Awesome experience here. After a struck of bad luck with my last truck being stolen, I had nothing to drive. It didn't take long after walking in to check out a car we looked at online before we were on a test drive down the road. Henry and Erica were extremely nice and they were able to get me my first dealer bought car. In fact every one was nice. It was like a small family which was nice. Let's just say that we were satisfied in our purchase here. I'm enjoying driving something newer too!

I searched for a car for two months (while paying for a rental) went to 7 different lots who all tried to give me cars with 120000 miles. My last stop the salesman told me to stop by auto vision. When i walked in I explained how bad my credit was and that I only had a small down payment. I was able to get a 2020 Malibu with 50000 miles! Erica and Gabe really know what they are doing! Gabe stayed after work for two hours fighting for me to have a deal that I was happy with! I am very happy with my car and I recommend them to ANYONE!

Do not buy cars from this car lot. I had my car one month and the bumper just fell off on its own. When I first purchased the car the rotors and brakes was bad I told them and they said it was good. Three weeks later I couldn't even stop almost had a car accident. After the owner drove it he said nothing is wrong then he said you are right the rotors and brakes are gone. Called today about the bumper they said you had the car 2 months which is a lie I just got the car 1 month ago. This is unacceptable I took on problems that I shouldn't have purchasing a new car. Bad customer service and messed up cars do not buy from this lot. Also heard several people complaining about their vehicles ad well. Now I have to pay to ger my bumper put back on.

I HATE buying cars! New or used, it doesn’t matter. It is the second worst thing in the world, next to waiting at the DMV. So, when the people who I have to deal with try to make it as pleasant an experience as possible, that really goes a long way. Ali, and the rest of the folks at Auto Vision, are those people. I felt no pressure, they were more than happy to answer any questions I had, and the car was very well conditioned. Although the vehicle looked great to my untrained eye, they didn’t hesitate to allow me to take it to my mechanic to ensure nothing was seriously wrong with it. On top of that, they do give a 30 day warranty, in case something big happens soon after purchase. There were a couple of relatively minor issues I asked to be fixed and they didn’t hesitate to agree to that and put it in writing. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I will definitely seek them out, again, if I find myself having to purchase another vehicle in the future. Thanks, again, Ali!

Okay, first of all I wanna say that Erica, Fajim, & Gabriel were AMAZING. from the moment I scheduled an appointment with Erica, she made sure I was already prepared with ALL my documents before I went in, she sent me reminders about my appointment. From the moment I stepped in, it felt like family. Gabriel made sure I was well taken care of and not even just from the financial standpoint but also gave me advice on what to do with the payments I was set up with and how to get my credit score to where I needed it to be for the future. I have not felt so relaxed at a dealership. It's definitely the opposite of the "Shark" motto many dealerships have. After a few weeks of having my vehicle, there was a part that needed to be fixed so I gave them a call and they had me in the next day to get it fixed. I also needed another manufacturers part put on my vehicle and they were able to order it directly from dodge without an issue and just called me when it was on site and ready to be installed. THEY ACTUALLY HONOR THE 30 DAY WARRANTY THEY PROVIDE! I highly doubt you'll ever feel more at home when searching for a vehicle that accommodates ALL of your needs.
