Best experience I've ever had in seeking a vehicle. I needed a vehicle after mine was totaled by someone who shouldn't have had a driver's license. I went to many dealerships and those salesman honestly seemed just like...well- "salesman". I went here to Kia feeling sad about the situation and expected the same. I went here twice just because I like to do my research. The honest help from both Farah and Rafi made me go back plus they didn't have the pushy salesman attitude and they didn't steer me towards a vehicle I would financially regret getting. Their finance guy legitimately did his job and got me the best rate possible for me. I proudly bought a vehicle here and Hell Yeah I hit their gong afterwards!! Highly Recommend getting your next ride here!

Update: I visit the dealership today to address the issue and I was very pleased with what I am hearing. Brian and Ken put a smile on my face and I am grateful. Thanks guys for understanding my needs and addressing the issue. Hello, this is a update from 4 months ago when I purchases my car. Long story short- a dent was placed in my car by an employee and I guess it isn't a big deal for them from what I was told when they brought my car back to me. I found it kind of odd for him to be working on my car in the parking lot anyway but who was I to say he wasn't doing the job correctly. Well my dent is still there and all I keep getting is the run around on this being taking care of. I am done calling and playing games and have reached out for legal assistance.

Clarence was great. When we arrived at the dealership it was pouring down rain and he brought an umbrella out to us. His professionalism and common courtesy was beyond expectation. Brian and the team at Kia Napleton have been awesome! Not only have they been super accommodating, but they were very knowledgeable and were the best sales staff by far around. Brian made sure any car that I was even remotely interested in was cleaned up and pulled right up to the front ready for a test drive. On top of that they helped me get into the vehicle that same night and have been super willing to answer any questions that I may have had! If that’s not enough they also have been super flexible with my schedule. These guys are awesome and the best around hands-down! Even if you are not interested in Kia, I would still check them out and scope out their lot. Their prices are unbeatable as well as the service that you will receive there!

I'm a new Kia owner, formerly a Mercedes owner. I had my first oil change at Napleton Kia of Carmel and it was such a positive experience! I was greeted right away and helped immediately. The waiting area is quiet, clean and spacious. My car was finished quickly and I was on my way! They even have a valet option for service so that I don't have to leave my home. I think I'll try that next time. Honestly, it was a much better experience than I have had with Mercedes in the last two years. I often had difficulty reaching a live human being to even get my service scheduled. I'm thrilled with the switch to Kia!

Jose made sure we spent our time looking at what we wanted, provided honest answers to our questions, and never tried to up-sell us. We didn’t intend to leave with a vehicle, but Jose was able to get us to a place where we felt comfortable and informed enough to sign a deal. We had visited other dealers previously, and chose not to return, regardless of pricing, because we did not feel they had our best interest at heart. If you find yourself at Napleton, ask for Jose. We came to visit this dealership on a Friday night right before closing on a Friday night and Bill was so fabulous. He let us test drive and after putting a deposit down- we came back the next day to finish the paperwork. Everyone we encountered was so kind, helpful, and didn't give us the run around. Not expecting to buy a car today. We went to look and test drive at Napleton Kia. Well, so much for that. We were greeted as we walked in the door and in very short order we were on a test drive. (We did make an appointment and we’re glad we did…..they were busy!). Brian G., our greeter and salesman, kept things moving along and next thing you know we are meeting with Patrick, general sales manager. They were both helpful, friendly and good at their jobs because we are now the the proud owners of a 2023 Kia Telluride. Happy customer here! I bought a car a couple months ago from here and the experience was just ok. I kept giving push-back because the numbers weren’t looking good for me, and they got quite frustrated with me, just from trying to negotiate. Also, after being there for 11 hours, I finally accepted the offer (with an unbelievably high interest rate). They could have done much better. I refinanced with my credit union for an interest rate at half the amount they gave me. I don’t recommend this place if you want to negotiate.

The experience was too good to be true. I was waiting for the catch and it never came. I drove from Atlanta, GA (8-hours). I had to wait till Monday after the Christmas winter storm and they held the 2022 Tesla for a minimum. The price was more competitive than Carvana and CarMax. I had three sales professionals, managers walking me through the trade-in process, sending me quotes and checking features for a week. When I got to the dealership the trade-in process was painless. I was super concerned that I had made the trip and the value would be less. I drank hot cocoa and they took care of everything. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was happy with the price and the service. Highly recommend . First class, 5-Stars. Well worth the drive.

To foreigners with work visa like me with no credit in the US! They’re respectful and very helpful despite the fact I am new here without a strong credit score and credit history. I went to Rayskillman Westside Auto Mall the other day and not only was I not fond of their service (the guy we spoke to was slimy), but they also could not get me a loan without a co-signer. This one, in contrast, got a special program for foreigners, and I was finally able to finance a car with a surprisingly good interest rate! I’d highly recommend this Napleton location.

Called in Wednesday to check on availability of a car found on website. Was told the lot manager had car out until Monday but we could schedule a vip showing Monday. We scheduled appointment for 630pm, we confirmed appointment again Monday at 2pm. We arrived at the dealership 1 hour early at 530pm and watched the car we was scheduled for a “VIP Showing” drive off with its new owners. We drove 52miles one way to purchase this car we confirmed we was on the way and yet they still sold the car out from under us and then tried to fit us in a “budget” with something else on the lot that was a base model vs the one we scheduled our vip meeting for. Update: after talking with Michael he did go above and beyond and made it right with us on the time wasted, I understand miscommunication happen but In this tech savvy world a simple text or call to inform us would have been much appreciated, we will continue to be apart of the Kia family.

My wife was interested in looking at a Kia Soul and could not get clear and accurate information from the Napleton Kia of Fishers location. We found that the vehicles that she was interested in was at the Carmel location and we went to look. My personal experience of the Carmel location was terrible as my last encounter (2017) ended poorly due to what I perceived as an insult to my interest as a serious car buyer and disrespect for my trade. The vehicle that my wife wanted was visible from the front door and Jason Lewis met us once we entered. He was polite and attentive and did not enter a fierce sales pitch mode. He listened to out need, my former concern about how I was treated, and took the time to explain how the service was different and what , as a sales professional, he would do to make sure we were treated fairly. We started off on the deal at quite the gap of where we wanted to be. However, with Jason’s advocacy for us with the manager and used sales appraiser we got the deal we needed and my wife was put in the vehicle she wanted. Jason was honest and forthright, and did not use pressure to get us to buy. He had the right amount of concern for meeting our needs, and knowledgeable information about the cars available. He restored my faith in this dealership and I would gladly return for a future purchase.

My salesman was David. He was very friendly, cooperative, honest about the car, and out going in general. Finding this new location was difficult for starters. Once I did show up I pulled up and saw it was busy so I stayed in my car. A few moments later a gentleman came up and said I can leave my vehicle there due to the fact they just received some of there inventory . I said no problem he walked me in and that led me to the service guy. His name is Alan. Very friendly and helpful.. I asked if he would correct my name on the emails,, paperwork as I have had to ask over time and time again in the past due to my name being misspelled wrong. He had no problems and he understood. After waiting for my vehicle to be finished I received a email about the service as my name was actually correct for the first time. This was small but great to know it was corrected. Alan was very professional from the beginning showing where I can sit while I wait as he showed me where I can get free coffee which for a dealership it had great options not your black coffee or just creamer with your coffee. This is an excellent dealership for your repairs! They are honest! I was a faithful user of Kia of fishers but I won't be going back. Even though the coupons available here are a bit higher, they saved me almost $400 but accurately diagnosing my car. ALWAYS get a second opinion! The one in fishers missed diagnosed my car, let me go home with the engine light on just bc it wasn't blinking, etc. Scheduling here was easy, fast, and they were very attentive

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from KIA of Napleton in Carmel. The facility is stunningly beautiful and there is ample inventory. The car I purchased had hail damage and I was promised a fix to that situation. At the time, this dealership was in the process of moving from its previous location to its current location. In the midst of all the moving confusion, I would have expected that the repair to my car might have been delayed for quite a long time. However, that was not the case. Sales manager, Sean Stone managed to get my car in for repair in a short period of time. He was in constant contact with me from the time I dropped it off until the time I picked it up. Sean is a delight to work with and his demeanor is sincere and trustworthy. When I picked up my car the work had been beautifully done, the car had been immaculately detailed and the tank had been filled. Trim pieces are in order and I am more than satisfied with their service. I highly recommend this dealership and especially sales manager Sean Stone.

You are forced to go where the cars are. I think we got a fair price for our trade in and a semi fair price for the vehicle we purchased. However, the vehicle was at the dealership for almost 2 months and it was dirty and un-detailed when we test drove it. They of course cleaned it while we waited and were in getting high pressured to buy an extended warranty. (This is how the financial guy gets his bonus). So much pressure we almost walked out, would not take no for an answer. When it was all said and done, we got a 1/2 tank of gas and only 1 $500 key fob. They said the other was not turned in. The manager said we were family now said if there were anything else we needed to let them know. So I emailed them 2 weeks later and asked if the previous owner had by chance returned the other fob, no answer. I emailed them again asking for a emailed copy of our sales order for BMV because the one we had gotten destroyed, our “family members “ never returned our repeated requests. I would got back only if they had a vehicle I could not get any where else. Update…. The day after I posted my 3 star review I received 2 phone calls from 2 different managers from the dealership. They were both very concerned about the review and wanted to make it right. I was give an apology for lack of communication and supplied with another key fob. I was impressed with the sincerely and professional way the situation was handled. I will admit I was frustrated by the lack of response from the generic email address, but what I should have done is contact the manager directly, I feel he would have responded to my inquiries. I have upgraded the review to reflect my current satisfaction with the dealership and the way they handled my customer service issues.

Such a great man, not just a salesman. He went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I got what we needed.(We even had our 8 month old twins with us who can be a handful at times!)We spent 6 HOURS trying to find the right fit for our growing family. Something that would not only fit us physically but would also fit our budget. Jose and his manager Rafal didn't give up on us! Let me start by stating, this is an absolute gorgeous location. I would’ve never expected a Kia dealer to be this modern and beautiful. Speaking of beautiful, my salesman G was an absolute legend. He went to absolute work for me and my family of 4 (not including wife, it’s a long story). This is hands down the BEST experience with car-buying I have ever had. If you come here looking for a car, you MUST ask for Jose. We came in this place expecting the sales man run-around and unbearable boring wait-time. We were greeted by Jose which had the NO BS approach to car sales. He understood what we were looking for and with 15 minutes had numbers in front of me. I think he even harassed the finance team to get the deal that I wanted. This group is definately in the game for the right reason: 'The Customer'. I was shocked when they even let ME drive the car off the showroom floor. I have to say, this car buying experience has got be a once in a lifetime experiences. We were a 4x customer with carmax before and this has blown every expectation with the dealership store out of the water for me. Cameron Andrews was my sales rep. Super smart young man, hungry and to the point. I came in and he was welcoming and if he didn't have the answers went to find them out. This was my first time at this dealership and it was a let down. I think when visiting a dealer it’s important to feel like your respected and your taking part in buying a vehicle…not being aggressively sold one. I’ve purchased probably 20 cars in my lifetime and have a reasonable understanding how the process works. My salesman and sales manager did not treat us like we were equals and tried to SELL us and corner us into buying “that day” or else. I felt like they didn’t listen to our side and kept pushing their own agenda. Also, they offered me 5k less for my trade in vehicle so we ultimately just walked out. I went to another dealership the same day, traded in my vehicle for 5k more and purchased a truck.
