An absolutely amazing auto sales location! The staff were very friendly and helpful during the entire process. I am a manager in the area and saw this location when passing by one day. I can truly say that they have helped me out 100% due to the fact that I do have challenge credit. I was not excepted from a lot of lenders but Adam and Nicole made it happen for me. I was approved for my Mercedes with extremely low miles and absolutely breath taking features. They made sure my car was in good condition as they also have a shop location at the dealership as well. Matthew the shop manager helped me out a ton with my vehicle as well. Ryan the office manager answered all of my concerns and questions when Adam was not available. Where do I start? First I will give a brief background of me and cars. I've been in the car transportation business for over 12 years. I've been to all types of dealerships from good and well known to the worst. I know cars well and the trails they blaze from used auction purchased to new cars straight off the boat from the manufacturer. I've hauled high end to low end. Used car dealerships can be a hit or miss. Let's be honest! No one really knows what they're getting when they step on the lot. The cars are detailed and cosmetically put together to usually hide all the flaws . That wasn't the case here. With that being said. My experience at LV Cars with plenty of knowledge of all cars and dealership ins and outs was above par. When I stepped on the lot there was no pressure from the beginning. I wasn't hounded. I test drove the car that I was already interested in. I noticed some minor things that a used car buyer with OCD would notice. Nothing that made the car a No. They offered to put the car on the lift to let me further inspect . At that point my interest was high. I pointed out some things that needed to be fixed and was told no problem. Now mind you I haven't filled out any paperwork or didn't even prove that I was able to purchase the vehicle. I was treated as if i had cash in my pocket without even going in the office. Fast forward to the finance/ purchase stage. I went through the process and got approved with a great interest rate for someone who hadn't financed a car since 2005. My credit wasn't run multiple times to try and get approved. I explained my credit history to the best of my ability to Harley and he coached me, as well as, informed me of what I was up against before we pulled the trigger. Harley (I hope I'm spelling that right) and Angie took me through the process flawlessly. They met all of my non negotiable standards as far as down payment and monthly payments. Look, for all that read this. I know that every situation is different and any negative reviews that you read have a deeper story not told. Research your car! Know what you're looking at as far as issues. Most importantly ASK! I asked about everything and all about the used vehicle was disclosed. I had the best experience at this dealership and they definitely have a customer for life. Bottom line the staff here is not shady. They don't sell lemons. They don't mislead you or pressure you. They accommodate anything for the sale and business. There's a lot I didn't disclose only because I didn't want to drag this review out. I am not making any money or wasn't paid for this review. Edit: Update - Robert came back to work for LV Cars, he read the review, reached out to me and made things right. My car was fixed, EVAP leak was fixed and now passed the smog check. Who ever was in charge while he was gone needs some management ethics training. Thanks Robert. After 3 months of having the car. I was promised that certain things that were wrong with the car would be fixed at their cost, since I caught the engine light and other things before purchasing the car. I never got a call back for an appointment for the repairs now that I followed back with them. They claim due to the sales person Robert and the service manager Rafa no longer working there they can’t honor the Evap minor leak it had before I purchased the car ( how did they pass the smog check for me) Well, they got their illegal connections. 3 months in and the car needs well over 2k worth of repairs. Evap leak repair, tires, breaks, break hoses are leaking, air box filter has screws drilled into to keep it together and is falling apart, alarm goes off every time you unlock the car, AC blow motor, coolant reservoir is cracked. Who knows what else will show up after a full inspection. DON’T PURCHASE A CAR from here. They’re auction cars and they don’t look into the cars before selling them.
