Our vehicle broke down while we were on vacation and driving through Las Vegas. We found Sunrise Auto Sales and they bent over backwards to help us. It was late afternoon on a Friday and we were trying to secure a down payment because the banks close so early we were only able to come up with a small amount. Not only that, the car was a little dirty on the inside and had sun damage on the back and they offered to clean the inside AND repaint it which was absolutely HUGE. First time leasing a vehicle in years. They worked with me and got me into the vehicle that I chose. Vehicles are very clean inside and out. Staff are friendly and they do what they can to make sure you are satisfied and well maintained. They offer maintenance service as well as other services that I have never experienced before at other used dealerships in the past. My truck had been recently hit while parked in my apartment complex about 3 weeks ago, went to the dealership and within 24 hours Puablo got me a reasonable quote to get the damage repaired. Even includes paint match up. I had a nice experience with Sunrise. I bought a BMW X5 and it was in good condition. There were a few issues at the beginning with me having access to my car. When I first bought it I was told to bring it back in 2 days to do the smog, but it was only suppose to take a little while to do. However, they told me I could not leave with it, because the check light was on. So, I did not get it back for like a week in a half. However, they put me in 2 nice loaners which I enjoyed driving. My BMW had some minor issues, but I just took it to the shop and had it taken care of. I would recommend Sunrise to anyone. They really work with you and what I like the most is that the Owner of the dealership name is David and he is so nice. He really is professional and cares about his business and the customers. If you take care of your car, it will take care of you.

I bought a car and I am happy with the service received, my car broke once and i called the Dealer for a break in the water pump and they sent a crane and towed the car to the dealer bodyshop, then changed the pump water and only charged me for the new piece, I am grateful and aware that a second car at any time can give problems, in addition to be attentive to oil changes and any sign of failure. Obviously the life of this car is more limited than a new one, so I dont understand those people who write badly about the dealer if they are aware that they are buying a second hand car.
