I traded my Subaru WRX for an Audi A3 Quattro and was given a solid trade-in value on my Subaru. The sales staff were very professional and not pushy like you would expect from most dealerships. The process from arrival to departure took less time than I spent at Adventure Subaru when I bought the WRX. Everything was made transparent and no superfluous packages were pressured onto me. I was shown my options, asked questions, and made informed decisions. I’m very pleased with my A3 and how it compares to the WRX.

Greg and the service team exceeded my expectations! Everyone in Parker Audi is always professional and friendly but I was impressed with their level of care yesterday. I had my 20,000 mile service on my 2022 Q5 sport back and I got a loaner while my car was being worked on and did a Costco trip! When I came back to pick up my Audi the service guys even helped take the groceries from the loaner to my car without asking them! I will always take my Audi to Parker for service and will only buy my cars from Parker because of the high standards and great customer service you have there. Ryan was my salesman and I highly recommend him to anyone thinking of a new or used Audi and thanks again for a great experience Parker Audi!

I am extremely satisfied with Clayton and Parker’s service team. I was not expecting the MIL light to be anything really when I dropped by to let you look at it. However, it turned out to be something that needed to be fixed. Clayton put me in a loaner vehicle and I was on my way. They ordered the part immediately and had my Q5 ready on Friday afternoon just like Clayton said. I appreciate everyone's help, kindness and courtesy. I will see this team again at my next service check. I would highly recommend Clayton and the service team at Parker Audi. What a professional dealership. If you sick of paying crazy dealer document fees go to Parker. Dealership was clean, everyone dressed professional, & Maryanne helped me buying the car. She made sure it was safety inspected before we could test drive it. Parker offered the Passat at less than market value and was a great deal. Hands down the best place in Little Rock to buy a vehicle. The service at Audi Little Rock blows Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Volvo, and Lincoln away. (I've dealt with all of them.) Highly recommend talking to Sam if you need a car. The place looks and feels great, the staff is top-notch with none of the usual car-saleman-y shenanigans, and everyone's job seems to be making the process fun and putting you at ease. Easily one of the best service experiences start to finish that I’ve experienced anywhere in the US. Staff are friendly and professional, the work area is visible, yet clean and quiet. The interior is quite comfortable. They integrated systems between service technician, service planner, and customer enhance the experience and make the service work much smoother than anywhere else in central Arkansas. Most people choose not to take their vehicle to a dealership for service because they are a custom to getting ripped off. That doesn’t happen here. For the first time in my life I actually said “oh wow the final bill is significantly less than I expected“. Then the service planner reviewed it and found something that needed to be removed and it got lower! 🤣 The same service was quoted 3x higher by another dealer nearby (who thankfully didn’t have the tools for the job). I’ll only be servicing my vehicles here now.

First I want to say that if you have an Audi and you're not getting service here, you're missing out. My car rides brand new and it's 8 years old. Secondly, I have never received customer service from any one or any company that can compare to the service Greg gives. If he isn't a manager by now he should be. I recently bought an car from The Little Rock Audi Dealership. It was my first time buying a car out of state. I was also buying a car for the first time without seeing it in person. I called and spoke with Ruben G. one of there sales specialists. Everything I asked for including pictures, paperwork, and contracts were handled in very timely manager and well organized. Customer Service was very quick and Tyler in financing was easy to speak with and knew his stuff. The car was ready when the shipping company showed up, and upon delivery, the car was in the exact condition they promised. All around a great experience with Audi Little Rock.

Had to service my S5, originally was told they didn’t have any space for a few weeks but when I told them I was flexible and was going to leave the car I was able to drop it off the next day. A class operation from the phone operators to service people, everyone. The dealership is brand new. You can see the service bay and all the techs wear white shirts which is a really professional and cool touch. Everything was above board and they kept me up to date on everything without having to ask. They even send you a video of your car after diagnostic. Truly a superb operation. Greg was an excellent and friendly service rep. They wash and vacuum the car as well. Very satisfied.

I had an engine failure on my S5 that was actually purchased at another dealer in Memphis, TN. I live in the Little Rock area and had it towed to Parker Audi (Audi roadside service is the BOMB!) on May 2nd, 2022. Terry (service writer) was able to source a brand new crate motor within the USA the very next day, so I didn't have to wait for it to come from Germany! Everyone knows at this time, there are severe parts shortages and logistical challenges to getting ANY type of part, much less an entire long block motor and Terry came through like a champ! After the motor was delivered, Erik (service technician and master Audi mechanic) was able to start on it within a couple of days. I dropped by the dealership on Friday, May 20th to see the car and drop off some paperwork and Erik stopped what he was doing to walk me through everything happening with the car, answering every question I had and letting me take pics of the progress. The car was totally finished the next Thursday, May 26th! Terry and Erik both met with me when I showed up to retrieve the car, telling me about everything that had been replaced and letting me know that the warranty is still intact along with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty included directly from Parker Audi on their work. To say that I'm thrilled is an understatement, I can't tell you how happy I have been with the service along the way, Terry and Erik were wonderful!!! If I could give this review 10 stars, I would!

My wife and I purchased a Q8 on 12/27. The overall buying experience was very uneventful and frankly enjoyable. There were no smoky mirrors and the Staff at Parker were helpful and professional from start to finish. Ruben was a pleasure to deal with and always communicated whenever requested via text, email or phone. The vehicle itself is spectacular. I always dread going into F&I at dealerships but this experience was different. Tyler B wasn't pushy and was very helpful(and quick). I told him I was out of state and he said it wasn't an issue. He made sure everything that could be done prior to my 8 hour drive got done. I arrived at 9am Ryan was ready and waiting to assist me when I walked in the door. He already had the vehicle cleaned and ready to go. It was in perfect condition, no complaints, he also knows his Audis. Answered all of my questions about the vehicle. He got all my documents together and handed me to the business manager Tyler. Tyler was knowledgeable about all of the finance products available and presented them very well, while not being pushy. He explained the loan process and the terms of the contract to a T. Greg in services is phenomenal! So knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions. The repairs were completed promptly and my car returned to me freshly washed within the expected time. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. ***UPDATE12/30*** Parker Audi of Little Rock out did themselves when it came to making this right! Thank you so much for standing behind your product and making this go as smoothly as possible! Terrible! In November I drove from downtown LR all the way out west to have an update done on my car and have them look at a broken part on my seat only for them to say we will have to order this part and we will fix your update when that part comes in. That was annoying but not unreasonable. I get a call mid November that my part was in, kicker is they only ordered the part for the passenger side (both sides were broken) actually the attendent only looked at the driver side! Now it is December 19th and I still haven't heard anything about these parts being in so I called only to find out the parts have been sitting there but no one felt the need to call me. So now im very annoyed and no one is available to schedule the appointment so im told yet again that I will get a call back to schedule. For what we pay for our Audis we should get better customer service than this. I love my TT but im definately going to be trading in just to get away from this service department!

The biggest complaint we had was a small and seemingly disorganized inventory. On the other hand, they're generally more personable than a your we've found at a Mclarty owned dealer.
