The auto service and customer service were. the best service I've had since I relocated to the Las Vegas area in June.
Carlos in service was awesome. He made us feel like valued customers by explaining what would be done with my vehicle. He shared some information about the dealership new look, and was just overall FRIENDLY.
Hector in the Genesis area was exceptional . He came over to us and again, very friendly. I didn't feel like it was a sales pitch. My husband is interested in purchasing the Genesis, when we told him that we weren't going to purchase the vehicle at that moment, his attitude, professionalism, or anything else did not change.
I can't say enough about this location. We have been to other dealerships in the area and HYUNDAI OF LAS VEGAS out rates them all. Their customer service is the boom and the grounds are extremely impressive.
I highly recommend this dealership and I WILL definitely be back.

Beyond happy with our service with Ron (internet sales) and Nigel (finance). We were eager to buy and had a car in mind and a set budget. Ron was able to work with us to get our trade in value where we wanted and also review the pricing for our new purchase. Nigel made the process very quick and personable. We got to know both reps well and their skill and tenure showed with their service. It was our fastest car buying experience, got to test drive, and even got out before closing down for the night. I usually get very anxious and stressed buying cars bc I feel like the salesmen are usually trying to scam you but for once they were on my side and just wanted us to be happy. We decided it was time to replace our 2015 Audi Q5. After quite a bit of research we decided on the Hyundai Palisade, either a Limited or a Caligraphy, whichever we could find with our preferred color combo. While we are located in northern Nevada, we broadened our search to include several out of the area dealerships. We found the perfect combination of interior and exterior colors in a Limited at Hyundai of Las Vegas. We have purchased our last several Audis remotely so are very familiar with the process and have high expectations for such transactions. After an initial contact to make sure the unit was still on the lot we engaged in conversation with Dave Wagner. Within 24 hours we negotiated a price, trade in value, and scheduled delivery. The whole process could not have been smoother, and the after sales follow up has been stellar. Dave, Joe Thiel (finance manager), and Dave Buckner (Internet sales manager) made sure everything was available as promised. Everyone was extremely pleasant, helpful, and very efficient. I highly recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to use them again. Special shout out to Emily Garcia who made sure the process was moving at the beginning. We couldn't be happier.

I am writing to highly recommend Hyundai of Las Vegas for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I recently had the pleasure of working with the sales associate, David Wagner, who went above and beyond to make my car buying experience a positive one. David sent me a personalized video introducing himself and advising me of the inventory they had on hand to match my needs. He took his time to show me all of my options and was very polite and courteous to my wife and me.
When it came to negotiating the purchase price, Gus Vanvlimmeren helped us reach a fair deal for both parties. Without his ability to meet us where we wanted to be, we would not have been able to make this purchase. Lastly, Nigel Daniel, the Finance Manager, took his time to answer all of our questions and explain the entire breakdown of the deal. He also went over the benefits of some of Hyundai's unique value propositions.
Overall, this was by far the best car shopping experience I have had with a dealership. I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone at Hyundai of Las Vegas for making this process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Ioniq 5 from this dealership and couldn't be more impressed. I worked with Jeremy Cort during the test drive and he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle's inner workings and promotions. He didn't pressure us to make a purchase and made a great impression on me and my wife. A few weeks later, he reached out to us when a car we liked became available and even brought it to us to test drive due to my previous-day surgery.
The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to Jeremy's professionalism, patience, and accommodating nature.

Jeremy was very efficient!! This was the fastest I’ve ever purchased a vehicle. I dread buying a new car because of how long you spend at the dealership. I really appreciate the service advisor Victoria treated me during the difficult time. She had comforted me by using gentle words after noticing my pitiful state. This review is specifically about my experience with Victoria Garcia, a service advisor. I visited this dealership yesterday (11/4/22) for an oil change. I actually purchased my elantra at this dealership and have visited this dealership several times over the last 7 - 8 years. When I arrived for my oil change and tire rotation, there was chaos in the service area and very little direction given. I bring this up because I didn’t know I had Victoria Garcia assigned as my service advisor and my experience with her calmed the agitation I was feeling about the chaos. The chaos was not at all her fault but she was incredibly apologetic, sympathetic, kind, and humble.
Victoria greeted me warmly and professionally. She was attentive to my needs and honest about the wait time. In all my 7 - 8 years of visiting Hyundai for simple oil changes, I have never had an advisor with such an excellent and professional demeanor. Victoria’s sincerity and apologetic disposition was genuine. Again, I must repeat that Victoria was not at fault for any of the issues I experienced yet she felt the need to extend her own apologies to me for what I experienced and for the 3 hour wait I endured for my oil change and tire rotation.
I have never personally requested a service advisor before, but I plan on asking for Victoria Garcia in the future whenever I have the chance and I recommend you do as well.

Not a fan of paying over MSRP, but with the car I wanted being really hard to find I decided I would pay over asking price since I wanted it now versus waiting. Hyundai of Las Vegas gave a better price in the Vegas area. My sales guys the Dave's took care of everything that was asked and did make the situation a better than normal dealership experience. I wasn't planning to buy a Hyundai Palisade this week (my plan was to buy a Cadillac XT5). But the Palisade was much more comfortable and easier to drive than the XT5, so I knew I would be happier with the Palisade. And David Buckner offered me a trade-in deal that was 'hard to say no to'. He was also very patient with my 81 year old mother who needed to drive the Palisade a couple of times to find out if she would be confident driving such a large SUV (but the Palisade is extremely easy to get in/out of for such a large SUV, and easy to see out of and drive....so mom was very happy with the Palisade). Bought honda there I've come to like it .it is roomy and rides very smoothly. Ac is really cool and can't complain really. I had get used to it .It is bit larger than my old car. The salesmen were helpful and price was fair and extended warranty should be ok haven't used it yet. Had get battery not covered very expensive Honda Fit but I needed it but I took out platinum plan should cover most components I hope. In general it's roomy car and seems run fine and I think hyundai west good place buy a car .so check them out for me I was looking compact car so honda fit did fit bill .

Being recently divorced this was my first time working with a dealership for a new car, he was kind and very professional. I have ok experiences and godawful experiences in car dealerships but this one was definitely the pinnacle for great customer service. It was rainy season here in Las Vegas when my sunroof broke and would not close. I was debating between Toyota and Hyundai. In the end Hyundai had more features in their vehicles and better warranty for the same price. So why this location? I had called Centennial, ABC and Henderson Hyundai for help. Centennial wanted a nonrefundable $1000 deposit before viewing a car and the guy kept trying to show me other models that I wasn't interested in. ABC and Henderson did not call back at tall. Toyota asked for $500 so you can be placed on a waitlist.
I spoke with an agent from Hyundai in Sahara and they had a vehicle for me to view. It wasn't the closest loccation to me; however, they took the time to reach out and offered to show me a vehicle that I was interested in. I met Dave and he took really good care of me. He took the time to show me the vehicle and spoke with his manager Gus who also helped me tremendously. Both delivered superb customer service and I have spoken very highly about them to my friends and coworkers. After purchasing my new vehicle, Dave continued to assist me with any questions and concerns I had and I am so grateful that I met someone that cares about their customer after the sale is made. I have to say that I went to henderson hyundai superstore before stopping here at hyundai of las vegas, those people at henderson have a 5 to 6000 mark up on those cars, they just don't respect American citizens, they want to take advantage on you from the very beginning and they don't care to tell you a bunch of lies ,trying to justify the insane mark up. They lost my business, I just don't know how customers at henderson can swallow those crazy numbers. If you don't believe what I said, just go right now and check the sticker price on those car over there, msrp 36 and changes, they have the car for 44 after "nitrogen on the tire", tinted windows,door edge and the crazy mark up, give me a break.

When I arrived at the service area, Abram quickly met me by name and remembered exactly what needed to be done although I needed an additional item checked. Finally, he explained the cost, had the car washed and told me where it would be waiting. Throughout the morning I felt that Adam was knowledgeable and not only cared about my car but for me. Is 3 hours now I ask if they start the job no they did not so i pull my car back and went home , bad experience again, wow, I should stay with Honda ,service was so good there.

I’m a first time buyer, I’ve never walked onto a dealership to buy a car but at 24 I came to Hyundai to just look and get some information but thanks to Felix, we ended up driving off with our new car happy as hell. I’m sure everyone has heard the horror stories of how dealerships and people who work there are scums and just trying to rail you in and if you don’t look the part they wont even look your way, yeah well that was not our experience!! Felix immediately came out as soon as he saw out step foot onto the property and greeted us with a smile and genuine help, he even introduced himself to my wife, which wasn’t our experience at the Hyundai on Boulder, he shook our hands and asked if we needed help and how we were doing, and we said what we were here for and he led us to the cars we were interested in, we were looking for Velosters, which hasn’t an easy search here, each car place seemed to have maybe 3 Velosters and it was out of our price range or old, he stood outside with us showing us around, answering every single question we had which were a lot btw! We had questions for days, we had concerns too and he managed to answer them with real, honest and genuine answers, he even answered them with some of his experience and his thoughts and not just the answer he should have given to get a sale, he wasn’t pushing us to do anything, our decision to go inside and try to see what we could get approved for was all us, he didn’t push us into doing it, he just gave us enough info and we trusted him and we decided that “ hey we’re here we got the info there’s a car that we like and is in our budget, he’s helping us a lot, let’s take that jump and see the numbers and everything”
our biggest thing was the hard inquiry too, it’s hard to get those little points back on our credit score but we trusted him enough to take that hit and see the numbers and approval, so I think that says a lot, we came for info and to look, and that turned into buying a car. Thank you again to Felix he was great, I can’t praise him enough, he was respectful, honest, genuine, real, straightforward, and patient. He deserved our sale and I hope he’s still there in a few years when we come back to get another car, anyone I know is gonna hear about our experience at Hyundai with Felix Colon !!! Thank you to him and to Hyundai for making this an experience that I’m going to remember, couldn’t have gotten a car without him.🙏🙏

Any other calls have been transferred to voice-mail of general service line to individual service advisor and finally to service manager. Even a few messages thru website. All unanswered. These amazing service advisors get worked to the bone and have rude customers left and right, but every single time I’ve came for service, they always remain so calm, respectful and attentive no matter how RUDE or ABSURD their customers are. The technicians are 100% thorough and know their stuff! They work quickly and efficiently as well as all the service advisors. My personal go to advisor is Brandon Wyatt. He always goes out of his way for me and all his other customers.

I was frustrated at first due to being lost (their location is actually 7200 Sahara😅) but the patience and helpful attitude of Abram really turned things around along with Guillermo ( the driver of the shuttle/ride). All of the reviews I read correlated to my experience there.
They were very stringent about safety and ensuring everyone was protected. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the manner in which all patrons socially distanced. There were also separate tables set up for folks who were buying cars which were a ways away from the service area.
Josh, who I was my assigned service liaison took great care of me. He offered an add-on service but there was no pressure, he made a recommendation that made sense and knew the cost of the service right away. He was courteous, efficient and came to find me when my car was ready, showing me where it was parked.
Payment was easy and the young woman was courteous and efficient as well, explaining what I had to sign, took my payment, etc.
Overall, I will definitely be bringing my Tucson here from now on (just moved here from Chicago) because of the service I received.

My service writer Brandon Wyatt got me in two times without an appointment for service. The second time, Mr. Wyatt had a counter full of tickets on a Saturday, he not only remembered who I was, but he didn't even hesitate or bat an eye at squeezing me in.

Went to Hyundai of Las Vegas for my 3,000 mile service. Checking is was so easy. I went to the counter and the advisor checked the schedule and referred me to Rigo. Rigo was sitting right next to him so I slid my stuff over and said "good morning". We all laughed when he said "good morning, how are you"? Totally a conversation we already had! Back to the service...I notified Rigo that I had a couple of questions/concerns about my car and he walked out to take a look. He explained what the issue is and made an appt to get it taken care of. Service took longer then I expected but Rigo checked on it and updated me when I asked. Waiting is pretty easy in their nice waiting room. The latte is wonderful and tons of magazines to read. I have the greatest confidence that the service dept. here is very good. I will confirm my suspicions when someone will answer the phone and book my appt. off and on for 2 days with no response. I spent a total of 3 1/2 hours on the phone with recordings,was disconnected several times. Called for the operator as well and was disconnected. Left messages and even got to chat with a somewhat dim computer it was virtually disappointing. I’m driving over there this morning and see if that’s the answer.

However, Hyundai of Las Vegas really outdid themselves when they helped me purchase a 2020 Hyundai Elantra two days ago! Joey Morgan was the sales consultant who helped me pick out my car. From the beginning he was so genuine and patient! I have never experienced a sales consultant who wasn’t pushy, overbearing, or controlling until I met Joey. He was so helpful from start to finish. He also guided me through the process of getting my 2015 Chevy Sonic Lt traded in. He went back and forth with the sales manager to get us the best rate considering I still had a lot to pay on my Chevy Sonic Lt. I really appreciated how he allowed my boyfriend and I to discuss our finances as well. Not once during our time talking did Joey pressure us! When it finally came down to finances, the sales manager Louie Mendoza, was super awesome! He really worked with me on the payments. He was a super easygoing sales manager. He got me such a good rate considering all the negative equity I had from my Chevy Sonic Lt. Lastly, the finance manager Darryl Laxson, was super knowledgeable about warranties and insurance! He really took the time to educate me on gap insurance and warranties. My boyfriend and I really appreciated the conversation we had with him! Overall, I’m grateful for my experience at Hyundai of Las Vegas! I wish I could give this dealership more than 5 stars. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car!
