Wonderful staff! One salesman even said they're like family, and he's been here for 10 years! You don't see that very often with car dealerships. Very sweet people. If you have just a little money for a down payment, they will make a deal with you! They will finance just about anyone, as they do in house financing! Not their only option for selling, but definitely a plus.

Walking into the building I thought I'd find a pushy sales person more likely to tell me a lie than not. What I found was a family business with wonderful, friendly staff. I didn't leave with a car but a piece of truth and encouragement that I desperately needed. If you need a vehicle and are looking for honesty and good customer service I definitely recommend these guys!! :)

The first time I bought a used car, I paid 1400% what it was worth and almost doubled that in repair costs to keep it on the road. I should have gone to Fitts instead. Fitts was very transparent about the car's (good) history, sold it for a fair price, and threw in 4 brand new tires when I had concerns about the old tires.

Excellent service! I bought my car from Bill Blanchard and it was so stressed free. The first car had a problem.. They checked it out, gave me a loaner and return car to me quickly. Unfortunately problem was more than anticipated... Instead of treating with the "its your car it's your problem".. They took the car back and got me into a newer car that I love even more. This place has what you need and the staff is top notch. Will recommend to everyone!!
