We were not planning on buying a vehicle the afternoon we visited Honda West. However, the professional, respectful, and courteous treatment we received from sales consultant Jason Hand convinced us to purchase a 2022 CR-V EX-L that day. Jason made us feel relaxed and appreciated. He took extra time to answer our many questions and show us multiple vehicles. Since the purchase was for my wife, he spent additional time making sure she knew how to use the wide variety of electronic options on the vehicle. He made sure she knew the vehicle's operations nearly as well as he did before letting her drive off the lot. He did this to make sure she drove safely with a brand new vehicle. Regardless of what type of new vehicle you think you want, visit Jason Hand at Honda West. He will make you feel comfortable and confident in purchasing a Honda. The agents were nice, informative and easy to talk with. They have decent number of vehicle options in their lot. Their in-house financing is what sealed the deal. They gave me the lowest interest rate I could get elsewhere. Overall, my experience was awesome!

I went to buy my first car and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. Jason helped me and he was very helpful with finding the car I wanted. He was extremely helpful with the entire process (insurance, how to work the car, etc). I would definitely recommend this car dealership, especially for first time car owners.

This is my go to place to service my Honda Fit. I bought it here and I always bring it back for routine maintenance. Today, I brought it back for oil and filter change and , as always, I received amazing service. Cameron Moore was extremely polite and nice and knew exactly what to do and how to help me. Luis was so helpful in the whole process!! Me and my husband and daughter went in hopes of getting a car after mine was wrecked. It was our first big purchase as a family and he made us very comfortable did not pressure made sure our needs were met. Offered waters and coffee at all times. We left to think about our options even went to another deal but came back to see Luis. We showed up after he had left for the day but they called him he came back and we waited for him and he even stayed after hours!! The whole team at Honda was just so friendly even our finance guy helped us out explained very thorough all the paperwork and even convinced us to get the extended warranty. Super happy with our purchase!!

Upper management needs a course in customer service culture. He should have been directly interactive with customers who complained about unknown deliveries, rather than leave it to sales agents who should not have that responsibility. Sales agents should never have to explain negatives to their customers. Just an occasional letter from the boss to impatient customers, explaining the reasons for delay, would have raised my rating to 5 stars.

This is our second vehicle purchased in 2 weeks. My husband and I got matching his and her Honda Civic Sport. Our salesman Sergio was very patient, helpful, informative and accommodating through the entire process. He delivered both cars as requested. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had scheduled service online but my appointment was not on the schedule when I arrived. Felicia and DB immediately took care of me. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, the oil change had not been done. I pointed this out and Felicia immediately took care of the problem. They even gave me the oil change and other services I added on for free. This was above and beyond expectations. Great service department. I will not go anywhere else.

Purchased a 2022 Honda Pilot from Honda West and they made it a pleasure to buy a new car. I hate the process of buying new cars and by far this is the best experience I have ever had!! No high pressure and very straight forward. My husband is a researcher (always wants to find the best deal) and he was very happy with the price compared to what we were being quoted by the dealership near where we live. We did not care for the entire buying process. 7 hours at the showroom and not coming home with a car was not ideal. FYI, it is much MUCH harder to buy a car vs financing it. We were asked about financing no less than 5 times. I feel had we financed, we would have had a smoother experience. As it was, we paid for the car on a Wednesday, had confirmation the wire transfer was done and complete the same day, and we didn't get our car for the two days it took for Honda to confirm receipt and of the funds and for them to be internally transferred to the local dealer. We were pushed, again, before we left without the car, to make a 'backup' financing contract so we could take the car home right then. It was not ideal. I feel the purchasing experience is geared toward financing, not outright purchase. Dimmed our excitement over everything. I'm giving 5 stars because Sergio deserves every one of them. He really was the light in a rather rough day. The showroom was immaculate, as dealership showrooms are want to be. They had very clean restrooms, snack machines. The service department looked clean when i walked by. They had a charging station for phones and we were offered beverages all day. Aside from the mess with the purchase, the rest of the experience was great. I was brought to my new car and shown how to work everything. Sergio was incredible on that. He delivered my car and again offered to show me anything. I stopped by the day after we finally got it to get paperwork and he again, answered my questions. The service is incredible. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. Just finance you'll have a wonderful experience.

We took our Odyssey for an Oil Change service. Our service adviser Marc is very helpful and accomodating. They give free coffee and bottled water inside the lounge for their customers. The only thing negative is that they let me wait inside the car for 45 mins before taking it, Otherwise I had a very good time. Just dont let your customers wait too long in their cars.

I've been going to Honda West for over a decade. I purchased my very first certified used car here, and then turned around and bought my very first new car here. I always recommend everyone I know to go to them, because I know they won't be disappointed.
I have zero complaints with the sales department, I just wish I remembered the two gentleman that helped me both times. They were great! The last guy even drove with me all the way to a dealership far north, just so we could do some paperwork because I forgot a few things. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty.
Parts department has always been so excellent and kind. They help you understand and they educate you on anything needed. It's always been a pleasure talking shop with them. I mostly deal with a representative named Cas, and he's been nothing but great. One thing though... I MISS THE BIKE THAT USED TO BEHIND THE COUNTER! Haha.
Recently, I've been able to finally have the service department work on a new to us Honda Odyssey. Even if we didn't get it from them (I tried but they didn't have any in stock), I immediately brought it to them after purchase. They helped me diagnose many issues, helped me understand why things were happening and what I should do now and what I can wait on. Which is KEY! As a small business owner, I love that they're honest with you. They're not going to try and empty your wallets. When they tell you something, they stick to their word and they definitely do not try and pull the rug from under you like some places. Marc and Roberto took care of me to their very fullest. I honestly think the only thing they had left to give was the shirts off their backs. Marc made sure that we didn't go bankrupt trying to get the vehicle that my kids will be riding it in safe drivable condition. Roberto made sure that this baby will last the next 100k, his work was so precise because I checked due to trust issues. ZERO ISSUES.
I know everyone out there is scared of dealerships, and honestly, I get it. There can be a lot of bad eggs out there.
BUT DO NOT WORRY.
Honda West will not only make you "feel" like family, they will treat you like family, because once Honda West, always Honda West. We're all in this together, and that's something you'll always feel inside their doors and out on their lot.

Came here to get my car serviced for a recall service, and they were able to uncover a problem with my seat belt which was all under warranty! Shaun was my service supervisor and he was very clear and was so great at communicating.
What's also nice is there waiting area has coffee and you can walk around and window shop the cars on sale while you're bored.
I was disappointed to see that the car wash at the end missed many spots and seemed quite haphazard, but I suppose I can't complain if it comes as extra.

Let me just say in our entire history of buying cars we have never experienced the awesomeness and highest level of professionalism and good ethics and good vibes we got from the finance manager teddy and his partner balou ( I hope I spelled his name right). These guys are 100 percent the best sales and finance people we have ever encountered during our purchase of the 2022 Chevy Camaro 2ss.
You leave feeling good about the deal. We felt like they treated us with respect and the upmost courtesy and they presented options. They don’t take advantage and do unethical things most dealerships do.
We will most definitely be loyal customers for life with these two running the show. We recommend them to all our friends and family and anyone buying a new or used car. Believe me you will experience a huge difference in your car buying experience ….. they’re great

I purchased a 2001 Honda Odyssey (from a private party). It was a senior-owned vehicle and drove and looked great. After my purchase, I brought it to Honda West for a full diagnostic. The service person, Joe was very helpful to me in explaining the diagnostic results in layman’s terms (I am also a senior, with limited knowledge of vehicle terminology!)
I wanted to feel safe driving in this van, and authorized Joe to proceed with all the necessary repairs. I even brought it back the next day, due to another issue I encountered with the air conditioner. Again, Joe was very accommodating to my request, and made sure I was satisfied with ALL the work that was done to my vehicle. I am thrilled driving this 2001 Honda Odyssey (considered a “Classic”), and plan to take my van for all future maintenance.

Daryl Best, Senior was excellent. Purchasing a new car can be an unpleasant experience. Darryl was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we pulled into the dealership we were greeted by a salesperson who was genuinely friendly and who went out of his way to help us find the person we were looking for. EVERYONE in the dealership was kind and friendly. Our finance manger was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in his position. He did not “push”us into offers we did not wish to buy. We will DEFINITELY be purchasing again here, and we will definitely be servicing our new Accord here. First dealership in YEARS and YEARS that I’ve been to where it was an excellent experience with excellent customer service.

Walked into Honda West was greeted right away (not in an annoying pushy kind of way) was asked if I wanted to check out the cars I was there to pick out an accord. Luis Perez was my salesman, he was really cool explained to me the different packages of the accords, got me the keys to go on a test drive, I loved the car sat down to finance it, Luis was really fast and helpful. The team at Honda West was really patient and very informative about the many buying options I had. They worked with me one on one to see what buying option would best fit me. Luis Perez, and Yosbel Corrales helped me out from start to finish even though I ended up staying after hours. They're the best! Ask for them. Also, Ted Trevino (finance manager) was very dilligent in helping me understand everything that I had signed and agreed on. The whole process took no less than 5 hours. The service department is excellent. We had a catastrophic engine failure that needed an engine replacement. Honda did its due diligence on our warranty claim and after a bit of a delay, our service advisor Shaun gave us the good news that our claim was accepted. Three days later we had a new engine! How awesome is that? Shaun kept us informed throughout the process. Bottom line, our HR-V is running better now than before the failure. Thank you Honda West and Shaun.

Overall, good experience buying a new car at Honda West. I interacted with all of the Honda dealerships in the Las Vegas metro area, and Honda West was the best. We were lucky to have Luis help us with the purchase... super knowledge and friendly. 4 stars rather than 5 because all cars come with lots of unwanted add-ons and the above MSRP price was non-negotiable ... but it seems to be that way at all the local Honda dealers in the current market conditions. I recommend this location for buying a new car.

My review is for service only. I deal with Chris. I have always dropped my car off for service and was treated professionally and repaired the problem(s) as noted in work order. Chris calls ahead to tell me price if not covered under Honda warranty and we discuss and possibly make changes at that point. Chris is knowledgeable and my car is always ready when promised. The 2019 Honda Passport is my wife's car, a nurse and she can not be without a vehicle and Chris works with us on that.

This was our 2nd VGK signing of the day and it was awesome for several reasons. 1st- they had cool water for everyone there. 2nd- Canes had food & Pucks cookies for everyone. The people in general were much friendly and there was no car salesmen line up with the testosterone walk of judgment on display. The sales manager, Ryan Harper, totally stepped up to the plate and sat with Keegan Kolasar as he signed, and they were both sweet and genuinely friendly to everyone who had items signed Ryan was so nice that I actually want to buy a car from him. Never in my life have I met a car salesperson that was so genuine & you could tell he was so proud of his dealers

I purchased a 2022 Civic Hatchback Sport Touring at Honda West on Thursday, October 21, 2021. I brought a friend who referred me to Honda West who also wanted to help me through the purchase, as it was my first time buying a car on my own.
Initially, the first person that reached out to me was Theresa Orlando. I texted her throughout a couple of months. Ultimately, she was the one who told me about the incoming Civic, I liked dealing with her and she was helpful. She even offered $250 off of MSRP.
Yosebl Corrales-Garcia was my salesman and sold me the car. We negotiated back and forth on the price, ultimately he wouldn't budge on the price or the protection package that they add on all the vehicles. Regardless, I was in need of a car. The way things are done now is you must put down a deposit, once the car comes in the lot, you have right of first purchase. I went forward with that.
I came back to purchase the car when it finally came two weeks later. Ted helped me purchase the warranties on that day, and he was very helpful.
Another salesman who assisted in the sale on that day I returned was rude, unpleasant, and made my experience one that I'd never want again.
However, the saving grace of this dealership is the General Manager, Goardon Shek and he is THE reason this place deserves 5 stars. I reached out to Goardon to express my grievances after the sale. He expressed a lot of empathy for my experience and investigated why this happened.
He called me back after a week or so and wanted to make sure I knew it would never happen again and wanted to meet me in person to ensure I was heard and listened to.
He went above and beyond to address his staff about the issues and to me about my experience. Not only did he reach out to me, but also to the friend I brought with me to help me through the car buying experience.
There is a reason he is the general manager, and he showed that in all of my discussions with him. If every dealership had a GM like Goardon, the car industry would be better off. Honda is lucky to have him and he absolutely represents what Honda is and should be. I would return to Honda West for another vehicle because of Goardon Shek.
Also a special shout out to Geronimo Venegas. He was able to transport me to the dealership from work for a service issue quickly and efficiently and was very nice.

It us a factory recall, will take an hour to fix and costs nothing. Why didn't Honda West take care of that prior to selling us the car. Not happy!

I cannot say enough good about this dealer so far! We had a great buying experience with our salesman Bryan Jimenez . They did not have the particular car we wanted , but found it and quickly brought it in for us. Bryan always kept us up to date on what was going on through the whole deal. This is the first new car we have purchased in 15 years, so we shopped multiple dealers and brands. The Honda we purchased was the best car for the money, and Honda West made the deal happen clean and quickly. I then had a few weird problems with the car that could not be explained. We brought the car in and it turned out to be a bad battery in the new car.... hey, it happens. They replaced the battery, washed the car and had us back out the door within the hour. The service writer, James Bean, was nothing short of awesome in taking care of us in the most professional manner possible. We own a small business and we really focus on customer service. It is nice to see that some other companies value it as much as we do! Go see these guys for a new car and your service needs!

I have been here twice and the service in the service department has been great - always quality work.
When I was making my appointment, I did it online because I was not near my phone and it was a very slow and irritating experience.
I wanted the first available appointment for a recall service, and the scheduling format asks you to choose a service supervisor before you can access the schedule. I did not know anyone, but then discovered you have to click on each supervisor's schedule one by one. I did not care who I worked with and realized it would take forever using that pull down menu.
In the corner there was a live chat option and I thought that would be faster - NOPE. There were delays between answers. The person's name was Belle J. I had to type in "is anyone there?" at one point. Then IIyass from the dealership was brought on and they wanted to call me. I asked both reps what the purpose of the online scheduling was if it required a call anyway?
At one point, I had no idea who was responding to me. It was super frustrating.
Normally when I have a Honda service done, it never takes more than a few hours, so I told them I'd wait. No one said anything about this service requiring the whole day. That was frustrating to find that out when I got there.
It took about fifteen minutes to finally get scheduled via the online chat. Do not bother. Just call. I will never try online again.
Not everyone keeps the phone next to them, and it especially should not be necessary to do it online - if you claim online is offered.
I even screenshot most of the exchange because after all that, I was not even confident I was actually scheduled. Fortunately it all worked out in the end.

When I had purchased my vehicle my brakes would make a squeaking sound. After some research & the salesperson I was told it maybe some dust. I shrugged it off & the noise kept getting more constant and loud. I took it in and the service person told me it might be dust as well. Again I shrugged it off and kept using my car. The noise was still constant & at this point an issue I wanted addressed. I took it in & this time they told me my brakes needed some work. They rescheduled my service & offered an available time. I came back the day & time they offered & was told it was too late to do brake work. I was pretty upset as it's very difficult to come during regular business hours. I was offered a discount which I am unsure if I received or not. Regardless here we are today. I'm very satisfied with the fact that my brakes do not squeal anymore. I'm dissatisfied with the long process & the fact that it says I declined my brake fluid to be replaced as I was never asked. I love Honda, and I am sure it gets very busy. Ultimately I would say these small things matter & while I am very understanding I am sure others would be very upset if they were in my situation.

I was in Honda West parking lot Saturday morning looking for New Civic Hatchback white color.

I wanted to know if the service warranty included tire rotation. Why didn’t anyone call me back after 2 requests. I think you could do better than that. RJ was amazing. I think I showed up about 30 minutes early and he still helped me out. I had to take my baby with me and they were so kind and parked my car off to the side instead of having me try to load my baby the stroller and car seat quick where they drop off your car. This was a great help to me and I didn’t feel rushed because there was no other car behind me trying to leave the bay at the same time as I was trying to load everything. You made the experience so much better thank you.

Randy Patterson was awesome! He was patient and took me around the whole lot helping me find what I was looking for. Once I finished all the paperwork he was thorough in going through all the buttons in the vehicle too. I had a Honda Odyssey for 13 years and never had any problems. I was able to drop off and pick up my car when it was convenient for me. Service was done and recall item was fixed.I have a tire balance issue from the last time I visited but you said the pulling was normal. Not sure if that’s correct but I will monitor that for the time being.

Excellent customer service and calming voice by Chris L. In my opinion, he is a hardworking and smart guy by quickly giving me multiple options and assurance. He helped me focus on the radiator replacement instead of the whole cooling system which I originally mentioned. A bit of background: My 22 years old Honda has a crack on the radiator plastic cap and the car is only worth about $3K; however, the cost of replacing the whole cooling system was about $1.5 K. (not including water pump and timing belt since they were replaced before). He noticed that I was not too happy so he offered an after-market which cost considerably less and let the mechanics find out if hoses and other components need to be replaced. In the end, it needs only a radiator - thanks for the honesty.

I went in to Honda West for an oil and filter change and the service technician was on point. He was professional, and knowledgeable and gave me all of the recommended maintenance my Honda needed. I ended up having the work done, car washed and put the door in about an hour more or less. My experiences so far at that dealership have been very positive. Good job guys!

Our experience with Honda West started out well, but that makes sense because they want to sell you a vehicle. However, once the vehicle was sold, getting a hold of the sales team was difficult. Darryl Best never gave us our old plates, and yes, that could be partially our fault for not asking, but this was our first time trading in a lease for another lease. Transferring plates wasn't even on our mind. So we had to go to the DMV to get new plates, which is always fun. Wish I could give a better review because everything was smooth up until we signed the papers.
Update: 6/3/20 Since this is a review for both the dealership and the service, I bumped up the score from 2 to 4 stars. Karla in the service dept. is absolutely incredible. And all of the service folks we have encountered have been super friendly. We would highly recommend Honda Service.

The service was very quick and easy. I got general maintenance done (i.e., oil change and tire rotation), all within a reasonable price, as well.
It took about and hour and a half and they texted me as soon as my car was done. I also appreciate their contactless payment, which was both safe and convenient.

They are wonderful here! Super caring and professional. I needed to turn in my lease and get a new vehicle and they were ready to help with all the requirements and requests that I wanted the new vehicle to have. Antonio (salesman) was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had - he even followed up with me the next day to make sure I didn't have any other questions! Tim and Atiq (finance) were super helpful too - making sure I understood what my warranty and tire/wheel coverage entailed and what all of the documents I was signing meant. That was something refreshing, usually other dealerships just tell you to sign and don't explain what it means. If you're looking for a new (or new to you) vehicle, I highly recommend seeing the team at Honda West!

Went for usual maintenance Tuesday and the very next day for a wheel alignment. Dominick is very helpful, professional and friendly. Exactly the kind of people u need in that department. They quoted me about 1-1/2 for an oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off, and inspection, but it only ended up taking about 50 minutes. My 2018 Honda Fit had been struggling to start. It always did eventually start but I was worried I might get stuck somewhere. I called Honda West on Monday got an appointment for Tuesday morning. Pulled in the appointment line and Henry was there to help me within a few minutes. I have to wait at the waiting area since I did have a ride going back home and coming back. They did practice social distance and even the people who are also waiting is practicing the same thing. Since I am waiting at the waiting room they had informed me the possible time that the service can be done. I had appointment at 8am and the service repair can be done by 1 pm. Which I know quite a long time. I did mind waiting in the waiting room. The staff did told me that they will do what they can do to finish as fast as they can. Which I did I appreciate. The only thing I am upset is knowing that I am waiting in the waiting area they had to call my cell phone instead of calling my name and looking for me. Because, that what I saw and notice around me. That the staff are calling each and one around me to let them know about updates and if the service was done. I just had a bad experience with other dealer before that was the same treatment I got from them, even after talking to the manager and complaining about it. And I even have to find the person which was never available and find where they park my car. But the good thing is the person in Honda was there and told me where I can find my car. So thank you for that but please do try to find me first in the waiting area then call my cell phone if you can't find me. The reason for this is that you see me as a valuable costumer and it makes me feel equal and respect like the other costumer. All in all I will still give a 5 star rating. Thank you for the service.

Exceptional service at Honda West, I originally went to my local Honda dealer but had to cancel and go to Las Vegas for a trip. While I was in town I decided to get some recalls done while I had some time. My local dealer told me I had four recalls but would only do two because the others had expired, I expected the same here but Greg and Honda West did them all without any mention of expirations, in fact I didn't even notice until I read the invoice. Kind and courteous treatment, ultra fast service for no charge recall service and a free car wash without having to ask. I typically don't like to go to dealerships for service but this experience has changed my mind. Can’t even find the right words to use for how great this dealership is. My brother got a car here and told me how nice everyone was and I thought he was just exaggerating. He definitely was not kidding. From the moment I started my car buying experience I felt like I was truly valued as a customer. Bob was so great and so honest the whole way. A lot of people hesitate going car shopping because they immediately think they will be pushed to buy so the dealer makes there numbers but I never once was pressured. The main reason for my visit -- an oil change -- went fine. (It was pricey, but it went fine.) However, in my previous visit two months earlier, when I had major service done, my driver's seat was altered so that I couldn't go back in the seat as far as I could previously. The plan was for the technicians to check it out during my oil change visit. However, upon my arrival, I was told the seat check would take "several hours" -- which, at the time, I didn't have.

UPDATE ON MY EXPERIENCE 8/26/20 - Today I took my car in to get the damaged part installed/replaced. Brian, the service manager, gave me a call first thing in the morning so I appreciate that he took the initiative and I didn't have to badger someone again to get an update on the matter. I explained to him WHY I was upset with the situation and he respectfully listened to what I had to say and was sympathetic. About 30 minutes later, I was able to drop off my car and go back to work and they'd call me once it's done. I'm happy to report that my car is now fixed and the communication with Brian was superb every step of the way. This is what I value the most in the situation. I think a lot of the headache could have been avoided with a simple call back. Kudos to Brian for his professionalism and understanding, and to the rest of the team that fixed my car quickly. It looks great! Confidence restored with their team so thank you to all for caring and wanting to make things right.
Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I made an appointment to take my new CR-V in for its first oil change and the process was great up until I was lied to and my car was damaged. I was greeted and checked in by the service advisor (Dave) and told that their car wash machine was out of commission today due to them needing to replace a part so I wouldn't be getting a complimentary car wash after the service but could come back at a later date and they'd run it through the wash for me no problem. This was no biggie for me since I just had my car washed a couple of days before. I left my vehicle there and went to work.
A few hours later when I was notified that my car was ready, I went and picked it up from Dave/service relatively quickly. When I got to work and went to get something out of the passenger side, that's when I noticed the dent/crushed in plastic piece that's attached to the window on the rear passenger side door (hard to describe so I'm sorry if it's difficult to visualize). On high alert, I then started to inspect the rest of my car and that's when I had seen the dry and wet water marks all over. MY CAR ENDED UP BEING WASHED ANYWAY DESPITE WHAT I WAS TOLD!!! My car did NOT go into the dealership with any sort of damage. I immediately tried calling Dave multiple times and left a voicemail but to no avail. Why is it always so hard to get a hold of anyone at a car dealership, let alone get a call back? After repeated failed attempts in reaching Dave, I asked the receptionist for the service manager instead and she put me through to Brian. I left Brian a message as well explaining to him the situation and he did call me back within 10-15 minutes. I explained to him what I was told, what happened and offered to send him pictures of the damage and/or drive down there after work to show him. After he received the pictures, Brian stated he would order the part and give me a call with an update as to when it can be repaired.
I'm angry and frustrated that I was lied to from the very beginning and even more so that after trying to get a hold of the person responsible for the lies, he still didn't bother to call me back. It's end of day now so it can't be because he's too busy. He could have given me a call towards the end of his shift when it's not as hectic I'm sure. Had I not taken the initiative to be persistent in speaking with someone, I'm sure I'd still be sitting here with my issue unresolved. I really hope management takes what I have to say seriously and coach its staff on being forthcoming with its customers and having some integrity. Don't just blow people off because you don't want to deal with the problem. So unprofessional!
I highly recommend that people inspect their cars BEFORE and AFTER getting serviced here. Especially if they're going to run it through their car wash.

We had just returned from a 2000 mile road trip in our 2013 Odyssey, during which we had a close encounter with a couple of Portland's many potholes. Also the plastic protective shield that protects the undercarriage and engine separated from the frame and wrapped itself around our right front tire, so I was pretty sure an alignment was called for. The problem was that we were about to leave again, so the work needed to be done asap. No problem! The parts department overnighted a new shield from Los Angeles and Karla, our service manager, scheduled an appointment for us the next day. Shield replaced, wheels aligned and fluids changed in just a few hours (even though they were crazy busy!), and now the car drives like new again. Driving another 1400 miles will be a pleasure.

Updated post: Went in for an oil change, and was notified that I was eligible to trade in my lease early on my Honda CRV. I was assisted by Jilmar. We looked into different options that fit my budget, and found a 2021 Honda Accord SE. I am extemely happy with my purchase, as everything was quick and easy. Honda West and Jilmar were able to set me up as close to my last lease deal as possible. Overall, this is my second purchase at this dealer, and always a great experience, with sales and service. Experience was amazing when John assisted me, he explains some maintenance code on my vehicle. My only thing is, I was there as a walk in and waited 10-15 minutes and nobody assisted me and 2 cars came in, though I understand that they have an appointment and they assisted them right away, while me been waiting and left hanging. I had my 1999 Honda Accord towed to Honda West Wednesday morning, the car would not start despite my handy friends help. I decided to let the professionals figure this out even though I am aware of the high costs involved. Usually a lunch or dinner would be enough to cover my handy mechanics time and effort, but dealer mechanics are high priced and parts are very expensive.
I'm a single mother with a 4year old son, just moved here from Spain last month, trying to restart our life with the help of a few good friends. So I saved a few dollars to purchase a cheap vehicle, something to get son to school and get to work, nothing too fancy or lavish to get from point A to point B. We'll, I bought what I wished for, a beat up, rundown, jalopy 1999 Honda. I always have had Honda's, and the experience has been pleasure owning one
When the tow truck arrived at Honda West I received a call from the dealership, the gentleman asked questions about what was needed. I explained the no start scenario and he said there will be a $70 charge just to look at it, I told him of my situation that of not having a lot of money. He said he'd call back later in the afternoon.
The gentleman called as promised. I could hear a slight gasp as he began to describe my cheap Honda's status. I knew he probably hasn't seen a Honda in this rough of shape, and when he untied the rope securing the hood I'm sure it blew his mind. Hood latch missing, bumper falling off, headlamp broken, clutch safety switch bypassed, battery dead, front tires bald, side view mirror missing,.......the dealership guy started to describe the broken parts, saying how the car was actually unsafe to drive. I cut him off before he could tell me all of the bad news, I told him I'm aware of the situation, I spent what I had knowing I have to fix all these faults. It would be a slow process, but I need to get my boy to school and I need to get to work. He understood my situation , saying he'll call back when they find the problem.
He calls a few hours later, they found a loose ignition wire under the dash . The battery is low. It's ready for pu now.
I'm positive the general sentiment at Honda West was ' get that piece of sh** off the property ' it's leaking oil all over the place and making the lot look like a junkyard. I know my car must have been an undesirable vehicle to repair. But I never felt disrespect or bad attitude . The crew is very professional and kind.
I drove my son to school this morning, and the went to work , all thanks to the people at Honda West. I'll be back someday because you guys are great, thanks again.

One day out of sheer frustration I tried again and this time James Bean at service helped. He figured out that the body control module was malfunctioning and that it needed to be fixed. 2018- I scheduled an appointment through the Honda online system for a Monday morning. When I pulled into Honda West the line was 10 cars deep. The service advisers processed the cars quickly.
I was approached by Service Adviser Karla with a greeting and a smile. She processed my service request quickly and helped me with a recall pending for my Honda. She was professional and knowledgeable about my Honda. I told her that I was going to wait and asked for a car wash. She gave me a thumbs up and invited me to wait indoors with a great cup of coffee.
I recommend you to visit HWest and ask for Karla in the service department. Of course, I ask that you get in line behind me. Then again, Karla and her team would get us through quickly.

Time claiming they couldn’t. That part was kinda sketch. (BUT the finance manager was kind enough to understand that we were frustrated by that and also removed the on lot dealer Fee. Which was a nice accommodation)
However, that did not stop us from Purchasing our vehicle as it was generally fairly Priced. We love the vehicle we bought and the service was great by all the staff, we would Def purchase there again but only if I had done the research online first. It saved us 1,000.00 I would also ask that they fill the gas next time as well. Majority of dealers do this as a courtesy so idk if this was accidentally overlooked as we were there very late and close to closing time, but I didn’t want to leave the dealer and have to stop for gas LOL. Again though, minor things for really good customer service and fair pricing.

When I bought my used Civic a month and a half ago they didn’t have the color to touch up the scratches in stock. My Civic’s color is unique so the dealership special ordered it for me. When it came in, Ryan Harper told me to shoot him an email when I was ready to get the scratches fixed. I got a hold of him this week and made an appointment. Today I took my car in and Ryan and his team went above and beyond. They got the car done fast which was very cool of them. Most places tell you noon and it ends up being 3pm. But Ryan said noon and it was done at noon. His crew did such a great job. Not only did they fix the scratches but they also detailed the inside and outside. They even waxed it. Check engine light came on, I called Wednesday to make an appointment with Honda West, they young lady said that the first appointment they had was on Friday. So Friday it will be. Being a new college graduate and looking for a graduation gift for myself I went to Honda West and was immediately approach with a car salesman asking if we needed any assistance. I didn’t have a specific car in mind but I had certain features I wanted the car to have. I told the Honda dealer (his name was Sam) what I wanted and he suggested the Honda Insight Hybrid car to me that met ALL the features I was looking for in a car. And they have a graduate discount for newly graduates which helped lower my monthly. Overall, my experience in purchasing a Dodge Challenger from Honda West was a good one, albeit not without a slight dissatisfaction. Being from a different state, I pretty much purchased the car online, though I was able to have a friend see it and test drive it before I did so so I wasn't going in totally blind. Also, I was told once I arrived to pick the car up, if I wasn't happy, I could change my mind.
My interaction with the online sales associate wasn't necessarily great. In this day and age, it is possible to go on the internet and learn about buying a used car, and more importantly, learn the stuff dealers add to the price that either aren't necessary or are bogus means to make more money.
One of those bogus things in a charge for window etching, which supposedly is done to either deter theft or help theft recovery. It doesn't. It's just a charge added to make more money. So, when I called the online associate to talk about price, I asked if there was any wiggle room or negotiations possible? I was told no, that Honda sets the price and that's the price. I then pointed out that the window etching isn't necessary and the associate said, no, we can take that off. So instantly, this is a person I don't feel I can trust, nor do I feel I'm going to be able to work with easily. And since I had a set amount of money to be able to buy the car, that didn't bode well.
Another area of negotiation in car sales is dealer fees. Now, these cannot be changed and in some states, like Nevada, they can be extremely high. Dealers can't lower them but most will turn around and just take the dealer fees off the amount of the sales price. This was not the case with this associate. I was told there was no adjustment to be had. Since these fees were substantial, it was a deal breaker. So I thanked the online associate and said if the price drops the amount of the dealer fee, they would have a sale but if not, good evening.
The next day, mid-morning, I noticed both on line and was sent an email, that the price for the car had dropped. Not the total amount of the substantial dealer fee, but a good amount. To be honest, it was still over my budget but I loved the car, my buddy who test drove it said it was in great condition, and I figured out I could sell a few things to make up the difference (which I was able to do).
So I agreed to buy the car but I can't help feel that things could have just gone a little bit easier and stress-free if the online sales associate would have just said that the price had some leeway (it obviously did) and we could have just discussed it then and there.
That said, whatever misgivings and distrust I felt in regards to the online associate, I did not at all feel towards the gentleman who I actually did the deal with once I arrived at the dealership. His name is Eric and my experience of him was that he was a straight shooter who seemed to care that I was happy. It was actually his day off and he came in to make sure all went well with my purchase.
The car itself was exactly as promised and, in fact, above my expectations and while a spent more than I had planned, I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Honda West (although to be honest, I'm a muscle car guy and I didn't see any of those in the lot except the Challenger I purchases, which I am going to assume was a trade in). Still, as long as I dealt with Eric, I would purchase a car from Honda West again.
In fact, the only reasons I didn't give a five star review is because I was told the price wasn't negotiable when, if fact, it was. And also, in my research, I read that it was traditional for dealerships to sell you a used car with a full tank of gas, while my car was on "E". A minor quibble, to be sure. And perhaps that tradition no longer applies.
Finally, I will add that I purchased my car while Covid was still raging and everyone was masked and seemed keen on safety. Hopefully, we are going to continue to recover and that stuff won't be an issue.

For repair service this location is really amazing. I didn't have to convince them of the problem. They took it and would provide an estimate for repair. As I was checking in I was informed of a recall issue and that it would be taken care of at the same time. Call to plan to schedule 1-2 days out. Get on early appointment, catch the 8 or 9:30 shuttle back to work or home. Careful, though, the 9:30 is usually very full. But they'll bring out another car for the rest. I had a quote given to me before end of the same day. If they need to order the past they'll tell you how much and when. If your car is drivable, you'll take it so you aren't careless. Then drop off any time after part comes in. Mine completed on same day. Great place. Thanks Carol and team.

I knew I'd be in the market for a new minivan this year and wanted a Honda Odyssey for its high ratings. I wasn't looking at new so I asked around friends and strangers who were driving one where they bought theirs. Everyone who mentioned Honda West said they got a fair deal with no hassle.
When it was time to buy a van, I checked their listings and saw a great deal on a used van with the price tag I wanted. It was even lower than blue book. I hoped on it from work talking to them on their instant chat line, filling out forms online, and scheduling an appointment. They were considerate of my needing to negotiate online and not on the phone as I was in meetings.
They agreed to the trade-in and deposit I offered. I thought everything was too easy and then I got there to find out they sold the van. I was devastated until they offered me a brand new one for the same price. I thought for sure it was a joke but went along with it.
We test drove the van with five miles on it. They were so helpful in making sure I was comfortable with all the features. To my astonishment, they never tried to add on any extras or hassle in the finance department. I left that afternoon with a new van and I will tell everyone to buy their Honda at West.

Very clean place. It is a dealership that's for sure. When you go in for something simple like brake pads and come out with a $1,000 quote you know something is suspect. I purchased my car in 2018 brand new a Accord Touring. The car is beautiful, but I quickly ran into many issues upon having it serviced. A manufacture defect in the dashboard (a buzzing) had me in and out many days here and there which was stressful. For an issue with what I feel shouldn't have been an issue to fix. As a little research showed it was common in the new accord. Brings me to today. Where I dropped my car off for a rim to be fixed Thursday morning at 9:30am. I was told it would be done by Saturday afternoon. I expected that as I had one fixed and looked great months before. I got a call Saturday the need it to Monday closing now. With a 5 and 7 year old and now not having a car for 5 days has again turned into a big issue for me. I was told Saturday they need another day or so to grin d and sand the rim down to look perfect. It was a reasonable scraped damage I would say to about 12 inches of the outside of the edge of the rim, but I feel 4 days working on it is a bit much. I am just unhappy with the run around I have gotten since owning the car and the service issues I have had to deal with. But I feel its to be expected at a dealership. People are always nice its when the car is turned in the circus starts.

I've been going to Honda West since I started driving 9 years ago... although wait times are a bit long (for instance I arrived at 8:00 for an 8:15 appointment and wasn't met until 9:00), I've always had great experiences with services. In my most recent visits I've been helped by Colby - he's been great.
A few visits ago he forgot that I had arrived for an oil change when he became distracted by some recalls, he had the service completed in under 20 minutes and at no charge for his mistake.
During my visits yesterday Colby was training and did an excellent job making the entire experience seamless. He was able to train and accommodate me with no added inconvenience. Additionally, when I requested parts, Colby had the parts ready for pick up along with my vehicle when the job was all done.

My lease was 2 months from ending so I decided to stop by Honda west and check out the 2020 H-RV LX
Basically nothing has changed from 2017 model. Talked to Patrick and discussed car and he asked me what number I was looking for to make a deal. I gave him the magic number to close the deal and he came back and said the best they could do was $30 more per month than my number. After 20 min, was made offer of $20 per month more than my number. Told Patrick thank you for trying and was getting ready to leave dealership and sales manager approved number $10 per month from my number but was told the deal was only good for that day and dealership was 2 hours from closing. I left considering taking best and final offer but knew I still had 2 months to look for another car so I passed on final offer. I planned on visiting the other Honda dealerships in town and see what they could offer. I few days after my initial visit to Honda West, Patrick texted me and asked if I was still looking to lease an H-RV. I responded with yes and he again asked me what number I was looking for. I told him I wanted the same number I asked for a few days ago and I agreed to come in and sign the deal if he was able to get me what I wanted. A few minutes later, Patrick said the deal was approved and 30 min later, I was at Honda West to sign papers for my new 2020 H-RV. Patrick and the sales team at Honda West did everything possible to close the sale and it was one of the easiest and fastest transactions I’ve had.

Brought my 2011 Honda Odyssey van in for fluids change and tire rotation and balance. Payed 950 dollars for what could have been done by an ASCE qualified shop for a fraction of the price. When I got my van back the steering was off and the van now wanders to the right. Also the driver side rear wheel has two gouges on it that were not there before. This is the second time I have brought a vehicle into Honda West only to have it come back worse. I will be warning my friends and family and anyone else I meet to avoid Honda West.

The leasing process in general took a lot longer than expected. It took 5 hours to sign the papers, wait for the next phase, and get out the door. (I visited the day before and already knew what I was coming in for the next morning). Nonetheless, the customer service during those long hours was great and the service that continued after I left - was incredible.
When I emailed with questions, I was met with answers almost immediately. When I called with concerns, I was assisted with respect and a sense of urgency.

Karla the service advisor was courteous and attentive. We took our car in for regular service and to also have our odometer panel reading fixed and Karla assured us all would be fine. The only negative experience was with the maintenance guy who greeted us when we drove in; it was my first time to the service dept. (my husband usually takes our car). I asked him where shall I wait and he was a bit rude and said, "you can wait out here or wait inside, it's whatever you want". I brought my 2015 Honda CRV into Honda West for a problem that another dealer could not resolve. This was my first time at this dealership and the customer service representative was excellent. They went above and beyond what other dealers do and resolved my issue. I have one free service at the dealership I purchased my Honda at, three were included with the purchase, but I will have my next service done at Honda West, even though I have to pay for it. It is true, you get what you pay for.
As I said in the above posting a few months ago, I would rather pay for good service than receive free service. I had my A1 service done yesterday and they were great. The people were friendly and when I requested someone to take a test drive for a sound I was hearing, the Service Manager did almost immediately. They serviced the car and washed it. Yesterday, I had my oil change thru Honda West's oil change express service lane. no appointment needed. Their service manager James Bean was very friendly and took care of my visit with personal care. The technician did a good/quality job, leaving no leaking oil drips from the oil-pan plug and keeping my driver seat area and steering wheel VERY clean/free of oily prints (this is not the case with many of the stand-alone oil change places). After the oil change, they quickly washed my vehicle. Overall, I must say Honda West has a well-run service department, putting customers' needs first and is trying to be head-and-shoulder above their competitors.
Their express oil change (just oil & filter) cost is $47 plus tax, slightly higher than, but very competitive with other stand-alone oil change places such as Jiffy Lube. Given the free quick car wash and the quality technician job, Honda West's express oil change service is a great value.
I'm quite satisfied with this express oil change visit. The other thing I liked about this experience is their honest service. They did not try to sell me any un-necessary parts such as air filters as some other oil change places often do to pump up the final bill.
So I will go back to Honda West for my future oil change and other needed services. Honda West, pls keep up your high quality and honest service.

Kenny was my service adviser, he was super nice and explained everything to me. He let me know what stuff needed done immediately and what could wait a little longer.
