Smart Auto is a great place to work with of course your credit determines your APR they're a good second and third chance place to go to to get a vehicle and help your credit score out my salesperson Pat she was fantastic she got me into this 2012 Chevy Impala got a couple of miles on it but runs great very clean no dents no scratches clean interior also very professional friendly and upfront there's not going to be any hidden fees there's not going to be anything that they're not going to tell you up front I can deal with people like that. Just trying to push me into whatever that they can but to making sure I got what I needed I would recommend anybody to Smart Auto ask for Pat

Mrs .Pat at Smart Auto Las Vegas is great. From the very first day of contact to the day I drove off the lot with my car she was very professional, attentive and caring to my needs. Originally I wasn't sure if i'd be able to get a good reasonable car with a good price because I saw so many other dealerships who weren't willing to work with my credit situations but Mrs. Pat at smart auto took the time to explain the steps of what I needed to do and assured me that she would be waiting whenever I was ready to get into a vehicle. After about a month of getting my funds together I finally went to Smart Auto and met with Mrs. Pat and she was just as awesome in person as she was over the phone. The process was very easy and I was able to drive out the parking lot with my car the very next day. It's been about a month so far since I purchased my vehicle and I feel like I made the right decision by working with this company. They weren't just trying to take my money, but they made sure that what i purchased was something i would enjoy. I also like that they were willing to work with me for my down payment and I also think it's great that the vehicles come with a warranty. I feel lucky and blessed to work with Smart Auto and i'm happy that Mrs. Pat was there for me the whole way. I would personally recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to get a car because they really do car. It's worth the try at least :).. Pat is the most amazing and honest sales woman I've ever done business with! I went to another dealership before this and basically got robbed $300!!! The reason they gave me was "it's for an application fee". Pat stayed late past closing time, carefully explained the details to me and my fiancé and even hooked me up with insurance right there in the spot! As long as you make your payments on time, this company will absolutely care for you. I am approaching my 2nd year with them. I review when I feel like it is owed to somebody. The entire staff at Smart Auto will treat you like you’re really a valued customer, especially Ceasar in repairs and Todd in management. They will take care of your car when it breaks down and finance your payments at a reasonable mechanic price, and this is the kind of company that you want. This is my experience and I am speaking for myself. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and Smart Auto already helped me a few times. My job is possibly a week away from shutting down again in Nevada and my car is being worked on as we speak - several major issues and they are trying to have my car ready at the soonest time they can. You may think a high interest loan on a car is bad especially when you really need a car, but then the outstanding service you receive if and when it breaks down will make you appreciate every dime you spend on your car. Take care of your car and It will take care of you too. If you do not pay your bills or come up with excuses to do so, which probably explains the bad reviews, you are still most likely receiving service which is better than you deserve. Bottom line: I recommend this place if you got a couple bucks and looking for a car quick and a place that’ll take care of you. An overall great investment which I am glad I made. Thank you guys.

December of 2016, I went into smart autos but I didn't buy a car. Pat took my name and phone number. She called me once a month to see if I still needed a car. I was not but my wife was so she went there yesterday and met with Pat. I met Pat in December and she just called me last week. She never gave up and possesses great follow up skills. (Wife speaking) Pat was a calm and nice person to talk to. I abhor salesman because of my experience with them left a terrible taste in my mouth. They don't listen, they are loud, they talk over me, they push you for that sale, and some had no sense of integrity. Which made me feel like a quota instead of a human being. Pat was none of that. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. The car I bought was my decision and not the salesman trying to dump old inventory. Yes my credit took a dump due to loss of income. It does not mean that I should be treated with with no dignity. America across the nation is struggling so the 2nd chance dealerships are rising. We need more people like Pat in this industry. My income means I can afford a car payment now, thank you for looking at my future and not my past Smart Auto. Again, thank you Pat and Smart Autos. My Chevy Impala drives smoothly.

Hello I jus moved to Vegas from Chicago & prior 2 me moving here I was currently cleaning up my credit @least that's wat I thought,,,,well I ended up going to SMART auto with the assumption that my credit was fair,,,well long story short, there is a sales rep there by the name of PAT she came out the office only to tell me I had 3 bankruptcy showing,,,,she ended up not only getting me financed with a very low minimum,,,,she also stayed courteous & professional the whole time with customers everywhere ,, I saw 4 people drive off the lot in there/my new cars within 2 hrs & guess wat, I was one of them,,,,,so guess wat car buyers that place is the truth,,,,,,my job was my credit... Kudos to PAT awesome job..Thanks
