I really appreciate Josh Gray who was very informative and assisting me with all my needs. I pulled into the lot 40 min before they closed and Josh very enthusiastically jumped at the opportunity to help me with my first travel trailer purchase! Josh was very friendly and thorough through my whole purchasing experience from when I walked through the door to driving off the lot 2 days later. Josh keep me informed with the status of my trailer application and even took time from his busy day to send me very helpful informational videos about the type of trailer I purchased! I recommend everyone comes down to Camping World and have Josh help you with your camping needs! Thank you Camping World and thank you Josh for everything you have done for me!

But...I realized immediately you had good energy. What my husband and I liked most about you is that you live the RV life and know what you are talking about. Amazing service from one end to the other! We first met with Jeff trying to get info on 5th wheel or travel trailers. At the time we had no interest in buying and just strictly looking for info, as we planned to make a decision and purchase months later. We'll as life would have it, we had to push our time-line up significantly. Jeff pointed out a handful of units that he felt would suit our needs, and ultimately went with his recommendation. Once we picked our unit Jeff went to work to lock down the unit and get the paperwork going. Unfortunately the unit we picked got sold hours before we locked it in. So Jeff went back to work and ended up finding us a brand new unit for just a little bit more than the original unit. This is when Joe B. Stepped in and started the hard part, finding us a lender. Joe did a fantastic job and was able to lock us down on an amazing rate and payment ($200 per month less than we were thinking) after getting the new unit shipped from Texas it was delivery time. Unfortunately during the walk through service noticed and issue, but was quick to fix it and get us ready to roll. I have to do some small work on my truck and the trailer will be safe to take home. Jeff even made arrangements to have the trailer delivered to our home in the event I can't get my truck good to go before that date. Overall couldn't be happier with our experience. No pushy sales guy with Jeff.

We have spent the last three nights in our new-to-us RV. My fiancé and I had researched RVs for a couple months and really fell in love with a specific make/year/model. We were in the market for a RV but we couldn’t research online anymore- we had to go start seeing them in person if we were going to get serious. Last week we went to Camping World to LOOK. We were introduced to Austin who took down some info and researched what they had on their lot that would work for our monthly payments, down payment, etc. when he came back he casually mentioned a used 2017 Thor Vegas- this was our exact model so I was excited to see it in person. There was one on the lot and it was used. 18k miles- which I immediately knew was more than we were really wanting to shell out. We were looking for something about half the price with triple the miles at least. Austin was super patient as we bounced around from rv to rv comparing the showers, space etc. We left that night super excited to at least see our exact model. We entertained a couple different ones but the Vegas had our hearts. On the way home we started researching other used Vegas RVs- just to compare pricing and miles, etc…. We couldn’t find anything across the country!! We found 4 Vegas models- only 1 was the style we liked and it wasn’t in great shape…. That’s when we started getting serious. Prior to leaving Camping World on Tuesday, we scheduled a test drive to see how we’d like the way the Vegas drove. We scheduled on Tuesday for Thursday but ended up popping in on Wednesday and put down a deposit to purchase the thing- how could we not? We weren’t ready but we would be so disappointed if we couldn’t find it again so we had to pull the trigger. On Saturday, the finance dept was great. We had a better rate than I expected and my payments are well within our limits which was also something I wasn’t expecting. We organized rv insurance through Good Sam right in the store, and drove it off the lot on Saturday. Austin and the finance dept responded to all our emails and texts timely and Austin was so patient throughout the week. If Austin was pushy at all, we probably wouldn’t have made the purchase. We spent so much time doing our research and we knew exactly what we were getting ourselves into- we didn’t need a sales guy to sell us or push us over our limits. Austin also did his homework- each time we touched base with him he said “oh, did you know this?” And “hey, I was researching the rv and learned this.” It was reassuring that he was researching right there with us- I’m confident we know everything about this rv with the three of us researching and that made us confident with such a large purchase. Prior to signing off on it, we walked through the rv with a tech after the inspection. There was one issue they found during the inspection and on Saturday morning, Austin advised he wanted to be transparent on a used unit and showed us what was going on. It was something minimal but we were thankful he let us know. I highly recommend Austin if you want someone looking out for your interests and isn’t pushy- It was a pleasure to work with someone passionate, realistic and reasonable without all the hoopla we typically see or people really in the business for their own interests over ours. Thank you Austin for your patience and for such a great experience. We’re loving it!!

From looking at RVs to buying, it was a positive experience. We met David on Saturday. He showed us around and found 2 we liked, but it was dark. We went back on Sunday morning and met David and TJ. We found the RV trailer we wanted. We did all the finance stuff to get qualified that day. We went back today and met with Larry and Hank (his adorable dog) and did the walk thru. We learned about our trailer and completed the financing. We are very happy with our purchase and the ease of the whole experience.

I called and spoke to Quinn over the phone while I was in Utah a couple of weeks ago and placed an order. He went above and beyond in finding the item I wanted, made sure to tag it and ensured it would be there in Vegas when I arrive in 2 weeks. I arrived today and my order/item was properly tagged and ready for pickup. Quinn was so pleasant, patient and attentive with me on the phone. What a great experience and wonderful young man he is!! We live full-time in our RV, we have traveled and visted many Camping World's across the state and Quinn is the best Associate I've ever interacted with. THANK YOU QUINN!!!

5 DIAMONDS ***** Very pleasant experience from start to finish with the personable, patient and skilled Kenny Diamond! Went in to purchase a Keystone... Kenny showed us multiple units and patiently explained the features given this is our first travel trailer. Chose a Bullet and applied for financing. The approval process was easy and the terms were good. However, we had a change of heart last minute after getting our approval and decided we didn't want to take on the debt of a luxury loan... and informed Kenny that we wanted to purchase a smaller used unit in cash instead. He was super understanding and happy to meet with us again. I gave him a budget, and he actually found a perfect NEW unit well under budget that met our needs perfectly! He listened to our needs, found us a match... and never once came across as wanting or needing to upsell anything. Just paid and finished the paperwork today and can't wait to take it out for the first time. Great service and excellent experience all around. Highly recommend. Ask for Kenny! :)

I would like to start off by saying “Wow”. My girlfriend and I have been looking for a camper trailer for a little while and have visited several places in town but we just so happened to wander in to Camping World on a Saturday. They were busy, as expected, but Brandon Maryans still took the time to sit down with us and work through what we were looking for and what would best suit our needs. Let me tell you, this guy knows his stuff. After our conversation he made up a list of a few options, and he opened with the perfect one. We viewed a few more but he hit a homerun right at the start. We had no intention of buying that day, but Brandon respectfully and knowledgeably explained to us what the process looks like and we decided to give it a shot. We went in armed with research, but Brandon definitely helped sweep out the questions we hadn’t thought to ask. We left Saturday eagerly waiting to hear back. We came back the following Thursday to sign for our new trailer and be properly shown around the unit by Larry Garcia. There’s got to be hundreds of different models but Larry knew the different aspects of ours that were important to note and showed us how to use what we had just purchased. His presentation was thorough and informative. He was able to answer all of the questions we had and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach back out when I have more. Because I bet there’ll be more! The last person we spoke with was Joe Barbot, the Finance Manager. I just have to say, what a great guy! He was easy to talk to but also knowledgeable about what he does. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and instead I understand exactly what I did buy. Everything was explained in terms that I could understand. All in all I had a great experience with Camping World of Las Vegas! I look forward to using my new trailer!

Had a C class that I couldn’t afford to use or store anymore. Was eager to unload it on a quick sale which was almost 10k less than a consignment. With the idea of getting quick cash, the consignment representative talked a little sense to me and explained how consigning worked. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate it because that was a boat load more money in my pocket. My rig sold in about a week and I expected to go the 45-day distance. Throughout the process I have never worked with anyone in this business that has quite the welcoming, straightforward and professional charisma as Karl, the consignment guy. 5 stars to him. Every single thing he said he’d do, he did; and without any changes to anything at all. Camping World is lucky to have him.

In this day & time, we are always talking to "Press One" to speak english, or "Press 2 " for service,, But to actually talk to someone, who will talk to you, listen to what your wanting, & to narrow down what it is that your looking for at the price you want to spend, is a rare thing. When My daughter & I went, we only went to "LOOK" but before we left, Jason spent time, looking for what we wanted and we found the RV we wanted. I had already done the research for how much weight I wanted to haul, what extras I needed, and how much it would cost me. He took the time to tell us the differences in the RV's insulation, and how it made a difference. The information you ask, makes the difference in how you are informed. As a sales person, I understand & was very happy to have Jason as our salesperson. He did an awesome job & only advised about what we needed. He never tried to sell us something we didn't need. Having a repour with any business & feeling like you've been treated fairly is always important for your sale. I know not how my next 5 yrs will go with Camping world, But I can only hope when the time comes, I will receive the utmost courteous and help that the reputation of the company has put out there, so we will see. thank you Camping world for helping a widow have faith in customer service. He has the most amazing customer service and is one of the most personable people I’ve had the privilege to be serviced by. Had an awesome experience buying my 5th wheel Toy Hauler at Camping World Las Vegas. My sales person was Zachary Timmons. The young man was very helpful, polite and followed through with every question I had. I traded in my Class C at a fair price. When I got there no trade in numbers or purchase numbers on new toy hauler were changed or altered. I went back a couple of times as he found the exact unit to fit my needs. I said yes I did well again Zach prove his weight in gold when he track down my ins for me. If you happen to go to Las vegas,NV camping world I'd ask for Zach Timmons this young man some day will be president of a company. He is a go getter and listens to the customer. The purchase of our camper(Mallard Pathfinder) was a great experience. Our salesperson Brandon was very helpful and lead me through the whole process. Joseph in financing was very clear and professional going over the backend of the sale. Oscar did the walk thru of our new rig and had lots of helpful info and tips, I felt very comfortable and ready after he took the time to answer my very novice questions. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is this. Today 9 am 1/2/23 I came in to have them explain the EQ system and show me how to connect my truck and trailer which went very well) the receptionist a middle aged short brunette)I spoke to made me feel I was bothering her and she had better things to do. My youngest got thirsty as we waited for service,I ask for a water and she reluctantly gave me one and felt she had to mention that there was a courtesy water just to the right of her desk. In the May heat of the Mojave desert staying at Tecopa Palms RV Park my living room AC unit died in my 2019 20th anniversary Montana. I contacted the repair department and shared my dilema. The parts department ordered in a new A/C with heat pump unit, which I paid for in full. Jeff, in parts, set me up with a next day appointment with the repair department. By the Grace of God, and a compassionate Camping World team, the unit was replaced the next day. At 108 degrees 1 AC unit ( not 2 units) in a 40 foot 5th wheel is not capable of keeping the interior less than 98 degrees. Emergencies are not every day routine maintenance concerns.Camping World Las Vegas understood my immediate concerns and "made it" happen. A 10 out of 10. 12/14/22 Update. I bought a 2019 Rockwood 2109S that was located in Avondale Arizona Camping World. This team brought it to Las Vegas. We haggled over the price, kicked a few tires, talked about the weather and ultimately came to a mutual acceptable selling price. Rich, Darrick, Larry and Autum were fun to deal with yet very professional and knowledgeable.Each of these folks were a 12 out of 10. Simply stated - The Best. Collectively and individually each hurdle was jumped, I’s dotted and T’s crossed. I also appreciate Hector in the service department. I always enjoy working with Hector because he is a Christian man with integrity and helps in every way possible. I own Tecopa Palms Therapeutic Hot Springs Resort in Tecopa California. This beautiful 2109S Rockwood will be used to rent out as lodging to those whom arrive here in pain and soak in our super high mineral enriched artesian water which originates 180 miles below the earths crust. We did not intend on buying a trailer that day and not to toot our own horn but we are pretty good at shooing away salesman that are pushy. When we walked up there was a gentleman name Mike Schultz who was going on break but since I asked him a question he went ahead and helped us anyway. This was the first time that I have ever felt zero pressure from the salesman, in fact it was complete transparency and trust from the beginning. Mike had a great demeanor and explained everything in layman‘s terms and didn’t feel any pressure to buy that day except for the great deal that we got and then we did not want to pass it up. I’ve bought a few RVs from different people and different dealerships and most of my experiences were not even close to this. I highly recommend Mike Schultz and the people at Camping World Las Vegas.

Had a wonderful experience buying a new Keystone Hideout! Mike Shultz was our sales associate and he was absolutely fantastic! He is very knowledgeable about what he sells and he goes the extra mile! We didn't catch the name of the girl at the parts counter, the one with the cool blue and green hair with the purchase of our wieght distribution hitch but she was awesome. We had a good experience with this dealership! I have never met a salesperson as helpful as this guy Austin. He went above and beyond of what is required of him. Never pushy but very helpful. I called to inquire about the Airstream Basecamp. He helped us negotiate a price with his manager Jay. They made it as easy as possible. Before we came over to check out the Airstream, I mentioned to him about the recalls. Austin checked all of them with Airstream and made sure the parts were ordered. Less than a week later we received the parts. We scheduled for pick up that weekend. Thorough PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) was done by JonJon. He made sure everything was functioning before we left the lot. If you’re looking to get your next RV, I highly recommend Austin! The shockwave toy hauler has so much for the cost. 4,000 watt generator, 220 watts of solar, 1500 watt inverter, 140 gallons of fresh water allows you to go off the grid and just enjoy. Camping World has the best selection around.

I have mixed feelings about our experience at Camping World Las Vegas. But before I digress, I need to give a HUGE shout out to our sales guys, Darrick Arreola & Timmy! They deserve major kudos and FIVE stars for their service, their sales technique, their personalities and overall kindness. Darrick stayed with us all day and offered to get us food and went above and beyond. We honestly pulled the trigger and purchased our new 5th wheel because of them. I would also like to thank Oscar. He did the walk through on our new trailer along with some additional work we requested and he was awesome! Now for the not so good stuff… We did not get a good trade in price for our old 5th wheel. We know that trade in values are not the best but it was still disappointing and we felt like we were slightly taken advantage of. The kicker was the paint & fabric ‘add on’ for two grand that we were told was optional. It was NOT optional, they added into our cost and would not remove it. We hadn’t even signed the paperwork yet. They said it had already been done to the trailer (how do we know?!). I felt like that was deceitful and it left a bad taste in our mouths. They also told us it was no problem to remove our washer/dryer combo from our trade in and install it into our new trailer. They gave us a quote and then tacked on hundreds of dollars for having to modify the new trailer to make it fit. We were not given a heads up that it was going to cost hundreds more. Again, disappointing and frustrating. I admit that we could of walked away however we were already invested in the decision. I hope we don’t regret our decision to purchase our new Cedar Creek (which is already in the shop because the drawers won’t close and one of the blinds fell off on our drive home and we haven’t even spent the night in it yet, lol. We owned a Montana previously and loved it!) But thanks again to the guys (Darrick, Timmy & Oscar) who made it pleasant for us! Wish you guys the best!

His name is TJ and at first he seems like he is going to be nice and helpful but if you ask questions during the sale he gets very rude and condescending. We almost left mid sale because he was talking down to me so much when I would ask a simple question and it was making my husband and I both very uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great experience but I would recommend choosing your salesman wisely.

Memorial weekend saviors... We stopped in on the Tuesday before with no camper in mind just that we wanted a bunk house. Josh Grey was very good at showing us the new options and after listening to our needs showed us a used bunkhouse they just got in. It hadn't even been cleaned yet but we were able to complete financing and review all the additional warranties and roadside within 2 hours of arriving. They cleaned, inspected and fixed a few things for us to pickup Thursday night and drive 1800 miles the next day. Up front and very helpful. They have a large variety of RVs that is the main purpose of this facility. For shopping RV items it is best to go to the Boulder Hwy store in Henderson.

Three months and a week to complete the warranty issues is not acceptable. After the review above, Camping World sent an email stating someone would contact me. I received another email saying Brian would be in touch. Then Brian sent an email saying to call. I called three times and Brian never returned my call. So I called the the phone number on the original email and spoke to someone. He wanted to pass me off but I vented to him. Camping World asked me to review my experience. When I did they gave me lip service. I'd like to know what shop supplies cost $140.00 to replace a hydraulic jack and a slide out. Still not a happy Camping World fan..

The inside trim keeps falling down, the dining table seat broke. Plus when it is in for service it takes a month and a half to get it back. Have been trying for 2 months to get a yearly maintenance and can’t even get a appointment.

He is a dedicated and professional salesperson for Camping World. He is knowledgeable and helped me get what I wanted through his experience. He helped my dad get the new camper trailer set up with the weight distribution system and sway bars. I didn’t know what I was doing, and I felt relieved that he was there to help. He even came into the dealership on his off day. He is a remarkable human being! I did all negotiations from my home in another state. I believe I made the right decision by going with this team and location. The only bad situation that left a bad taste in my mouth was the lady at the front desk named Lydia. I just drove over 700 miles to pick up the camper trailer, and the first thing I had to deal with was her bad attitude and lack of professionalism. She feels entitled at her job, and it’s not ok to treat a new and out-of-state customer the way she did me. She made me feel unwelcome and uneasy about the deal. I custom ordered a Keystone Cougar travel trailer in February. I was kept completely in the loop by my sales person Brandon Maryans regarding my order, all dates stated were accurate. My service writer (David, Las Vegas NV) was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get my repairs covered by my extended warranty. I always feel that David has my back even when my 5th wheel isn't even in the shop. Last week I found myself in a bind while at a dispersed camp site. My converter stopped charging the batteries while on generator power, and I was not able to locate it. I didn't have an Internet connection to research the location of the converter so I called David. He informed me that there isn't a standard location for the converter, but gave me multiple places to look for it. The converter was not found right away and David said he would do some more research and call me back. I found the converter behind a panel in the pass through storage and replaced both burned fuses. The important part is that David did call me back to help salvage our trip!!!!

Not sure why my google review is linked to my children’s account... but hey whatever lol. So we went camping with my good friends, who both had a toy hauler. And here we were loading up dirt bikes in the back of my husband’s truck and the RZR on a flat trailer. We decided screw it, we had to have around hauler. So we came to camping world and we’re introduced to Jeff Krozel. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he wasn’t a typical pushy salesman. I’m sure he knew what kind of RV shortage we are in right now, but he didn’t push us to buy, instead of looking around at other dealers. So we went around to all the other dealers in town, and nobody else had a single one in stock. So we called Jeff back and said hey, we want the one you showed us. Two days ago when we arrived at our RV park for the night we discovered that an emergency exit window (one of the two panes in the window frame) in our 5th wheel had been broken along our route at some point that day. We spent well over an hour as we traveled the next day trying to locate someone to replace the broken glass panel with no luck. We called over 15 glass shops in Las Vegas. We received several referrals and all led to dead ends. We are full timers so replacement of the emergency exit window is essential. After failing to find anyone who could replace the glass we turned our efforts to find an RV dealer who could locate a replacement window frame with both new windows. We tried several RV dealers in Las Vegas with no positive results. Again, we were provided some leads but more dead ends. We next called Camping World, we were transferred to Ms. Tresia Gutsch OEM Parts Manager at Camping World of Las Vegas. Ms. Gutsch was the first person we spoke with all day who was clearly well versed in replacing RV windows. She asked a few questions, informed us that she had to contact manufacturer, Forest River, and would get back with us just as soon as she was able to get in touch with them. She advised that sometimes contact with the manufacturer can require some time. She also advised us that window delivery times can very greatly, sometimes taking months. We appreciated this information which would possibly prevent surprises down the road. Somewhat surprisingly Ms. Gutsch called us back shortly thereafter with the good news that she was able to talk to Forest River and that they would contact her with the replacement window details. Ms. Gutsch also sent us an email with the contact information for a window distributor that may be able to help us as well. The next day Ms. Gutsch called with the replacement window cost, packing/shipping costs and the delivery schedule! We certainly couldn't ask for better or more responsive service! We can't thank her enough for her responsiveness to us, so great since we are almost 3,000 miles away from our home base in Florida. Great experience, Camping World is fortunate to have her!

BUT!!! when he was running our credit the front desk lady name Kay the older one interrupted the sales guy and told him give them (meaning us) your business card and they can call you and help this person and you will have your sale for the day. The trailer repair staff is very good and thorough with any repairs or updates that need to be done to the trailer. I brought my trailer in to have an LED light replaced and they found that there was another issue which would have led to a bigger problem and were able to take care of that. A very knowledgeable and determined staff to ensure that everything is correct when you go down the road. I would not hesitate to ever bring my trailer back there again to have work done on it. Repair issue was not what was thought to be and much less cost than anticipated. Had engines (coach and generator) maintenance done and all is well. Only issue I can name is it seemed they could’ve been one day faster (i.e. took coach in on Monday, they didn’t even look at it until Wednesday. Not a big deal to most folks so didn’t take a star away but, as full timers, an extra day in a hotel is a pita.

**Update to initial comments** Received a response from general mgr. Apologized for having to deal with the receptionist that has ZERO customer service skills and that this won’t happen again. Seemed genuinely concerned for our bad experience. Also, the finance person, Christine apologized for the receptionist’s handling of the situation. Heck, even our sales guy, Josh came out and spoke with my fiancée, and he had no involvement in the situation! We can’t say enough great things about him. He really is a large part in why we would buy there in the near future. However, not a word from the receptionist...not surprising though. But because of the response from the others, we will continue to shop in the store and look forward to Josh receiving another commission from our next rv purchase in the coming year. ~ •Receptionist was RUDE-RUDE-RUDE to my fiancée when he came in to sign paper for finance dept for our rv purchase made more than 6 months ago, due to an ERROR within the finance dept. He also was deliberately kept in the waiting area, of which I also blame the associate in the finance dept for that. He no longer had time to wait as he was on a lunch break, and so he left without signing their paperwork needed for their auditing purposes. We will be writing to Marcus Lemonis regarding this issue. I see other similar complaints regarding the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff and it needs to be brought to the attention of the higher-up. We were looking to upgrade within the next 9-12 mths, but unless we get a response, we will look at other local rv dealerships for our purchase. Very disappointed. We had great service when we purchased from our sales guy, but this is not acceptable.

First with the slide then the house batteries and the tankless water heater etc.... In just a matter of a few weeks, he had everything working GREAT! You see, I am working during the time the service department is open so for almost a year I would need to drop my RV off on a Saturday and pick it up another Saturday. But with Mike? He works with you. He wants you to enjoy your RV. And no matter what problem you have.... He says, "Don't worry, we can fix it." And he does! THANKS Mike! You are Awesome!!!!!!

So I would like to thank camping world of Las Vegas for a pleasant first experience. Ed was my service rep who was very polite and treated me like a valued customer. He was honest to me about what time frame I was looking at for assessing my repairs and when I could receive my RV back. I had made an appointment with him and when I arrived I was seen quickly. They were very accommodating to the fact that I'm staying in in my RV and that I wasn't a local. Joe one of the managers met with me when I went to pick it up and informed me of a couple things I could do differently to continue a well maintained RV and was very polite. The RV appeared as if no one was ever in it. There was no mess made from the mechanic and I received it just as I dropped it off. There was an issue with the manufacturer needing additional photos of the RV after I already picked it up and set it up at the RV resort. Joe came to where the RV was at and took the photos so that I didn't have to close it up and tow it back. Thank you very much for your service and I hope the next half of my experience (getting the repairs completed) is as enjoyable as the first.

Updating this review one month later. Camping World picked up my toy hauler from the RV park in Pahrump and replaced the air conditioner and the doorlock and returned the unit to me the very next day! I could not have been happier! So even though I went one month without an air conditioner. They took care of it. Good customer service! Editing this review three days after delivery of travel trailer. The trailer was delivered without full inspection by the technician at the dealership before delivery. The door lock and electronic key pad we’re inoperative. But more importantly, the air conditioner was inoperable and needs to be replaced. Camping World sent out a technician who confirmed both. When I asked about the warm air coming from the A/C unit upon my inspection at the dealership, the Technician doing my walk through stated that the unit “takes a while to work.” I am a novice and never towed a trailer. I am also situated nicely in an RV park. Camping World should come to me to replace the air conditioner and install a new door lock. But, Overall, I have been satisfied with the service and support so far, so we’ll see. The ball is in your Court Camping World. Today, the temperature will be going up to 94 degrees, too hot for me and my senior dog.

UPDATE: After the trailer went out on it’s first trip, it was apparent that the trailer needed one serious TLC, which could be considered normal for a brand new trailer. No worries though, we worked with service to get it scheduled to go in. Brought it in, and was told a completion date of 3 weeks after drop off. A little long, but still ok. Problems start when we were told we would receive updates and didn’t. Week 3, not a single word. Two days prior to pickup day, we called to get an update. Welp folks, guess what! date pushed out. THEN about a week after that, we got an update. They told us to come get all the stuff out of it, that it was taking a trip to California due to repairs they couldn’t make. So, instead of trying to fix it on schedule, and running into these issues on schedule, we were now a week past our initial done date and told it would now be another 3-4 weeks in California receiving what I would consider some pretty heavy overhaul of the broken parts. Got a call the trailer made it back to camping world. 4 weeks later. Went to go pick it up, and were literally handed the keys. She said “here you guys go! Have a nice day!” Not one person bothered to walk us out, go over what was repaired, NOTHING! We finally had to ask, and waited another 15 minutes for someone who knew what the back story was to help us understand what was replaced and fixed. Leaving at a 4 star only because Josh our sales rep was so amazing, and the purchase was actually really great. The service after purchase? Ha! What a joke. That’s what cost them a star, and if I was reviewing solely off of the service experience, it would be a 1 or 2 star...Trying to figure out how I will handle these guys going forward now... ORIGINAL STORY: Had the opportunity to go with my mother and father in law to look at RV’s. We were paired with Josh Gray, one of their salesmen. From the very beginning, Josh asked for us to tell him exactly what we were looking for, and what we weren’t looking for. With our “musts”, he pulled us straight to the proper section of the lot to look at what WE wanted based on what we told him. Never once did he try to up sell, never once did he try to push us, never once did we feel obligated in any way. Josh is unbelievably educated in not just the location of trailers, but the trailers themselves, which always helps in having someone help you look for the right RV. The entire interaction was pleasant. Josh is hilarious. He had us laughINC the entire day, even when we were all hot and sweaty. We finally found a trailer that we liked, but my mother and father in law needed time to think on it. They took a refundable deposit to hold the trailer for 24 hrs for them, and we left. NO PRESSURE to buy. Josh kept in contact with us throughout the entire process and made sure we knew he was there for any questions. We went back the next couple days and did the deal. When we took receipt of the trailer a week later, Josh had one of his best guys in the back that works on the trailers come give us a step by step of the entire trailer, John was his name. And unbelievable guy who worked with us the entire time to ensure we had all of our questions answered. He helped set up our weight distribution hitch, ensured we didn’t have any further questions. This was just an overall amazing experience and we are so happy Josh was our salesmen. It was clear he had a good working relationship with all of the guys, especially the guys in the back who help prep the stuff he sales, which says Josh is an outstanding individual. Highly recommend Him and camping world if you want a laid back, FUNNY atmosphere where you can be yourself and laugh and joke and leave with a smile (and an RV). I will undoubtedly be a return customer after this. THANKS JOSH GRAY!

Kenny Diamond was a pleasure to work with. Stopped in while on vacation to get some ideas for a lightweight travel trailer. We were specifically looking for the Geo-Pro 16BH. We knew prior that the LV store didn’t have any and the closest one in inventory was in UT, but we decided to stop and look at the 19BH just for comparison and to see the quality and workmanship. Kenny took the time to show us the 19BH but then also showed us multiple small/lightweight travel trailers that also fit our requirements. Delighted to see the other options and told him we would have to do more research on the different models shown before making a decision. Kenny was ok with that and was no pressure. He gave us additional information to search and followed up with us a few weeks later. We still haven’t decided, but when/if we do purchase a model and camping world has it, Kenny will be the guy I get it from. A+ service!

I have honestly never been as "wowed" by service from a salesperson as I was from Allen at Camping World. Hands down BEST purchase ever made!!! We came to Camping World thinking we knew exactly what we wanted. We even had screenshots of the fifth wheels we wanted to look at 😂.Josh Gray welcomed us to Camping World and asked a few questions..but "we knew what we wanted" so he took us out to the lot to go see them. While we were out there Josh was very friendly it felt like we had known him forever. He had even won over our 2 year old son!! Haven't written a review until compelled to do so today after my experience at this Camping World. We came to Camping World to look around; see what might be available; how much we might have to spend. We didn't intend to, yet we bought a pull-along today. After learning our desires, Josh showed us around the models that fit our needs. No pressure, just pointed out the features of this and that vehicle and we moved on. Then we found the diamond we were looking for. From beginning to end, Josh guided us through the process, making sure we understood the details; everything from suggesting the extras we would probably need to making sure our vehicle was able to tow the load (very important). Josh is a salesman – that's what he does. Yet he made us feel comfortable with answers to every question, good points and bad. He's quite knowledgeable about his product. Before we departed, John walked us through the operation of every feature and made sure we understood how to work our new toy. He was patient with questions and explained to we first-time RVers in common terms. Afterwards, he walked us through the retail store with suggestions for auxiliary equipment and fittings to enhance a smooth camping experience. Last minute before departure, he replaced a complex part in a matter of minutes. Outstanding job, John! Then, as part of our deal, and because I had never driven such a long trailer and was, frankly, intimidated by LV traffic, Josh delivered our RV... 175 miles away! That's right, he spent 5 hours of his potential sales time just to calm my fear about a first-time tow. Amazing! Now I can learn to tow around here - my low-traffic county, without trepidation. Absolutely stellar customer service from these two. I have never had such a positive buying experience. Thank you to both Josh and John. Camping World scored big when they brought these men on board. Because of them, we will return to Camping World when we upgrade.

We bought a new 2017 Rockwood TT from a dealership in Oklahoma. We live in Las Vegas. Any warranty repairs (we had a 2 yr warranty) had to be done at Camping World in Vegas. I was preparing my rig to go on the road and discovered my refrigerator wouldn't work on LP. I called Camping World Service Department and spoke to Kevin Chappell, Service Advisor. He said bring it in and we'll get right on it. I showed up just before 8 am and by 9:30 the problem had been resolved. He suggested some additional maintenance items, which made perfect sense, and by 3:30, my rig was completely roadworthy. First the good....The 5 stars are for Brandon. My sales experience with him was phenomenal! He did not try to oversell me. Showed me exactly what I asked for instead of wasting my time looking at several other units that did not fit my criteria. I would definitely recommend Brandon for your next RV/camper purchase. Brandon gets the full 5 star rating!!!! Now for the not so great....be cautious of going on line and expressing ANY interest. Your email, phone and text will blow up for the next 48 hours with people trying to get you to go to the dealer in person. Don’t even think about asking the 5 different people blowing up your phone a question, because they cannot answer anything other than what time you would like to set to go see whatever you expressed interest in. I would like to give the call center a minus 5 rating but unfortunately that would take away all the great work Brandon did to make up for their horrible customer service.

My wife and I have been coming to this Camping World for a number of years and have had varying experiences with the service in the service department we have received. Service Manager Mike and his core team have gone over and above over the past two years in bringing world class customer service to us and our 2004 Mandalay Bay Class A Diesel motorhome. Our coach has required extensive rehabilitation from rebuilding the slide out floors and the sub-floor to re-carpeting to resurfacing all of the corian countertops. All of this was accomplished with the utmost professionalism and expertise. Even the more mundane tasks of replacing batteries, changing the oil, adjusting the airbags and changing the generator oil have been performed with skill that results in a customer having complete confidence in their work. Mike and his team have always completed the work that needs to be done in the most cost effective manner possible. We have never felt that we were being taken advantage of and that says a lot in this business. We absolutely trust Mike and his team to be fair and honest in our dealings and will continue to come back to this Camping World for all of our RV needs.

When I called service no awnser so I left a message and received no call back. I called my sales guy John and he told me to bring the trailer down to service. When I arrived I was asked if I had a appointment. I was told I would have to make one and come back. It was only when I had to get upset they made arrangements to keep my trailer. It has been 16 days and no phone call with a update. I am paying for storage and a trailer payment on a trailer that I can not use. Very Very poor Custdrmer Service after you buy your RV from these people.
