days later to complete the service. Four service advisors present. I had to get their attention to start service and she did as well. I waited 4.5 hours for a windshield recalibration before they explained that the camera was broken by the third party installer. Said they had the camera in stock and could complete the install immediately. Two hours later the advisor explained they could not complete the install because they had the wrong camera for my vehicle and didn’t realize it until several recalibration attempts. Service advisor explained “these things happen”. I sure hope other, more crucial parts numbers are verified prior to installation. BMW labor is expensive but my time is as well!

Everything about this location was an awesome experience. I am traveling through the town on a roadtrip south when suddenly, I got a notification from my Mini Cooper's dashboard that one of my tires is having pressure issues. I panicked. After calling a couple of places seeking quick fixes, Antoin let me know that the location can definitely take a look for me, whereas other locations were much more hesitant. When I got there, Dylan Long took over my case, and had me chill in the back while he did his magic. The lobby has many amenities (e.g. cubicles, meeting rooms, food, and coffee). Featured was also a fishbowl style window pane, where you can see everything that is being done to your vehicle. Turns out the tire was punctured by a screw, and Dylan was able to patch it up/re-inflate the tire for me in under 15 minutes. What was incredibly upsetting was that after all the hard work and professionalism, the location refused to let me pay/tip for their services. God bless these hard workers. When I am ready for the car upgrade, I will definitely come back to this location, cause these folks are incredible with their attitude and service.

I’ve been a BMW owner for the past 15 years. Moved here (home to AR) and have been totally disappointed with BMW of Little Rock. The facility is super clean & the service depart. is professional, but no one attempts to know my name. Every time I go for an oil change (since my warranty expired), they find something I need. I believe service is required/pushed to $$$$. The last time they forgot to reset my oil change warning, which is very frustrating bc I live an hour away. I’ve been so spoiled with Jason, Doug, & Scott at Tompkins of Fort Wayne Indiana who always made sure everything was taken care of before the warranty expired. I can’t believe the difference, especially since BMW has such an awesome driving machine, so disappointed. I am trading out of BMW !!🥲

Customer service in the service department is non-existent. Service employee started getting an attitude with me. Brought the car in for a recall fix and then I am refilling my coolant everyday. I know I had a small leak, but not even close to what it was like after dropping it off. Brought it in again and then all of a sudden, after another fix, they "pull it out" and the water pump just went out. All in all, after what they "recommend", it's going to cost over $3200. The master technician also had a bad attitude over the phone. The way this place treats people and Veterans is the worst I have ever seen. They do not understand conflict resolution whatsoever.
UPDATE: Thank you to Brad for calling and fixing the situation. I am glad to see that not all of your staff is unreasonable. I very much appreciate it.

They always get me in quickly, I never have to wait for a courtesy car, and they even hand washed my car after the most recent service because they noticed mine is a bit of a garage queen.
Will you pay more for service here than at an independent shop? Of course, but the convenience and professionalism you get here are well worth the cost of admission.

Professional Service and people in the service department are courteous and responsive, especially Ryan. However, the repair or replacement of a part to address electric battery heating in my X3 PHEV appeared to have fixed the engine light coming on issue but it created another problem while charging the battery. While charging using home plug, the car makes extremely loud noice like the car engine is turned on and running at very high speed, very scary sound. Ryan is very professional and helpful and has asked me to bring the car back with the charging cable for further tests. Hope it will get fixed. Can’t believe this is happening to a brand new car. Hope BMW did not sell me a lemon.

The only problem I have is, that I dropped my car off the day before (Thursday), made an appointment to do so, needed some small things looked at other than the recalls and had to call out to BMW to see if my car was ready on that Friday The recall part was ready but fixing the review mirror and looking at the TPM light couldn't be looked at until the following Monday. I've been to BMW of Little Rock several times over the last few years, but have been unable to put together a deal. I'm particular about what I want and I won't settle for "close enough". The dealership has always been great, things just never aligned... until my most recent visit. Michael Blann was great. Even though I was upfront and told him I wasn't planning on buying, just curious about a Tesla Model 3 they had in stock. He was understanding and allowed us to test drive the car anyway. After sleeping on it, I was impressed and asked for a second close look and a second drive. He happily obliged, and I ultimately ended up buying the car. Part of the decision was down to the Sales Manager's willingness to work with me on my trade, which I had a cash offer from KBB on but no nearby participating dealership. He came up close enough that it made the deal worth while. Thanks again to the wonderful and friendly staff at BWM of Little Rock. I'll certainly be back when the next shiny toy catches my attention.

I purchased a 2014 CPO X5 from this dealership. I purchased the vehicle online and had it delivered to me out-of-state. I never physically stepped foot in the dealership. Although I can tell you the experience I had was far superior to any dealership I visited locally. My sales representative was very accommodating, answered every question and provided all the necessities I required in order to purchase a vehicle sight unseen.
Upon delivery there was an issue with the driver side wheels. Both of them had severe curb rash. The vehicle was described to me as flawless and the photos provided prior to sale supported the condition. I was very disappointed so I contacted my sales person. He promptly put me in touch with the sales manager and assured me they would take care of the issue. To my delight the problem was resolved swiftly and without any hassle or haggling. BMW of Little Rock did the right thing, at their expense, to satisfy the customer.
I am very happy with my purchase. You can rest assured they deal fairly and honestly with all customers. I would highly recommend this dealership to any out-of-state buyers.

Best service I have ever had! Spoke with Chris about all of my concerns- he quickly made an appointment for an oil change, tire replacement (2 tires had a nail) and for someone to look at the paint peeling around the driver’s side door and the seal on the passenger door leaking. As soon as I pulled up, Angie greeted me, already had all of my concerns written down since Chris had shared all of these with her, had a loaner waiting on me and I was literally leaving the parking lot in less than 5 mins from my arrival-that has NEVER happened before. When my car was ready to pick up, I received a text/call and when I returned, again, Angie was there, already prepared, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes again-oil changed, tires/seal/paint replaced and like new again. Zero questions asked and just replaced at no charge (except the tire replacement under the optional wheel warranty I had previously purchased). The service at LR BMW is outstanding! I have never seen a service department have it together like they do. They get the job done and there’s no back and forth-they understand your time is valuable and they waste none of it. The service department at Mercedes Benz was so awful, I had zero regrets trading in my car and getting a new BMW. Now I know what a luxury car dealership is all about. Jack Tester in the Service Department took care of us when we took our 2008 BMW 328i in for service. The car first stalled while driving on the interstate then several more times before we got home. It restarted each time. Jack provided us with a courtesy car while the technicians worked several days to find the cause. They were unable to get the car to fault again even though they drove it 300 miles in an effort to find the problem. Since nothing was found to repair there were no charges when I picked it up. If/when it faults again, we will take it back. As of now, it isn’t missing a beat. The entire serve department treated us like we were their best customers. BMW in Little Rock is definitely 5 star.

There are so many inexperienced and immature dealerships out there elsewhere that I have become more appreciative of my experience of purchasing a 2012 Porsche Cayenne S at BMW Little Rock back in 2016. Although there were small setbacks such as title mail delay and small chips on windshield, but the fair efforts and sufficient attention in communication through e-mail professionally was able to ease and solve all potential problems in time and definitely deserve and worth the accreditation by BBB. Shout out to the General Manager (Mr. O.F.) and the Business Manager (Mr. W.A.) at the time, for their active stepping-in early in the deal and the sustained efforts through the transaction were very helpful and comforting.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that I completely did the transaction with them by e-mail and a few calls (with e-mail for majority due to consideration for the benefits of both sides), and never needed to meet them in person to know all the above. 👍
